Very professional and excellent quality. Our experience with this dealership and our salesman, Dean, was truly a favorable one! Dean is very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in the best hands with making such an important decision. Very patient and takes such professional pride in his line of work. Thank you so much!!
Very satisfied with the service of oil change, filters changed, brake fluid exchange. I appreciate that all concerns I have are looked at and information is provided regarding condition. I feel informed to make decisions. Additionally, the staff advise of any concerns they see have after inspecting the car. The crew is very customer service oriented.
I had a great experience here. The people are great and so is their service. If you ever need anything, ask for Ryan. He is awesome and helped me so much. Glad I could reach out to him anytime and not feel like I’m being a bother.
Dean went above and beyond for me and my wife.We walked into the dealership and within probably a minute or two, we were approached by Dean asking us what we needed.I showed him their website with a vehicle we wanted to see and Dean jumped right on it and got us the keys within minutes with no hassle. We test drove the car and decided to look at another car.We decided to get the second car we had looked at and met up with Dean to seal the deal, only to discover he was finishing a finance with another customer.I was blown away at the professionalism and work ethic Dean displayed, I was fooled and thought my wife and I were his only customers but to my suprise he was multi-tasking amazingly.Dean was one of the best car salesman Ive seen before, and definitely takes pride in his work. After a few hours, my wife and I left happy with a new (to her) 2015 Toyota Corolla.I will definitely be returning to this dealership to buy myself a car from Dean, I also had a few questions about our car after we had left and Dean was sure to return all of my calls, no matter the case.
I would like to update the previous review: Mountain States Toyota totally owned up to their mistake and made things right. It was explained to me by one of the mechanics that after-market rims can be tricky. This lead to the tire coming off my Toyota Tacoma on August 26th when I left their garage. It took 2 more tries to get it right and about a week without the car but they admitted to the mistake and owned it. They were embarrassed and I was a bit angry but thanks Ty, Jeff, Addison, Daniel and Alex for helping out in the process. This was my original review:Unfortunately I had a very bad experience on August 26th at Mountain States Toyota when I picked up my 2015 Tacoma after being serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the garage I made my way to the interstate. I was just about to get on I-76 and the back right tire came off as I was approaching the interstate. I ended up blocking the left-hand lane and my tire was gone down into the fence. Someone forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I was in disbelief. I called Toyota and they gave me their tow companies number to call. I was there for over an hour waiting, blocking the left hand lane wishing I had checked my wheels before leaving the garage at Mountain States Toyota.I was never approached by a manager when I got back to Mountain States Toyota. I missed an 8:00am appointment, missed a days worth of pay at work…forced to take a personal day. They hooked me up with a rental which took another hour. I spent close to 4 1/2 hours dealing with this mess.Someone could have been seriously injured from the tire that came off. I could have been in an accident.I am so disappointed with this entire experience. I’m nervous about them working on my car now. Thinking about seeking legal? They say they’re paying for it and it will be ready by Saturday afternoon?I read they’re looking for mechanics.
Good service. A bit expensive for everything compared to another auto repair shop. It would be great if they could package some common services together so 100,000 mile vehicle maintenance didnt cost $1200.Power Steering fluid exchange, Brake fluid, Transmission fluid, 4 x 4 system inspection and cleaning, Spark Plugs, etc. There are no packages, so each of these services is $150-$200 individually. Its a little crazy. I wont be back and Ill just learn to do all the repairs myself for that cost.
Long lines, but they moved us through relatively quickly. Very professional service. Wish they still had their refreshments for the wait, but Im hoping those come back when the pandemic is fully under control? All in all, highly recommended.
Personnel are extremely friendly and professional. They don’t blame me for issues with the car unlike the other Toyota site in town. They were eager to help. Would highly recommend!
A+++! Between Bobbi in service and the techs at Mountain States Toyota I was very impressed. I had my power steering rack and pinion replaced, brake fluid exchanged and a full inspection done. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. I’ll be back for sure. Down right awesome job!
Ryan Lanning is the best! I cant say enough good things about him. My check-in was perfect, the service and multi-point inspection was flawless and check-out was even better. I have been to this dealer many times and will most certainly return.
