They were quick to responsive to my calls and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my car.
Some great reviews, so I checked it out. Was told I needed new brakes, pads worn nearly to the metal. Second opinion: absolutely not, brakes had plenty of thickness.
Very well managed business overall. There was a problem with my car that they spent a day trying to diagnose but because they were unable to find the cause of the problem, they didnt charge me. Although Id preferred for them to have found the problem and solution, they were honest and fair, and thats gotta be worth something.
My Prius had a sudden inverter fail and they were able to run codes for me once I got it towed there (they werent able to work on it and it was a recall issue anyways). They even called the codes into Groove Toyota and wouldnt accept payment!Very nice folks who Id definitely recommend to anyone, usually pretty busy but I thought it was very nice of them to take their time out of their day for me.
Responsive staff, very communicative. Fair prices. Convenient location and hours. So much easier and cheaper than taking a car to a dealers repair shop.
Paul takes care of your car as if it were his own daughters. I had such a great experience with them after having so many car troubles and being given the run around at a Toyota dealership. Paul and his staff were responsive and professional and made sure that everything was as it should be. Well priced services and their warranty on work and parts is great! They will forever be my go-to for Toyota maintenance and repair in the Denver area. Thanks Paul!
Paul is Very knowledgeable and Helpful and the group of guys in the shop are all Certified and Definitely know what they are doing! Thanks Paul! 1st time I came in my car started having issues with the started (key would not turn the car on whatsoever) they recommended a key person also and he came to the shop to fix my issue very quickly!) thanks again Crew 💪🏼
Shady. They lied and tried to say we needed to replace something that wasnt broken. Straight up liars. Its my recommendation you avoid this shop. The search for a good mechanic continues
I took my 2015 Honda Pilot to Toyexus for a check engine light recently. The team here was very thorough, helpful in clarifying the diagnostics that they were running and answered all of my questions along the way. I would come back to this shop for future service needs.
I highly recommend this place i came not knowing you needed an appointment and I was not pushed away the owner Anthany took care of me right there on the spot I will be bringing my Lexus here from now on I was very pleased with the services 😀
WORST repair shop in town!!! Wish I could give negative stars but in order to post this I was forced to give them 1 star. I was just quoted $450.00 for new brakes that Anthony said I needed last September 2020. Took my Lexus to Boulder for a second opinion...well worth the drive because Devon at Devons Car Care said I had at least another 5-10k on my brakes! BTW they (TOYEXUS) also said I needed new struts-they too were replaced last February 2020 by a different mechanic...NOT A RELIABLE SHOP AT ALL!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TOYEXUS!
Good people, great service!
I have been coming to this place since I have owned my very first car. Ive dealt with Paul on many occasions and he is an honest man! I have always had friendly and reliable services here, from oil changes to brake replacement to pulling codes, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and fast in all aspects of working under the hood. The pricing is excellent and the quality of parts are all OEM! Exactly what should be put in your vehicle. I have witnessed alot of scheming mechanic shops in the Denver area but I will never take my car anywhere else other than Toyexus! Thank you for all the work you do!
Awesome guys. Makes miss all those years in Baker district. Solid shop.
Great shop. Paul and Anthony are awesome. Highly recommend!!
Great work at a workable price. Paul and Anthony will work with you to keep your car on the road.
Their customer service is the best Ive had in a long time. They were so communicative and quick. I talked to Paul and I cant say enough good things about the level of service he provided me. He went above and beyond for me (way, way, WAY above and beyond) and I will absolutley be recommending this shop to friends and using their services in the future!
These guys are great. Very communicative with regards to schedule, validating with you about their issues during Discovery and asking what you want them to work on. And give you the assessment of what not working on something may do and when it will become an issue. I have a 2004 4Rummer with 257k miles and Ill probably get another 200k with their help.
Very good service. Very friendly and helpful. I plan to take my Lexus back for further service.
They got my Lexus right back in shape and the staff there were very helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend them and will do business there in the future
Amazing quality of workmanship! They know what they’re doing and the do it well. I trust they will perform the maintenance with quality parts and precision. Spendy, but that’s the cost of expertise I suppose. I’d recommend calling ahead as they do have a stacked schedule. Bummed my car needed so much love but they provided!
The best in the business that is for certain. No one has shot me straighter than these guys here. Theyll save you a ton of money and time. My new and first choice for my 4Runner. Youve gained a lifetime customer thank you!!
Great service, small, quick good service!! trustworthy! Warm/welcoming.
