I had an absolutely top notch experience here. I was rear-ended and needed repairs/replacement for my bumper and trunk. Amy went above and beyond to communicate with me at every juncture, and the repairs were top notch. They went through the extra effort of cleaning my car very thoroughly, really going the extra mile there. I was so touched by all the work they did and can honestly say its the best experience Ive had at an auto repair shop. I would highly recommend this place!

Went to this place who agreed to get me in after being rear ended by a progressive policy holder. Amy and the team are top notch. They took great care of me, even pulled some strings to get a rental when none were available. They’re transparent in the process, they keep you updated and deal with the insurance company for you. Really appreciated it. They also washed and waxed the vehicle when I got it back. Bang up job. Highly recommend.

Took my car in for rust repair over tire wheels and remove some small dents and repainted. A month later rust was not repaired and paint bubbled where supposed repair was done. Didnt paint the door handles which I listed. To make a very long story short. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP AT ALL. After a large expense Very Very Disappointing. Please go somewhere else, save your money!

My insurance company sent me here after being rear ended and I’m very thankful for such a great experience with Complete Auto Body & Paint! They were extremely helpful explaining the process and communicating during it. They were easy to get ahold of when I called. They estimated the work would be done in a week and it was. Not only that but they cleaned my entire car inside and out, and fixed a minor issue with my rear view camera that was not a part of the original issue but they noticed it needed the fix. Bill was the one I was working with and he was great!

Dropped my truck off after making a silly mistake. Staff was always available and quick to reach out! Truck looks like new and they even washed/detailed the interior!

My insurance towed the car here for repairs, but I would come back any time on my own accord. Every person I interacted with was incredibly pleasant and they completed repairs on time with their estimate. I was surprised to pick up my car and find they had gotten the car washed and detailed. Truck was hit by drunk driver and didnt think I would want it back. CAB&P fixed and I cant even tell where the damage was (and there was a lot). They also made repairs and were able to match a 10 year old paint job on our 67 Plymouth. Highly recommended.

I took my car to Complete Auto Body after a recent accident. The other drivers insurance company uses them regularly, so I agreed to take my car there. I am so glad I did! The people are incredibly nice and professional and they had my car done in 4 days. It looks amazing. And as an extra surprise, I got it to drive it away and realized they cleaned the entire inside of my car. It hasn’t looked this good since I bought it! I am so happy with the service I received and they deserve some kudos! This was an insurance case, but if I ever needed body work done again, I would happily return to Complete Auto Body. They even bent over backwards to let me pick up my car on Saturday because of my complicated schedule. Thank you, thank you. One of my customers went to this shop and was absolutely screwed over. Bill did not wear a mask while he was driving her car and they missed frame damage, resulting in HUGE complications with her insurance company. Bad service, bad quality, 100% would not recommend.

I was referred to this shop by Progressive after my car was vandalized and wow! The service was amazing!! When I picked up my car, it was in far better shape than it was even before the vandalism. I took my Honda to complete auto body for a fix after someone side swiped me, leaving my bumper cracked and falling off. Great service, extremely kind staff, and Fixed in a timely manner.

Allstate insurance pushed me to use one of their preferred shops and we landed on their recommendation for Complete Auto Body. Initially Bill seemed very nice and caring. But that it a complete façade. Not only did this shop scratch my car, they photographed the damage they caused the day after my car was dropped off and claimed it was prior damage. They did not walk around with me to document prior damage, they only asked me about a running board when I dropped off my car. I did not photograph the parts of my car that were not damaged, because I didnt think I had to. I have NEVER had a shop damage my car and then deny it later. When I called to speak to Bill about this, he denied it and what I questioned his integrity for lying, he got very disrespectful. The shop was adamant that they could replace my aftermarket ARB bumper, and yet their work caused my turn signals to stop working. I had to take it to a specialty shop on my own time, at my own expense to have them replace the light bulbs used in my bumper and it had to be completely re-wired. My car also started making a loud, obnoxious clicking noise every 20-30 seconds that it never made before. Then Boulder Nissan pointed out to me that there were more issues with the body work than I even noticed. Thank goodness I found Nylunds Collision Center. When they looked at my car they profusely apologized to me for my experience and said they were embarrassed about the quality of work from Complete Auto Body. Not only did this shop give me back a vehicle that was not safe for me to be driving, but they completely missed frame damage. Now insurance has totaled my car. How did this shop miss that? They dont care about their customers, they dont care about their customers care, they only care about their place on insurance companies payroll. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. Take you car to Nylunds, you cant trust them and they do things the right way.

Made me pay $200 for “labor” for an estimate because I went through insurance. Quoted an outrageous amount and took my bumper off without my approval. So $200 for absolutely no repairs. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I had my car fixed here after an accident in 2018, they got me in quick and did the repairs within like two weeks after my initial appointment. Compared to other shops, this one was a joy to deal with. They gave my car an alignment for free as they had to replace one of my wheels from the accident (car was still drivable). They detailed my car and washed it also. Id highly recommend this shop, they were fantastic to deal with.I was hit two weeks ago and the at fault insurance company tried to send me to another body shop I greatly dislike, I requested to come back to Complete Auto Body & Paint.Id recommend this place to anyone looking to get an estimate or their car fixed.