The day I went to Mountain States Toyota to have my car windows treated with a tint to block sun rays, they had an unusual amount of customer traffic. It took a little longer than usual to process me, but they acknowledged my arrival almost immediately and I was never left waiting long without someone addressing me and keeping me updated. They made sure I knew the time my car was scheduled to be ready, and Im happy to say the work was done about 90 minutes earlier. I was immediately notified, processed, and on my way home. The people were professional and polite. I continue to enjoy the service at Mountain States Toyota. I discovered a Toyota dealer about 20 minutes closer to where I live. I went there once and did not enjoy the service there at all. Thats why I travel the extra 20 minutes to go to Mountain States.
We’ve worked with Alex Gomez over the past four years and have purchased eight vehicles from him, including our latest this past Thursday, a 2022 Tacoma. Alex is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We are planning on moving out of state soon but will always come back to Alex and Mountain States!
Best Toyota & any Dealership for service Ive ever found. These guys(women too) are great at providing service for your vehicle. On this last occasion I was replacing the Drivers side Sun Visor. For some reason these both have broken on our Venza. Hopefully Toyota has fixed this issue on newer than 2013 models of their vehicles. On this service I had ordered the part through the parts department and just showed up to the dealership without an appointment to have the visor replaced & installed. Even though the Service Department looked like it was fully engaged. They met this need for me as quickly as they could. The Visor was put on this car not in the 4 to 5 hours I was told it would most likely take to get this done but less than an hour and one half. In doing this service they also checked the entire car out. The break pads turned out to worn-out and it needed an alignment. There were several other minor issues and needed replacements as well. This is my wifes car. I spoke with Andre and had the major and minor issues taken care of right then. These extra needed services were done on time as promised and I left the dealership with right at the costs promised too. I do highly recommend this dealerships service department and think you will be good with having used them!
Strange times to buy a car in, Paul and the team kept putting our order in through Toyota and stayed on top it to help make it happen. Appreciate their communication and help getting us a car with all the options that were right for our growing family. I dont think it would have happened as smoothly with out their effort.
I needed to urgently buy a car for my son. We could only afford a used car. Carl (our sales person) did not make me feel poorly for what I could afford. He was supportive and helpful when I said I wanted to take it to my mechanic for a look over. He was open about the state of the vehicle and even pointed out issues. There were some parts of the process I did not know how they worked and he supported me through those steps completely. He made the process as fast an painless as possible. When I was transferred to finance to pay for the car, that gentleman (forgot his name) was just as nice and helpful as Carl. I had a lot of questions along the way but when I drove off with the car, I had none left. Not only did they both answer all my questions, they answered nearly all of them quickly and confidently. If they did not know, they said they would find out and did so quickly as well. They care recommended by my mechanic and I am very happy I used them. The car did have some issues but the car was priced to accommodate that. I have every intention of using Mountain States in the future and have already started recommending them to others.
My experience was positive from beginning to end. I appreciate all the things they checked on my vehicle and which items need to be addressed quickly. Also, the courtesy car wash is always a nice touch. I will continue to bring my Toyota to this dealership because of the service, value and professionalism.
Shawn (Service Manager) and Darrel (Master Mechanic) set the bar for customer service. These guys are the best of the best and I cannot express how blessed and grateful I am to have crossed their paths. Their dedication and commitment to customer service bailed me out of a potentially lengthy and expensive repair. The repair was completed in hours when other shops stated they were backed up and not able to look at my vehicle for weeks. No other shop could compete with the level of support these guys provided. 10/10 Thanks again!
I just bought my first car by myself through mountain states, and between Joe and Nick it was way less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I asked a million questions and they showed me tons of options. They both were super patient and helped me find a car I love as well as explained things to me that probably don’t normally need to be explained. I really appreciated their help, and would totally buy another car here again.Lana in finance was super patient too, and definitely worked hard to help me be able to comfortably afford a car that I never thought I’d be able to get! They even gave me snacks!
Fantastic place to do business! Everyone there was so great. I got the perfect car at a really good price. Ask for Patrick, he is the Best!
I had an appointment for 2:20, showed up at 2:15, and didn’t get seen by a service manager until 2:40. The only person that acknowledged me in the time between arriving and finally being checked in was the guy that marked my car’s windshield with my position in line. He was great.I don’t understand the point in making an appointment if my car doesn’t get checked in anywhere close to that time. On top of that, my car was held onto for an hour and 45 minutes after the late check in. There’s got to be a better scheduling system in place that gets people seen closer to their scheduled time and in and out of the door quicker.
