Dishonest business. Such terrible customer service, that this is my first and only review Ive ever left. Had them pull a part for me. I asked if I could go in the yard to see if part was functional on car as this particular part with certain mileage often fails. They said that I wasnt allowed. I understood, but asked to make sure part was functional before pulling it. They said they would. Paid for part as I took their word it wasnt defective. As I was walking to my car, I examined the part and noticed it was as defective as my original part. Walked back (literally minutes later) and I told them the situation in a kindly manner. They refused to refund part. To make matters worse, I had driven from Monument and the employees had absolutely no grace.

Had me go to the wrong location at first, then I get there and the owner didnt want to part with one of the panels off the door so he could sell the whole door. Left without the only part I came for even though they told me they had it before I called. Dont waste your time here! I wish I could give them zero stars

Bought a engine and wire harness off them.Still have not received wire harness, its been almost a year. They told me to come take it off myself. Very disappointed

Great place to get used parts for vehicles. Fairly good prices. The gentlemen were helpful but the receptionist didnt know much of anything. Lol every question we had for her that pertained to items that may or may not have been in their possession was I DONT KNOW.

Like another review, completely wasted 2 hours of my time. Drove from 45 minuets away after calling and speaking with someone who informed me the part was there. After arriving they could not find the part i had called and spoke to someone about. Extremely frustrated and left empty handed. Do not waste your time with these guys.
