I love soft serve frozen yogurt. I get their humongous size and bring home and keep in freezer otherwise Id be there every day. Would be fun...but not good for waistline. But, it is really good. However I wish they would change up flavors now and then. Its a place you can dash in and get a quick treat. So if in a hurry while out and about its great as opposed to waiting forever at dairy queen or McDonalds or someplace for shake. Ice cream is good. Mice selection of toppings. The wait staff has never been overly friendly but like I said it over quickly.

Came out with some friends. Had a great time. Cool little place to kick it late at night without any drama. Always have amazing ice cream 🍦

I really enjoyed the treats we got from here. The customer service was amazing they were very patient and helpful when deciding what to get. The peanut butter milkshake tasted as if you were drinking Reeses, it was phenomenal. I also got the lemon sorbet which was the perfect blend of tart and sweet, it was also nice and soft. I will definitely come back again and recommend this place to others.

It was just perfect. We loved the quality of the icecream and acai bowl. We will come back next time after the beach since its around the corner!

I saw cream online with there page saying its homemade gelato. my girlfriend and I were excited to try it out so we went there the other day. my girlfriend got the peanut butter and myself i got the fudge brownie. we were super disappointed by the quality of the ice cream it had ice crystals and it tasted freezer burnt. I went back inside to talk to the parlor lady and she said the ice cream is not homemade and not made on spot while they bring it from the ice cream club factory in boynton beach. shame on you cream it is false advertisement what you do! we will never be back we were really disappointed and especially the lie that it is homemade.

This is the best tasting yogurt I have ever had and I’ve beem to probably 30 different shops. My girlfriend and I drive about 15 min out of our way to come here. They have really good live music on Friday night too and the store is clean and friendly with a great staff

Came during pandemic. Starbucks across the street was not doing dine-in. Needed a Hotspot to get online. Online description on Google maps says Cream is an internet Cafe. Sticker outside store says wifi. However, owner advised did not want laptops in store and was not passing out wifi password, even if I was the only person sitting in the store. Pretty difficult time to be a small business owner so I give him credit for giving it a go.

Its very unfortunate because the frozen yogurt and staff other than the owner Ive always been excellent. I have a true search and rescue service animal but I stopped in with my son to grab some yogurt in the owner told me that we were not to bring him into the establishment I showed him his tags and attempted to show him his card and he said I dont care what youre about to show me I express to him that its is against All Rights that I and the registered dog have for him to continue not allowing us in the establishment. Its funny how if the establishment was burning down he would beg me to bring my dog in and let him go in there and do what he is trained to do. I am definitely posting this on all social media sites and reaching out to that animal rights organization of Palm Beach County that handles such events Im sure that they will be notifying him with documentation stating his actions are against federal laws. As for me I simply will not return and I will be sure to tell the others in and around my departments about such actions taken by the owner very unfortunate that there is ignorant people like him in this world.Below is a Post from Him... Clearly this man is a liar as you can see he states that service dogs are permitted. LOL seems like their are some serious ethical issues surrounding this man.We try to keep the best interests of our customers in mind at all times, Peter. Im so happy this place doesnt allow dogs!! Too many food places are accepting these little emotional support dogs and I think it is crazy that these people dont understand that I do not want a dog hair or a dogs panting tongue and saliva near a open topping bar.FYI,, !! emotional support dogs are not allowed in open food retail stores under Florida state law ... another words,, retail store owners have the right to not allow emotional support dogs!!So finally, a place to enjoy great gelato or ice cream,,, they have live music on the weekends and fresh baked brownies and, frozen yogurt and toppings!! great place to take your family for dessert.

I finally give up. There are reasons why it’s deserted on a hot Sunday afternoon. I’ve been coming here since they opened since I live walking distance and I have kids. I can’t recognize this place.UNETHICAL - ‘Get over it. You’re right it does not say it but that’s what we do anyway’. Really?!!! That is what the owner told us (I came in with my 3 year old girl) when I tried to use two of their completed reward cards. She refused to take one claiming ‘one per visit’. Now, I’d respect that if the card said so or if in the past I had not used 2 cards in one visit. NOWHERE on the card says that AND I used them in the last during the same visit.RUDE - ‘Why is that lady so angry?’ my 3 year old asked after witnessing the harassing tone she used with an employer followed by the rude attitude she displayed toward us.I’m all for playing by the rules of the rules are known (and not made up at the customer’s expense), I’m all for paying more if quality and service is better which is not here, I am all for rewarding local business if the locals understand the value of loyalty.There are better gelato and yogurt places around. Better, ethical and more welcoming.BOTTOM LINE: Avoid unless you want to walk away feeling taken advantage of.

