I adore this place. They have really delicious drinks that are actually affordable. If you have a Capital One credit card, all of their drinks are half off, and they even have happy hours where all the drinks are free. When the inside is open, they have a bunch of games you can play and a bar at the window where you can work on your laptop. The staff there (both the baristas and the people working at the bank) are extremely helpful and friendly. Its my go-to place for coffee

Very minimal menu coffe spot with a nice lounge area to work or study. Prices are reasonable if youre using a capital one card because you get half off the menu. Clean and comfortable

The staff here is extremely friendly and the concept is well executed. They offer multiple work station and have areas in the back to hold meetings. Always have a look at the Calender for the Month, they have wonderful activities.

This place was truly a treat! I got a green tea tropical and it was made really well. You can tell that the tea is of superior quality and I was in luck that I went during their happy hour which is from 2 to 4 PM and they asked me if I had a capital one account and gave me the drink for free! It’s a great place to go to relax and just hang out and meet the local community as well as enjoy some free. Treats that they give out during happy hour.

We enjoyed the Capital One Cafe in Downtown Delray Beach for coffee and baked goods. We had the muffin with lemon and poppyseeds and the vegan zucchini nut bread loaf with our delicious coffee. Theres half-off and sometimes free coffee deals for Capital One cardholders so ask about the specials when you order. The staff members were smiling, friendly and helpful. We toured the rest of the Capital One Cafe areas for doing work and meeting and loved the spaces. The Capital One Cafe overlooks Atlantic Avenue and now has a variety of activities and entertainment to participate in throughout the month. Theres yoga to music and improv comedy scheduled so its a place to visit to banking, doing some online work or meeting clients and to come for some networking or entertainment. Its clean and spacious.

Interior is modern, there are toys for kids and board games for adults. I can tell this is my new location for coffee.Great big city cafe experience in Atlantic Ave.Hey the best thing about this place is drinks are 50 percent off with your Capital One credit card.

A cross between a coffeehouse, co-working space and bank. Excellent concept that felt very community-oriented. High-quality coffee and friendly service from baristas. All week they were doing community oriented activities like free gift-wrapping, family photos, etc. Hope more big banks moves this direction (similar to what community banks have been doing for years).

This place used to be called Peets when I went, but I guess the name changed. My iced latte was yummy. They told me that capital one members receive half off anytime, and then on tuesdays/thursdays they get a free coffee! Something along the lines of that at least. Thought that was good info to know.

What’s there not to like about this centrally downtown coffee spot. Seating for comfort or as a work office, nice spacious open area, great Capital One Ambassadors, and terrific Peet’s Baristas. Even the security guards are kind of cool standing around. And, they allow well behaved dogs!Coffee drinks are superb with Peet’s coffee. My favorite coffee hasn’t strayed much from the great Golden Turmeric Latte, that is satisfying and I like to think healthy with the turmeric and ginger.Having a Capital One card does put the whipping cream on top of a drink— but that is the only reason i have a Capital One card and fought very hard for it (that’s another story—and way too long for the public). To sum up, due to the pricing, location, service, and excellent coffees, we visit here at least once per week while in town. We have one other locally owned coffee shop we’ve frequented for years that we’re obliged to but this one has hit the top of our list for Delray Beach!Also, I asked permission for the pics of the pets at different times. :)

The worst people at this location network there and also the worst ATM machines they pulled out the old ones and the old ones were great and not had any issues I dont know why people change

I went to the cafe based on a notice that I was eligible to upgrade my capital one silver, a non points card, to a card that accumulated points. The girl who assisted was very helpful and I chose a Venture One card with air miles with a bonus 20,000 miles if I spent 1,000.00 in the first three months. The card also offered 1.25 points per every dollar spent. I spent the required amount within 30 days and paid in full. I noted on my statements that I only accumulated the actual amount spent, not the 1.25 points per dollar nor the bonus. I thought maybe the 3 months needed to lapse to get the bonus so I watched the account. After 4 months no bonus and no 1.25 points per dollar. I contacted Capitol one and they were not at all helpful and said I did not qualify for the bonus without being able to give an explanation. I told them their representative, sitting in the cafe said I was all set and that was what I would get. I checked on line and that is still what is offered with this card. I am very surprised at this apparent deceitful business practice by Capitol one and would like to be contacted to have this corrected.

