These guys are Rockstars! After searching all over the city for a special type of oil I needed and wasn’t able to find I called this store & they had it in stock. Excellent customer service, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need parts or supplies.
Advance Auto is definitely one of my favorite auto parts stores. They generally carry parts and supplies that are of better quality unless I go to the Ford dealer. The staff here was pretty helpful, and happy to help too.
I usually order online and have parts delivered to my house same day, they are very quick on delivery your order, the minimum purchased 30 or 35 dollars dont remember exact for same day and free delivery. Not all locations participate in the program so you may want to know ahead before ordering.
Im going to give them a 2.5 because they arent too bad nor good. It should be very simple to do a job you signed up for & been at for over 90 days. Heres the scoop. When I order something, please have it ready the next day & if I ask questions, you should be able to figure it out, instead of getting an attitude or wasting my time. Other than that, some of the employees were cool & actually get me out in a timely manner.
I’m a truck driver delivering an antifreeze load, I’m the first truck to arrive here, and I’m at the gate before 7:00am and it’s been more than two hours and they haven’t finished to unload the truck yet, I ask them to please help me because I got another load to pick up, but was in vane.I run my own company and there’s not much places who take too long to unload a dry van like this place.
The parking lot was where I hang out. But I learned while guys are inside there are special tools the have for use. The real truck is to know you need them.
This location seems to be more of a Warehouse than a retail front. Although they were the only ones in the Denver metro area that had the specific belt I needed for my Whipple supercharger in stock. They were slow moving and the customer service seemed to be lacking. Not sure if I was because it was Friday afternoon but at least they had the Gates 10 rib belt that no one else did.
The water pump on my truck decided to dump out coolant faster than I can filled, called around other places for price and availability and luckily this location has my water pump and given me a nice discount that much lower than the other stores, went there paid for the parts which was already laid on the counter waited for me to get. On a Sunday afternoon nearly closing time I cant complaint, they deserve my five stars. Satisfied with their service. Thanks
I went in to get my alternator tested and maybe replaced if it was bad. I explained the issue and why I was in to test the alternator and he told me that the alternator wasnt the problem. After further explanation of my issue and my steps to resolve, he gave me incorrect advice and information. Not only that, he CONFIRMED the WRONG information and advice he was giving with another associate there who also said the same wrong advise. Horrible service and bad advise, this location needs people who are actually knowledgeable.
I only got to speak with Desmond but his customer service was outstanding. He was patient, courteous and really went out of his way to help me out. He is a great asset for the company.

Waited 30 minutes in line (no problem i get it its busy) only for the guy at the counter to tell me they dont sell it and go to Nappa, I told him I called ahead to confirm they have to product in stock and that they have 7. He still claimed he had no idea what i was talking about. I went to my vehicle to grab my phone to show them the product online, had to wait in line ANOTHER 20 mins. Luckily i talked to a different gentleman and he easily found it for me. terrible experience overall that was barely saved by someone else
Auto parts...Whats to say. The people are friendly enough.
These folks are knowledgeable and honest. Could have sold me a battery when we needed a jump one morning in the snow, but told me that things looked good to get me home and back to my garage and sent me the diagnostic by email.
The workers were personable and friendly despite how busy it was!

The truck drivers that were here before me complained about sitting around for 3 hours. They seem to be taking a pallet out every half an hour to 45 minutes! Ive made lunch watch a movie and theyre not even close to being finished.

Horrible customer service. Bought a $200 battery online. They advertise free install but the clerk did not want to be bothered. He stated to me “the boss lady doesn’t like me changing batteries, I don’t want to get fired.” I did the work myself except for the last bracket and still the clerk ignored me and was no help. I promptly asked for a refund and left. Useless. Don’t bother with this joke of a store.

More of a commercial store, but they are more than welcoming to the public. Great staff and way closer to my house than other places. Nice thing is the warehouse is attached to the store so they have access to a larger selection of parts.
Wow, so sad that Denver distribution center is suffering with workers not able to do their jobs. Workers working 12 hours a day each day, walking 10 plus miles a day in the building. New hires trying to fix huge massive problems with no help, no computer access, with less than skeleton crew. Employees working from home not accomplishing enough, this manager is trying to keep the company a float with absolutely no help!!!!