I called Toyexus on a Tuesday. Paul told me to bring my Landcruiser in Friday! I needed my automobile inspected by Monday. I was told by “owner” Paul no problem it will get looked at if not Friday this weekend. I show up Tuesday. They said car has been inspected this morning. Waited 45 minutes for inspection. Got half an estimate! Long story short after I received my land cruiser. I was overcharged for the work. They also damaged my car while it was on the property! I ask for Paul to call me back or email! No response! If you want dealership prices for not even average Joe mechanic! Then go here!Worst part I could have had an appointment at a actual dealership Tuesday morning! Toyexus inspected my car Tuesday morning! In the long run you will save money taking your car to a dealership.Simple belt job! Turns into damaged land cruiser !Bozos
Ive been going here for 8 years for oil changes and any other mechanical issues/maintenance. They treat you fairly and are straight-shooters.
I trusted this place based on the reviews to inspect a 2002 LX470 that I ended up buying. We were planning to take it overlanding and told them to give as thorough an inspection as possible in light of this. I think it cost us $180.00. We were very concerned about the rust on the vehicle and wanted a professional opinion. They assured us it was a great truck. I should mention that the shop owner was friends with the seller (that appears to have been a mistake that I let that fact not make me choose another shop). They told us the exhaust manifold was cracked, the gas tank cover needed to be replaced and the automatic antennae was broken. They said it would be about 3k to fix those things but that none of it was pressing. We bought the car and negotiated price with that in mind. When we got it home there was a tail light out. Then I noticed that the antennae worked just fine. Then we noticed the car had no jack so the tire shop couldn’t change the spare. None of these were on the inspection. This made me question the “inspection” that Toyexus had done so we took it to Elder Auto. They found loose spark plugs, dirty fluids, and it cost us $6900 to get the manifolds and gas tank cover replaced due to rust (I did say manifolds so some of the extra cost was doing the second manifold while the engine was apart. The price of the second manifold was not in the Toyexus estimate). They said the car was great on the inside since it has only 129k on the odometer but that the rust would make any work very expensive for the remaining life of the vehicle. It had been at Elder for about a month and we finally got it home and then found the gas connection had rusted through and was leaking. Again the rust was a huge problem. The service person at Elder suggested that we should not take it out too far from civilization as it would be extremely difficult to get repairs done given the rust. This is precisely the purpose of the vehicle for us and exactly what we told Toyexus we would be doing. They gave us a green light and that has cost us thousands upon thousands of dollars and we may not be able to use it for its intended purpose.I really liked the guy who runs this shop but I would never go here again as they cannot be trusted. Trusting them caused a tremendous financial loss for us. I guess he took care of his friend at our expense.
Fast and friendly. Professional and accommodating. Got me in for a last minute pre-purchase inspection (peace of mind is well worth the cost!). When I later noticed a couple headlight bulbs missing and I didnt see it on the report, they owned the documentation mistake and promptly repaired them for me. This gained my respect and trust even more.I recommend them and plan to return if my Prius needs any other service.
Paul, Anthony and team always take great care of their customers and their vehicles!
I have had any service yet I will give them a chance
These guys rocked it! I needed an alternator for my Honda. Not only did they get me in fast, but they made it really affordable. I usually do the work myself on my vehicles, but a lack of garage made me search for someone to help out. They were the first people I called, based on proximity and reviews, and were amazing. Great customer service and super honest folks! I would highly recommend them!
Been coming to this local auto repair shop for years. Can always count on Paul and his great team to take care of me and my Subaru anytime she needs an oil change or tune-up.Forget the dealerships, these guys are more affordable and accessible.
Owner(s) and staff are always professional when dealing with their clients.
Worked with my schedule which is hard with 3 kids and amazing service. Loved taking my car here :)
Needed to get some work done on my car and brought it here after I moved too far from my old Subaru mechanic to return to his shop. The owner was nice, plainspoken, and helpful. He seemed trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving my car here.
Has there been a change in ownership??? I have used them in the past and been very happy...however, this visit required a rear brake job on my Lexus 350. To begin with, the bill charged $70 for diagnosis, which I understand if I had waited on the repair or went somewhere else for the work. I question it upon paying but Anthony confirmed the charge. Additionly, the rear brake job was $470, the dealer just quoted me $309 - I am sooo disappointed!
Definitely happy with the service so far, I have been dealing with Paul as my service writer. I have a Toyota Tundra with a quarter million miles on it and a lot of issues have been popping up, the team at Toyexus has been able to get me in quickly each time. Fair prices and quick turnarounds. So far so good.
