I have purchased wigs here multiple times. The quality of the wig definitely depends on the brand, but they have people who are very helpful. They have the best selection at reasonable prices. I bought a similar wig at an upscale store in Cherry Creek once and it looked and lasted about the same length of time. Here they have a card that through purchases can earn you a free wig. I’ve been lied to about quality and price at other stores, but not here. They have a broad selection of styles and colors and for as long as I need wigs, I will definitely return!

I came to the store today and bought some human hair with a closure I left and went to the beauty shop and took the hair out of the package and the closure appeared to be cut I immediately took the frontal back to exchange it for a different one and the workers at the store wouldn’t exchange the hair I had just brought from them and became rude I honestly just wanted a exchange of hair and they wouldn’t exchange it then told me I have to wait until Monday and I most likely still want be able to exchange the hair or receive a refund so unprofessional

I discovered this store doing scenic driving. The is store has not been around long, and seems too cater to black women customers. This store is small and crammed with hair styling products, facial makeup, wigs. I didnt notice hair dryers, clippers and shavers. I did not stay long and the shop was too hot. But there were customers coming in.

A1 beauty supply store is a awesome beauty supply provider. Being that they are new and in a great location for growth I believe theyre going to be very successful. The variety that they have at A1 beauty supply is remarkable. The selections are very affordable and the brands that they have I have never heard of some of them are way better than the brands that Ive used before in the past.I wish them plenty of success.

The women talk about me after they help me with my purchases .. very tacky to so to someone who is polite and tips because I know you do not make commission. Shameful and shows lack of self esteem😌 the selection is great, a bit overpriced for the quality... I feel rushed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, take temp when entering and also have you sanitize your hands. Have everything you would ever need for hair including all the great wild colors.

So happy we found this place! They had everything I needed for 4 heads full of hair. The variety of supplies available mixed with the good music and tutorials on the Tv had me singing along doing my happy dance as I browsed the isles.From braiding hair to tracks / extensions to different crochet hair and so many beautiful affordable lace front, partial and full wigs, hair products for treated and natural hair, products for men and women, Accessories, and an attendant who gives you space and time while still making sure you know they are available to answer questions.I had a good laugh with who I believe is the owner while I waited for her to hunt down the last pack available of the hair I wanted.All in all it was a great experience, felt like a mom getaway to me, the best part is it was wonderfully affordable and did not break our piggy bank.

I went to A1 looking for a few things and found so much more! The store attendants were so helpful. They knew exactly what I was looking for and had no-pressure suggestions for things I wasnt too sure about. They have fun affordable things all over all the way to real jewelry and top shelf products! Thank you for all your help!

Went in and was greeted by a very nice lady. Went to check out and the cashier was rude. When I took out my card he said the transaction didn’t go through and when I showed him it did he denied it did on his end. So I put my card in again. I looked at my bank statement and I was charged twice!

This is the worst hair store in all of Denver on top of being the most expensive for no reason. I showed up here at 7:30 to get some supplies that I need for work, because this place is not supposed to close until 8pm. This the third time that Ive come to the store and theyve closed early. They really could care less about the people that they serve. When I showed up at 7:30 p.m. they were coming outside to lock the doors I asked why they were closing early and they just ignored me and wouldnt even look at me. I am never coming back here and Im never sending anybody over there again. If they want to close at 7 or 7:30 then they should just put that instead of 8pm, and unfortunately, wasting peoples time. I could have went to another hair store, but now I wont make it, because I chose to come here, to A1.Never Again!

I absolutely love this Beauty Supply Store!! I have no problem making that 30 min drive during rush hour just to come here. I dont have any problems from anyone at this store. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I come here like 3-4 times a month if not more to purchase hair care and beauty products for my 5 children and me. A-1 IS A-1 100 STARS!!!!

Customer service is okay prices are great theres an amazing young black lady that works at the store she was absolutely phenomenal as far as her customer service and making everyone feel at home and welcome to shop here they do have a great variety of products for all races. The only issue I have is the one style of hair weave that I would like to purchase they do not have they have similar many similar styles but this particular one they do not have Im sure I could ask for it and they would get it if they could but again they do not have it wigs are phenomenal at the store

There arent any good beauty supply stores in Jefferson County, CO so I drive 20-30 minutes to go here. They are always really nice and helpful to me and they have everything I need. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a variety of weaves or any hair necessities for different styles.

I only gave two stars because they were really nice when I was there and the lash selection is great. However I spent over 100 on a full lace wig. It was like doll hair when I had it installed. I had a professional install it and he did his magic on it. Cut it and everything. Now that it’s cut and looks and feels great it doesn’t hold a curl. Not with any hot tools or even a blow dryer. I called and asked for advice and was asked if I read the directions. I said yes and that I had it installed by a professional. She said “I don’t know then” and there was a really really long awkward pause. Then she said she was going to get a co worker. I heard her talk about her plans later.. I don’t even think she asked lol I couldn’t hear her conversation. Then told me to call back in 10 mins because she couldn’t find anyone. Do better y’all! I’m not made of money. I could have bought this same quality wig on amazon for $40

Probably the best beauty supply out here compared to New York but the hovering was next level. Hard to want to spend money at a place that was run by people that clearly thought was going to steal something. So great selection but plan to be followed.

Came in about 3 weeks ago for some braiding hair to attempt knotless braids. The girl who was at the door was incredible. She asked me what I needed & gave me lots of advice. She was tall and had a darker complexion, I wish I asked for her name!

There’s an Employee named Monica there and she is their best employee by far she helps you with every single thing you need help with. She is so nice, caring, and so positive. She’s understanding in every way possible. If you go here make sure you get Help from Monica specifically, so you can leave happy and satisfied.

Just happy I dont have to drive all the way to aurora or montbello from Lakewood on a Sunday for a decent hair store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection on hair types and brands. Only thing I dont like is how the store is organized.

Tee Tee knows hair and will help you until she knows youre a happy and satisfied customer. Shes very professional, knows hair and wigs. I walked in confused and not knowing which hair to use after Tee Tee helping me I walked out the store a happy customer. Pleasantly pleased with the huge options of all beauty supplies.I bought 2 or of Queen size hose. Color was good but hose wrinkle around ankles. Not a good fit. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Both workers were super friendly and helpful. They had a great variety of products and the prices were great! Im glad I found this place.

I seen this place off the highway All Black Staff and these Women were on point inviting Friendly...been open a yr or so...i work in the industry and This is by Far the best Beauty store Colorado has to offer....the selection and quality of products is up to date...styles I have not seen anywhere else...now some might say they are pricey...but in my opinion...its worth the quality and service! And to See Black Women without Attitude! Worth My Money!!!

Their customer service is excellent. They are doing 20% off of all hairs so my wife was happy about it. Store is clean, and have a lot of new and good stuff in the store. They have a lots of wigs and hair products as well as cosmetics. They also have men’s and kids stuff, too. So it was one stop shopping for all of our family members. I would definitely comeback and shop again.

I love this store! Living north, I do not like to travel all the way to Aurora for hair. This place has a good selection of braid extensions (affordable) and faux locs (not so affordable). Super organized, helpful. Not sure about other hair like wigs, human hair but for braids awesome.
