Easy experience shopping for a couch - I worked with Brad to find a sofa after finding out the one I had wanted was back ordered until December. Brad had great product knowledge and was able to adjust quickly with what actually ended up being a better option at roughly the same price point. Highly recommend!

We love our new bedroom set and purple mattress. Salesman at the location was up front that it might take several weeks for our items to arrive so we were expecting the delay between purchase and delivery dates. Cameron, Jim, and Duane delivered for us when the time came and they were awesome. Super fast, professional, and careful. Very happy with the process from start to finish and will likely choose Furniture Row again for future needs.

We loved the amazing selection of pieces, although finding anything in stock was a bit of a nightmare (of course everything is like that currently 😕). We bought a dining table, matching chairs, and server. Delivery wouldnt be made for several weeks and we had to split the delivery into two parts (Table first, then chairs and server). When the time came for us to receive the chairs, the wrong ones were delivered and the delivery crew basically ran out the door before I could stop them and tell them to take the obviously wrong chairs back. However, Ethan, our sales associate was able to get things fixed, although we had to wait a bit longer for the right chairs to get delivered and the wrong ones picked up. All issues aside, were very happy with our new dining room set and cant wait for the opportunity to entertain family and guests with it soon!

Susan was a great salesperson, and introduced us to Ali, as we were looking for an heirloom rug. He took the time to listen to our desired color scheme, lighting, furniture, etc. Together Ali and Susan showed us countless rugs. We finally settled on a one of a kind Persian rug. Great service and the price was right a a the Labor Day was still going on. Thank you Susan and Ali!!!

He was good to ask many questions so he could get a feel of what we were looking for.He took the time to show us several pieces of furniture that we were interested in and gave us time alone to talk about them.We settled on a beautiful sectional and Matthew took care of all the details. It really was the best furniture by an experience Ive had in decades.I can honestly say that was no pressure to purchase anything.

The entire shopping experience is lovely:,the space is light-filled and attractive and there is always a sales person available. This is our second time finding exactly what we wanted after checking out other stores. We only wanted what was in stock and our sales person respected our request. Next time this will be our first stop, why bother going anyplace else?!

Very helpful staff who didn’t pressure or pester us for buy. Nancy in the chow room helped us out and she was wonderful, even responded to us on her day off when we had to change our order due to size limitations and then promptly completed the order the next day when she was back in the showroom.

She asks key questions that I really had never thought of or realized in my daily living space. We worked on my living room, dining and sitting area by the fireplace. I also appreciated her extensive knowledge of “The Showroom” inventory. Highly recommend!!!!

Didnt like the drive from Loveland, but other than that we had a great experience. Our sales person, Brad was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. We felt no pressure at all. We told him the modern style and color pallet we were looking for and he quickly dialed us in. That guy deserves a raise. We purchased over 8k of furniture and left the store feeling like we got exactly what we were hoping for. We still have more furniture to purchase for our new home and will definitely be making the drive again.

This was a pleasant encounter. Initially you are left alone after a greeting to browse around. Upon asking for assistance, it was provided on the spot. After some direction about finding materials, was left alone once again to take our time to find what we liked. Checkout was easy and quick and friendly.

Our salesman Joe was phenomenal! He helped us in every way from moving furnitire around for our viewing purposes (sometimes carrying piece across the store for us) he ran back and forth between the living room show room and the dining show room) and helped get every piece we wanted. Debbie helped us pick out a sectional rug. She spent a great deal of time showing us different types without pressuring us to select one that didnt fit out budget and taste. Once we confirmed on the type of rug that fit our budget Debbie was extremely patient with us. The purchase process was quick and without any issues. Said it would take about 4 weeks or so before wed have the rug. It came in within the timeframe that Debbie said it would.Good experience all around.

Having Nancy help us navigate the huge Showroom made the experience far more enjoyable than had we wandered aimlessly for hours. She was both personable and professional, and zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for right away. The only down side - having to wait until 2022 to receive furniture (yet having to pay for it in full now).

After changing residences 10 months ago, I had been to several other large furniture stores looking for specific items to personalize our new home. I finally found several items at The Showroom. I was greeted plesantly upon entering and left to peruse the store at my leasure. My questions about product availability and shipment concerns were answered directly and honestly. I do have to wait a bit for delivery but hopefully not as long as other items purchased elsewhere that I am still waiting for.