Yesterday I purchase my dream car a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer and I was given the wonderful opportunity to work with Patrick Giusti! He was amazing, my friend and I felt so welcomed when we first met him! He explained everything very very well. With being a first time buyer he let me know all the things I should look for and know before I make commitment. If I ever need to get another car or someone I know needs a car I will recommend Patrick at the Mountain States Toyota.
45 minutes to check in-ugh! Really didnt need to do this. Rotated tires, checked some fluids. At 5,000 miles no oil change. car wash. Hope the battery stays up.. I am really upset that if I dont drive the car and it sits for 4 days the battery will probably die. Not dependable at all. Give me my old 07 Avalon back. if this is new technology bring back the old!! It really makes me consider a different car. I really thought it was good to get a hybrid--not maybe a good choice with the battery draining. Plz figure out something to do about this battery issue. If I go to the airport for a week vacation and come home I guess I had better plan on calling roadside assistance. Right??
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The tire guy knew what he was doing. The guy who checked me out was even nice. I was kind of stranded for hours as I came in without an appointment and my tires were in bad shape. I live 2.5 hours away so this was a big deal for me. The folks there took me to a store I wanted to shop at to pass the time. And they were able to wash my filthy car! (Something the other place cannot seem to do because the wash is broken each time.) I have been going to a different Toyota location that I am not completely happy with. I think I will begin getting my service done here from now on!
We had such a great experience at Mountain States Toyota. Doan helped us from beginning to end with our new jeep Cherokee limited. He was joyful, professional and ready to help in every way. He even brought us chick fil a since we were there through lunch. Lol. Jesse was our financing guru and he worked so hard to get us the best deal he possibly could. Everything was thorough and positive. We will definitely be going back for our next trade!
Im happy with the service. One additional comment. I requested No car wash since the car wash bay is not a touchless design. This was noted on the work order but the car wash was done anyway.
I have never left Mountain States Toyota feeling unsatisfied. The service staff are always professional and pleasant - you know exactly what needs to be done and what has been done and why. They let you know how long the wait will be and the facility is always clean!
This is the second time I have made an appointment and sat outside for half an hour before I got someone to check me in. I was told it would take an hour and a half; I was there closer to two and half hours. I realize everyone is short staffed- so make fewer appointments. Id rather have timely service than spend time just sitting around. The people are nice and professional. I just think they need to adjust number of appointments to current staffing.
There was a long wait to be checked in. Everything after that went well. I would like there to be tables set up near electrical outlets (as they were before). I work from my laptop when there and need to charge the battery as I am working.
I recently bought a Mazda CX 5. It was a hard hunting since we had an specific budget and type of car we wanted. I can just say Randy is my top 3 car sales man in this area. He had been prepared the car for me even before coming and washed it!! He was very nice and explained with details what the car had ( advantages and features) He is the man you want for your next car! Mountain states Toyota does not only have a wide variety of cars, but also professionalism and care.
My experience with this dealership was degrading. I selected a car online and went to build the deal. My trade-in would not pull in the system. Within a couple of minutes someone called me. He said that the car I wanted was not available so he gave me a couple of other options. I picked out a 4Runner and created an appointment to see it the same evening. I asked if there was any other info I could supply to make things easier and I was told no and that I would have to come in. When I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist said she would have to find someone to help me. She walked over to the computer area and was walking the floor looking for someone to help me. I could tell by the expressions that the sales staff were telling me no. After awhile I just walked out.I feel like my time or my deal was not good enough for them.
Everyone I dealt with at Mountain States Toyota was fabulous. They greeted me, showed me where I could sit, answered all of my questions and got the truck serviced ahead of the time they said it would be finished. The prices are reasonable and the people are great.
Its nice to be able to trust your dealership to not overcharge you to not up sales you. Better than a grease monkey or a jiffy lube and more reliable work and better price to boot. Thank you. I have had horrible experiences awful experiences with Harley-Davidson dealerships and they overcharged and the work is poor at best.
I really enjoy working with Mountain States Toyota. They are always available to talk out any issue I am having with my Highlander. The employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help!Thank you Mountain States!
We had such a great experience at Mountain State Toyota while purchasing our new 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium! Our salesperson, Joey Ramirez, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and easy to work with. He made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Joey walked us through the entire car (front to back) and hooked our phones up to the car. I was able to set up an appt with the service team quickly to get our roof rack and Predator steps installed. Our finance contact, Ryan, was knowledgeable, entertaining and professional. Thanks a million for the making car buying very easy!
