Ive been buying tires here for almost ten years, and these guys are great. They have great prices and great service. Theyre always easy to talk to.The true test of service is when the going gets rough. In my most recent experience, they handled a difficult situation with tremendous professionalism.

I waited @ least 15 min in line waiting for the guy to finish up the customer in front of me. Not a Hello be right with you or anything... Finally the manager get to me dont know his name. I know he was on counter October 2, 2021. Wore glasses. Brown hair & eyes. One of the RUDEST men if ever met at a tire store. All I sked him was about rotating my tires & right off telling me I need 2 new tires. I said no I cant do that I will have someone else do it. He didnt even Explain himself or as to the reasons why. Just handed me my keys & walked off. No, thank you have a nice day or thank you for waiting. Nothing!!! I Have given lots of $$ to this company. Will NEVER visit this location AGAIN!!!! Very rude & I also felt a bit of prejudice being the only female around, & being a minority..

Quick air check not available. Not enough staff??? Gentleman inside apologized and told me to go to another Discount Tire several miles away. Not a good option when you need air in a tire. Poor customer service, especially for someone who always buys her tires from Discount. Will consider other tire stores for future purchases.

Tyler was very friendly and helpful and made the whole experience pleasant. Walk-ins are a thing but i would recommend making an appointment to keep your wait time less than 2 hours.

FANTASTIC service here! I had to stop in today to get new tires and I was done after 45 minutes. The employee who helped me was super helpful, friendly, and wasn’t trying to gouge me for money like some tire shops. I think they have very affordable prices and deals, I will be coming back for sure when I need new tires!

Dropped by for a pressure check after my low pressure light came on in the car, they quickly let me know that my tire was basically flat and not safe to drive on. It was a hot day and I had groceries in the car so wasn’t sure what to do. They assured me they could fix it right then (and for free!) Sure enough, they had it all fixed up within 10 minutes and I was on my way. I’ve been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for years and it’s experiences like this that keep me coming back. So impressed and pleased with this location’s professionalism and quick service!

We thought we just needed a plug for our newer leaking tire. Turns out we had two nails in it. The team at discount tire was friendly, professional, and got us back on the road quickly. The price for the higher quality, Continental tire was half of what we paid for the Firestone tire we replaced. We will be back!

I want to thank the staff and management at this location for excellent service and fair pricing. One of my tires was damaged and because I had the hazard coverage I was able to quickly and easily get the tire replaced. Everyone there is super professional and polite. They knew I was in a hurry as well, and got my vehicle in and out faster than they initially said. Thanks again and I will be bringing my other vehicle in for new tires soon.

These guys are amazing! I had a new set of wheels and tires that I ordered online and had delivered to my house during the height of COVID cause nothing but issues for my 04 Mustang. The steering wheel would vibrate and the car was difficult to control. This Discount Tires was the first shop after 4 other attempts at other tire shops to 1) accurately diagnose the problem 2) give me the info I needed for a tire warranty repair and 3) get my Mustang in a place where it was safe to drive and 90% better while we wait for the new tire to come in. Seriously, if you are looking for a tire shop, stop looking and come here! If you have an advanced tire issue, stop by and talk to the shop manager Aaron and he will figure it out. I am so thankful that I found them as I can finally drive my Mustang again after a year of dreading getting into the car!

The service takes at least an hour to be done. they give you only the options that they make extra money from it. They actually wanted you to pay for unnecessary and avoidable costs. The person I dealt with him today his name Tyler. Hope not everyone does the same thing as he did.

Ive been a Discount Tire customer since 2013, and after today, dont ever plan on shopping anywhere else. Two months ago, I had some awesome new tires put on, but there was a problem with one of the lug bolts (European made Van) and we thought it was just being finicky. Upon rotation today it was discovered that while putting it back in, both the bolt and housing had been stripped - essentially leaving the wheel one secure bolt short.I had the housing and bolt replaced while getting the oil changed at the dealership, brought the stripped housing and invoice to Discount Tire. I expected to get some pushback, some deferral of blame - and received nothing of the sort. The manager took a look, acknowledged what happened and the damage and started the claim process immediately for me. I was blown away. As a business owner myself, I know its never easy to hear that something went wrong, but to own it and without a fight - thats unreal customer service.I only wish I could have shook his hand at the end to say thank you. Maybe next year when the van needs new tires I can do it then. Thank you sir for your help and getting it taken care of right away.With customer service like this, cant recommend this shop enough.

