They completed modified A/B service. Work was done timely and at the quoted price. The Service Advisor, Geoffrey offered low pressure advice on things I need to have done ASAP such as tires and things that could possibly wait until my next appointment such as Transmission fluid and filter.
Chris Smith is an excellent service rep. He is very thorough in describing the issues in need of being addressed and prioritizing the repairs. We value his advice and always look for ward to working with Mr Smith for our service appointments.
Dealership has extraordinarily high prices (about double on average) and will suggest unnecessary repairs. Service advisor David was especially helpful, courteous and prompt follow-up up. Dealership is clean and attractive.

They went way out of their way to accommodate me into their workload when I came in today without an appointment at last minute, when II was hoping to get my car serviced before its going on a trip tomorrow. Awesome experience today. My check engine light came on and the car did not accelerate. Called the service center and was told to bring car to the shop. I was advised that the car wouldnt be looked at until next day. Took car and within a couple of hours the car was fixed! I understand that the issue was some type of software issue but nevertheless what a great experience! I was upset at first because the car is only 4 months old but the experience made the situation a lot more pleasant! Thank you
I bought a certified preowned 2013 GLK 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Denver in 2016. And I’ve had it maintained at this same Denver facility for all repairs and maintenance. A few months ago they diagnosed this car is having a tension Idle chain issue. The engine start up has a rattle for a few seconds on all most every start. I took it into Mercedes-Benz and had them do the repair. Upon leaving we discover the check engine light was on. Something that he didn’t have when we brought it in. When we got at home and started it on our way to a trick-or-treat event for my grandson it rattled on the start up again. Leaving me to suspect the parts were not replaced… here’s a copy of my receipt I’m taking this car back tomorrow morning. We’ll see how they handle it. This is the first time I’ve ever paid 4K for a repair and then that repair not even be done. I can’t tell you how disgusted I am.
I am so appreciative of Murray Mercedes-Benz of Denver for solving and fixing a very unusual problem with my very old and very loved 2004 Cabriolet CLK 500 convertible! It was purring like a kitten and running very well, until it wasnt. The computer just went into alerts, see the workshop, etc!! When the lights went on, the speed odometer did not work and my car could barely go a few miles an hour. Panic, so I pulled off the road into driveways, etc. Shut off the car and waited about 15 minutes, then turned it back on and it was working perfectly! This happened several times over a month, until it happened three times in one day! That sent me to the service center, actually it was towed as I could not drive it safely on a highway. The mechanics did the diagnostics but the error code was hard to find. Then research was done with their many dealerships all over the country on this specific model and similar activity had occurred. Now they switched the coils and drove it and the Esp did not happen. So they believe that the fault was the result of excessive electrical interference from ignition coils in the vicinity of the ESP control unit. They continued to drive it over several weeks to make sure the problem was solved. No parts were required. It seems that a coil can overheat and send the computer into action. I love driving this car, but frankly I know very little about the workings of them. I have owned this car for many years and take very good care of it. It has low mileage as it is a fair weather car! I so appreciate the Dealership for finding the solution to this very rare problem. My expense was minimal and I was able to use a loaner for most of the month it was in the shop. It was a very scary problem, when you are driving even on a city street and the engine goes from 40 to almost nothing! My service adviser Tyler Roby did a good job for me and their very experienced mechanic that worked on the solution checked it out for safety and solved the mystery. Mid-September--On road trip with Mercedes based Motor home. Critical repair needed on failed recall item. Advised that earliest service appointment would be mid December. Seriously?
Service and repair personel were great. Facilities appear to need attention in the waiting areas and bathrooms. NOT GOOD!
The antenna on my GLE was fairly old and starting to get poor reception. They didn’t know if it needed to be fixed or replaced. The dealership was working on it and Tyler was keeping me informed but they had to wait to hear back from Mercedes as to how they should proceed. Because of that delay I ended up driving a loaner for longer than expected, but they put me in a nice car, so it didn’t make that big a difference. Most importantly, the antenna is working very well now. Also, the service technician who was working on my car drove it around while checking the antenna both before and after. That’s like a test drive where he could diagnose any problems. That’s certainly a bonus. I’ll accept a few extra days in a loaner for a good service.
Everybody in the service department were not paying attention and some one came to me and said they were too busy to take care of me right away and kept me waiting at the door for more than 30 minues.I saw then chatting private conversations while not paying attention to the waiting customer. They were not in a working mode.Everything seemed to have been out of their attention. To bring my serviced car was another agony. I have talked to at least three person and eventually got the car while returning my loaner. It took about an hour just to pictup my car that had been service the night before.The people were not simpl in the working and serving mode on that day of my visit.I sweared myself not to come this place again. Bye, bye.The place was not like that before.

