It’s Father’s Day and I decided I wanted Einstein’s. My wife ordered online for the family and kids. I showed up at the set time to pick up my food. I was immediately greeted by a server who asked me for my order. I said I had ordered online, and that’s when I began to get ignored while being the only person in the restaurant. After 2 people walked in (customer count is at 3 now) and had their food prepared in front of me, the second employee asked for my order. I explained again that I am waiting for my order online. The employee THEN, decided to make my food and tell me sarcastically that I “can write a bad review” over it. Just got home, my wife (who’s pregnant) cannot eat her undercooked sandwich. Imagine how my Father’s Day is going. Never had a bad Einstein’s experience until this one. Not knocking Einstein’s, knocking this location. Never again.

Bagels are great, service could be more friendlier, I go when they open at 6am, she is very dry, need to be more of a people person 😁😊😁😉

VERY POOR SERVICE AT THIS DELRAY BEACH LOCATION! I recently moved to FL from Pennsylvania, where I have been a frequent customer. I dined at this Delray Beach establishment for the first time and was disappointed with the poor customer service. As I walked up to the register to place my order, I observed both employees preoccupied on their phones. I had to call out excuse me to get their attention and even after placing my order the cashier did not offer me a receipt or exchange any words like thank you. Will not be dining at this location again.

This location needs to shut down. Service sucks. Have to wait for coffee to be brewed, No sugar, No Creamer. This place is a graveyard. Just close your doors and stop wasting peoples time.

This Einstein Bros. Bagels is functional and available. That said, its just okay. I will return as needed because its not abysmal. It does, however, make me wonder why I still buy Einstein bagels anymore.

I get there and right off the bat, they say they are only taking cash payments. I place an order to go. After seeing two people who ordered after me get food and watch the staff look like they are cleaning up, I ask about my order. They didnt even know about it. No one offers any explanations or apologizes. They make it, hand it to me, and walk away. I rarely go to this Einsteins because this is typical of the service here.

Love their bagel selection! Easy enough to get a vegetarian meal and staff is always friendly! Love that they now serve Caribou coffee!

Went in on today, Sunday, around 10:45... Basically every single bagel was out of stock and had very united choices. I attempted to ask an employee a question about whether or not more bagels were coming out soon, and was completely ignored. Still ordered some bagels to-go, very expensive. About $20 for 3 Bacon and Cheese bagels. Got home and found the bagels to be noticeably smaller than an average sized bagel. And the bacon and cheese on the bagel was low quality. This is a chain so I guess thats on me.

Einstein Bagels is one of my favorite places that I frequent constantly. The only bad thing about this location is the customer service. You can say Thank You and they will totally ignore you. Not only will they will ignore you but you will also get a side of an attitude. Otherwise its great food.

Nice fresh bagels to go. A great variety of flavors, good size. They even sliced them all. Im enjoying the cinnamon raisin especially.

I am not likely to go there again. The place is crowded and noisy. You have long counter with ordering station on one side, tables with chairs on the other and walkway in the middle. Basically eat and get out, or take out. I felt rushed when placing an order and help is not forthcoming if you are not familiar with menu. Food is decent. Overall the experience was not worth the ticket.

Ok I have to honest. A few months ago I feel like your service was better.Today I saw the employees look at me because I paid for a sandwich with one egg. Apparently they assumed I wanted 2. They didnt ask me and when I ordered I assumed oh theyll just give me one. So I didnt really care for the reaction after I paid and saw them talk about the egg. She told me one. Im not trying to rip anyone off.In the past I just accepted I was paying for 2 and getting 2 - which I didnt realize until after paying and seeing my receipt. This has happened 4 times.I know theyre trying but it wouldnt hurt to just ask. I dont always get two. It depends on my budget even if its a dollar difference.I use to come weekly and I find myself coming less just due to this lack of communication.

Spent $29 for one frap, strawberry banana smoothie and two bagels with salmon. The smoothie was too sweet and artificial-like and my expensive bagel had only a few capers. Way too expensive for nothing good. Very disappointed..

Love the food and the coffee (when its fresh). Too often, they slack and dont brew coffee to keep it fresh. Ive come in around 9:30-10 to very stale coffee or no available cold brew.

Went here because it is close to my house and new and I will never go back. The staff is completely unprofessional and was flat out making comments about how gross cream cheese and bacon (what I ordered) was and made me feel like an idiot when I didnt hear them tell me they would take my order on the other end, not where it says order here. The iced coffee was brown water and their only explanation was that its late in the day, with no offer to exchange for something else. Ive been to Einstein beagles before and this place is subpar to say the least. They need way better management and customer service.

Although Im from Delray, Ive lived in various cities across the U.S. from time-to-time that have other Einstein Bros Bagels I’ve visited and I travel for work so Ive also experienced the many stores in airports. Generally speaking, the service and staff at all stores is consistently horrible! But, this new store in Delray at Linton & Federal is by far the worst. I actually believe they have some recruitment process that seeks the worst staff possible. I totally agree with Chris Nanarellos review, and would add that it doesnt go far enough. Like the coffee that is sewage, the tea is as bad if not worst. This store has only been here 2+ months and the staff has turned over almost daily. Unprofessional doesnt even begin to properly describe the staff; they are completely useless. How do you consistently and continually hire the same incompetent individuals? I only go back because it has become comical to see how poorly they can continue to do their job day-after-day. Seriously, Ive brought others there for the joke of it who didnt believe me. My order is never correct, and it is not that complicated. I simply request no lettuce on the Tasty Turkey, but it is always an adventure to see what I actually end up with. I may turn this into a daily blog, or at least a frequent post, of how bad my experience is each time. I actually witnessed a fight there a couple weeks ago where the police had to be called. I wouldnt encourage anyone to patronize this location, or any Einsteins for that matter, but if you are patient, know what to expect and have a good sense of humor... frequent this location just to see the train wreck that it is! I only give it 1 star because there is no option to give it negative stars.

Yuck! Went to take a bite of my breakfast sandwich and saw a curly black hair sitting on top. Gave it back and asked for a new one. Second round, instead of bacon like I ordered, got ham that tasted like it had gone bad. Got up and walked out. Wont come back.

This location is a mess, not as bad as the Boynton location but still bad. They get my orders wrong and all I get is a bagel double toasted with cream cheese. The cold teas were usually empty, but whats new. The Einstein brand in general is going down the drain in my opinion and this is coming from a Einstein bagel fan

Went there this morning at around 6:30 am and they were closed. Employee inside saw me at the door did the whole “we’re closed thing” and walked in the back so I couldn’t see him. Hours posted online and at the door both say 6:00am. Went across the street to Bagels with deli where they were glad to serve me. I’ll probably never go back to this location.
