They did a great job on the car but when it came time to pay almost $1,100 they wanted a Visa card rather than Discover even though we used it to pay for the inspection. They treated my husband very badly. So be sure you have a card other than Discover if you don’t want to be disrespected.

Fantastic service! Mechanic is excellent and stayed late to finish work on my vehicle. He really took care of me and I will definitely go back any time I need work on my vehicle.

We have been twice and will continue to be back! The first time was for our alternator to be replaced and second time was for our breaks. Tin and his staff are very professional and friendly. They get everything done quickly (same day service both times!!) and have a nice little waiting room. They are very honest and won’t tell you to pay for anything you don’t need. He took me to the workshop to show and explain to me what was causing the problems and how it needed to be fixed. His prices are fair. The shop hours are great! No complaints.

They called me within 2 hours of dropping my truck off with a diagnosis, parts list, and subtotal. They told me up front my repairs could take a few days to weeks depending on the parts availability. Overall a good experience the only thing they could improve on is updating the client on the progress of their repairs.

I just have to share to warn anyone else out there! I had to have my car checked yesterday by Range Road Auto Care in Denham Springs because they were right across the street from where my car was setting at Dollar Tree store when it wouldn’t start. They seemed nice enough & said they would charge $100 to pull my car across the street & run the diagnostic check on it. That sounded reasonable. So today they called me and said it was going to cost $1,102.00!!! And I said to them, why so much? The man said because they had to drop the engine to replace the alternator, and the battery needs replacing & a belt is dry rotted.So because I have AAA Road service & my parents use a different mechanic that does great work at reasonable prices for them I had it towed from there to my parents mechanic at Firestone & it was only the battery, which only cost $164.00! I really hate when people just try to take advantage of women!!!!

I dropped my car off with check engine light flash and running terrible. Got it back the same day good as new and he did it for a great price. I am very pleased and will be using them in the future.

Tinh has been servicing my families vehicles since 2010! He always quotes a very FAIR price on all his work. He doesnt just fix one of many problems I may have going on. THE JEEP is BACK! At 1:45 we decided to start calling local mechanic shops to see about someone coming here or getting it towed to replace the starter. We only had to call one. At 2:45 Tin, the owner, of Range Road Car Care was here and 30 min. later we heard the Jeep hum again. Range Road Car Care came to the rescue 🙌🏼!!! They close at 2:00 on Saturdays, too. I just had my front and rear brake work done. Tin and Allen were awesome. Tin went above and beyond to help with minor imperfections with my car. He was very reasonable priced, did excellent high quality work, and extremely efficient. Tin has personable characteristics which he repeatedly demonstrated consistently to all his customers, whether it was walk in or over the phone. I was listening and observing his very friendly professional conversations with both male and female customers. He treated us all the same. This shows that he is genuine in his concern over money and his customers satisfaction. I will definitely use him again. I highly recommend this car repair service.

The owner, Tin, was very professional in figuring out what my problem was, and making sure it was taking care of . The Head Technician, Adam, jumped right away to correcting the problem and made sure I made it back to work in time . Ive used Range Road Car Care on many occasions. The first time I used him he repaired a car (2000 Toyota Corolla) that hit a deer with all used parts which was great because this car was 14 yrs old at the time. Since then I have used him for 4 or 5 other things. He is very well priced, honest, and does an excellent job. I always tell people to see him with their troubled cars.

Range Road Car Care installed a used transmission with a 6 month, 6 thousand mile warranty. To the day 6 months later and 1200 miles over the warranty the transmission went out completely. I had my car towed to Range Road Car Care and the owner told me that the warranty had expired and he would give me a good deal replacing it. The first one cost me 2400 dollars with labor being charged at 250 dollars an hour. He told me he would give me a good deal at put in another transmission for 1600 dollars. I shopped around and found a repair shop that put in another transmission for 300 dollars less than the good deal he was offering. This car repair shop is untrustworthy, the owner was never in when I went by to talk to him. The mechanic working on the cars seems very knowledgeble and polite but the owner is the one who makes the major decisions. I am in the process of contacting the city attorney, attorney general and filing a suit against him for what he did to me. I am disabled and cannot afford to let people like him take advantage of people. I would never recommend him to do any type of work no matter what is needed to anyone. Not even an oil change. He is a ripoff. Beware. I had a new transmission put in at another shop and was really please with the owner and his attitude and the workmanship he displayed.

I took my vehicle by Range Road Auto Care to get my A/C system evacuated and charged. I called around and most places gave me prices upwards of $170 or more for that type of service not including cost of freon and tax. Other places also indicated labor times of 1.5 to 2 hours. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for under $150 total. My A/C now puts out frigid, cool. I would return to RRAC for any future auto care needs.

Tin helped me last minute on removing a wheel lock on my car when I have a flat and don’t have my wheel lock on a late Saturday evening when every dealer in town are closed. He got it done in about 10 minutes and I was back on my way taking my kids on a short road trip. Range road car care is my go to place whenever I need my car service. 👍👍

Don’t buy that 2007 black Toyota Yaris for sale in the front. It was mine and it was totaled earlier this year. Everything under the hood caught on fire and burned. I sold it to Tin. Now he’s selling it for full price and claiming it has a clean title. I didn’t have full coverage, so I never made an insurance claim. It’s not on the car’s record.Do not do business with crooks like Tin. It’s a shame how he takes advantage of people.

I had a skid plate that had come undone and I was stuck on the side of an offramp. I called them (after they had already closed) and they picked up and came to help. They put my car on a trailer, and towed me back to the shop. I was done in about 20 minutes and they asked for $100, and I gave them an extra $100 just because they came to me when they didnt even have to. If you ever go there, ask for Tin.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I brought my truck into have a drive shaft installed. $90 for labor. Not a bad price... When i return to pick up my truck the owner starts going on about my pinion bearing has all kind of slack, starts to talk about replacing the whole rear end. Begging me to just sign for the work and he would get me the best deal. I then brought mytruck around the corner to affordable automortive and transmissions. In 10 minutes they took my driveshaft out, tightned one nut that had vibrated loose on the pinion bearing.. and no more slack. Charged me all of $20 for it.These guys will take advantage of you any chance they get. DONT GO HERE!!!

This guy is a criminal. Taking advantage of everyone. Charged my son 1200 for a 150.00 job.truck still doing the same as when he brought it into his shop. He needs to be stopped.

Horrible experience the owner changed the price after we were given a quote agreed to it and allowed him to perform the work, when we returned to pick up the car he tried to charge us way more money . Never going back there the owner Tin is unethical and just lost valueable customers who have been going to his shop for 5 years and giving him all of our auto business .
