Came down from Montana for our sons heart surgery, and car started over heating. Told the service rep what was going on and why were down here. He pushed for us and is getting us taken care of sooner then we thought. Felt like I was talking to a human and not a bot. They understood what were going through and why we were down here, and the showed us true customer services and want to help us take some stress off our minds. Someone tried to break into my car there in the middle of the night and left a crowbar hole above my door. They took no responsibility, we’re not sympathetic, and we’re not helpful in the fact that they don’t even have cameras on their lot.The communication was also not great during the entire time my car was in the shop and it took an entire week to get my car fixed. I would never feel comfortable leaving my car there again.

Just came in recently and had an awesome experience! My boyfriend spoke with Melissa about a trade in, she was super friendly and answered all the questions we had, and we went down there. We were greeted by Graig and Melissa, and because Melissa was with another customer at the time Graig helped us finish what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we loved that they both weren’t pushing for anything, just really tried to find what we wanted and what was a fit for us. This dealership treats you like royalty when your buying a car. But when you bring that same car in for service your treated like and inconvenience. In the waiting room it states there is free coffee and water which there was none. Also the service department does not know how to properly communicate with customer letting them know what is going on and then tell you that your car didn’t need something but they still do it and then charge you for it. Also the paperwork is so confusing on page says you are being charged and another says your not. They also don’t communicate how much the cost of services are going to be they just do it and charge you for it. Will not be coming back to get service here. My husband and I will no longer do business with this establishment due to them being a scam and stealing money from customers. Will be from now on taking my business to Brandon dodge
My sons car has been at Larry’s for a month. He lives 6 hours out of town, he calls them and they say the parts not here yet. This has been going on for four weeks. If he didn’t have his families help he’d be stuck there. Can someone that reads this please explain why this is happening? He tells me not to bother them. He’s afraid they might do something bad to his car. But this is nuts. So frustrated! Has anyone else been through this with this business?

Came in looking for a 2019 Ram 1500 rebel. Melissa took the time to approach me while still helping another client to see if I needed help. She then showed me their rebel that wasnt even on the lot yet, allowed me to test drive, and sat down with me to go over price points. At the time, I was sold on another rebel at a different location. However, the staff at this dealership were the best I had encountered yet so I chose to go with the rebel from this dealership. Had an amazing experience with this dealership unlike most. Krystal was hands down the best person I could had worked with to buy a car. I bought a charger a while ago and have been loving it since. She was very professional found the car that fit me perfectly and was with me for the whole buying experience.
Avoid this service department. Went in for a check engine light and vehicle inspection. I did all the recommended repairs (which seem to be alright so far and were simple enough) however to diagnose the check engine light and misfire issue i was told would cost 2 hours worth of labor. The tech, Aaron changed the spark plugs and a single coil pack. This did not resolve the issue. More tests were ordered at an additional rate of course. Which came back fine. About 11 days after I dropped the vehicle off I received a call stating the initial repair of changing the plugs worked and I could pick the vehicle up after it was stated the vehicle was still misfiring the first time the plugs were changed. 1200$ to change the spark plugs is complete bs. Vehicle still misfires and problem was not accurately diagnosed. I did not get what I paid for. I know enough to know when a story is fabricated and Im being lied too. My assumption is tech got stumped/lazy. I may be in the market for a new vehicle now but wont be going to anything with the Larry H Miller name on it

My experience with the service department and dealership strategy makes me think that the playbook at Larry Miller is to scare customers with the price tag on repairs both necessary and unnecessary then after the fact offer to purchase the car from the customer at a discount. This is what happened to me.When I brought my vehicle in, the service center claimed I needed over $3,000 in repairs related to effectively anything and everything on my vehicle. Many of these did not sound correct nor did they relate to the issue at hand, for example, they claimed I needed a transmission flush, but I had recently replaced the transmission, they claimed my tie rods were completely shot which could have been a possibility but after seeing the price tag, I got a second opinion and tie rods were not noted as an issue (10k miles later, the tie rods are still fine...). The other thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that my mileage into the shop and out of the shop was the same which indicates they didnt really give it a good test drive to help identify the issues.In the end, I went somewhere else and some of the repairs suggested by Larry Miller were consistent, but at the other place, they cost about 35% less and identified the real culprit which was sticky calipers, something Larry Miller didnt even identify and maybe would have had the actually test drove the vehicle.I dont typically leave reviews, and because of that have waited awhile to make sure my assessment was correct. So far it has been. I would not recommend this dealership for service as I believe their intentions are not in the best interest of the customer.

