Great people! They were friendly and helpful even before I walked in the door Jesus was helping me with my car. Devin let me pick my own lights and then installed them within 15 minutes. I felt seen and heard. They were awesome! I highly suggest this store. The whole staff had the same vibe!

Above and beyond! That is how I would explain the customer service I have received from this AutoZone. Today I had Ricardo Mejorada take extra time to come outside to check my battery, I asked him to check it 3 times to be sure it was fine, and, he was more than happy to help me feel secure that my battery was not going to fail. His explanation to me about why I was getting the battery low sign was detailed, and, told me what to do if it continues. Today I spent no money, but, got the best service as I always have from them. I will continue to use them for all my auto needs. Thank you for all you have done!!!

Every time I come in here they have what I need, I was even surprised when they had a radiator replacement for my 98 Jeep in store. No matter what we need they have it, and they pulled codes for me and diagnosed which cylinder had a bad wire.

Couldnt jump my battery. I left my lights on so need a jump. No one in the store couldve helped! Really at an automotive store. Good thing a new employee was on break and helped me out.

Got my check engine codes read here and grabbed a quart of oil. The guy checking my codes was nice and was quick. He even printed me off a code list.

They were awesome. Came in to see what my check engine light was on for. They were speedy and had an answer for me as well as two solutions for me to walk out the door with. My entire visit was free and under 5 minutes I had advice and solutions. Thank you! You have an incredible team working today!

Not sure why, but I love Auto Parts Stores. I wish I could get it all! But I went to this Autozone just for windshield washer fluid and some car scents. I like there rewards program, and because of it it went from $8 to $3. Everyone was nice and seemed to know people on a first name basis. I give this store a 10/10! Good job AutoZone!! Keep up the good work!

Standard AutoZone however the employee at the store was disrespectful to my pregnant wife whom needed to use the restroom. The utter disrespect and condescending attitude i have shopped with AutoZone for years I will never come back and i will tell everyone i meet about the lack of quality of your employees. The audacity of the lack of customer service these days is disgusting.

They ordered my part, lost it by the time I arrived the next day to pick it up. All employees looked lost the manager was quick to trash talk younger employees, yet he couldnt remember either, tried reminding him of our conversation that took place less than 12 hours prior couldnt remember ANYTHING. And he instructed the worker how to order the part. When he couldnt find it he had the nerve to tell me he has words for his employee (who only followed his instructions)

Helpful staff, they have a free diagnostic tool you can plug into your car to read any codes errors it’s outputting and then tell you exactly which parts you need to DIY.

These folks were great. Thank you for getting me in and out of there in no time. They checked my battery to see if it was salvageable and if it could be recharged with a magic machine. The place is pretty nice and clean. Not too many customers so you got a rapid response for any questions you might have had. I didnt find everything I needed however nobodys going to have everything but they had enough that I could get by with. Quick in quick out which is the way I like it.

Called to ask about tune up parts and services for my truck. Person who answered the phone did not know what a tune up was, Then put me on hold. I was on hold for 18 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, and was told they had only two people working, and could not be on the phone. Really, auto zone? Give your employees the staff, tools, and information they need. I felt bad for your employees. And how the hell do you have someone helping customers who does not know what a tune up is? I know theyre different now, but ya gotta know it means maintenance and spark plugs, and checking components under the hood. I dont blame the employee. I blame the company. What kinda outfit are yall running?

I couldnt go any lower than1 star. I wouldve if it gave me the option. I ordered a tire cover for my husband and it was supposed to be delivered to the store in 2 days. 4 days later after I still didnt receive it I found out from the desk manager that it was sitting in the fed ex office since the day after I ordered it. NEVER doing business with them AGAIN.😡

Great deals and awesome product. I get edibles on a regular basis. If you need large order just called a few days in advance and they will have exactly what you wantwhen you arrive.

Friendly usually have what I need duralast sockets duck in quality but are covered for life. Have changed out the same socket that just twisted due to poor metal, and they kept replacing for free had went through 8

Your usual AutoZone store, with ample parking in the busiest corner of Englewood. This store provides not only the usual wide range of auto parts, but also well informed employees that can really suggest best alternatives and options for what to get.

The night shift is a joke 3 customers, 3 employees, zero help for 8 minutes last night. Two were on a quest for a customers blinker fluid while cussing and shooting the breeze in the back, the third was out of it, wandering around the store in his own zone.

Fast friendly service. In and out fast knowledgeable employees on what you are looking for.

Stopped by because I was having an issue with my car. They were able to check the battery and alternator and figure out that wasnt the issue. They didnt charge me anything and were very professional about it overall.

I went in trying to find out what kind of screws are pins are clips I needed for the underside of my vehicle for the trim the body etc. It says it who started to try to attempt to not help me emotions for his manager to come over then informed me that he didnt know he couldnt tell there was no way to look up vehicle specific things of that nature. Hes said theyre was a bunch of clips in Penns and screws over there Id have to go look through them for find what I was working for. I than have to inquire where over there was an he told me aisle 6 finally. I went and had to figure out what could possibly work to fit my vehicle. I chose 3 different kinds/sizes due to not knowing anything past guessing what might look like it will fit. It was close to closing time so I bought all three hoping that one of the 3 would work. Needless to say I had to return two and get the same as one that I had gotten before just to find out I needed different ones anyway. Long story short, Martin, another associate who helped me the second time for exchange was way more helpful, as I would expect from auto zone, than his manager. Never have I been to an auto parts store that wasnt willing to come outside and access the needs of my vehicle beyond my vague description!!!!!!!

Took my car in after work today to get a diagnostic test as I thought I needed a new battery. Turns out my hunch was right! The connectors were badly corroded as well! The service tech was very kind and took his time to explain things to me without making me feel stupid for asking questions. This means a lot to me because my father was an automotive mechanic and passed away 6 years ago. Whenever I had car troubles, he was always there to take care of me. Now that hes not around its very intimidating for me to go anywhere because Im not sure how I will be treated or if someone will make me feel dumb for not knowing things. I just really wanted to say thank you for taking care of me and my car!

Gotta say, never been to a part store of any kind where after they look up the part for you they dont even offer to help pick it off the shelves. If it was crowded and they were busy, sure, Id get that, but if theres no other customers in the store but us and three employees chilling at the counter, handing me the piece of paper with the part numbers and pointing me towards the shelves isnt exactly my vision of customer service. Christ Im 23 and you make me hate young people.
