Amazing work done!! Kendra is such a great representative and she makes sure you’re informed about your car. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name but he was amazing too! Promised he would get my car done and even went a little above and beyond to make sure the car came out looking good. 11/10 Service and I would definitely recommend it to anyone out there!

The estimate was very accurate, the follow-up on the status of my body work was excellent, the work was completed ahead of schedule, the price was fair, customer service was fantastic, and the car looks brand new!

Carstar did a beautiful job on my Lexus. My rear bumper was clipped by a hit and run driver. They are an authorized repair shop for Allstate, so the claims process was totally painless. The shop kept in touch with me through their automated system to let me know the extent of damage (thankfully it was minor). I took the car in on the Wednesday before Labor Day. The work was completed by the following Tuesday (so fast!). Everything about the process was smooth, and best of all my car looks GREAT!!! I highly recommend this repair shop. Great service, excellent repairs!

CARSTAR is amazing! My car looks brand new, and it was such a nice surprise that CARSTAR also cleaned the interior and exterior. Kendra sends regular updates by text and CARSTAR was very thorough, detailed and skilled in making the repairs and checking for any other damage.

Our car was hit on our street. Carstar ordered new parts and put it all back together so nicely. The service was amazing, I knew we were in good hands from the start and throughout. We got text updates a few times a week. They were nice and transparent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Carstar.

Such a quick, easy, and seamless process. I was directed to Carstar through State Farm after my car was hit and had some minor body damage. Kendra was so helpful in getting me scheduled and keeping me updated throughout the process. Was a quick repair and my car was actually done a day early. I got my car back and they did such a great job with repairs and cleaning. My car honestly looks better than it did when I purchased. Hopefully I won’t be needing their services again anytime soon but when I do I will definitely be using Carstar.

Having to get your car fixed due to an accident is never fun and even less fun when everything is on back order due to the current supply chain issue. Brian and Kendra took the time to make sure they knew what was important to me and worked hard to get us there. Brian went above and beyond to keep me up to date on the progress and helped me understand the process.

CarStar Highland fixed my Tacoma again. I’m a clumsy driver but they didn’t bat an eye and completed a second round of front end repairs that were as good as original as well as good as the first repair they did a few weeks earlier. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle to CarStar Highland again in the future.

I called in to have my window fixed (did not say it need be quick or even today for that matter). Was quickly told its too small of a job for them to do. So basically if you go here they see you as the client that will pay their bills easily. 100% watch out for this. Ive never seen some one turn down a quick few hundred bucks. Thats ridiculous.

Car Star is GREAT! They’ve done work for me for years. They do exactly what is needed and nothing more. I was so angry w/ myself for doing something dumb and messing up front corner of my car. I just got it back and one would NEVER know that it had been damaged. They wash and clean the vehicle before the owner picks it up and it looks brand new! Car Star also arranged a rental car for me. I HIGHLY recommend CAR STAR!

I have use this business for two different auto body repairs. Both times they have done excellent work that was not detectable to the trained I. They worked directly with my insurance agency and the process was smooth. They also kept me updated throughout the process by sending me text messages about when my car would be in different stages of repair and be done.

They provided updates in a professional and timely manner and addressed any concerns that I had. My car looks perfect again. I also really appreciate how empathetic they were when I had difficulties dealing with my Insurance and rental car and tried to help as best they could to pick up a ball that they didn’t drop. They stand behind their work and prioritize customer service and it shows how dedicated they are to doing a great job.

I first went to highland car star when I filed a claim through my insurance company a few years ago. They were great to work with then, so I went back to them when a delivery truck backed into my parked car and crunched my driver side front corner at the beginning of January. My car looks good as new! (on one side) I definitely recommend their work, and the staff is warm & friendly and very communicative. Great service all around.

Very courteous... at first, till they get your car in. They gave me a list of parts, by part number, which I got from the original brand. They accepted delivery, painted them... only to find out one very expensive was the wrong part number from their own quote. They refused to take responsibility for the loss asking me to buy the right one a second time and lose the cost of the first part they told me to buy. They called me to pickup my car at 4:10 PM on Friday, 50 minutes before closing and a day before my long planned trip with that car, and openly pressured me to accept the car ‘as is’, pay and go on my trip. Of course the ‘manager’ was absent, they tried to put the blame on me. Terrible place, will never go there again and do yourself a favor and find another body shop.Denial will not cure your lies. I was hit by driver whose insurance had Carstars as a preferred business. The job appears to have been done well, but it took much longer than they estimated. They only communicate on Tues and Thurs, which seems to only benefit them. They fixed a part of the car that I had mentioned was not part of the accident, so I really appreciate that, but when you drive your for your income it really hurts when they take early twice what was estimated.

I had body work done in November 2020, the work was done efficiently and on time. A couple of months after the work was done I noticed a squeak on the side the work was done on. I called and they told me to bring it back in so they could check, they found the issue and repaired it at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them for any work.

