I had an emergency broken bottom bracket on a Monday with a race on Saturday. Even thought it was not his problem, Scott was able to diagnose and repair my bike very quickly. He also reassured me and made me feel very confident in the repairs he was doing. I will give myself more time next time for a repair but will definitely be coming back to Campus Cycles!

The service employees were very kind and thorough. I rolled in 5 minute before the shop closed and got a free inspection of my bike and they were honest about what it needed and what it didnt. They could have just scheduled me for a tune up like I was in there for but after inspecting they said the bike didnt need anything beyond a couple small adjustments! I really appreciated that. Candor is important in service and sales.

Campus Cycles is really great! We went to buy a first mountain bike for our 7 year old, and John was so nice and helpful (and patient). They helped us get the right size bike and adjusted the seat height to get exactly the right fit. They even gave the brand new bike an inspection before we left to make sure everything was safe and secure. Thank you John and Campus Cycles. They also have a great trade-in/trade-up program.

I went in for my first time ever bike purchase with the intent of buying a commuter bike. Mr. Bowers give me a bunch of options in my budget and helped me order a bike that went beyond my needs but stayed within my budget. When I went in to pick it up, the bike was adjusted to fit my height and my body type for good posture while riding, and Cliff was very helpful in picking out necessary accessories for a new bike owner. I plan on going back to Campus Cycles for all of my future biking needs as long as Im in Denver!

Bought a Trek Fuel EX 9.8. Im a heavy rider and I ride a lot. The rear wheel went out three different times and they have replaced it each time with no questions asked. The third time, they worked with Trek to identify a better solution and custom built a rear wheel. Obviously not great the wheel busted, but I ride it a ton and those things happen. Really appreciate Campus Cycles and Trek standing behind their products. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to buy a bike.

I was in the market for an e-bike. I worked with Del who was very informative about the different types of e-bikes and the pros and cons of each. Del assisted me in finding the right size and test driving multiple bikes. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had.

I took my 35 year old Trek 1500 to Campus for service today. Sam, in the service department, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my bike. Its obvious that he (and the shop in general) has a passion for vintage bikes! I highly recommend Campus Cycles!!!

The first bike I bought from them had a weak frame and it broke in 1 year. The frame had a lifetime warranty so they had to replace the bike. They did not replace the bike for an entire year. They also had to upgrade the bike because it was not being made anymore. They would not pay for gas and we made quite a few trips which takes about an hour driving to get there. Their website also does not reflect accurate hours on holidays even if it says they are open. Due to COVID, they were not selling my size of bike, they could not get anything in for a year, would not pay for a bus pass for the meantime; when I got the new one, it wasnt even my favorite color, doesnt have the same number of gears and does not have the same number of sprockets, it has wider handles making it harder to squeeze in spaces that were easy with the other bike, and when I requested that they not donate the bike until I had the replacement, they did not listen nor did they give me the added parts back that I requested, and when I requested that they install thorn resistant tubes, I got a flat tire the second day of hard riding after putting a total of only 20 miles on it (normally I put 16 miles on it in 1 day 4 days a week), through trails that they were aware of, suffice it to say that they lied about giving the bike good service, they installed the tubes and said the flat was caused by improper inflation which is their neglect and they charged me for the replacement thorn resistant tube. They also dont sell tire liners. I will never buy another bike from them neither should you if this is how they treat good customers.

A nice location adjacent to houses and parks so you can test drive the bike to the south and have a good test ride. I bought the 2021 trek 7 and for the money its a fantastic bike. Absolutely incredible service...I had questions about specific parts on my ebike and the guy helping us went in the back and a few minutes later gave me a sticky note with all information needed to get the part. I was buying a replacement pedal and he noticed it was the wrong size and got me the right one..this guy knows how to run a business.