I am obsessed with their gelato!! They have the best flavors and Cookie Monster is my FAVE! Aaleyah did such a great job putting the postmate order together and even drew a Happy Halloween picture on the bag!! They are always so friendly when I go in as well

The yogurt is good but not good enough to overcome what I just witnessed: the owner literally belittling a young mother with a toddler trying to use their own gift cards. I almost stepped in. I should have. Even her helper was embarrassed. The mother was kind and the toddler disarmingly cute. The woman behind the counter charged ahead with a denigrating tone. Totally uncalled for from what I could gather. I won’t be back.

I had the pecan gelato and that was very good. They also have soft self serve yogurt with many selections of topping. Theres also a few tables outside.

Huge terrible experience with Cream in Delray off of Linton. My 17 year old daughter was hired to work there and told in writing she would receive $8 per hour for work. After 2 days of working for Jeff the owner or Manager, for 12 hours and realizing that she would not only be closing alone but would have to leave through a back door alone at midnight, she told him she was not comfortable and would be happy to work earlier hours or not alone, he fired her. Which is fine, it didnt work but the big whammy came when he now REFUSES to pay this 17 year old girl!!!! She went there, he wanted to give her $5 per hour, she stood up for herself & he then refused to pay her at all. I then called and tried to be reasonable he reverted to paying her $5 per hour. What kind of person, what type of business owner takes advantage of a 17 year old girl?!! I will never step foot in there again, which is sad because I actually liked it there. If any of you know this guy you should let him know that his behavior is totally unacceptable and taking advantage of an inexperienced young girl is really bad business! Im totally blown away!

I just wanted a cup of black coffee she tried to charge me $6.40. When I asked she said it was the same as a caramel macchiato which is not even close. She argued thats what the computer said and I pointed it out on the menu a house brew was $2.25 still refused and wanted to charge me $4.25

Horrible. Registered emotional support dog was not allowed. I could easily take him to court but not worth it. He treats his employees like garbage. Although I purchased yogurt at the time, I will not return.

Really disappointing! I happened to be close by and decided to try it. Nobody was around and the woman who eventually took my order seemed almost bothered by my very presence. Sizes are below par, gelato is ok but not glorious meaning nothing like the one from gelateria de la musica in Boca. Disappointing.

Love their Italian Ice Cream So goid

This place is clean when you walk in and costumer service is way better than any other frozen yogurt place. They have Gelato if you dont want frozen yogurt, and coffee for those coffee fans. Not only that, but they can make you milkshakes out of gelato or frozen yogurt and put toppings on it. Its always busy which in my case is a good thing. They have a band on Fridays and Saturdays sometimes so you can listen to the music outside.

My wife and I each had a coffee gelato. I wish I could say something but it just was good. It wasnt at all creamy, and didnt have much taste at all. It tasted like cheap ice cream.

I went in and there was a sufer looking dude with blonde long hair who was being so rude... I ask for a milkshake and he looks at me for about almost a minute with a mean look and says “fine”. Then once i paid he takes my money and slames the cash register. I hope the owner or someone sees this a does something about it because i go there frequently and i do not want to be treated like this.

We were coming here once a week with our son until we heard about how they are treating there under age employees more than two people have had there pay with held from this place that I know of. I will not support a business that treats there employees this way. Yoy have a right to fire an employee but not with hold pay thata due to them.

Horrible establishment. Tasted days old and chunky. Was given terrible service by store owner who had a nasty tone to his voice and seemed like he hated his job. Customer satisfaction is #1 and that is not apparent there. Not the ideal place to take your family after a nice dinner.

What a bad place, stay away from here went with friends and found a roach in our ice cream and the owner was like oh sorry I will give you another one. Who the hell wants another one from him after we found a roach. He did not even offer our money back. The owner had no remorse so I guess it is infested with roaches and he knows it. Roaches are disgusting and so was the owners attitude.

NOT PET FRIENDLY! My dog is a support dog and I take him with me places when my anxiety is crippling. The owner refused to let me enter because he said he got sued for allowing animals. The law required restraunts serving food and beverage allow service animals and that it is also illegal to challenge that fact.

Walked in no employee in sight for a few minutes. Employee seemed very young and sad to be there. Besides that the gilato was very bad will never recommend to anyone.

The frozen yogurt I had at Cream was delicious, however I was alarmed at the amount of fruit flies that were buzzing around the establishment - from the fro-yo dispensers to the toppings bar, and even as I sat inside to eat my fro-yo, fruit flies were buzzing around me. This place clearly has an insect problem that they are not taking care of.