Be careful what you wish for— because of the service they deliver, this will likely cause major lines of customers and potential delays because they will be so busy from their FANTASTIC customer service!!! They are going to NEED to hire more people if they keep this up!The updates on my collision repairs every Tues and Thurs were incredibly insightful, helpful and appreciated. They underpromised and OVER-delivered on the completion date, which saved me money on the rental car that I needed until repairs were done. The personalized service was not at all expected, yet I got every bit of what they said... and then some!! I would never expect a “Body Shop” to deliver service that was at a 5 Star+ level, but I was unbelievably surprised at the way they went above and beyond my level of expectations... by a LONG SHOT!I even had additional body damage scratches that I was told would not be covered by the insurance company (I knew this), but then was told not to spend the money on it (right away, unless I insisted) because they wanted to have the paint specialist hit attempt to use his buffing skills to see if they could remove the majority of the previous damage without the added expense of repairs. They gave me an estimate on the costs but said they would NOT charge me to do what they were recommending!!! This level of service is what EVERY consumer should receive but rarely expects! I’ve never used this company before, and only chose them because of their proximity to me. But because of how they dealt with my repairs, I will ALWAYS go out of my way and will happily make the drive just to make sure I use Brian for my repairs when necessary (and Kendra was outstanding with her remarkable service as well!!). With their superior customer service and exceptional quality work, CARSTAR Highland — Denver North has earned any of my future business and any referrals I can send their way.

Not sure what it says about my car luck that Brian and Kendra know me on a first name basis, but I wont go anywhere else for car repairs! They worked seamlessly with State Farm and Enterprise taking all headache out of the coordinating for me, called frequently with updates, and did repairs quickly and thoroughly. I cant recommend these guys enough!

CarStar did a fantastic job locating parts for our vehicle and fixing (replacing/adjusting/painting) the damage to two passenger side doors and related impacts. They were very proactive in communicating status and timeline for the work to be completed, and we highly recommend them! (We’ve used them three times - VERY happy with their service!)

When I hit a deer head on, I was referred to them by my insurance agency, Allstate. They took fantastic care of me and my car (2019 Subaru Crosstrek). They were able to approve OEM parts on all of the parts that needed to be replaced. My car looks like it just drove off the lot when I first purchased it. The paint matches perfectly I am super impressed. Although my vehicle received a few scratches while it was in the shop, Brian (the owner) took care of them hassle-free. Which is awesome, and they didn’t argue or fight me on those issues which was amazing and unheard of. Kendra, called me every Tuesday and Thursday to update me on the progress of the repairs and she was super friendly and informative on every question and concern I have. I will 100% be recommending my Allstate clients to this body shop anytime they call in for a claim. I will also be coming in anytime I have any needs for my vehicle. I love them!

I cannot tell you how amazing the crew at Carstar Highland-Denver North is. They were so quick and communicative when repairing my car after I was rear-ended. It was a pretty extensive repair and it looks seamless! Weeks before I was rear-ended I ran into a pole which cracked my front bumper and left it hanging, after the repair to the back of the car was done, I asked if they could create a quote for me front bumper. They just had me swing by and pinned it up for free! I almost started crying. I will always refer them to ANYONE who needs car repairs. Not only are they exceptional with what they do, but they truly care about their customers. Thank you so much for fixing my car up!!

I had a loose metal piece holding my battery in place, my dealership said to check out a body shop. I called Car Star and they said go swing by and they would take a look. Fixed it in 2 minutes, and did it complimentary! I offered to pay and they said no, so felt a review could help! Very impressed and if you ever need help, go see them. We smacked a boulder right behind the front right wheel and the passengers side door was rubbing on the neighboring panel. The guys at CARSTAR checked it out, quickly pulled the neighboring panel back into place, and sent us on our way at no charge. These guys are great.

They repaired the damage on my 2013 tacoma which was damaged on driver side from front bumper to rear bumper, they repaired everything perfectly and then made sure the passenger side matched perfectly. This place is the jam. I drive over a concrete barrier in a parking lot and had the plastic covering of the undercarriage hanging under my vehicle. Several other shops couldn’t even look at it for 2 weeks.I called them, popped in at 8:30a and was out the door with the whole thing repaired by 9:30a at no charge. What?!!That’s some amazing service, just blocks from my house, here I’m 2019. 🙏🏽❤️✨

Auto body shops can be scary, but these folks did a great job on an insurance claim on my Subaru. Handled everything from the initial estimate, to coordinating with two insurance companies for a rental car. It was even done on time, with excellent quality. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I will only take our cars here for repair! Everyone that works here is extremely kind and helpful. They provide update calls multiple times during the repair process and were able to get to my car faster than anticipated. My car came back looking absolutely beautiful and like new!

Originally recommended by farmers. They repaired the damage in a fairly quick time frame. Until I realized the repairs were done poorly. I called them back and they scheduled me again. When I went in they really didnt do much. They had the car for an hour and then just told me that the piece they repaired looked different because that is how it was. This is not true, frustrated by their response I just left and took it somewhere else. The other autobody shop confirmed that it was installed poorly. The people at this place are nice and polite However, the auto repair work is extremely poor. Wouldnt recommend this place ever for car repairs.