I have been to several dealerships in the past and Mountain States Toyota provides the most superior service by far.I kept having issues with my 2007 Toyota Camry and they resolved my issue every time. The price point wasnt astronomical. I was so impressed. They even fixed it for free once because they misdiagnosed it.Thats the service vehicle segment.I came to Michael Ramstetter almost 2 years ago telling him I wanted to buy a new Toyota 4Runner. It has been my dream car since I graduated college and now since I am finishing my Doctorate I wanted a red one with tan interior. It took us some time to find one. We would find it then someone would buy it as I was getting prepared to purchase it. I would then just stalk the website. It happened on several occasions.I emailed Michael over the holidays for I had found one. I then was out and about and stopped by. Michael took care of me right away and I walked away with my new 2021 Red Toyota 4Runner. I couldnt thank Michael enough. I appreciated him so much for just building a relationship with me. I will be eternally grateful for Michael for making my dreams come true. And Andy their warranty gentleman was amazing as well. Nothing like getting a vehicle but ensuring its taken care of is just as important.I know this review is long but I wanted to demonstrate that they build relationships with you!! Mountain States is now like family to me and if I could, I would give them 10 stars!! Theyve exceeded all of my expectations.
Everything was excellent. The car we were interested in was waiting for us when we arrived. No waiting so we were able to take it for a test drive. We decided to purchase the car and Dean McDonald was super thorough and the buying process was fast. We could not have asked for a more Customer oriented sales person. He was amazing. Thanks, Dean!
Easy drop off, advisor was informative and not pushy on sales, time I waited was exactly what was told to me
Always happy with Toyotas service, they are professional, super friendly and a great place to take you vehicle.
It was Great everyone was nice!! The only negative thing I would have to say is I waited 1hr to get checked in and I lost another appointment.
Ryan Benipayo was excellent. I was there early in the week shopping for a new 4Runner. He checked inventory asking my specific wants and desires for my purchase. He also took the time to explain how to order and told me he would keep an eye out.A couple days later he called me letting me know a couple trucks were available. He took the time to follow up like he said he would and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.Ive had excellent experiences with all my purchases at Mountain States but he was by far the best. Friendly, Honest and dedicated to making a sale. He even came in on his day off to finish the deal! I have his card Ill be passing it on to anyone looking to make a purchase in these crazy times.
This was THE BEST experience I could have ever asked for with purchasing my first car! I felt so comfortable & 0 pressure, we all shared a bunch of laughs & pieces of our lives. THANK YOU RANDY!!! YOU ARE THE MAN!!
Got new tires windshield fix and oil change at a good price
Buying a new car has never been so easy. Tou Lee was great and amazing to work with!
I was a walk-in at this place during a long 5000+ mile road trip to Yellowstone from NY and was well over mileage on the scheduled service maintenance needed. Addison was able to pencil me in and have me out pretty promptly given the situation and was very warm and welcoming. Thanks for getting me back on the road home! Will definitely come back next time I’m in the area
This is a fantastic service department. Very professional and respectful. I do wish they’d bring back the customer appreciation perks.
Ryan, Gabriel and the crew at Mountain States Toyota where fantastic! They were flexible and worked with my schedule to get many services done. So grateful to this team!
Seth Burns was great! He had all the answers we needed and made our experience there smooth and easy. We bought a used car and got a great value!
Took my Prius in for a brake issue, they determined it was part of an extended warranty from Toyota and covered all the costs completely. Since it was an issue with the brakes they said it wasn’t safe to drive while parts were beeping shipped in, so they gave me a free rental car for two weeks. I’ve owned many cars and never been treated as well as I have been by Mountain States Toyota. Highly recommend!
Assistant was very friendly and helpful; explaining what was to be done/done in a timely and courteous manner
Beware, extremely LONG WAIT TIMES, even with an appointment. As a first time customer I made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. My appointment was at 2pm (they provide a 30 minute grace period if youre running late). When I arrived there were two lines of cars waiting in front of me, extending outside of the service garage area (probably about 12 cars total). I observed customers sitting in their cars, waiting for employees to come to their vehicles to check them in.Unfamiliar with how things worked, I waited at least 15-20 minutes for someone to check me in and when no one did, I went into the service office and told them I was a new customer with an appointment, approaching the 30-minute grace period, and that I hadnt been checked in yet. The person I spoke with (there is no service desk from entry inside of the garage, so I have no idea what type of employee I interacted with) informed me they were short staffed and that someone would be right with me. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment and was told I would need to wait to do so.Needless to say, I got back into my vehicle and left. I then called Mountain States and expressed my disappointment. I was told the volume was not typical and that they had a lot of last minute walk-ins. I wasted an hour of my day, as well as gas for my Sequoia, for nothing but a very poor customer experience and I will not be back.To the Mountain States Service Director...please create a better customer experience and set SLAs around initial customer acknowledgement and check in, prioritizing new customers whove waited weeks for their appointments, over last minute walk-ins.