I love that you get free tire rotations for the life of the tire and a great and affordable protection plan where theyll repair or replace any tires for free.

Quick and easy experience! Bought some tires online, went in a few days later for installation and they had them on in 30 minutes. They installed falken wild peaks on my Jeep and they look and feels great!

Walked in with flat, and despite being booked solid, were able to inspect and repair within 90minutes. All the staff were friendly, never making me feel hurried even though they were clearly busy.

Awesome staff, it took them longer than I expected to put on the tires, but they did an awesome job. The prices are good and Im glad I bought their tire warranty.

I started going here a couple of years ago after being a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. The service is better and it is always less busy than the one on south Colorado Blvd.

Today a wonderful guy named Brett helped me out with getting my tire repaired. It was a quick tire change and I was on my way.He also helped deescalate a situation with a lady you couldn’t obvious wait her turn and claimed I didn’t have an appointment. Joel, Aaron, and Tony took the extra effort to help me get the TPMS units replaced on my Tacoma. Toyata didnt make it easy to sync the replacements to the ECU so these guys went above and beyond and ordered OEMs from the dealership to ensure my wheels and tires were up to par. I have brought 2 different vehicles here and had good experiences. One time I had a terrible noise that ended up being a minor readjustment and they didnt charge me anything, I am sure another local shop would have charged me over a hundred just to look at it. Another time i just need a lug nut and stud replaced on a wheel, they charged me a third of the price another shop quoted me for. Also Bre at the front counter has amazing customer service skills and is very professional.

Outstanding service, good value on tires, extremely friendly folks, fast replacement of my tires. I shopped around for a few days for new tires and I’m glad I came to Discount Tires. I called on Wednesday to order tires and Jonny (sp?) took my call and walked me through ordering some tires. Thursday they called to let me know the tires were in and today (Friday) I had the tires installed under an appointment. When I parked, Jonny came out and greeted me by name, grabbed my key and got my car directly into a bay. After replacement, my car was at the curb and Christian brought me my key. His hands had evidence of doing the work, so thanks to him and the team for the quick turnaround! I was in and out in 30 minutes flat (no pun intended). I will be back whenever I need tires or service and will recommend you to my friends and family. Dont think that the name Discount implies low quality in any way. They sell lots of really good tires for any vehicle. Go here, theyre good folks and will get you taken care of.

Five star service from discount tire just getting a tire pressure check today but they were friendly, helpful and did things right. I buy all my tires from discount tire when they come down to meet competitors prices. If you are looking for a perfect winter, look no further than the nokian hakkapeliitta! They have served me extremely well over the years in comparison to blizzak or michellin. I get all of my tires from Discount Tire (different location) and went in to get a flat tire fixed. Friendly, hassle-free. Long wait with all of the people getting snow tires swapped on their cars, but still fast service.

Overall I would say that I had an exceptional experience at this location. I came in looking to replace a flat tire. They were able to find me a discounted one for $20 & offered a discount on the labor to put the tire on. They were super fast & got me out of there in under 30 minutes. Discount Tire is the BEST !!! I love their Tire certificate program. If you get a flat or need replacement tire, you are only charged a small fee, saving lots of money.

Went for tire check, and found a nail which didnt even KNOW was there. Showed up 10 min before close and got me out fast with a new tire by 6:10 after close! Darling customer service. Very thankful!!