Someone smashed my car window and I was really bummed about it, but working with Complete Auto Body & Paint on the repair made the situation so much better. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. They were much more friendly and professional than any other auto body shop Ive ever dealt with in my life, they did the work quickly and perfectly, and they even unexpectedly detailed my car. I will definitely be going back to Complete Auto Body & Paint the next time I need my car repaired.

Make sure you document EVERYTHING! They will not help you out and they will not do a great job. My family and I have been going here for years when we needed it. But now Im looking for a new spot. I got in an accident a few weeks ago and progressive sent me here to have my car fixed!Although I’ve got a bone to pick with progressive for not replacing my bumper- the work they did was amazing! Almost the entire right side of my 4Runner needed to be replaced. My car looks better than the day I bought it. Everyone is super friendly and I got it back in a timely matter! I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Got my car back is awesome 👌 like New again 😁! Best part was I was able to leave the rental there and Enterprise Came and picked it up from them they have a great partnership from what I can tell. Made it very easy because I had to be somewhere and allowed me to make it on time! Thanks for the great Job!!

I took my truck in to get repaired. insurance picked it... what was supposed to be a 2 week fix, turned into 3 months. Should have listened to the reviews and went elsewhere.. but they get their money either way from my insurance....

They were great. They got my car in right away and was complete in a week.

I turned in my F.E. filthy, and they returned it squeaky clean. Oh plus they fixed it too. Do recommend.

Dan was great to work with. The transmission shop damaged my hood, so they sent me to Complete Auto Body and Paint. Dan had me in quickly and the truck back to me in two days. They put a complete new hood on and matched the paint and finish perfectly. Looks better than it did before the hood was damaged.

The repairs looked good at first, six months later Im seeing bubbling in the clear coat and have realized the base coat is probably 2x as thin as factory.... They did one thing really well, save themselves money on repairing my car... I would never recommend these guys.

Took my truck here about a year and half or 2 years ago because my insurance company assured me they were highly rated after my repair I went to leave and the hood was not sitting down flush. I pop the hood found a knife sitting there got home lug nut cover was missing and tow hooks were not tightend down after about 2 weeks headlamps started leaking water in them took it back got new one put in started leaking again took it back got another one also had the grill adjusted because it wasnt even close to fitting the way it should of few months later both lamps leaking water into them now one of them has cracked and the water puddled so deep the light bulbs exploded inside decided I wasnt going to go back that shop Ill just replace them my self while doing that I find the grill is missing screws and they had made new holes in my truck to make it appear like it was a good fit I also found the tie rod ends they put in never got filled with grease and failed rather quickly kind of dangerous in my opinion I would NOT recommend this shop if you want a quality repair done

They did a really good job on my Lexus 2 years ago. Took in my Audi for an estimate. Thought it was a little high, but based on the last job I thought Id go ahead and bite the bullet. Called for an appointment and was told they could see me ... in 11 months! Amy was pretty rude about it too.

I took my car here after an insurance referral. My hood was crunched like a tuna can and the estimate $600 lower than at other body shops I had taken it too. This is a family run, local business so the customer service was excellent. I was sent photo recaps of my cars progress. It was estimated to take 5 days and they had called me after 2 to pick it up. When i got there the paint job and all areas that needed to be fixed looked awesome. Its not 6 months later and my car still looks brand new. They even gave it a car wash inside and out. I highly recommend!

Did the insurance work, bare minimum work but cost thousands more than other establishments. Didnt get approval before starting work. Didnt fix everything.

They made the whole ordeal so much less painful. Fast, friendly, professional, and my car looks like new. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I trusted these people and they did a horrible job fixing my car. the did not sand the hood. only painted over it. now its chipping. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! if i had to do it over i would never of trusted my beautiful car to these people. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. they do horrible work.

This garage completely messed up my car. My insurance company brought it here and they were supposed to rebuild my car after an accident but I have only had more problems since. Thousands of dollars to repair what they repaired including sparks shooting from my engine and a glued on bumper. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Was assigned this shop by my insurance company. Ignoring the condescending and rude phonecall I had with the owner, its been a few weeks since my repair and my bumper is starting to fall off. Avoid this place and find somewhere else if you have the option.

A huge shout out to Ed, Amy (Go Broncos!), and Bob for outstanding customer service. This family run business is as good as it gets! I have been a customer for over 35 years – major accidents as well as annoying squeaks :( My last accident was serious with $17,000 worth of damage. They were on time with repairs and most importantly kept me regularly informed of the progress. Ed the owner even offered to cover a rental car after my insurance coverage was exhausted when he anticipated a delay in schedule which never happened. One year later I noticed a noise in the front end. They spent several hours diagnosing, contacting the insurance for approval, and repairing the steering rack problem not directly related to the bodywork. Thank you all for another job very well done. You are an inspiration for all businesses!

These guys are honest!! I had insurance repair here on my Large Mercedes Sprinter from a hit and run. They always called me before I had to call them! After I received the car, there was still an issue with the plastic fender wheel, they said they would order a new one. When it arrived they owned up to the fact that they actually ordered the wrong piece. They could have made a million of excuses. I was not in a huge hurry for the piece, the said they would call when it arrived. Less than a full week, to their word they called. I went back and and they had it installed in 15 min. Our van looks amazing. Things can always come up when it comes to auto body and service, this time it did, but they were very friendly and stayed on top of it!