Had a timing belt job done on my LX470 several months ago. Fast forward a few months and I was having some other work done by a different mechanic who noticed an oil leak and said it may be coming from behind the timing belt covers. So I called TOYEXUS to ask them to take a look since theres a warranty on their work. They scheduled a day for me to come in. When I arrived, they said I need to reschedule because they might not get the parts needed due to a show storm. Weather is not their fault, so I rescheduled and left. The next time I went in, they told me they pulled it apart and it wasnt coming from the timing belt and pointed to somewhere else. After a few questions, they admitted that they didnt pull it apart and only put it up on the lift. When I asked why they didnt pull it apart to take a look, I was told they didnt know I wanted them to look at the timing belt and they didnt have time for that. I went home, cleaned and monitored the area that they said the leak was coming from for a few days and found no leak.I call back and let them know what I find and express that Im having a hard time trusting them after what Ive been told up to this point. The call is a little contentious, but Im told I need to bring it in and they will actually pull it apart this time and take a look. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning and less than an hour later, they call me to tell me they pulled everything apart and found no leak. Also, since they determined it wasnt the timing belt, theres going to be a charge of $890 to put it back together. Im obviously shocked at that number and ask why it is so high. I was told its what the book says it costs and that its a 6 hour job. I questioned why it took less than an hour to take apart and why it will take 5 more hours to put back together. After a bit more of this contentious back and forth, I ask why no one told me it would cost this much to take a look and if I knew, I wouldnt have brought my car in to them. I also ask if there was anything they can do to help me out since it was a lot of money I wasnt planning to spend. Im put on hold and then when they come back, they ask me what I think is fair to pay. I say it should only take 1-2 more hours to put back together so they quoted me $420. Then they quotes me the job to repair where they say the leak is coming from, 17 hours at $2300. I said I dont have the money for jobs like that and once again ask if theres anything they can do. They come down to $250. I agree to that and they said itd be done in the next hour or two. When I go pick up my vehicle, they actually tell me theres no charge and let me go.At the end of the day, I was at their mercy, and I was grateful that they didnt force a frivolous $890 bill on me. However the entire experience was very unpleasant to say the least. I dont believe that they stand behind their work by how defensive they got when they were asked straight forward questions about how things were done. Quoting a 6 hour $890 job to essentially punish me for bringing my car back in seems like an unethical business practice.
I have been bringing my 2004 4Runner here for over a decade and 180,000 miles. They are honest, reasonable, and fast. After such good luck with the 4Runner we added a Land Cruiser to the fleet and nobody is touching it except Toyexus
Paul is wonderful to work with and I have never been treated more fairly by a mechanic. His goal truly is to fix your car to the best of his ability for the lowest price possible. My car had been overfilled with oil and he also spoke with the owner of the place that changed my oil to see if they would compensate me for their mistake. I have the utmost trust in Toyexus and would recommend to anyone.
I always take my car here and they do a great job.
Dave and his team were incredibly communicative, accommodating and fair with their work and pricing. I will return to them if I have any other needs and highly recommend their services!
Knowledgeable, fair, on time and honest. A great shop and business all around.
After moving to Denver one of the scary things is finding an auto shop to trust. I got lucky and found toyexus on my first try. The prices are extremely reasonable, but more so these guys have helped me out several times with just the small stuff too. Customer service has always been great, just wish they would work on my husbands mercury too!!
Nice guys. They fixed most of what I asked them to. Could communicate better.
Manager, Paul was great to work with
I felt comfortable with these guys after learning how bad I was ripped off by the dealer. They diagnosed the problem correctly and I was able to leave the lot with confidence in my car that I didnt have leaving the dealer that misdiagnosed the issue initially. They were able to explain the problem, took pictures of the problem, and were patient with me as I was gaining an understanding of the issue. David is a classy, trustworthy, and patient representative of this establishment. I definitely recommend Toyexus to all Toyota/Lexus owners
These guys are really great! They get the job done right. Very trustworthy.
They did a great job
Good, honest work at reasonable prices. They replaced the clutch on my 1997 Toyota T100 pickup, and completed the work on-time and at the estimated price. Bonus: if you rent a car from one of the nearby Enterprise franchises, Toyexus will coordinate to have your rental car returned for you. Highly recommended.
These folks wanted $1800 for a couple speed sensors installation on our 2009 Toyota SUV. Got a second opinion at Groove Toyota and spent $380 for the job there. Not sure why this shop quoted so high.
Toyexus has been outstanding not only in excellent work, but especially customer service. Paul is honest and stands by his work. Ive told all my family and friends that THIS is the place to take their cars for repairs and maintenance.
