We’ve had the great pleasure of working with Robert, who has helped us pick out furniture for our living room, dining room and master bedrooms. Everything looks amazing and Robert has been an incredible asset through this process. He came over to scope out our house beforehand, showed up when the furniture arrived to make sure everything was perfect and even personally delivered our barstools which came in late. Lovely. Beautiful things. Helpful staff. Looked online and found them didnt realize their furniture price range, super high end. They do have some fun art & accessories that I may go back for that are more in my price reach.

Great place and great products. I recently ordered a table from them. There was some problems with one of the pieces. The owner called me personally and we ended up replacing the piece. It is easy to sell items, it is fixing problems that show you the true measure of a company. I felt well taken care of, I would definitely go back.

My mother was looking for a twin mattress frame and spring. We went to Big Lots previously and the prices were too high for our price range . So after driving down Sepulveda my mother asked to stop here and we didnt even take 20 minutes before my mom bought exactly what she wanted for such a great price!!! And the man was very generous, kind and patient. We definitely will be back for a sofa!

If you are going to purchase furniture, this is the place to go! As a manager, I understand the importance of good customer service. I had visited Denver from Atlanta and happened to see a beautiful, sleek, modern recliner that looked nothing like your typical recliner. I could tell by the quality, construction, and comfort that it was worth every penny. Originally, I thought about purchasing it from an online company, but decided that I would rather support a local business…BEST decision I ever made!! When it arrived, I had a minor issue with assembly of an armrest, so I contacted the store. My message was immediately sent to Robert and I received a phone call within minutes. He FaceTimed my phone to see if he could help assist. We tried a couple of things and at the time it didn’t work, so he took a picture of the problem and contacted the manufacturer. Robert kept reassuring me that regardless of what it took, he would ensure that I had a fully functional chair. He mentioned that he just happened to be in Atlanta over the weekend and if needed, he would even come over and fix it himself!! Then next morning, I received a call from Robert with an easy solution and my armrest was on my chair in under 2 minutes. I can’t wait to go back to Denver and visit Element again.

Im so glad I found this store. They have the most unique, interesting and perfect furniture and design pieces. The design team is friendly, knowledgable and genuinely interested in what would make you happy. They take time with you to learn what you want, and they share ideas and suggestions. We bought a great American Leather brand sofa a year ago, and when I happened to stop by recently and mention that the cushions were sliding a bit, Robert took immediate action. He called American Leather and they actually replaced the sofa! American Leather had made some design changes to solve the problem so Robert had me pick out new fabric and had a brand new sofa delivered to us. Thank you Robert & team!

What a fun place to spend money on unique furniture and accessories.

If youve ever shopped for furniture, you know that it can be quite frustrating. Its not like shopping for a car; there are no Consumer Reports reviews. There are sofas that cost $300 and sofas that cost $8k, and its difficult to know which are good values and which are overpriced junk. And online youre scrolling through endless thumbnail pictures -- you dont really even know what that chair looks like (to say nothing of whether its comfortable).The whole process changed for me when I wandered into Element and talked to Robert. The way the store works is kind of unique, and I came to see it as a great model. The store itself is rather small -- it has to be, located downtown on Larimer St. However, their selection is not small, and what makes them unique is that they really know their products. (Robert and his associates work at this: they travel to furniture shows and spend days going through the displays, kicking the tires if you will. So theyve seen everything, and only carry lines they can vouch for.)Robert came to my house to get a sense of my space and see what pieces I needed. He then put together an email that showed me several different options he thought would work well for each piece. I cannot tell you how awesome it was. It was like gaining access to a curated version of the internet -- instead of looking at 500 thumbnail pictures of dressers, I was looking at 4, all my style, selected by someone who had done business with thees companies and knew the quality of their products.In addition to the above, Element has provided exceptional customer service. Robert is a perfectionist; he sweats the details and gets it right, and if somethings not right hell fix it. Ive bought multiple pieces from him, and would recommend Element to anyone.
