Got this today at Yota Yard and I called them to let them know Id be there to pick this up for my 4runner and when I got there it was a tiny scrap yard but the people there were super nice. They set aside the skid plate I called for and even gave me a reasonable price as well for this lower skid plate. Dirty but in decent condition, so honestly a win for me. Definitely come here if youre looking for some toyota parts.
Yota yard is a fantastic location for parts. The crew here is helpful, kind, and knows what you are looking for. Prices are great, especially when you realize the parts are removed by Yota Yard. The area is gentrifying quickly; I hope Yota Yard never leaves.
Really cool guy. They have nearly every price you could probably need. Even had the door panel I needed. Really knowledgeable
Little pricey but usually have very good parts staff is friendly knowledgeable and they have a very wide range of Toyota parts if youre looking for a Toyota Park and its used theyve got it
Randy is the man!! Ive been building a 1975 Toyota Chinook with a 4x4 swap made from bits and pieces of Tacoma and other Toyota parts. Randy has been amazing at helping me source everything from gas tanks to harness plugs that are not available anywhere else. Their shipping costs are on the high side, so I generally order smaller parts to ship, but man if I lived in Denver Id be here every day. Ive been calling Toyota junkyards nationwide and they are hands down the best Ive encountered. I cant recommend these guys enough - nothing but honest and helpful.
Huge array of Toyota and Lexus parts, many that are extremely hard to find for older models. Quick easy service in most cases. Dont expect to haggle though, prices are pretty well set. A definite gem in the city for any Toyota owner
Very helpful folks. Great prices!
Awesome place tons of parts for older moldel Toyotas ready to go
After searching all over town for a transmission mount for my old Yota, and being quoted double what it costs online and 5 days lead time by all the dealers and parts stores, someone told me to call this place.First: They had exactly what I needed, for a very reasonable price and they were open on Saturday.Second: Randy, is a Toyota genius and knows exactly what you are trying to find and whether/where he has it.Third: I’m going to say this again, Very Reasonable Price.Support local, give these guys your business.May the parts be with you. Please note, this is a salvage yard, the parts are used.
Haggled for a pair of headrests. Nancy drives a hard bargain and keeps the place organized. Always have gotten good service from them. Have an 89’ Toyota pickup running strong thanks to the bits n bobs ordered through these fine folks.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE......READ REVIEW.Bought an emission control unit (ECU) from Yota Yard. I asked if the ECU can be opened to visually inspect it, they refused. I was told that the ECU worked.I inspected the ECU at the lot in front of their shop after the technician told me it was from a wrecked truck that was badly damaged. Upon inspection, I noticed that the resistor and circuit board were burnt. It was not good.I couldnt return the ECU as the shop had closed early at 1:30pm (Saturday) while I was still parked outside the shop. I basically saw the owner and 2 employees leave right away after I had bought the part, as if they were late for an appointment. Kind of funny, if you think about it.When I got home a little over an hour later, I contacted Nancy (owner) via email and explained that the ECU was not working/defective. I also sent her the pictures of the damaged ECU (see pictures of damaged ECU). I requested a full refund as stated on their eBay warranty advertising for this specific part (see picture for warranty). She replied that she can only exchange the part and there was no refund because I had purchased the part in person, instead of buying it through eBay (see picture for response). There is nothing in writing that says you have to buy online to have a full refund. I do not want to exchange it for another part. I dont want anything else from Yota Yard after this experience.I bought a $150 part that is useless to me or anyone else.Be aware of this business. Do not take this warning lightly. I will be filing with small claims, contacting the Better Business Bureau and filling out reviews. Possibly contacting the media to warn other people. If you had/have a good experience with this business, I am happy for you and I hope you do not have a similar experience as I did. This is from my recent experience.Thank you.
Randy is awesome.
Easy to find great location. Friendly people.
Great place great advice and great prices highly recommend
Great spot, especially for your older Toyotas. Randy is super rad, and knows his stuff!
