Thanks to the awesome guys at the West Evans Carstar. Stopped in looking for an estimate on a trim panel that Id tried to reinstall and messed it up pretty severely. These guys were so easy to work with and very professional. I needed work done through an insurance claim that included a car rental and CARSTAR was so helpful through the entire process. Plus my car was returned to me looking brand new! They thoroughly cleaned the interior which I was not expecting. Overall great experience.

Had a fender bender, needed some repairs and the I was sent here from my insurance company. Quote was quick, and once they started the work on my car they gave daily updates on the car with an app. All new parts were used and you cant even tell that I needed a new bumper. When I picked up my Subaru Outback, it was cleaner than when I brought it in. Completely cleaned the interior as well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who where very accommodating with the whole process of drop off and pick up. Definitely recommend CarStar if you need any body work done on your car.

Experienced a hit and run and came to these guys and they made the experience great (for what isn’t a fun process obviously). They updated me via text (my preference) and made sure to not overpromise on timeline or price. In fact they came in just under the estimate and made sure during the walk through at the end to explain the repairs and make sure I was satisfied and walked through the invoice. Something small needed to be corrected and they immediately got to ordering that and scheduling some time to have it corrected. Would recommend using them for the body work / paint. Was a good experience.

I chose this place due to the great reviews and because they worked with my insurance. Gunnar kept me updated with repairs via text 1-2x/wk. It took a while from start to finish because of the delay for delivery of parts (which is an ongoing issue for everyone from COVID) and for the large amount of work that needed to be done. I was assured everything was tested out, but if for any reason I have a concern to call, text or drop in. My Jeep was in very bad shape when brought in, but now looks good as new and is running great. Quality work and service, would highly recommend.

My vehicle was found totally trashed, and this shop worked hard to get everything back to being just like new! I had a great experience. Excellent service and staff! This is the second time I have had to take my car to CARSTAR Highland - South Denver and both times were stressful situations (hail storm and a hit and run). The staff are remarkably kind, communicative, and helpful. Yesterday, when I picked up my car it looked brand new and inspected closely, the work on my vehicle was impeccably completed. Additionally, the car was spotless inside and out. Everyone on the team went above and beyond to get the car repaired in a timely and very professional manner. They are extremely easy to work with. Great coordination between Carstar and State Farm. I highly recommend them!

While there are other issues with their service that I have fundamental problems with, my main concern boils down to communication. I took a copy of the estimate to the shop and made it clear that I did not want to spend anything out of pocket and I was extremely concerned about the cost. The shop assured me every which way that they didn’t think that the cost would exceed the estimate and I took it in for a hail scope and they reassured me that they believed there were places they could cut costs and beat the estimate. Based on that, I went with them. The cost ended up being 2k additional more than the estimate. I understand that happens for lots of reasons but I didn’t find out until the day I picked up the car. I don’t see why or how it is good customer service to not communicate that additional cost to the customer. I realize my insurance paid the difference but had I know of the additional cost, I never would have authorized the repairs. Had I been given notice, I would have requested that the items not be fixed - I don’t have a garage and live on a busy street and some things are just silly to repair with those two factors. All this could have been solved with a phone call and a little communication. I am very unhappy about this but on the bright side, the car seems to be repaired.

These guys rock! I recently had a bumper that needed repair. They got me in for an estimate hassle free and then in for the repairs. They only kept my car for two days and were very quick. Had a great experience with CARSTAR South recently. I had an accident while traveling cross country. Originally I was told they would not be able to start on the repair for 3 weeks, but my car was completed in 4 weeks. During that time they kept me informed with regular updates on the progress of repairs. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. My car was road tested thoroughly since I was worried about driving it home to the east coast. No problems at all. Car looks great and drives great too.

The level of service at Carstar is great. The quality of the body work on my vehicle was great and it was performed on time. Since I live relatively close by, these guys even went so far as to drop me off after I dropped off my car and then pick me up when it was ready.