They are amazing! Great, fast service ! I was very impressed with their service and you won’t be either. Thank you guys for the great experience !
Just bought a car recently from here and everything was fine and all through the process until I got home and checked all the numbers one last time. I was told the price would be one thing and saw a different number when I checked again. It was 10 Thousand over the sticker price on the windshield. I tried calling them to see if it might be a typo and straighten everything out. I was told to show up in person because they are apparently busy for customers whos moneys theyve already taken. I went and was told that they could not do anything at all and didnt even want me in their office to recheck the numbers or anything. I am very disappointed with the service provided Will not be coming here again. I would think twice about buying here.
I went to purchase a 4runner, when I got there Dylan had pulled the 4runner ready for me to test drive. Loved the truck, was ready to talk numbers, it was very simple very fast! It was the best car buy experience I have ever had! Then Andy the Finance Manager was great! I will go back here to buy again and I would refer anyone looking for a toyota to go here!
I had an appointment for routine service (5k service but performed at 6mo and 2.5k. Some one came out to initiate the service right away and only had a short wait for the service writer to appear. From there the service went well. There was not up-selling, which I hate, and the service was completed in less time that projected. The car wash was much appreciated as the car had debris from a truck having a blow-out next to our vehicle the day before.
Great experience with their sales team. Jimmy was good and got in and out. Finance was fast and not painful like other dealerships Ive bought from. Its a no pressure dealership. Tim the owner does a good job at running Mountain States Toyota.
I brought in my 2017 Highlander today for required service, and was pleasantly surprised to have it completed before closing. My service manager, Robert Flageolle, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. Mountain States Toyota had the replacement set of tires I wanted in stock and installed them during the service. I am very pleased with the new tires and the excellent service. Thank you to Robert and to Mountain States Toyota.
Was looking to buy my first car out of college and after visiting a few places, decided to go with Mountain States because we had by far the best experience there. Was nervous about the whole process having never done it before but Dean M was so helpful and I never once felt taken advantage of like I did at other places. Ended up leasing a new RAV4 and love it so far! Thank you Dean for a great experience. My family will definitely be returning here for cars in the future.
Routine recommended checkup and alignment. Everything went smoothly and was in and out faster than expected. Bobbi is always great to work with.
Omg they have the worst service ever. Got there at 910 for my 920 appointment and there must have been 30 cars ahead of me. There in line for over 40 minutes and they haven’t even checked me in. The line of cars has not moved. I go in to ask why do I have a 920 appointment if all these cars are ahead of me. They Basically didn’t care. That’s just how it is They said. We have lots of drop ins. Then why did i have an appointment. An hr later still not checked in. Left and made appointment with Stevenson west. I will never go back to mountain states.
I bought my truck new from Mountain States in 2017, however I live on the other side of Denver and near another Toyota Dealership where I would always have it serviced. Then in July, my engine literally blew up as I was driving down the highway. Fortunately, I had a Platinum Warranty. The dealership near where I live (and had been having it serviced) was not only not helpful, I feel they were misleading me so as not to get stuck dealing with a car they didnt sell. They told me they would not honor the warranty. So I had it towed to Mountain States Toyota, where Romny and the service department were honest and up front. They told me they would honor the warranty and they literally put in a whole new engine in my truck. And they did it by the deadline they gave.
I would highly recommend this dealership for service! My one stop shop for servicing all my vehicles!
They are always on time and explain everything to me. Needed new tires after 9 years, did excellent job. They are very professionalLela Mae
Simple service still takes way to long. 2 hrs to rotate tires, check batteries, change fluids etc. seems very deficient.
Hugh thank you to Chris Ellerbrock!I walked in and out in a couple of hours on a brand new 2022 4Runner! He answered every question I had, went over every detail and took great care of me. Highly recommend going in and asking to work with him!
