Attentive employees. Great customer service! 5 stars!!!!

The people working are always knowledgeable and help me when I stop in. This is such a nice upgraded book store and the location is right off the campus.

Great school bookstore. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Employees have always been helpful, but bookstore communication with students is terrible. Since the hack, I have been charged late fees for rentals even though classes were delayed. And now, finals just yesterday and books due today. I tried to call to see if they were open no answer and no recording letting us know of modified hours. I got there at 3pm and they were closed. How hard it is to leave a recording, or email students about modified hours, since again this class is ending a week late. Expect better.Edit on 12/31Came back today to return my book. Again they are closed, with no way to tell other than this door sign. Think the could have had this on a voice recording, or posted in their website. Or, in one of the emails they are sending me telling me my book is late. Lazy management.

Make sure if you are on waiting list they arent filling orders at other stores before you get your reserved book!

Said they would price match off of Amazon. After ringing up the book they then told me they would price match to Amazon, ALTHOUGH (heres the catch) You pay the total price of the book and they put the difference amount on a gift card for you to spend. That is not even what a price match means. Convenient and good prices for some book rentals. Some are just totally absurd aks 120$ to rent the same book on amazon for 30$.

The workers CONSISTENTLY close before their posted hours of operation. I have gone out to pick up my books numerous times and been screwed over due to the store closing 20 minutes early. What is the point in having hours of operation if they are not followed?

Awful. My book is two weeks late, I can’t get an explanation, and I paid for expedited shipping. I’m furious. Use amazon!!!