The Showroom has an incredible selection of couches and recliners. Cathy Olson was very patient and super- helpful in finding the right collection and upholstery material....a pleasure to work with.

Ethan was great. Once we made our decision he was quick and efficient and we were out very quickly. We had some issues between cal king/king and he helped make our decision.

I was the third customer through the door shortly after they opened at 10:00am. I asked the gentleman who unlocked the front door about purchasing a bed frame. He pointed to an area about 50 yards in front of me (it’s a BIG LONG store). As I was walking to the area to which I was directed, I saw a young gentleman on a “grocery scooter”, which I thought was “odd” but maybe he has trouble walking long distances. So I continued walking another 50 yards down the middle of the store & NO ONE stopped to ask if they could help me find my NEW bed frame. I was ALMOST the ONLY one in the store. I asked the “scooter dude” (Cody) if he could help me find a sales person. He looked as if I was “bothering” him & offered LITTLE help of any kind. NOT the sort of salesperson I would want working for me. When I found the bed frame I wanted to purchase, I patiently waited for Cody to make his way back to me, at which time we discussed the price & amenities of said bed frame. I agreed to the price & Cody accepted my payment and I left wondering if Cody works on commission or a sub-standard wage. Either way, he needs to realize that it’s the CUSTOMER who pays his wages, NOT the company he works for. Maybe he’d be happier working for himself.

Whitney is so kind and willing to help with anything. We were not the easiest customers changing our minds on this and that several times but she remained upbeat and very patient with us through it all! Definitely recommend buying furniture here!

Such an outstanding furniture store. We were greeted by Cody at the door. He had asked if we needed any help and pointed us in the right direction. I was so worried he was going to hover over us. He did not. We looked everything over and left to go see what other stores in the area had available. Sad to say that though a couple of the other stores were much larger, they had two sales people to every customer and was constantly bombarded with can I help you requests. Not to mention though they had a lot of units, the quality was nowhere as good as at The Show Room. So we headed back and told Cody he could use his help. We walked back to our selection and he answered all of our questions and had us set up and out the door in 10 minutes. Was an outstanding experience!!!

We was looking for a new dinning table set. It was the second time we was there. The workers was really nice and friendly there. We picked out the one we wanted but we changed our mind on the way home then we called back for Sam, he helped us whole time there. He was so nice to exchange the different order for us on the phone. The measurements posted for the bed were inaccurate- I brought my tape measure back to the store and glad I did as I would have ordered end tables that would not have fit. Need to ensure the data listed is accurate before placing in the furniture out for sale

We recently purchased a bench for our bedroom from Furniture Row. The experience was just terrific. We went back to them because of the positive experience we had when purchasing our new sofa. They did not disappoint! The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Patrick, the regional manager was there and offered to deliver the bench because he lives so close to us and wanted to help us save the $92 delivery charge. That’s service!! Not something I’d expect as a normal thing but we sure appreciate what he did for us. I highly recommend Furniture Row, they have a range of beautiful options that will work for any budget, without giving up quality.

It was an all day adventure and several warehouse stops trying to replace a 20 year old couch and purchase a new sectional couch for the family room. We really liked a few couches but we were just about to leave when we asked Terry King a few questions. He was very knowledgeable about what was available in the showroom. He was able to assist us with a new sectional, we chose fabric style and color and size of the couch, he was so patient throughout the process. Answered questions when we needed help gave us space when we were figuring things out. Physically moved a chair over to the couch we were about to purchase, so we could see if we wanted to possibly add this to our order. He was phenomenal, I thought we would be spending the next weekend on a continued search but we ended up with a new couch, sectional and still thinking about the chair. Very satisfied with the quality of our purchase and our buying experience.

The manager asked me if he could be of service, I asked him how can I get this on my truck and he IMMEDIATELY responded paying for it first.Shut me up. I was a loss for a comeback.I was in and out in less that 8 minutes. PERFECT EXPERIENCE.The kid loaded me up and I was on my way.Awesome attitude by everyone. Especially the sarcasm.