I made an appointment to drop my car off for service for Wednesday sept 1.. When we dropped it off they said they might need to keep it overnight due to the volume of cars that were in the shop. I said ok. The service person let us know at the end of the day that they would indeed need to keep it until the next day. No big deal, except at the end of the next day (Thursday- now day 2) I got a text message (not a call) saying that they would need to keep it overnight yet again and PS my service technician would be leaving for the long weekend so have a nice weekend he would have somebody call me if it got done the next day. No indication as to when or if it would be ready the following day (day 3- Friday). I ended up having to arrange to come and get the car, take it home, and then bring it back all over again on the Tuesday after Labor Day. The service person told me they simply had too many cars in the shop to schedule them all. If this was the case, why was I able to make an appointment? This was extremely irritating because my spouse and I work full time and have two young kids so getting the car in is not easy. It is also extremely annoying to have have it constantly telling you that it is overdue for service when you tried to get in and could not get it serviced. If I make an appointment for routine service, my assumption is that my car will be done the same day. If you cant make it happen, I would expect a call the day before saying that I need to reschedule for a later date so I am not inconvenienced by being left with one car to shuttle two adults to their workplaces and two kids to their schools and activities until you are able to get around to servicing my vehicle. Frankly I have been thinking about replacing my Toyota with a Mercedes next, but the service at Toyota is a whole lot faster and more reliable than this, so probably not. I never had this issue with my prior BMWs at the sister dealership when Barbara Marin was the service manager. There I was always given a loaner as well even if my car was just there for the day.
Took my vehicle to have the A service done, along with some additional maintenance items. All aspects of service were what you expect from MB: courteous employees, a thorough explanation of the car’s status, and a service advisor that explained some additional service items.
We bought a new GLB 250 in February a month or so ago a light came on saying that the air bag was not working so it needed service. We called and finally got an appointment for September 16. When I dropped it off they told me they were really busy and will update me later how long was going to take. We received a text later that day that with was going to take 2-3 days. By Monday since we hadn’t heard anything we called because we had trips coming up on September 23. They told us that the part had been ordered and would be ready on the 22nd. We called to check in the 22nd and they said that the part was not in the shipment, we explained we were going to be traveling and couldn’t pick up. We get a late text later that day that the car was going to be ready unfortunately we couldn’t pick up before they closed because of our son’s after school activities. When I went to pick up on Monday September 27th. Chris tells me it will be 10 min because they will have to rewash. I understood and went to wait. After 30 min I went to ask and he had no idea what happened. It took over 40 min to pick up my car. The service from this place is awful.

We brought our SUV in for a light after calling and being told to come on in. We came in and then were made to wait and after 35 minutes were told to we should have made an appointment and needed to come back.We came back and waited for about 30 minutes and finally left. We had a local guy inspect the car and just needed to be reset due to the last mechanic not having properly reconnected some engine part, it took us 20 minutes to wait and 5 minutes to fix, no charge. Ill let you guess who the last service shop was.

I realize that it’s Mercedes and that I bought a Mercedes and yes, it’s a luxury vehicle BUT it’s not the first luxury vehicle I’ve owned and it’s not the the first time I’ve gone to a dealership for service. Never in my life did I imagine paying that much for an oil change on a brand new car! I took shop class many years ago and I know what is involved in changing oil and a filter and what they charge is preposterous. I probably would’ve let it go and just found a reputable spot to go in the future but the tipping point here is that they claim to give you a “complementary” car wash and they did not. This place is a rip off