I got into a minor fender bender and chose CARSTAR North primarily based on convenience, since it was located down the street from my home. What a pleasant surprise-convenient and great and timely customer service. The shop managed to get my car in the same DAY I called, and they apparently began work pretty much immediately. I was expecting a full two weeks being without my vehicle, but they had it ready to go in basically a week and a day. The shop is clean and the staff VERY friendly...since my car was new, they even offered to put my plates on the vehicle once i got it registered. Dealing with a shop that provides regular updates and friendly service definitely made a rather unpleasant situation (I had my car for three weeks before someone hit it) bearable. If I need body repairs again (hopefully I WONT haha) I will not hesitate to give these guys at this location a call again....even if I move across town!

I cant say enough about Cosmetics and Marilyn, the manager. Im a single woman and I always feel I dont get the best service from most automobile places, whether its buying a car or getting one repaired, but this time was definitely the exception. The part I needed was ordered and replaced in less than 24 hours and the price was far less than the other two locations that gave me a quote.

Ive brought my car here a couple of times. Once for a hood replacement and once for an everything-replacement after a big hailstorm. I worked with Brian both times. It took a lot longer than expected, but they did really good work - you could never tell the car had been damaged. I had a couple of issues come up afterwards and they were able to help me under warranty, even though my car needed to be worked on in California. Thanks again for all of your help Brian and Carstar team!

I went in to get a quick quote done on some small damage on my car. After driving all the way over they told me they didnt have time and, that I would have to schedule an appointment to return. I have been to two other places already today and they did it instantly and it only took a second. Disappointed with the customer service and lack of attentiveness this place had to offer. I guess they dont need my business.

I wouldnt even give them one star if I had my way. BEWARE!!! I took my car in for service and gave them my spare key when I left it with them. They were closed when I was able to pick the car up, so they told me that they put my key in the car. I kept looking for it, thinking I had missed where they put it. When I called them, they told me that they put it in my car and I was the one that lost it. After about 2 weeks, they called and said they found my spare key laying around their office, and that they would mail it right away. It has now been almost a month, and a dozen infuriating phone calls later, and I STILL dont have my key. Their customer service is horrendous, and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service.

Had my vehicle scheduled to go in for body repairs here at CarStar North. Made the appointment based off availability and my work schedule so I could take the least amount of days off of work while family was also in town. I made the arrangement over the phone with a very friendly lady who took longer than usual to get it on the books but thought nothing of it and attributed it to due diligence. I waited 3.5 weeks for said appointment, driving my damaged vehicle regularly. I called the day before my appointment asking if I could bring it in a day earlier to get it out of the way and they said sure, no problem see you then. The day finally comes....time to get my car back to normal... I make arrangements to drop off the vehicle and get a ride back to town, and as I am on the way I get a call from Rick, who is supposedly their operations manager. He questions the nature of my damage and how it occurred, which I found somewhat strange at this point after having the hard copy of my estimated repairs from State Farm...He informs me he has been turning down damaged vehicles related to Denver construction fire. I thought this was a joke and told him I’d be there momentarily to seek clarity. I get there thinking, surely there is a mistake and they called the wrong person. They didn’t. They would not take my vehicle because they were too busy with others and couldn’t guarantee everything would be perfect at the end of the repair. Some body shop...isn’t that your only job? To make it look/preform how it did before anything happen? And if you can’t do that maybe you should open a scrapyard, appliance repair shop or some other useless 21st century business. But don’t take an appointment for a vehicle repair if your not competent enough to accept the job(and the $7,000 dollars), especially after being inspected at your facility by your people. To cancel the day before anything in the buisness world is unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright irritating . This is a Select State Farm Facility when it should not have ever been placed on that list of qualified repair facilities due to their lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service. Myself, an educated and informed consumer, hopes you read these reviews like I did to many companies before choosing this one and SKIP TO THE NEXT. There is no reason to even potentially risk the inconvenience to yourself and your daily routine by using this company. I was told to not let my schedule inconvenience and ruin my life by “Rick, the all-knowing operations manager”, as I was about to walk out of their facility. But to others that have damaged vehicles, you know it’s already an inconvenience why have another pile on top of that?! Dont be a Rick and Don’t let Rick ruin your day. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!

I got into a mini-crash a few days ago, and even though my car was driveable, the car-body was rubbing against my tire whenever I took a sharp turn or generally whenever the cars suspension lowered, and I didnt want to risk hitting a bump which would end up indirectly puncturing my tire. My insurance company lined me up w/ John @ Carstar and he helped fix up my car within 5 minutes of me arriving, and he had me out on the road within 15 minutes. I had an awesome experience, especially from being an out-of-town visitor in an unfamiliar city, so Id absolutely recommend Carstar to anyone who needs help!