I took my 2015 Dodge Durango to Cherry Creek Dodge to have the oil changed and the check engine light diagnosed. The check engine light was diagnosed as the thermostat requiring replacement. The service writer was difficult to contact, and was rude when I was finally able to contact him. His explanation was that the phones at the dealership had not been working for several days. After picking my car up, I noticed that the climate control system had become non-functional. I made another appointment, paid for the air conditioner to be recharged, and left thinking that all was well. Within ten days, the climate control system failed again. The climate control system was functioning properly prior to the thermostat being replaced. I scheduled yet another appointment, using the online system, which the service department subsequently refused to confirm, despite a weeks notice and the chosen service writer having 49 appointments available at the time the appointment was booked. This is the second Larry H Miller location that has damaged my car and then denied responsibility. I absolutely DO NOT recommend taking any vehicle there for service.
It has been over 3 months and this dealership still refuses to provide me with my title. I have called several times and am always told someone will give you a call back. I purchased a brand new truck with cash in April 2021 which is now not street legal (temp tags expired already received a ticket). Give me my title immediately or my money back!

You should watch your contract and have it reviewed by a lawyer. These guys padded over $1000 in additional fees onto my bill and the finance manager lied and told me that there was no way to fix it. I would not recommend anyone buy from here.

The service I received was not at all professional. The service advisor did not keep me informed as to what step they were at in the process. I had purchased a warranty only to find out U could not use it. The adviser quoted me with a discount but when I picked up my vehicle there was not discount available. I was quoted one price over the phone and a different price when I picked up. They had my vehicle 5 days and I had to keep calling because no one was calling me back. U left messages for the service manager with no call back either. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. I was inconvenienced with no vehicle and was told that there was not loaner car available. My service adviser was out of the office and now one else was able to give me any updates.Not happy with this.🤨☹️☹️
If you like to wait for weeks to have you auto fixed. You must contact the dealer each day to get an excuse of what is happening. And promises that it will be completed in a few hr at the most a day. This will go on for weeks. No one will notify you of anything unless you contact them. My advice dont go there unless it an emergency or your forced to.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right new 2021 Ram Rebel. After locating a truck at LM Chrysler Dodge Ram FIAT in Denver, I called in and got a random sales person which was Krystal Padilla. Krystal was outstanding to work with remotely which include a couple of rounds of negotiations including a trade in. She was very responsive, product knowledgeable, and professional. Needless to say, I ended up getting a great trade in offer against a fantastic truck that is now in my garage.
Definitely by far one of my better experiences with this business. When I called I was able to get same-day service and it only took about an hour. I would say the pricing was good considering I was able to get three oil changes for the price of one and tire rotation.
Being in a service industry myself, I appreciate how they’ve always taken care of my car and my needs at LHM. I respect the team there and their difficult jobs and find that they’ve always taken the extra step for me. Beyond that, they really just love auto. The mechanics do thorough work which shows that they’re passionate about cars and in the end what more could you ask for.

Like every car lot they lie to you. Add random charges like sanitation fee. 300$ then finance adds 6500$ in charges without asking. By the time you figure it out you’ve almost signed all the paperwork. Also you’re buying a $50,000 truck and they barely cleaned it and to fill up a full tank of gas.

