I own the Knockouts Haircuts for Men in the same complex and this R Stafford location is very well stocked with great product. It is clean and well organized. The staff is awesome. They are very helpful and friendly.

I purchase a large quantity of Eufora products from rstafford, but typically go to the Aurora store. Today I stopped into this location to pick up a few things and had a horrible experience. I am currently rehabbing from a serious hip injury and am still on crutches. The staff was not busy, yet they did not even offer to help me. They let me struggle with the door as well as trying to get products up to the checkout counter. As a salon owner I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I really hope the owners spend some time training their staff to be kind and helpful. I will NOT ever come back to this location.

I like the store on the east side, Hampton area better. The ladies make u feel like ur bothering them when asking a question at this location.