I think the staff here are very friendly. I am leasing a vehicle through Toyota and its crazy to me how long it takes to do the mandatory checkups- like 5 k 10 k miles. I made an appt (had to wait at least a month to get in), and was there for nearly 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. To be fair, they did give me that exact estimate, but I honestly thought it was one of those under promise over deliver things. It seems they schedule about 20-25 people per 20 min slot. I would prefer not to have to wait this long given I made an appointment. If I didnt have Toyota Care, I would definitely go elsewhere.
A great place to get your Toyota serviced. They are honest and upfront. All decisions are explained to you and whatever you decide is respected.
Awesome customer service. Came to them from another toyota dealership and Im glad I did. Highly recommend this place!
I went in recently to look at used 4Runners.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dylan. Very friendly and energetic from start to finish. I told him I had done my homework, had a trade and wanted to see if they could offer a competitive price. While they were appraising my car Dylan brought me to a computer and we started browsing inventory. He was very knowledgeable on the 4Runner and was very thorough during the entire process. This is the 4th or 5th car I’ve bought, and easily the best experience so far. Thanks Dylan and Paul for making it a fun process! Highly recommend this dealership!
I spent a fair bit of money ($2k) for tires and alignment and the vehicle was NOT drivable when I picked it up. This is a newer model vehicle with ONLY 30k miles on it. Dont even mention the fact 30k miles should not require new tires. When I picked it up, It shook so bad on the highway it was a miracle I didnt lose control. It was released to me in a completely unsafe condition. I purchase this vehicle brand new for a lot of money, it barely has any miles on it, I have always had it serviced at MS Toyota. There is no reason why this should have happened. It also caused a huge issue with me not being offered a replacement vehicle while this one was being worked on for the second time, when it should have been usable after putting $2k into it. It was fine when i dropped it off and a pile of vibrating garbage when I picked it up.
Scheduled Inspection at 25,000 miles. There was no charge. My appointment was for 9:40 AM. I arrived at 9:20 AM and had to wait approximately 40 minutes, in line, to see a service representative (too long). On this day, there was not much of a line at 11 AM. I waited another one and a half hours to have the inspection performed. The paper report is reasonable, but the email report contains useless photos and letter codes which are not explained. Dont waste my time please. Many people were seated in the waiting area, but Twin Lakes Park (Adams County) is right across the street, with walkable trails, and a playground.
Dylan Batch helped me through the entire process. I got a loan through AAA and they were awful with this. Dylan and Svetlana worked some magic to help ease my stress. We are still currently ironing things out with the loan process from AAA. But both associates are staying in contact and getting the job done so that I am able to pick up the car from the dealership. I will recommend this dealership to many people.
I wanted a 2021 toyota rav4 hybrid and Jimmy made that happen (with help from Julian)! Anyone looking to buy a toyota, I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership. Jimmy and everyone working were so helpful and made the process of buying a new vehicle go very smooth! I love my new car!!
I had such a pleasant experience at Mountain States. Ryan B. was very polite and adequately answered all my questions. Will be recommending him and referring everyone to go there and request to be helped by him.
I needed a key copied recently for my somewhat oddball car and it was a pretty low priority task for me since I didnt need it right away, I have to say I was treated with such great care for my minor issue I was really impressed. I worked with Bridget at the parts department and she worked with me in the service center, they ordered some blanks and she kept me posted several time on the status of the order and them arriving. Apparently my car is a very oddball car because they had to take this to more extreme measures and hang onto one of my spare keys to track this key down (nothing was coming up when we researched it online either), this ended working out, the new key works just fine and Im really happy. I look forward to doing business with Mountain States Toyota in the future, if they treated my minor request with such care and attention I imagine anything higher priority will get the same/even better service!
Addison and Claudia took great care of me! They were very friendly and helpful, I walked away feeling good about the service provided here. Highly recommended.
90 minutes seems a bit long for just a tire rotation and chassis lubrication, but I know everyone is struggling to staff up. Otherwise, everyone was courteous, apologetic for the wait, etc. Clean drop off area. Lots of Tacoma owners would like to watch their truck getting maintenance.
Bobbi and staff were pleasant and efficient, explained what was to be done, options, and answered questions. Shuttle driver was similarly engaged and pleasant.
Randy Hendricks is great, I highly recommend him is you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I have told all of my friends how awesome this dealership is. Thank you!
Johnny is by far the most pleasant salesman we have dealt with in our many decades of life! Honest, serving heart, genuine and aims to get you the car you want, not just make a sale. We recommend him and this dealership highly.