I needed a used transmission for my 97 Land Cruiser. Called up Yota Yard and Nancy was very helpful on the phone. Put down a deposit and arranged for pickup a week later when I could borrow a truck. When I arrived they had found a lower mileage unit and were happy to help me load it into my truck.I had a great experience and will definitely be calling them for used parts in the future.
This is one of my favorite places on earth 🌎
These guys have been here a long time and have some good inventory. Several times I’ve called ahead and they had the part ready for me when I came by. Pretty well organized and pretty competitive prices I think although like any yard make sure you check fleabay and know the going rates on stuff. Not much in the way of negotiation which is fine. Solid business.
Highly recommend Yota Yard! Great customer service and prices! Coincidentally had my exact vehicle come in (a 2003!) and called me. Will definitely use them again!
Called up the other day and asked for three completely different parts. They had exactly what I needed shipped within the week. Yota Yard will definitely be my go-to place for parts for my 1st gen 4runner.
Very helpful staff. Always have what I need. Good prices.
Ordered used part. Came before it said it would, worked perfectly.Great prices and great selection! Way to go guys! Ill be back
Needed a simple part that I thought I could get cheap here. Before I was even able to look at the part the employee quoted me something crazy for the part telling that they have to cut up an entire harness to get that little piece. After showing me what he thought I needed we went over to a barrel to which he proceeded to dump out 1/2 a barrel of misc. wiring harness parts.very argumentative since the time i showed up, I then proceeded to leave and headed to U-pull-it and found the part I needed for $2.00. I suggest you do the same.
If I could give a 0 star I would Seems like a good business just had a bad experience
Didnt have the part I needed but wow they have so many other parts, man they were so helpful, will go back to these nice people in future.
Need a turn signal bulb for a 96 Tacoma 4x4. This place was pretty close to my house so I called and they said they had bulbs in stock. I got there and the guy charged me $2 for the bulb then gave me a second bulb for the reverse/brake light for free. My experience was solid with these guys, Ill be checking with them before I go ordering parts online.
Overpriced and will not honor warranties. I call Jims toyota instead
I live in this part of town, the NE, and its convenient for me (as it is from downtown), and Ive always had a very good experience. Nancy and Randy are very nice and accomodating. (they did not ask me to write this nor do they know that I am). Anyway, its not real big but its very laid-back service that you dont find everywhere, and Randy will make something work for you.
Absolute Horrible customer service, I called ahead of time to come and look at some parts. When I arrived all three of the people were sitting down eating lunch. The lady at the front counter didnt evening knowledge me and was on her phone did the guys gave me a scowl when they looked at me, made me wait outside. I took my lunch hour to go and look at parts and they wouldnt even take time to show them to me And complained about the fact that theyre always busy. Not even worth taking the time to go down there.
For serious 80 series hardware for good value there is no better place in the state!
Iv gone to this yard a few tymes, theyve have been very helpful each tyme. I go there 1st every tyme I need sumthin 4 my truck.
The staff are friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back for future business! Thanks!
I was hoping they were a bit bigger since Toyota parts can be so hard to find. I was also hoping to pick through their inventory in person, but its really not big enough for that. Call in and theyll be able to tell you exactly what they have on hand.
Great service, easy to find the parts you need
Randy helped me out a lot today, he educated me on some things checked my speed sensor to make sure the spedometer was the issue luckily he had all the parts I needed, even gave me a sticker at the end to help support! I deffinantly reccomend him if you need anything, thank you for everything today randy! Youre the best!
They were helpful with what I needed and told me where to go for what they didnt have.
I consider myself lucky for having come across these folks. Not only did they have the very specific item that I needed, they knew they had, sold it to me for a very reasonable price, and shipped it out the same day. My experience with Yota Yard was nothing but positive.
Randy is a wonderful Young Man! Knows Toyotas
Great place 4 used to parts Randy & his mom super nice people
They had what I needed for my 2000 RAV4 at a reasonable price waiting for me when I got there. Parking was a bit difficult.
Great for most of you Toyota model used parts.
