Great customer service and quality work. Roy and his wife run a very fine establishment. They showed concern for my problem and treated me like a person, and not just a customer. I was updated throughout the entire process and my vehicle was back on the road, at a very reasonable price in no time. I can’t foresee going or recommending anywhere else in the future.

I honestly couldnt ask for better service from even better people. Im extremely grateful for what they did for me today. I was in a bind and had no other form of transportation to get to work. I read all the good reviews about Deep South and when my truck started running bad I decided to give them a try. I wasnt disappointed! I called about making an appointment and spoke to Roy who explained to me that he had 3 vehicles ahead of me but If I didnt mind leaving it he would get on it as soon as he could. I drove it up there where they analyzed the problem while I was there and explained to me what it was and what he recommended doing. He called me about 3 hours later and had it purring like a kitten. They checked other things and told me that all looked really good. I loved the communication and they seem like really good people. I will be using them again!

I would recommend that anyone bring your car to them. They were honest (yes, seriously!), friendly, and so extremely helpful. They really went out of their way to help me. Mrs. Penny didnt have to do what she did to help figure out how to get me a lower price, especially with all the work she was being bombarded with! But she did. And the whole staff was outgoing and willing to help out any way possible. Great company all around!!!👍👍

I took my vehicle to another facility and they did not even want to mess with my vehicle....Mr Roy took my truck and fought to get me a new motor.....Mr. Roy went to bat for me when I needed a new motor... he was very honest and very sweet man....he runs a tight ship over there and will treat you right.... my truck will never go to anyone else as long as that man is in business. They are absolutely amazing people over there.

I have had my Nissan in the dealership shop three times this year. No one could fix it. My husband took it to Deep South and they had it fixed and running like a brand new SUV in just a few days. The customer service was top notch. They kept us updated on the progress and consulted us about cost. You would do yourself a disservice by taking your vehicle any place other than Deep South Auto.

I went to have my ac fixed in my grand caravan at Deep South Auto. It hasnt been working for months. The owner Roy was very professional and also courteous. He fixed the leak and got my ac working again for a very reasonable price. I was back on the road with cold air in just a couple of hours. He is very thorough. He went above and beyond. I wont be going anywhere else for my automotive needs. Solid 12 out of 10.

Best place in Denham Springs to get your car serviced at. The most wonderful and friendly people I have ever met and all their employees know their stuff about fixing vehicles. Great place even if your car is going to take a little more time to get fixed you definitely wont feel like a stranger there!

Great to work with. I had an issue with lug nuts that were seized and wouldnt come of or re-tighten. I had my car towed to Deep South and they were very quick to get me in and get my car fixed. They also diagnosed an engine noise as just needing a new belt rather than some expensive repair. I will use them again.

My mother went to two different mechanics and very quickly they told her that it is probably the motor and it isnt worth spending the money to fix. Then she came across Tom at Deep South auto. He took his time to look into what was going on with her car instead of just brushing her off. Long story short, My moms car runs like new and what he charged was very reasonable. He even called and checked up on things to make sure it was still running good. Thank you Tom for helping my mom!

Laine and Roy took care of me, I got wheels and tires I wanted mounted and balanced and they werent sure it was going to fit so they took the nesscary steps to see if my bigger wheels and tires would fit and they did!When they mounted the wheels and tires they didnt scratch my new wheels one timeAnd even helped me put them on before I left!Worth the money!

Great service!!! Gave us an estimate for 3 hours of labor on a repair that turned out to be 8 hours but they stuck to their word and only charged us for 3 hours!!! Great people!!!

Took my car into him after several mechanic said the motor was gone but I knew it couldnt be well,Tom had my car for about three weeks checking different things and took the time to go through everything for me and now my car runs better than a new one he kept me updated on everything that was being done was treated very good and was not taken advantage of with things I didnt need I would recommend Tom to everyone actually I have already very honest and fair

Check engine light came on and I got some codes. Got a new gas cap and they reset the code. If the light comes back on due to another code, Ill definitely take it back to get looked at . They were very friendly and helpful!! PS. They didnt charge me to reset the code.