Avoid at all costs. I would never recommend someone to take their car there. I had to return my car 4 times before my car was done correctly. The first time I went to pick it up it was missing the emblem from the grill, the rubber seal between the hood and grill was missing, a piece on the hood was falling off and the decal on the side was incorrectly applied. Then I went to pick it up a second time and no more than 100 yards down the road I notice the steering wheel is crooked by roughly 45 degrees or more, so I have to go back and talk to them. Then I had to take it to have the steering wheel repaired for their third mistake. Then about two weeks later one of the flares pops out driving on the highway for the first time making it a total of 4 times. This repair has been a nightmare enough as it is but then their customer service is horrendous. They are constantly rude and disrespectful as if I caused their errors. I understand maybe once but 4 times is out of hand. They get mad when I point out something thats wrong and say its not their fault. The owner literally said so what if the decal is wrong what does it even matter. Well it does matter that something is done right and this type of attitude scares me about what, if any pride they take in their work. It seems theyre more interested in getting as many cars done as fast as they possibly can. Hes even gone so far as to incorrectly attempt to correct my grammar over the phone (this is just for context on what dealing with them is like). Theyre just plain rude, demeaning and disrespectful. Then I asked if they have a customer service number for corporate since its a franchise and I wanted to let them know about my experience and see if I can take my car to another location in the future and the owners response was well you already filled out the customer satisfaction survey so all of us here know what you think of us. Apparently I can add vindictive and unprofessional to the list of things wrong with this place.

I originally gave a 5 star review when my car was repaired after an accident. However, five days after getting it back, I took the car to an auto repair shop for some work that didnt involve damage from the accident. Imagine my surprise when being told, then, that the repair and body work on my car was very sloppy and hadnt been completed properly. It was suggested that I get a second opinion at a different body shop. The report at the next body shop was the same. The work was sloppy, incomplete, and a wheel should have been replaced. Fortunately, my insurance company, Esurance, was very helpful and worked with Carstar to get the work redone. So now, I am trusting that the work has been properly done because I am tired of having to recheck what Carstar has done. Be sure to get your vehicle evaluated some place else after you get it back in order to know that everything is okay.

The people are nice, and they worked fast, but there are still some things cosmetically with the car that didnt get fixed or caught by there QC process. For example the new paint has wrinkles in it, and the new bumper doesnt aline perfectly with the rest of the car. Other than that, everything else was great.

Im so impressed and happy with CarStar! They arranged my rental car for me and completed the work earlier than expected. The gentlemen there are so friendly and extremely helpful. I couldnt rave more about my experience with CarStar. Hopefully I wont need auto-body work again but if I do, I wont go anywhere else. Thank you, CarStar!

Awful 8 weeks later and still no car...unprofessional..slow.. I have been given 3 dates and every time I have gone to pickup my car they tell me 2 more weeks with the same excuse I just want my car back any other shop would have had it done by now. Every person gives me a different excuse why always inconsistent? quit making excuses 10 weeks later!

My wife had her Toyota repaired at Carstar and had a wonderful experience. From start to finish the Carstar professionals pursue excellence in everything they do.

Terrible experience. First job took 3 weeks with pointless updates every 3 days. Car sat on the lot for 4 days before it was even pulled into the shop despite having an appointment months in advance. Carstar was supposed to do 2 different repairs on my vehicle. They only did one and said it would be at least another 3 weeks on the other one when I went to pick it up. Ended up getting the job done in about 2 hours at another place and it only cost about 30% of the Carstar quote. Bad, bad service. Unprofessional employee and questionable pricing. Go anywhere else. Avoid Carstar.

Pomeroy was very active about communicating the status of my vehicle and very responsive to phone calls.Everything went smooth, and when something wasnt they stepped up to make it right at every opportunity.

Lifetime guarantee is a joke. They admit that my peeling paint is their responsibility but Ive been waiting over 8 weeks just for them to take the time to schedule an appointment to fix it! Extremely rude.
