Appreciated the detailed description of what they would be doing and the email updates. Recommend to anyone looking for body work.

If you have Allstate insurance (or other insurance for whom they are a preferred provider), this is the place to go! They handle all of the communication with the insurance company to cover the cost of repair, they were quick, thorough, and professional. And nice people, which isn’t necessary but a nice bonus! I hope no one hits my car again anytime soon but if they do, this is where I’m going!

Colorado Auto Body has been one of the most honest, reliable and kind body shops within Colorado. Ive contacted literally over a dozen shops from Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo. Colorado Auto Body was the only shop to provide me with honest service. Jammie was beyond helpful with assisting me. I had a very unique situation and she was able to coordinate her team to provide me with a thorough quote, paying very close attention and detail to every aspect of my vehicle to include telling me which parts I would need to get my car back out on the road in better condition than coming out of the factory. Jon was the one who inspected my vehicle and I have to say, he was extremely friendly. This is one of the very first body shops that were so helpful and willing to take time out of their day and assist me. This is what I was looking for in a Colorado shop. A place that is honest, and isnt only out for profit but actually wants to provide you with the kind of service you are supposed to get and should expect in a business. Colorado Auto Body was fully transparent. I wish I had more words to say, but I would not hesitate for a second to refer my friends and family to come to this shop.

So glad I found this place for auto body repair. I dinged my car door pretty decently and needed to get it fixed. John at Colorado auto body was straight forward, did his best to save me money where he could, and fixed my car within the week. He was honest and noted that if I wanted it to look 100% brand new Id have to get a whole new door, and what the difference in cost would be. I really appreciated being given the full picture up front, and quality of work that was done.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Bill at his other locations, my company Abbotts has a fleet of trucks and at least once a year usually during a snowstorm one or more of our trucks or cars gets into a fender bender. I worked with John at the West location for some minor scrapes and scratches. Brought my vehicle in on Friday and John had me in on the following Monday morning. Finished by noon and was very reasonably priced.Update: Had a minor a accident last weekend on Friday, January 15th and unfortunately had to visit John again. Had damage to front fender, bumper and grill. I submitted a claim through my insurance company and John took care of the rest! I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready by Friday afternoon! There were also supplemental items that needed to be added and John took care of these as well. I didnt think I would have had my vehicle back in a week, but it looks like it was never in an accident. John and his crew do great work!

My experience was a great one. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. The shop kept in touch almost on a daily basis to let me know what was going on. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I worked with the Denver location and had a great experience. My (brand new) car had hail damage and then further damage when another company in town did a poor job repairing it. Manager Tim worked with my insurance to get my Subaru back to tip-top shape, while being friendly and professional the whole time. The paint job looks great and they made sure to have Subaru run diagnostics too, so that all the internal programs were back to spec as well. So relieved to have my car is back!

I just had to post this, I have never worked with a better company than Colorado Auto Body. They employ some of the best customer service personnel I have had the pleasure of meeting/working with. They go out of their way to keep you posted on the repairs of your vehicle. I had work done on my Jeep, it’s a 2001, and they treated my vehicle like it was a 2019/2020 model. I moved to Denver a few years ago and was hesitant to trust a new auto repair shop. After being in an unfortunate parking lot fender-bender last September a coworker of mine recommended them. Colorado Auto Body exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They worked effortlessly with my insurance company to fix the repair as soon as possible and made sure it was done completely, efficiently and correctly. They explained the process to me ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect and helped me make an appointment with my rental car company. They also communicated in a timely manner when the estimate for completion was pushed back due to more damage found under the bumper.When I experienced unforeseen hail damage upon returning from a road trip a few weeks ago I knew exactly who to call for my repairs. They fixed the damage on the hood, roof and chrome accents of my Jeep perfectly and in half the time of their original estimate! I am very grateful to have a repair shop that I trust. They make me feel so at ease I don’t even worry when my car needs repair now.

I dropped my SUV off & got it back within days. Jammie and John were extremely, extremely nice. Communication was great! HOWEVER, if you take your car here, be sure to take all valuables/money out before leaving it. Although it’s pretty tedious, I would like to note that they stole some money out of my car and only left pennies. My experience was almost perfect. But, a thief is a thief. Not ok!

I have known the owner of this body shop, Bill, for over 25 years and aside from considering him a great person and very honest/trustworthy/straightforward, he runs a great shop and is always delivered for me the best outcome for my vehicles. I have brought him several vehicles over the years, everything from large SUV all the way down to an expensive Mercedes convertible. The convertible had a broken retractable roof that the dealership estimated would cost over $9500 to fix, somehow someway Bill and his techs found a way to fix it and get me at the door for $1200

Best customer service I have had from an auto service shop. I had a fender bender and took my truck to Colorado Auto Body in Denver. Tim and Jay were outstanding the entire process. Guys in the back did a great job with repairs and touch ups. The admin(s) answering and transfering calls were very nice and professional as well. I will be coming back again for more repairs and will recommend Colorado Auto Body to anyone.

Everything went well. They fixed a few minor scratches for free while the car was in for a more major repair. That is awesome customer service! Also the car was returned washed and vacuumed interior, which was a nice touch.

I treasure even above quality of work straightforward and proactive communication, and I found it here. Update calls every other day and the car was done when they said it would be. Only reason it isnt a 5 star is because they had the car for greater than a week. Fortunately I havent had too much interaction with body shops, so I cant say for sure, but 8 business days was longer than my expectation for a quarter-panel repair.

John was great to work with. The damages on my car were assessed and estimated on a Tuesday and my car was fixed and ready for pick up on Friday of the same week. They made the process painless and did a great job!

The hail damage repair work done was excellent. However, when removing the lift gate from my SUV for painting, the bolt which connects up the automatic mechanism was broken off, requiring that the lift gate be manually open/closed. This was either not noticed or not reported by the technician. I noticed it after I returned home with the car and had to bring it back to the shop. I am still waiting on notification that the parts have arrived so that I can bring the car back in to be repaired.

I live in fear dealing with insurance and they took care of everything, EVERYTHING! So my airbag light wasnt on when they got my car back, they had to do a back hitch on bmw x5, didnt tent the window, and the thing makes noises when i make turns, its hard to get anything set up as they are kinda far only having one car, they shoulda just kept the thing until it was completely done

Amazing Customer Service! I damaged the drivers fender on my friends Tacoma truck. I stoped by Colorado Auto Body and was greeted immediately by Jay Weston. Jay made me feel that my repair was in the best hands. After 2 days the Tacoma was finished. When my friend and I saw the Tacoma after being repaired we could not believe how great it looked. It was like show room new. The staff went above and beyond to detail everything including cleaning the engine and cleaning and clear coating the head lamps. AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sososo glad i went with them. The lady at the aurora location gave me some advice to call the guys on west evans ave because they had just opened so i could go in for an estimate at any time without an appointment and i did just that. super friendly. had a bad day dropping the car off but jay and his team were very accommodating. offering granola bars and coffee and making sure everything was taken care of. He also let me leave my rental there when i picked my car up on friday right before they closed for the weekend. When i picked up my car it was beautiful they not only washed my car but also they had vacuumed my whole car. Will definitely be back. especially with my life time warranty.