Ive been coming to the Delray Beach area on a weekly basis for a long time now. I stop here always and have enjoyed every moment!!! A very unique banking experience, great atmosphere and every Ambassador is highly informative and hospitable. Very grateful for everyone there.

This cafe is really wonderful. The people who work there are all so nice. Shantai Stone went above and beyond to explain what they were about, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She loves what she does and her professionalism and passion shows.

This place is incredible. Everyone who works here is so professional, kind, and attentive. I would highly recommend this location for business meetings, study sessions, or just for a quick coffee break. The Peets coffee station is also so quick and delicious- they have great food and drink options.

I cant speak about anyone else at Capital One in Delray, b/c I didnt have contact with anyone else, but i have high accolades for Shantai. Shes extremely informative, patient and listens really well. A real asset to the company.

Really good prices if you use a capital one card. I enjoy the games you can use at the cafe. They also have vegan options for the coffee, including vegan whipped cream. The staff is incredibly friendly and exceedingly helpful!

My first time in this establishment and Im very pleased with my experience. Friendly staff and the atmosphere is setup for productivity... with personal meeting area and nooks. I was pleasantly surprised. Im not a local, and I really hope this type of cafe from Capital One gets expanded into my area. Awesome idea.

Love the Capital One half off discount on coffee. The staff are very friendly and the Peets Coffee is great. The coconut fog cold brew is a nice local option, but too much coconut flavor for my preference. But I do like the fog or the Havana Cappuccino! My regular cafe in the area (because of price and drink quality), but could do with a less industrial vibe.

I get my morning coffee at this pet friendly bank after walking my dog. Great little work areas and 50% off coffee when you use you capital one card. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that they dont have any printers to print your work to make it a true business center. Other than that this should be the future of banking.

So fortunate to have this in my area. A great place to work and have a coffee drink. I really like Peets coffee, so a bonus. And since I have a Capital One credit card, the beverage is 1/2 price. Lots of seating areas. Bathrooms are well maintained. Not noisy the way most Starbucks are.

Spoke to account manager of Capital One “Ann” (who didn’t want to provide her last name) ID # IMV667, she spoke over me and was at one point yelling over me on the phone worst customer service of all time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN COMING HERE. Go to an actual bank this is a scam. As a single mother this was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I hop no one has to go through what I went through. Customer service is about hearing the clients concerns and making it right did not care at all about me or my family.

Great coffee

I used to come here weekly, but ever since I noticed they hired new people the coffee has gone down hill. The last 5 coffees I got was either too bitter, watery, or both. One time I asked the girl behind the counter to remake mine and it turned out to taste the same as the first one; bitter and watery. I used to refer people to Cap One Cafe but not anymore. Its sad that I have to find another coffee shop around atlantic ave for my caffeine addiction.

I am writing to let you know that despite having a reservation for a conference room at 6:30PM today we were not given the room we were promised. Instead, we waited 40 minutes for a small closet that could only hold 3 people. As such, each Board Member (6 total) will be leaving a negative review for the Capital One branch on Google Maps, which was resolved at the meeting today.

Great concept! Both my college aged kids got free coffee and when I paid with my Cap One card I got half off. Free events and great coffee! Its a brilliant concept.

One of the worst experiences. I recently got a new Capitalone credit card. The enticement for me was no interest for a year. I went in to the cafe to ask someone how I can transfer a balance. I was told by a manager to get a cup of coffee and call the number on back. Capitalone should save money and get a vending machine and put it on the corner..

An ATM with a mediocre coffee bar. Whats the big deal? BTW bank employees should be wearing uniforms or some sort of ID so that we know were not discussing our banking with a random person with a laptop.

Revised.3-19-19.decided to give this place another chance.orded a cold brew with vanilla & took 3 sips & ran out side to throw up.so disgusting.made me violently sick. i came into this location around 11am on 02-23-19.the guy who took my order had no petsonality. i sat straight across from the drink pick up area.& watched the two guys behind the counter constantly touching their faces, & hair.the yonger of the two jeremy kept grabbing his groin area.i didnt witness any hand washing or sanitizing of anything.talk about cross contamination just waiting to happen.i will not come back to this place