Awsome place everything for toyota and the folks that run it are super Awsome and they have saved me so much money in parts roof racks $50 window button control $40 need I say more
I love this place would recommend to any one they always give me the right parts and excellent service the staff is awsome thank guys
Above all else, they went out of their way to serve me. I couldnt find a particular wiring harness for my project ANYWHERE, till I found these guys. The whole team here worked with me on confirming that they had the right part for me, and because of my desperation for the finality of my hunt, they helped me by tearing it out of the vehicle it was in for me and holding the harness for me for a month... which I genuinely did not expect from them nor ANYONE else for that matter. It was all around A great experience and I would work with these guys again if I needed anything having to do with Toyotas. Thanks Nancy!!! Im sorry it took so long for me to give you the review I promised.
The guys in the yard were super nice and tried to be helpful but its kinda difficult when you just dont have much in the yard... small place, low inventory in terms of whole vehicles, prices are ok.
I called these guys up and asked them if they had a part. They told me yes, so I took work off and drove down there. Guess what? They didnt have it and the guy couldnt have cared less. He shrugged and went back to whatever he was doing. Super rude, and their whole yard is the size of a small parking lot. I wouldnt even bother with them if I were you.
Pretty weird customer service. Youre DEFINETLY interrupting by calling. No straight answers. But, there business, run it how they please! I think they must be old timers
Great service, Randy walked the part out to my car and gave me a good price on a huge job, thank you and will be back
They have a decent section but there prices are higher than Jims used toyota parts.
Friendly knowledgeable staff but parts fairly picked over.
Friendly service and lots of parts.
They have always seemed nice on the phone but they have never had the part I have needed. Sometimes I dont think they check at all.
Way over priced they wanted 350 for a bumper for my 3rd gen 4runner and 55 for a front cv axle for my 92 paseo . The cv axle was 48 bucks new at the OReilly auto parts . I told them that and they said thats what we sell them for . So i bought the new one . Useless to have a Toyota junkyard if you can buy the same parts brand new for cheaper. Its Not Gold. In my experience I would shop around and find actual deals not get ripped off for secondhand parts. Im sure its useful if its something you cant find at the store
Best selection of used Toyota parts
These guys are cool and have been helpful everytime!
I needed a set of tundra exhaust manifolds, and the yoda yard said they had some. $100 per side! You can buy a new after market manifolds for $111, I wanted OEM exhaust and there is some confusion on the aftermarket ones so I called yota yard and said id take the manifolds. Of course they wanted me to stop by and give deposit before they would take them off the truck. annoying, but I guess I can understand.I do stop by, and it was like I was bothering them. Not very friendly, and from my experience the type that are a bit shady, but most junk yards attract this type of people. I clarified that if the manifolds were cracked I would be refunded my cash, not shop credit, and gave them $100.I find out the next day that one manifold was cracked, so I did not take that one. The one good one did not have the heat shield, and when I asked about it I was told it is not included in the price, would be other $15, and the ox sensor would be $30. again, I guess I can sorta understand, but you get the feeling they are very good at getting every cent from you. Not happy about the deal, feeling trapped and angry I paid for the heat shield and left. I can assure you, never to return. It is not that they really did anything wrong per say, it was more the over all experience. I fancy myself a good judge of character; honor, integrity, and honesty mean a lot to me. I do not think these are anywhere to be found at the yota yard.
Prices are as much as new! Shop around and you will definitely find better deals.
Great place, good help.
I got lucky Randy found the gas tank I needed!
Way too expensive!!! Shop around..you can do better..possibly new for what they want..
Bought steering pump, works great, good prices
Do not order anything by mail. i orderd an ac condensor from them and it was bent and leaking.
Nice and helpful folks.
Overpriced, not organized, and parts are cheaper at LKQ or on craigslist. Lot attendant was rude. NO PARKING!
Great place for parts.
Always a pleasure doing business
A little pricey but I like a yard that takes you to the parts rather than making you wait in the lobby.
Nice guys...
They had the part when no one else did. Friendly staff.
Friendly a knowledgeable!
Is yota short hand for Toyota?
There very rude.
Way to expensive I can get new parts for the price they are charging for used parts in unknown condition.
Rude. Customer service is HORRIBLE!
Love the place
Good service
Very expensive
Great!
Useless over the phone.
