Dont waste your time theyll lie take my advice bring your business elsewhere. They told me that my battery was bad and that the piece of metal holding the battery in was missing. The items were over $400 for parts and labor. See pics below. I stopped at auto zone on the way home and had my battery checked and it was 100% good and as you can see from the pictures the metal holding it in is fine and battery is good.

After having a HORRIBLE experience at another dealership I was so relieved that All Star Nissan were so helpful with my purchase. I first talked to Mike on the phone who was very polite and honest about the price of the vehicle. When I arrived I met Jacob and he went over some things about the vehicle with me. He was very helpful. I met Jennifer in finance and she was awesome. She was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. James went above and beyond helping me with explaining all the bells and whistles on the vehicle and getting the vehicle all cleaned up and ready to go for me!!! We went right back and got a 2021 Nissan Kicks from them. They were great, helping us find the car we wanted and understanding as we dealt with insurance. Highly recommend. The first thing I noticed when I arrived at the dealership was how clean and updated the building and surrounding area is. I was greeted right away and had a very pleasant experience working with Dan Hall in the used vehicle department. He was extremely courteous, transparent, and was able to beat the pre-approved interest rate I had gotten from my own bank. Once I had selected a vehicle, Jeremy Martin (finance guy) layed out all of my options regarding extended warranty and length of loan, and was very thorough in explaining my choices. The whole process was quick and painless. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here, and several days later I have no second thoughts about my decision.

We put the car in the shop on a Monday, was told repairs would most likely be completed on Wednesday. Was notified Wednesday morning that systems were down, repairs could not be completed. We were not kept up to date on system outtage, we had to call everday. While I know some things are out of your control, I do know this. I worked in the service repair business for over 30 years, I never had a problem calling my customer, keeping them informed and up to date. When we picked the car up, we were not offered a discount, free oil change, or anything for the inconvenience. Definitely was not satisfied.

Absolutely worse finance department I have dealt with when it came to GAP insurance. Gave them everything the day they asked for it to cancel my insurance (after trying to get a whole of them for over a week). Took them 6 weeks to send my refund out. And then they sent it to the wrong address when my correct address was at the top of the email like they said to put it. The. They said they would cancel the check and resend it but I would have to pay the 35$ cancellation fee when they sent it to the wrong address. Extremely disappointed with their entire system.

As a first car buyer, I will be a lifetime customer here! From the time we pulled up and the time I left James, our salesman was nothing but helpful and professional. I was on the edge about what I wanted to purchase and he helped find the car that I absolutely love. He took his time with us and explained every thing from front to back for our new purchase.The only negative thing I have to say is the lady was very unpleasant who I spoke with about my inspection sticker, and told me it would take about 2 hours to get it put on after purchasing the car after being there for 5 hours already. So I went elsewhere to get one.Overall, great experience besides the lady with the inspections.

Your computer system was down which caused our vehicle (that was not drivable) to sit untouched for 13 days. The complete lack of communication from your Service department was completely unacceptable! We, as the customer, had to call every few days to get updates on the status of our vehicle. Those calls were usually returned the next day for us to be told our system is still down and we dont have anything to tell you .

We went to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and the salesperson (Dan Hall) who helped us was awesome! He took his time with us and let us look at multiple vehicles while we found exactly what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted rather than trying to sell us on the things we didn’t need. He also did not pressure us which was much appreciated. This made for a great buying experience and we will probably be going back when it come time to purchase again. The only thing that could have made the experience that much better was the speed of the service department. Unfortunately getting the car ready to drive off the lot clean and with a new inspection sticker took nearly all day. Other than this, the experience was great!

The process of purchasing the vehicle was great, HOWEVER, the used car department lacks a great deal when it comes to service after the sale. I talked to 5 people and left 3 messages and was still left with unanswered questions, a list of 11 things wrong with a Nissan Certified car, and no returned phone calls. I called AGAIN and was connected with Ken in the new car department. He was GREAT! Within one hour he had answers for me and called me 3 times to ensure me that he was doing his best to help me! Way to go Ken!

Buyers, beware! Not only was I lured in with false pricing in a bait and switch tactic from online sales, I was blatantly lied to by the general manager. He clearly stated that a one year maintenance plan would be included, then at the signing table said he “never said that.” Did I make it up? Dream it? It wasn’t a negotiation point. At that moment, I knew I should’ve left at the first sign of unethical business practice, but I didn’t hang around to see more. They could have been through with my vehicle probably 30 minutes quicker if they would have worked on just my vehicle. I watched as my air filter sat on my vehicle over 20 minutes while they worked on another vehicle. I had been asked earlier if I wanted them to change the air filter and I told them no because I had one. That was the only thing left to do to my vehicle to be finished. I could have been out of there at least 30 minutes quicker.

The service adviser went above and beyond to help me. She was really nice, my disappointment comes with the service of my car. I brought it in for an oil change and to figure out why the air wasnt blowing cold. The issue was fixed but air wasnt placed in my tires when my oil was changed, and the service engine light is still on. I did ask for a full diagnostic on the car being that it is eight years old. They told me about other repairs that are needed but nothing mentioning why the light was on or didnt go out.