The employees of this location are by far, the best. Every time I go in, they are very helpful and work fast. I have come in often for the free air checks and tire repairs.The other day, one of the employees was working on a car, and the door of the car hit my door, leaving a mark. After speaking with me regarding the incident, Johnny, one of the managers, agreed that I would be reimbursed for the mark after I got it repaired, and he kept his word.Johnny and the rest of the employees here provide quality service and have made me a customer of Discount Tire Co. for the long term.Thanks again for the quality service!

Aaron, who is the boss here, worked with me and he was absolutely incredible. I have a few sets of tires for my Jeep and I accidentally grabbed a mismatched set. After going back home to get the right tires, they got me right back in and said it was free since it had been a long day for me. Then they found an issue with a wheel stud and Aaron worked on it himself to ensure I was safe for my road trip, and he said they’d pay for me to take it to Brakes plus to get it fixed. The service was way above and beyond expectations. I’ll always come here. Whoever owns Discount tire needs to consider giving Aaron and the team a bonus for this kind of performance.

Got winter tires changed back to summer tires. The work they did was fine but it’s definitely pricey to have done here.What rubbed me the wrong way was the price changed 4 dollars a tire from 2 weeks ago when I was here with my fiancé’s car. I was told it was because I didn’t originally buy the tires from them. Neither of us bought the tires from them, and the salesman just blew me off and said it is what it is basically.Will definitely be looking around to have service done elsewhere.

Definitely going to come back and get my tire maintenance done here. They were on time getting me in with my appointment and got my tires changed from my winter set to summer set in about 30 minutes. Theyre super thorough and helpful with anything, including checking all my tires since I generally have issues with them.

This time they didnt rebalance the tires or check the tread before putting back on the car---i had to remind them several times while it was in the bay. Pretty basic stuff!

He went above and beyond in taking time with me, going over tire options for winter and summer. I was also out of there within the hour. Great prices at Discount with price match within 30 days after purchase! Ive found my tire store home.

I showed up to this Discount Tire location around 4:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, expecting just to talk to someone about what tires I would need to order with the intentions of coming back on another day to get them put on my car. The salesperson was so kind and spoke with me about the tires I had been researching and helped me choose ones that would best suit my needs. He presented several options for me and said if I wanted to get new tires today, they could offer me a set of tires that were comparable to the ones I would have had to order and have shipped to the store and the tires they had in stock would be discounted to the same price as the tires not in stock that I saw online. It was unexpected but I appreciated this. He wasn’t pushy at all, just kind and patient and kept me informed of my options.For anyone who wants to know what they might be looking at cost wise: The tires I chose were in the “best” category rating, with 80,000 mile warranty, and I asked for the discount tire warranty as well. Each tire was $105. The installation fee was $21 per tire, the store warranty was $15.75 per tire, the waste and state fees were $3.05 per tire. And then there was sales tax of course, which for me amounted to $40.97. I hope people budgeting and pricing their tire options will find this information helpful.

Well Ive only had the tires a day, so well see. The service was impeccable!! Kevin took great care of me and every about that I saw him talk to while I was there. No BS and straight forward. Even though the appointments are booked, they take walk ins. Dropped my car of at 8am and it was ready to go by noon. Got to love that!

They didnt have my tire in stock but they got my tires and installed them same day. Price is also great, everywhere else I was being charged at least $250 more

Unfortunately wasnt a good experience. Came in for a replacement tire that blew out. They didnt have a matching tire but Johnny assured me they could get one in from another store that same day. They took my money and my old tire and said they would call when the tire came in. This was at 10AM. I called at 3PM to check if it was in. Johnny said no so I asked if itd still be in today to which he responded, thats the plan. I call again 2 hours later and he confirmed it was there after physically checking. Theyre about to close in 30 minutes at this point so they rushed putting on the tire and ended up scratching up my rims.

Great experience! Called, spoke to Johnny, and stopped in 20 minutes later to discuss options for my Jeep. He explained all the options and differences in tires and got me set up with a full set of Goodyear Assurance tires. Everything was quick and easy from start to finish.

Today I had alot of issues with my tire. But I want to give Aaron some credit for taking care of the situation and being outstanding for taking care of us.
