What a joke of a store!! I walked into the store and got a standardized greeting from some clerk (tall blonde girl). Nothing original, no personal greeting, just a canned greeting. As I explored the store looking for shorts, another clerk (male) seemed more intent on finding the most comfortable position leaning on a rack and stared off to into the mall. I guess he had better things to do. 3 clerks, not one made an effort to see if I needed help. Screw this store! If you REALLY need TNF stuff, buy it off the web. Other than that, go look at Mountain Hardwear, Arcteryx, or other brands. Skip this store.....By the way, you retail clerks should be careful on who you greet and work with (or in the case of this store, who you dont work with due to laziness). That person could be a recruiter, HR person, or even the CEO of a major company looking for hot new talent. The way you 3 acted this morning would give a bad representation of yourself....
I went in to buy new shoes for me and my wife today. We both tried on several pairs and decided on a style they had in our sizes. We had the shoes on and put our old shoes in the boxes. When we went to pay, they said we had to order the shoes online and could not buy them at the store. We had to take the shoes off and give them back. Wth is that bs? We went to the store to buy shoes, not try them on and order online. They said it was a pilot program ??? Can’t buy shoes at the showroom ??? Such a disappointment and waist of time. Will not buy shoes from north face ever again.
I have to leave this review since I’ve been here a couple times over the past few days. I see others had a bad experience but I’ll say they must have made changes. The previous two days, on separate occasions, the staff has been super friendly and helpful. If I had any questions they are forthcoming and have great insight, help find any sizes from the back. I can’t comment on the past since I’ve never been here before, but the staff working 11/27 & 11/28 have been awesome!! I ended up buying extra stuff because of them
Management is absolutely the worst here. The guy I spoke to was rude and a liar. Drove all the way to the store (after calling ahead and confirming the item was ok to be exchanged) only to be told they couldnt exchange the brand new vest for more than $35. Haha Has anyone ever bought anything at TNF for $35? Yea, me neither. Based on the other reviews Ive read, many others had a bad experience here. I would avoid this store at all costs!
Very kind, happy, and helpful staff! Great energy and a wonderful experience.
I bought a backpack for a really good deal! Staff was friendly!
You can’t buy shoes in this store and they will let you know at the end when you already tried them and want to buy them, what a waste of time.
Great customer service from everyone and and employees are very nice.
The people that work here are TERRIBLE. The managers are so snotty and rude and it is the LEAST PROFESSIONAL business I have ever been to because of the managers. I will never shop here again. They were not helpful, mean to other workers, and did not act like they cared about me or what I wanted at all. I suggest you take your business elsewhere, they copy other large companies designs and colors anyways.
Got me a nice jacket! Had an enjoyable experience here. The staff is friendly and hospitable to your needs. You feel welcomed and you feel like you got your moneys worth. Good bang for the buck. Highly recommend to my friends, A+++++
North face is great, however this store is much more clothing focused and didnt have any gear which is what we were looking for
Great Store. Almost impossible to find. Google Maps shows the location of this store some two blocks West of its actual location. After asking the North Face staff why this is the case, they indicated that the wrong location has been provided by Google Maps for over a year now. When asked why they had not updated their actual location, I just got a shrug. Obviously the North Face as a company fails to imagine how an improperly advertised location will drive premium paying customers into the arms of other easier to find stores in the surrounding area. My advice, go to the Marmot store in Cherry Creek North. It’s easy to find and has comparable goods and staff.
I took back a defective item and they did nothing. No help at all. You spend tons of money and expect the costs to last longer than two months. They could care less. I have 4 north face coats. Horrible customer service. Lost a loyal customer
Sales associate had a super nasty attitude with me just now. I walked out, and I will probably never wear this brand again.
Great customer service and nice selection.
For higher end shops this mall is very nice
North face is always a pleasant experience.knowedgeable sales staff and friendly.just remember to bring your credit card.they arent cheap.but you get what you pay for!
Its not as big as the other one but great customer service.
Employees were nice! Great place to shop
I went in to get a coat and some boots but the staff couldnt be bothered to help me, the 2 girls behind the counter wouldnt stop talking, the guy that was working walked past me like I was invisible twice and yes I made it obvious I needed some help, this seems to be a regular thing here as my wife and kids came here a few days ago and were ignored as well, well be returning the $2300 in purchases she made and are happy to shop somewhere else
Purchased a Jacket, Thursday evening came to return it back Saturday morning because I was not satisfied with the product (wore it for no more then two hours). I paid cash for this jacket, come to find out that PETER & EMELY couldn’t give me my money back they could only mail me a check or I had to exchange the jacket for something else. Never again will I purchase any North face gear.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the store is inside the mall
Great and knowledgeable service.
Really helpful staff.
Awesome outerwear.
It’s inside the mall!
