I am extremely satisfied with the service, I got from Mr Pedross and his Boss, Mr Sean Gillette! So my car was accidentally hit by a person in my driveway! Anyway Nationwide is the insurance that person who hit my car was responsible to pay for the damage. I am going say that I got treated professionally!and friendly from all the employees who works at Cadillac repair collision center! I am extremely satisfied with the job well done, to my Cadillac! They facilitate a rental with a company they do business without! That is and amazing job it self they brought me there and pick me up on both occasions! Rickenbaugh Collision does a great job of repairing vehicles to be like new, I have had my vehicle there for repair three different times. They hold their work to a very high standard and I have been satisfied with the outcome each time.While my most recent collision ultimately resulted in the loss of my vehicle, (on the part of insurance) the technician assigned to my vehicle, Caleb, was very helpful and thorough. When the insurance company wanted to take shortcuts to repair my vehicle in a manner that was not consistent with both Rickenbaugh and the manufacturers standards, he advocated on my behalf and maintained focus on doing the right thing for my safety and that of my family. I hope that my new vehicle does not need to visit any collision center but in the event it does I will surely bring it to Rickenbaugh.

I brought my Tesla here for an evaluation--rust splatter from a commercial garage left stains I could not clean. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, they went over my car in detail and were able to make suggestions on how to clean it and recommended another shop. I was worried that glass would have to be replaced and body would have to be repainted--Cody put my mind at ease that was not the case. I hope I will not need their services but if I do, I will go back to them for sure.

I had an accident and was referred, to this company and Alex Pedross by a family member. We discussed the process and what was needed for my vehicle to be operational. Alex is very professional,knowledgeable all around great person. I felt completely comfortable with the process and kept informed by Shaun and Caleb very professional great guys. I picked up my vehicle on July 7, 2021 and another guy named Alex Mcmuhill explained what was done to my vehicle and if i understood everything. Rickenbaugh just finished repairing the damage to my Volvo from two separate incidents/insurance claims. My estimator Alex McMahill provided fantastic customer support. He called me before I even wondered where the repairs were at and gave me ample heads up on billing issues with insurance. Since two repair claims were being worked on at the same time I was a little confused about which work was going to which claim. Alex took 20 minutes to explain how the work was being allocated and was extremely patient with me. The two times I reached out to him with a question he got back to me immediately. I felt very in the loop throughout the entire process and dont think I could have had a better experience!

This shop was amazing! They were clear communicators, timely, very helpful and went above and beyond to vacuum out the inside of my car before returning it among other things! Caleb was especially helpful and kind. I had a bad experience with a shop in Golden for some body damage after being hit in 2017, this time at Rickenbaugh it was a breeze to work with them and the insurance company and resulted in a very high quality repair job. The car looks good as new after a fallen tree branch in a snow storm crushed the hood. Thank you again! Highly recommend!

I just got my car back from the collision center after a lengthy 4 month repair and I couldnt be happier. Though the repairs took some time, my car looks flawless and Caleb kept me informed of the progress and delays the entire time- delays that were out of his control thanks to the slow down in parts manufacturing and sourcing from covid. He followed up with me almost weekly throughout the process. Its never fun waiting on repairs but for the quality they provide it is worth the wait. This is my second time going through the collision center for repairs and each time I am just wowed by the level of professionalism and customer service from all involved in the work.

Towed a wrecked Tesla here and had to communicate with Rickenbaugh / Caleb for 1.5 months working through insurance issues. They were excellent with giving me options and updates. Very pleased with Caleb and all his work / proactiveness.

Brought our Tesla here and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Matt and his team. He even drove us in his personal car to enterprise rental to pick up our rental when there was a mix up. We were really worried about finding a quality Tesla certified shop, and were thrilled with the experience here. My experience at Rickenbaugh was more than satisfactory. The staff was friendly and communicative. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle, the repairs were done in a timely manner, and staff were happy to go through the repairs with me when it was time to pick up the car. The whole experience was effortless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have brought multiple cars into this facility and this latest time was the worst. The service took over 30 days to complete, I drive a Tesla and my car was returned to me with no charger. My personal items were taken out of the vehicle and then lost while in service and still not replaced. I would recommend going to any other collision center over this one. Absolutely awful experience all around.