No greeting. Ordered my stuff online for store pickup, got the text saying my stuff was ready for pick up there were 4 employees working that I saw, 2 of them together helping one customer because one was training the other. But all I needed was a Hey welcome or be with you in one second. Not only that but the guy at the counter barely said a word and the words he did say I could barely hear him. Was obviously having a bad day, hates his job, just geniunely doesnt care, or a combination of all that. Also when I order online and it says ready for pick up Id assume it would have been pulled from the shelves READY TO PICK UP but no, the guy who doesnt like his job had to slowly (very heavyset guy) and go pull everything after already waiting almost 10 min just to be acknowledged. This is the 3rd AAP location Ive been to in the last 2 months and ALL 3 had at LEAST one person who was just like the guy Im complaining about....like they just dont care and Im some kind of inconvenience to them. I worked customer service and retail for over 8 years and have been in Management now for over 4 and you either fake it till you make it till the end of your shift, or you find a new job. Period. AAP, you guys need to have a better more thorough hiring process to try and eliminate these people whos only job is to help me and other customers yet they act like Im annoying them. Not ok and this is a long review ONLY because this has been my experience across the board at all locations Ive been to in the greater Denver Colorado area. Hope some changes are made because youre losing business over this thats a guarantee.
Went there to get a light bulb replacement, and had to wait about 5 mins to be served, which should have been a sign, but I waited. I then asked if they price matched, which they said they did, as long as it was the same product brand and model as the one they were sell, but refused to price match once I found the same product brand and model. I have shopped at Advanced Auto for years, but I will NEVER shop at any of their locations again. I will spend my money elsewhere. I asked that they take my name from their rewards program.
I went for a job interview at thia location and got yelled at and discriminated againist. Advanced Auto Parts should shut down this location. I will never buy a product from this company or work for this company. They even said i got the job wait for the email or call i waited 2 weeks became homeless because of the wait and abandoned many job offers because of it. Shameful!
TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. So my daughter ordered a part online on Friday and we went into the store to pick it up and confirm the part was correct. The guy at the counter said yes it should work but if it didnt we could just come back and do an even exchange, no extra charge even tho the other one that might work was $10 more. So the part was not right, went in on Saturday to exchange it and they closed the store because they had some computer problems so we were not able to exchange this part even though this is 15 miles from our house. So cant go there Sunday as they are closed. Go back on Monday and Todd says no we cant give you the part for the same price and tries to go on and on to charge more money. Finally let him know that is not going to work thats not what we were told and the guy showed up who was there Friday and he even asked if the part worked then my daughter said no. In the end Todd wanted to do refund then have her rebuy the part and it was not an even exchange and in the end I said forget it, my daughter didnt have the money on her card plus I dont really trust this place, it wasnt it even exchange, they tried to charge us more money even though they said if the starter didnt work they wouldnt charge us more in the end. This was a very bad experience and will never go back to this or any Advance Auto store again.
Storefront was nice, and they have much more in the back of you dont see what you are looking for.

Extremely convenient for automotive do-it-yourselfers in North Stapleton. Not a very big store but it gets the job done. I think they primarily service the warehouses in the area but have plenty of car oil and filters, too. Ive nothing but good things to say about all Advance Auto Parts locations Ive ever been to, because the staff is always willing to help.

Went to go pick up a part and got to the store on Sunday at 2:45pm. The guy was locking the doors when I pulled up! Waited a few minutes to check the store hours which read closing time at 5pm. At 3pm a gentleman in a green car pulls up and gets let un. I go up immediately to see if I could pick up my part and the guy turns around and says, sorry lady but we are closed, the only reason I got let in is because I work here. I said that the hours are closing at 5pm. They turned around and said they havent updated the hours. Why cant people stay and do their job until the time they are supposed to!?