Summary: misdiagnosed a potentially very big and expensive problem and wanted to charge far more for another problem than even the dealer would charge. Expensive and bad at their job.Brought my 2006 4Runner in to get a CV axle replaced. As far as I can tell they did a fine job on that, but the only way to tell if they didnt is if it fails prematurely. They get one star for misdiagnosing a leak causing me to almost blow up my transmission. They said I had a small oil leak and to keep an eye on the dipstick. I asked where the leak was coming from because a gasket that commonly leaks on this motor had just been replaced. They couldnt tell me where the leak was coming from. Turns out it wasnt oil at all but rather my transmission cooling lines that run to the radiator. Toyota uses an uncolored transmission fluid in this vehicle whereas Im used to seeing red. I had believed the fools at Toyexus and was just watching my oil dipstick. A couple weeks later I ran the truck out of trans fluid and it wouldnt shift. Luckily I got it off the road before permanent damage was done to the internals of the transmission.Youd think a Toyota specialty shop would know their way around one of Toyotas best selling vehicles. They also said I needed a new rear axle seal and full brake job for $1530. Only needed pads - saved a couple hundred there - and went elsewhere that wanted $500 less for the axle seal. Had problems with that shop too, but at least I saved over $700 by not using Toyexus. Even the Toyota dealership is cheaper than Toyexus $900 vs. $1100 for just the rear axle seal.Save yourself the money and headache and go elsewhere.
Toyexus is awesome! They did a pre-purchase inspection on a used Toyota we were looking to buy from a local dealer. Toyexus was extremely thorough and uncovered a leaking strut that would have cost us $1,500 bucks to repair. Theyre super honest and knowledgeable! - Kirsten Sharp
Reasonable prices, friendly service, and fast turn around. I used to take my take my Tacoma to the dealer for maintenance scheduling over three weeks out. Now, these are my guys.
These guys are experts for Toyota vehicles. They troubleshooted my Toyota 4Runner, and were unable to get a report from their data. Due to this, they didnt charge me anything. They are honest people, and take pride in their customer service.
Great service every time
The power windows in my old car werent working properly and after taking it to two different repair shops who actually made the problem worse instead of fixing it, a friend told me about Toyexus. These guys got it done, and without a bunch of hassling and nonsense and trying to sell me extra stuff that I didnt need. Bonus points for it being super close to home and all the employees including the owner were super cool. I will be taking my car back there when it needs a new clutch.
Toyexus has been maintaining all of my fathers Lexus as well as my Lexus GS 400 for the last 5 years..Their work is flawless and prices are unbeatable..Paul and his team have been a big part of why my car is at 221,000 miles and still running smooth, They offer more than just oil changes to keep your car on the road..They will forever have my business..
Been going to these guys for over 20 years. Paul, David and crew always take care of us. Now my kid takes her car to them too.
Toyexus is probably the best mechanic I have gone to for my 04 RAV4. As a woman I am often scared to go to mechanics because I have been burned by mechanics before and have overpaid for a repair that probably wasnt necessary. I came into Toyexus with a routine oil change and to diagnose the check engine and vsc light. I knew from previous findings that it was the catalytic converter, and Ive had issues prior where another auto shop in Aurora tried to use this as a way to make a ton of money on me. What Toyexus did was amazing, they gave me an affordable oil change, waived the diagnostic fee and also gave me an honest assessment of wether or not at this point getting a catalytic converter is worth it. David was phenomenal in checking around town for an affordable converter but at the end of the day told me that it may not be worth it to get one because the value of my car is less than that part itself, and I truly appreciated his honesty. He did not use this information to try and rip me off and tell me that I needed it. Instead he told me that it wont effect how I drive and that it may be better to sell eventually. This is definitely going to to be my go to mechanic from now on.
Really nice and reasonable. My truck drives so much better now.
Excelent service . paul and his guys really know how to make the whole process super easy.
Always satisfied with the work done on my Lexus!
I brought my car in after the power steering went out after hitting a curb and after looking over the car they told me it would cost anywhere from five to ELEVEN THOUSAND dollars to fix what I knew was fairly minor damage. After hearing this I obviously got insurance involved and they encouraged me to take it to another shop after looking at the car themselves. They got the broken part and installed it for a total of $900. Makes me wonder how many other people who are young like me or who dont know about cars have been taken advantage of by this shop and paid ridiculous amounts for repairs and never knew any better.
Super nice and helpful with every question. And S K I L L E D in all actions!!
Great honest customer service
Best service in the field.
The owner is awsome and he will give u fair prices for your toyota or lexus.im a repeat customer.