I set up an appointment for an estimate, but when I got there they didn’t know where the person who was supposed to be doing my estimate was. After waiting over 40 minutes, he finally showed up. Took a few photos and offered to email me the estimate since I had been waiting around for so long and had to get going. Well, that was 2 weeks ago and I never heard from him, never received my estimate. Guess they didn’t feel like my business was worthwhile to them. It unfortunate because this location is very convenient to me, so I was planning on using their services – but all they did was waste an hour of my time.

By far the best experience I have had with a repair shop. Alex Mohnhaupt made this experience great. He kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle, and even more so when the storm hit and the shop had to close due to power outage. He was extremely professional and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to bring your vehicle to Alex. Rickenbaughs Collision Center has repaired and/or repainted five of our cars over the years. Each occasion has been as great of an experience as possible (considering youve just been involved in something unfortunate!) for us; on time, on budget (in the case of the voluntary repaint I had them do) and meticulous work. The friendly staff has taken care of the large hassle of dealing with the insurance companies as well as coordinating with rental companies. They happen to be conveniently located for us, but would be well worth the drive to know that your work will be done right.

This is a Geico approved repair shop, and if they are trying to talk you into/out of something that should be covered and you have questions, know that you can talk to these guys directly and they will help steer you in the right direction as insurance obviously wants to pay the least amount possible. Setup an estimate appointment, drove 45 min into the city as was told this is the place to take an Infiniti. They asked after looking at the scratches if I wanted to wait 30 min for an estimate. I declined and he said it would be over to me in email in a bit. That was a week ago. I see someone else had the same issue as me, appears some coaching and counseling is needed at this location, was thoroughly disappointed with lack of follow up.

I had a nightmare scenario dealing with my insurance, insurance company from a previous wreck and the body shop that did a horrible job on fixing that previous wreck (Gerber collision). After weeks of communicating between several people my car ended up getting totaled and Rickenbaugh didnt end up getting the work, however their customer service was off the charts. Friendly customer service and timely responses. When I got my vehicle back, I was expecting only the damaged part from a wreck to be completed, but the polish applied made it look like the whole bumper was replaced. Work was completed in a couple of days. I highly recommend this location for repairs.

The service and attention I received from David, Daniel, Caleb and Zach exceeded expectations. I didnt even expect more than one person to work with me, let alone four people who all were checking in with me, each other and working collaboratively to help me solve my problem, which was solved both in a timely and professional fashion. Zach was the tech who worked on my car and his ability to explain and problem solve was quite simply amazing to see and hear - he truly is an expert in his field. Daniel and Caleb helped run numbers and different scenarios for me, all the while checking with each other and Zach (Again, the teamwork I saw was exemplary!). David provided the customer service finishing touches, serving as the facilitator between myself and the rest of the team.I certainly never want a reason to go to a body shop... but if I do, 100% will be back. Its rare to see a company culture come out in their service, but this is a company that clearly prides itself on solution-based thinking while serving their customers needs. I highly recommend Rickenbaugh Collision for auto body repairs needs.

I was a little apprehentious about taking a non cadillac/volvo here, but everything from quality of work, to communication, to cleanliness and punctuality was superb. Caleb was oustanding to work with. And while i hope i never need them again, I wouldnt hesitate to go back in a second.

Took my car to get fixed took them a month and so to fix it. When I picked up my car they didnt put it in the screws on the bottom of my car Im guessing they didnt check it after they were done. I had to take it back again because my back window was loose . It was making a weird noise and they told me to take it to the mechanic because they dont believe it was from wreck . My car never made that noise before.