Michael helped me with my super-fun new Electra Cruiser. Its insanely fun to ride, and its matte black and looks like the Batmobile - except I bet the Batmobile doesnt have a sweet cupholder and a stealthy bell. (It may, however, have stealthy missile launchers, but those seem a bit much for my neighborhood bike.) So Campus Cycles not only had the bike I wanted, in the color I wanted, but they had all the accessories I wanted too (again, missile launcher no, cupholders yes.) .. all at a great price with fantastic service. They also registered my Batmobile with the manufacturer and helped me get it registered for all the available anti-theft databases should some Joker try to steal it. 5-Stars!

Charged 8 dollars labor to put a tube in a wheel chair of old lady on fixed income. Have some compassion and just charge for the tube. You are already overpriced.

I am sad to leave such a negative post, because in the past I have had great service. However, my husband purchased a used bike for my son a few days ago. The employee signed the credit card agreement (my husband’s signature ) without asking and when my husband said he had a problem with this the employee began taking pictures of my husband and my small child without consent. We will NEVER shop here again. If my kid had not already seen the bike and been excited about it, it would not have been purchased. Pretty sure it’s illegal to sign someone else’s name on a transaction, especially without consent. I am also confused why a grown man we don’t know wants a picture of my son. Left me feeling pretty angry and concerned about what this person plans to do with my child’s photo.

After a cross country move, we discovered that the moving company had damaged our bikes, so we packed them up and took them to Campus Cycles. The assessment and repairs on our bikes were honest, fairly priced, and really nicely done. The staff was kind and very helpful in assisting us with choosing new helmets and a pump (which the movers also lost!), and even helped us carry our bikes out to the car and load them. Well be back again soon!

Campus Cycles is gem. From the mechanics, to the floor people to the owners - this spot is top notch. I ride track and these are the only cats that get my chain tension right. The prices are so incredibly fair and the service is always fast and really stellar. Campus Cycles was was a great place to purchase my new e-bike.They were professional and followed all Covid-19 protocols to keep everyones health a priority. I was able to ride different bikes and experience first hand which one I preferred. They were knowledgeable in helping to discern my needs, level of expertise and which bike would give me the things I wanted, but wasnt over the level of bike expertise or my budget. Just had the most bizarre and insulting experience. Spent ten minutes without being acknowledged, asked a question about a youth mountain bike club this store allegedly participates in, and the salesman cut me off and scolded me and put the bike back, in front of me, and shooed me away. Came with 1,500 in my.pocket to buy a bike, unreal. The bike shortage will end and shame in this place when it does, they dont deserve the neighborhood business.

Awesome experience here. Got a rear rack for my bike, which they kindly installed for me. Also got a bike pump, which they offered to help strap down to my new bike rack for my ride home. Awesome job on the Polka Dot tune up on my Trek road bike. I purchased the bike from campus cycle about 3 years ago and this is the first time Ive had it in for a tune-up. Great experience all the way around. Was told it would be about 48 hours for the service would be completed. To my satisfaction it was just that. The bike runs awesome, gears shift flawlessly. Cleaned the bike of all the dust and dirt and I have to say it looks and runs better than when I purchased it.Do not hesitate to take your pride and joy to Campus for these awesome folks to tune up your bike.Thanks Campus

I actually only stopped by for a race packet pickup and to fill up my bottles. Regardless, the staff was insanely nice! They’re setup super safe for covid currently, and apologized over and over for me having to stand in line just to ask to fill my bottles, as if that’s even remotely their responsibility lol. This place is the best bike shop I’ve ever been to! The employees are SO friendly and helpful. You can go in with any questions and they will help you out. They are taking great social distancing measures, as well.One time my sister’s car died in front of the shop and they helped us push it across the street and jump it!!!!! Best people ever.

Staff cut my bike lights during a tune up and said nothing. They simply wrapped the few inches of lighting remaining around a stem. I had rather expensive lights that wrapped around my frame that lit up pink. I bought top of the line commercial grade lights so the battery would not be an issue. I assume it was an accident in which case I would have appreciated an offer to replace them or at least an apology.