I made an appointment at 2pm for oil change and multipoint inspection. Had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in. At the end of service, an estimate of 1600$ critical repair work was recommended including fuel injector cleaning, power steering fluid exchange, brake fluid exchange, etc. for 2018 vehicle with 26k miles which seemed very excessive and unnecessary at this point. I continued using their services because I purchased the car from there but I am not planning to use them again.
Service was fine. However, they did not apply the buy one wiper and get the other wiper for $1 coupon like they were supposed to. When I was checking out, I provided the coupon; they took my bill to revise it, said they did, and when I checked after I got home I realized they didnt apply the discount and charged be for both wipers. I have called back and chatted on the website and have been getting the run around. . . .
The no later than time guarantee was over by more than 30 minutes. The rep gave a less than convincing sorry. I understand things can happen. If I can be texted when the vehicle is ready, I can be certainly be texted that the process is running late. I had returned to the facility, expecting to have the vehicle ready on time. As a result just standing around.
Mountain States Toyota has been taking care of me and my family for the last 10 years. Three Tacoma’s and one 4Runner later, Romny in service is like a member of the family. He’s always taken great care of us.
Scott was FANTASTIC help! I was there for my regular 35K maintenance and casually mention a minor issue with my gas door spring. And he got it fixed for me UNDER WARRANTY!!!
Very poor customer service. Ive been going there a couple of years and this was the worst experience. Long lines. Even with an appt expect to be there several hours. They did not handle my situation of paint chiping on a year old vehicle. There is no way that its not a manufacturer defect. I wish I would have gone through another Toyota dealership.
I brought my RAV 4 in for 10K service. As I have become accustom to, Toyota once again exceeded my expectations with customer service, timeliness, and pleasant surroundings while I waited.Very great service center.
Took my vehicle in for a warranty bumper repair and the service location broke my sensor. I called right away and let them know, the next time I went in they said it had been too long and wouldnt cover anything.I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for anything. Untrustworthy and will not own up to any issues they cause. I suggest finding a different dealership to get your service and car purchases done. I have had much better experiences with Stevinson Toyota East.Dealer never asked me to take the vehicle back in. The person I spoke to said next time I bring the car in it would be noted and fixed. Trust these people at your own risk
Mountain States Toyota does a great job, and the only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because they tend to take a long time. That being said, I’d rather someone take their time and get it right when it comes to my car.
Worked with Alex to get my new Rav. He was excellent to work with, super helpful and very kind. Great experience.
We worked with Joe Solis at Mountain States Toyota. Joes work ethic is impeccable. The challenge we had obtaining our new Tacoma was overcome by his attention to detail and exemplary communication skills. We highly recommend Mr. Joe Solis to help you purchase your next vehicle. There is no one better in our opinion.
Mountain Sates has always made servicing of my Tacoma easy. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is on.Drake Eastburn
All my service on my vehicles are performed by Mountain States Toyota. I always know my vehicles are taken care of properly if there is an issue service calls to provide price and obtain approval. Staff cares can handle all our needs the first time.
Alex Gomez was great salesperson to work with. Professional, thorough, and low key. I have purchased many cars and this was probably the best experience. Very chill but also knowledgeable and detail oriented. Great service.
This oil service was ok. missing antenna replaced. Alex did great. talked to service director Jeff Jenkin about some issues with the previous visit and he was non receptive. He acted like I was lying... we have two tundras I serviced there. wont be back after how Jeff responded to my issues.
I’ve been going to Toyota for a few years now. I’ve never had a bad experience. All the service members are super helpful & nice. I would like to point out a specific member, Romny. He was beyond helpful & went above & beyond with my last visit. Thank you Romny!
I purchased a 2019 Nissan SV 4X4 from this dealership. The vehicle had only 46K and is in excellent condition. It was a cash deal and the experience at Mountain States Toyota was easy and comfortable.
Every dealer Ive ever been to gives coffee, snacks, juice, and water while a car is getting their service. Mountain States gives stale coffee and warm water. They charge .25 for the few pieces of candy they have in a small machine.Mind you, I dont go to a dealer for the food, but the total lack of attention to detail compared to my other experiences (example Burt) makes me almost embarrassed forMountain States pathetic service. We spent 50k for our vehicle. I think a cold bottle of water and a small snack isnt too much to ask, especially since the competition does it.