I was not impressed with the service I received. I took my car in as part of an insurance claim and this was supposed to be a partnered repair facility. First I was told that repairs would take about 3-4 days to complete. When the completion date rolled around I called in to ask about the status of my car and I was told there was an issue with parts. Ok, I understand that will happen from time to time. The next completion date rolls around and again, issues with parts. This went on for over 2 weeks. When I finally got my car back I was told that everything had been inspected where the damage had occurred and the only thing that needed to be replaced was the bumper. Im happy and I take my car home for the weekend thinking everything was fixed and I was finally done with this shop. NOPE! I get home and try to add windshield washer fluid to my car and the tank, which was directly behind the area where the damage to my bumper occurred, is still broken. Im so done with this place and Tim. The only reason Im even going back is because the repair is covered by insurance. Dont waste your time here. They dont listen to anyone and do pretty shoddy work.

My truck was severely damaged in the hail storm in May 2017. I was referred to Rickenbaugh Collision Repair Center by my cousin, and Chris Hudson and Dave Renner took on my case. They handled everything from dealing with the claim, collecting additional money from my insurance, giving me updates on progress made on my truck, and in general providing excellent customer service. I was worried about getting my truck back, as typically after that much work is done, nothing ever feels or looks the same again. I am beyond impressed with the work they did on my truck, and I cannot find one thing wrong with it. I am so pleased with their work, and want to make sure Chris and Dave get the kudos they deserve for being a top notch shop that provides excellent service. Thank you guys!

Dont go here if you are looking for a good paint job. My car had bad micro scratches all over the car after they repainted it. Returned my car 3 times to Rickenbaugh to have the scratches buffed out but they never did the job correctly. My car didnt have micro scratches when I brought in the car. Gave them 2 stars because they didnt ignore me. My last car got repainted at a different body shop and didnt see micro scratches like this.

They are great at the repairs but the office is horrible!!!! They are slow disorganized and never have answers. It took a week for them to even look at my car even though it was in their lot. Then anther 3weeksto fix. Now its been 6 months since my car was repaired and I am still dealing with the office. I paid my deductible in full when I picked up my car but they didnt do the paper work for my rental and now I have to pay that bill. They have not contacted or return my calls about this situation.

My Cadillac XTS sustained quite a lot of hail damage. From the beginning contacts with Jaynah London, the total experience of concerned and genuine customer service was outstanding. Christopher Hudson, a service manager went well beyond expectations in resolving the replacement of a fraternal emblem that was attached to the discarded damaged trunk lid. The positive attitudes and extreme attention to outstanding customer service demonstrated by Jaynah and Christopher is a credit to the Rickenbaugh family. To top off this experience, the refurbishment of my damaged car restored the new car look with no trace of repair work.

I looked around at few repair shops. I liked what I saw at rickenbaugh. It was the right decision. They had my Escalade and did a great job on it. They will call you twice a week giving you updates on the status of your vehicle. If there is a delay because of a part or something, they call right away. By the way with more and more things being shipped now days this is a realistic scenario, delays do happen.Hopefully I dont need it but I will take all of my future repair needs to rickenbaugh.If you go ask for Tony. I went to Rickenbaugh because my insurance, Geico, recommended it as part of their convenient one-stop-shop quality assurance ARX (Auto Repair Xpress) program.There was nothing convenient about the experience. I made an appointment which was not honored as they got to me 45 minutes after I arrived. Then after the Enterprise rental car agent called me to upgrade me to a SUV rental the day before, they conveniently did not have the rental car there on property. I was given choice of rescheduling my appointment or waiting.After receiving my rental (not the agreed upon intermediate SUV), I was told to come back later in the day to exchange it out for the actual agreed upon SUV. I just called the dealership on Broadway and they said its no guarantee and get here as soon as I can because they are running out of cars. So much for the quality assurance. I am not assured of anything at this point. Hopefully the actual repair of my vehicle goes better than the process so far.Oh yeah, in the back seat of the rental I received my passenger found a used open condom wrapper tucked in the seat cushion.I will never utilize the Geico recommended dealership/repair center again. Nor will I be utilizing Rickenbaugh for their services again - no body repairs to my car can be good enough to overcome the headache this experience has been.The two stars is for the personality and pleasantness of the people I did encounter as they explained to me their incompetency or as they threw their coworker under the bus when they explained why there was a delay.

