First time service at All Star Nissan. Very nice facilities. Want in for a free (prepaid) oil change. Ended up needing rear brake pads and tires (had a foreign object in the sidewall of one so I opted to get both rear tires). Cost was not bad at all, yes I could have purchased tires and a brake job for less money, but they have a huge window looking into the service area and I was very impressed with the attention to detail the technicians show. I dont mind paying a little more knowing the job was done right and by Nissan specs. Would have given 5 stars, but had to wait a bit for someone to go get the tires I needed. I understand, not many 370z cars out there so I was probably lucky they had some close by.

I bought this car this year and they promise 3 year maintenance, on my first maintenance i found out that it work only if the car is under 40,000 miles. Do not trust anything that is not on writings.

Just used Service Department for the first time. Mary was professional, and took care of all my needs. Very satisfied. Will be back for all my car maintenance schedule.P.S. Jana came and check to make sure everything was ok. That professional sales.

Not very welcoming. I question their integrity, the service representative told me one thing and said something completely different to the person on the phone. In addition, they left dirty gloves in my car. I guess they didnt feel like throwing them in the trash.

They are very kind and explains everything they are going to do to your vehicle before doing it.
