Ive been doing this kind of work for thirty plus years and have never had as many bad parts in as few purchases. I purchased a 2009 ram 6.7 injector and it was bad went through their b.s. warranty process and was given the injector back told it was good stuck it into another engine months later and it was still bad. Then I bought a 7.3 powerstroke high pressure oil pump and installed it because the old one was leaking from the back side put the new one on and it didnt work at all I had to argue with the counter person that it wasnt something else because the old one worked but leaked. After a long hyidus from using diesel forward I figured Id give them another shot so I bought a 6.7 powerstroke injector from them it wasnt right I checked electrical and other diagnostics and came back to it being the injector called to see and were back to the same warranty stuff that didnt work last time. Im a slow learner sometimes but it wont happen again

You could not pay me to do business with this company again. Have had multiple faulty parts out of the box that they wouldnt warranty. I have 3 injectors sitting here from them that were new when installed, had an issue, replaced them and the issue was no more, but they still keep trying to say theres no problem. Since they changed from centeral motive to diesel forward their billing is also a joke. They cant get an invoice or credit straight to save their life. Im just sad theres not a worse rating i can leave

I do not recommend using Diesel Forward. I have an 04 Cummins that had their remanned injectors in a freshly rebuilt engine. There was only 8,000 miles on the engine and injectors when the injector for cylinder #5 failed causing the piston and cylinder to get incredibly damaged and caked with melted carbon. After presenting all the evidence to Diesel Forward for them to warranty all the work needed to rebuild the engine once again, they refused to pay for any other parts or labor and only sent replacement Bosch OEM injectors, leaving me an extra $6,500 in the hole as well as the $8,000 it cost back in August to do the whole engine the first time! I most certainly will never use this company again and I would advise you to follow suit.

I buy a lot of turbo’s from these guys as I have a Mercedes Benz repair shop. They have the best pricing, the guys are always very informative, and I had a warranty issue once and when I brought it to them, they took me in back to shop area and completely dismantled it in front of me, explained how everything worked, found the issue and had no problem replacing it. It was a great experience, so they will continue to get my business! Thanks a lot guys!

They do great turbo work. (Updated 50k) 20 k on my rebuilt turbo and running great. Dont buy a cheap replacement when your can spend less getting factory repairs for about a third the costs. Most turbos can be fixed for a few hundred if you dont wait until they explode on you.

After searching the web for a few days looking for a replacement turbo for my duramax and finding outrageous prices online I came across diesel forward and I’m truly impressed with the staff and service. I called asking if they had a turbo of my pickup and the gentleman on the phone was extremely friendly and knew what he was doing. Not only did they have a brand new turbo it was in stock for less then what online sites have them listed for. Thanks diesel forward for helping me get my pickup back on the road. They are definitely worth giving them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted Anthony at Central Motive about balancing a 19t converted TD04, as it was the only part of the build I could not do at home.He was extremely patient with my multiple questions about the process and what exactly they needed for the balance. I ended up bringing in the turbo to be balanced, as I wanted to avoid shipping charges from Loveland to Denver. Due to the tech not being there at the time I was, they offered to ship it back to me free of charge when it was finished, which was appreciated, as it saved me another drive.While balancing and inspecting the turbo, there turned out to be some corrosion along with a broken ring inside. As I previously had mentioned to Anthony that this was a budget build for me, I had a preset budget in mind. He was able to work with me based on that budget, and ensured that the turbo was cleaned up and balanced for near the budget I had discussed with him.Even when service took a little longer than expected, I emailed Anthony with concerns or questions and he was transparent in telling me the reason why, as well as when he expected it to be done.Phenomenal service, particularly with Anthony. Stand-up guy, honest, and puts pride into his work.

These guys rock! Internet pricing with local accountability. I recently replaced all kinds of injection parts on my 5.9 Cummins. Shortly after this my truck broke down again. Although its not their policy to do so they tested the four injectors I had just purchased two weeks earlier at no charge! They tested fine. Nick and Mac offered encouraging advice and very helpful tips. I quickly got down to the root of the problem and was able to fix it at a great price. Injectors, pumps, turbos, whatever you need for your diesel they most likely have it on the shelf. Great prices and excellent customer service have earned five stars from me as well as a lifetime customer. Please give them a chance to earn your business.

Wow what a great honest place to do business !!! I took my compressor to four Rivers they wanted $1700 to fix it ...brought it to central motive power they fixed it for a little over $100 . In only two days from drop off to finish. nice to know that somebody is honest these days thank you !!!

Central motive rebuilt a Garret brand turbo for my vehicle. Upon installation the turbo was immediately puking oil into the turbine housing on startup. They told me to bring it in to inspect and fix the issue. They told me your motor put something through the turbo, and ruined the bearing housing, and wanted to charge me full price to rebuild it again! ($550) In disbelief I sent it off to get a second opinion from the original manufacturer. Upon inspection they informed me there was a tap broken off in one of the bolt holes for the thrust bearing and whoever rebuilt it previously reassembled it anyway! This is ultimately caused the failure. Do not risk your money with these guys! I tried to support the local small business (even though it was more expensive), but lesson learned! Leave it to a professional and reputable shop. Never again.

This is a shame, these guys got the parts and knowledge but good luck getting them to answer the phone or to return a phone call.Could easily be a 5 star outfit if they would answer the phones and give a care about the customers time!

Purchased a set of injectors for a customers 6.0 Ford a month ago. 480 miles later customer complained about a misfire. DTC P0275 cylinder #5 contribution balance/fault. I performed a contribution, and injector buzz test and found injector to be faulty. When I asked about warranty procedure, I was told I had to remove injector and have them send it out for testing. Process could take up to 4-6 weeks and there was no other option to get customers truck back on the road. Had to purchase a injector from a different vendor to get my customer back on the road. Wish their warranty procedure was not stressful after spending 1300 on injectors

Bought an injector from these guys in December 2015 and it failed less than a month later. When we called to have it warrantied, they blamed the failure on us. Had to fight with them just to get the part warrantied and then they charged us more for the replacement and made us pay the difference (I didnt request a different one, I guess they didnt have any faith in their in-house reman injectors). When I called to find out why they charged me more, I got no help from Larry. Will never do business with these guys again, poor customer service.

Lousy. Lazy. Couldnt care less about a customer. Fat boy at the front counter wouldnt get off his iPhone long enough to listen to my problem. Im probably going to be stranded on the highway and their attitude here is oh well...! This business is the problem, not the solution.