Best place for collision repairs and customer service. Not a bad place to work either!

The staff were very unhelpful and rude when I went to pick up my car. They killed my 6 month old battery while the car was with them and they begrudged the effort of jumping the car so I could get the hell out of there.

Excellent attention to detail, beautiful work, would never know the car had been damaged.

When my car was returned to me after a minor hit and run, none of my dash lights worked. When I went back in and brought this to the attention of Rickenbaughs repair shops representative he tried every which way to wiggle out of any responsibility including questioning my integrity by asking repeatedly if it was like that before it was brought in and some how I had forgotten. Seriously. Deeply dissapointed and disgusted with the whole experience with how they handled this problem. Turns out, they did cause the problem and the were just covering their butt. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID, Too many good quality collision repair centers that would never treat a customer this way! I recommend Caliber collision in Denver. Always friendly, helpful and wont question your integrity or give your car back with new problems while under the guise of repairing it.

I brought my car here as suggested by GEICO as a one stop repair center (meaning it has repair, car rental and a GEICO inspector all in one appointment) after I was rear ended and my little Prius C needed extensive rear body parts replaced.First off, the results, my car looks new again. Paint is perfect. The body work quality is top notch. I am extremely happy with the repairs. I highly recommend Rickenbaugh Repair Center if you ever need major repairs. Second I want to commend Caleb in Customer Service who kept me updated with the progress and notified me promptly of delays. The first estimate was 7-10 days, but it wound up taking 22 days after the holidays (this was over Christmas and New Years) and the mechanic getting sick and parts taking longer than expected. So all understandable and with GEICO paying for the rental car, it really wasnt a problem.The drop off was a breeze and took less than an hour total. After giving my information to the front desk lady (sorry I forget her name but she was friendly) she gave me a package with my information and business cards for my contacts. Then I was asked to wait and had a free coffee for about 10 minutes in the comfortable waiting area. The GEICO inspector came out and did a quick walk around of my car with me and estimated the repair, then I went back inside and met with the Enterprise car rental agent Mike, who set me up with the rental car and took me out to it and did a quick walk around to note any existing damage. And that was it, I was on my way in a comparable rental car. And while I came in a bit apprehensive, when I left I was smiling.I was contacted by Caleb on several occasions to update me on the progress and explain the delays. He was always upbeat and a pleasure to speak with and I really appreciated having him call me. He is the best!Pick up day also was a breeze. I just drove in with the rental and at the front desk I exchanged keys, was handed my repair receipt package and told about the great warranty. Since it is a lease they even said to bring it back if Toyota sees any issues with it. Then they walked me around the car to show me the work and I was on my way. GEICO recovered everything including the deductable from the other drivers insurance.So I did have one issue that really was MY OWN FAULT but I will commend both Enterprise and Rickenbaugh for going a step above to help me with the situation. I never get the rental insurance as GEICO insures a rental car on my policy. But I was feeling vulnerable about driving the rental car (I had never been in an accident before). So after estimating that the cost for 7-10 days of the Enterprise additional insurance would be less than $150 I decided to take it. The issue was that 22 days later with the delays and the holidays it entirely slipped my mind that I had it until I noticed the charge for more than twice that on my credit card. I had completely forgotten and with each delay I would say Thats no problem because GEICO is paying for the rental car. Which was true except they dont pay for the extra insurance. Well I called GEICO, Enterprise and Caleb at Rickenbaugh and due to their compassion and great customer service I was able to recover a part of it from Enterprise and then Rickenbaugh matched it and for that I am thankful. Thank you to Caleb for listening and taking my request to the manager. Lesson learned and a few suggestions to others, if you get the insurance be sure to put a reminder on your calendar so you can cancel it if the repair is going to take longer, but even better do NOT get the extra rental insurance if your carrier already covers rental cars.By the way, GEICO deserves a HUGE shout out for the easy process of handling this claim and the super nice customer service on the phone. I am in awe of them now.