I was never once pressured or pushed into any decisions, and Zach was eager to assist with any of my requests. Not only was Zach affable and easy going, but he listened to my needs and wants and was truly engaged in conversations with me. Motivated to get a new Ram 1500, I received a call from Charlie Clarke that a bunch of new 2021s had just come off the rack. It’s a time when inventory lacks in the industry and Charlie came through with beauty! I was concerned about the inflated costs however, that we are seeing with of all the major truck brands as a result. Charlie and RJ made this deal happen. Plain and simply the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life The service department refuses to communicate with people. I brought my charger in for a small leak by the time I got my car back these people were trying to tell me Im going to need a new engine for $11000. Very bad place to take your car. Highly recommend going to another dealership service department. They basically kidnapped my car for over a month. One time when they told me my car was ready. I got less than a mile away from the dealership, when my car overheated. I pull over go to pop the hood and take a look. Guess what I found. They left a diagnostic chip in my car in my car. On the chip in bright yellow letters. It stated do not drive with this chip in car. Well they gave me my car back with it still plugged in. Needless to say my car drove in to there shop running. By the time I got it to a different shop, I had to get it towed. And through this entire process cherry creek dodge did nothing to accommodate me. No loaner car no nothing. Trust me Im not the kind of guy to complain on the internet. But wort experience i have ever had. Probably going to be talking to my lawyer.

Scoundrels! $20,000 over MSRP for a RAM truck, thats despicable price gouging of the worst variety. Taking advantage of a moment in time that allows you to pilfer your community. Your customers will remember this when times are normal.
Overall a great experience working with our salesperson Zach, from my initial inquiry to the end of the process he was very friendly and helpful. Ultimately we found the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price. Thanks again to Zach and the folks at LHM on Havana.

Took my 2017 Fiat 500x to the service center for a check engine light on. They told me the problem was caused by outside influence (topping off the gas) and I had to pay $800 to have it fixed because they wouldn’t cover it. The car was under 30,000 miles. I had to pay $160 for just the diagnosis. Then, I took my car to Autozone to have the check engine light checked and they gave me two diagnostic codes on what were wrong with the vehicle. The Autozone customer representative showed me the codes from the diagnostic, which were P0172(system too rich) and P0456 (EVAP leak). Those were not caused by just topping off the gas pump. FIAT dealer wouldn’t listen to any of it because Autozone is just a auto-part shop. FIAT couldn’t even give me the diagnostic codes. They charged me $160 just to look at the vehicle and wouldn’t fix it without me paying out of pocket for everything. I certainly would never go to FIAT or Chrysler dealer again. Ofcourse they all will try to be nice to you when you want to purchase a car from them, but not when your car has issue. Stay away from this place!

My Jeep was having trouble starting again because of a non related issue I had them tow it to Larry h Miller and diagnose it. While I was there I talked to Mike and decided it was time for a new truck. He really wanted to help, My fiancé and I decided on a new ram. Dwight was our sales guy. He’s an awesome person and really helped us through the process. We ended up getting our dream truck and couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend this place!!!
The new management at Larry H Miller has really turned this store around. These guys are dedicated to helping every guest find what they are looking for. They have also added a lot to the new and used inventory that made it easy to choose my new ride. If you are looking for a new vehicle I recommend checking them out!
The service department is a joke. Went in on a Saturday for a oil change a a check engine light. Paid the diagnostic so they can check what was going on with my car because of the check engine light. Got a full list of problems. Talked to one of the advisers WHICH THEY RECOMMENDED that the really important part to fix is two things out of I believe 5 things that it needed to be fix. So I did exactly what they told me to do because “they are the expert” (yeah right). The next day my car was acting up. Which at this point we couldn’t do anything because the shop was close on Sunday. So I went in on Monday and now they’re are telling that I have to pay for another diagnostic. At this point is so had to even reach the service department. They’re not even trying to help all they want is money after money after money. At the end they wanted to charge me almost $4,000 for some that that only really cost $900. Took my car to another shop and they told me that nothing that Larry and Miller diagnosed was correct. Horrible customer service. Even the manager didn’t even want to help with the whole situation
