The owner was extremely short and rude with me. Called before to make sure they did the work, and drove there when I got off. The owner walked to my truck to look at it and as soon as I said it was out of pocket pay, he told me Go somewhere else, Im not fixing that and walked away from me. That was one of the rudest experiences Ive had with someone in a long time. Dont waste your time with this a**hole. There are plenty of other places that know what customer service is and knows how to talk to people.

My black Hyundai Sonata Limited was repaired back to its perfect condition. No one will ever even know by looking that it has been repaired. The shop put in a lot of work and I am so grateful. Will recommend Millennium to friends and family for sure! Thank you for the professional workmanship!

Worst possible experience. I used this shop to repair one of our delivery vehicles. They notified me that the vehicle was finished 3 separate times, only to call back and say nope. sorry. we forgot a part. These additional steps took an additional 4 days before the vehicle was ready for pickup.We picked up the vehicle and returned the rental to the shop. 8 days later, when we needed to do a late evening delivery, we discovered that none of the lights on the vehicle worked. Upon returning it to the shop for yet another repair, we discovered that the manager had the keys to the rental vehicle in his office and the rental was locked inside their fence accruing uncounted days of rental fees. The manager had not notified me, the rental agency or ANYONE that it was not returned and simply allowed it to accrue 8 additional days worth of rental fees. The rental would STILL be sitting there accruing fees if I had not personally taken the poorly repaired vehicle back for additional work.When I confronted the manager with this information, he stated he was not sorry, because it was not his responsibility.RUN - DO NOT WALK- away from this shop and choose ANYWHERE else to go for your repair. The single worst customer service and repair experience I can remember ever having.

I had a minor fender from May that had to be completed before a new inspection could take place, and I waited too long. A number of places told me they were booked for weeks or months, and it would be a 6-7 day job in any case. The people at Millennium auto body were able to get me in within 2 days, and do excellent work in just a few days turn around. The pricing was comparable to what I was being quoted at some other places, and even if it turned out a little bit more expensive, I would gladly pay a little extra for the personal service at Millennium Autobody.Annil kept me in the loop when the car was at the shop, and I want to thank him personally for appreciating and delivering on my request for expedited service.

Was my truck repaired? Yes, was is repaired correctly? No. Overspray, missing hardware, fithly interior, and they welded on the unit with the battery connected and fried it. Went to pick it up and it wouldnt start, but of course good old Kumar said it want thier problem, so they jumped it and I drove it over to dealership for 2k worth of electrical work to be repaired and missing hardware reinstalled and adjusted. Look elsewhere for body work.

Worst car experience Ive ever had. They had my car for an entire month to fix a starter, 0 outbound communication, I had to call every single time to get an update. Did not hold up to dates promised. Car is still not function properly, it shut off on my way home! Will take it to someone else to get repaired for the 2nd time… Would not recommend even to an enemy.

Millennium Auto body shop is the Worst shop EVER. The owner Anil has cost me stressed for a whole month in an half. I took my car their after it was involve in a collision. The insurance company paid this man to fix my car and he has not fix it properly he keeps telling me that my car is ready when it not. I keep showing him that the car is not fixed there is pieces not put properly and he keeps saying that the car is done. Even his worker came and said that the car was not ready and that he didn’t work on it . at this point he is pocking the insurance money and not fixing the car properly. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Colorado Attorney General Office. He has 1.5 rating on Yelpand dont know why google is giving him 4.4 and hes company deserves a big fat 0. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. save your self the trouble and headaches. He’s a joke and his company is to.
