I go there often because I work nearby and the employees are always so kind. I mobile order and it’s always ready and correct.

Great location. Easy to park and walk over. Coffee made well and the service was friendly.

A friend and I visited this location last evening. He ordered a small regular coffee with extra milk. Nothing fancy. Within 20 minutes he was violently ill for hours. Sweating and vomiting. For his sake, let’s hope the milk was bad and nothing wrong with their regular coffee beans or sanitation within the location. He is a Starbucks fan, frequents them often. After this experience, it is unlikely he will continue his frequency. Certainly will not go back to this location.

Enjoyed my hot, dark roasted coffee before attending a concert at the Old School Square in downtown Delray Beach. This Starbucks is in the heart of Downtown Delray Beach and always busy and the coffee is always really good.

They put too many items to warm in the oven. I had a cold ham and cheese croissant. If they have two ovens they should do their operations properly.

The staff here is amazing and this is my favorite Starbucks out of the hundreds I’ve been to. They are personable, patient, kind, and most of all exceptional at what they do. When I walk in, they already know my drink. I’ve seen customers behave extremely rude, anyone case extremely cruel. Yet, they stayed calm and professional. That’s more than I can say for myself.BEST STARBUCKS EVER!-Dylan

Good coffee with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere all located in a convient location; however, this Starbucks actually allows non-service dogs in the cafe which is gross and a clear violation of health code. For example, on the afternoon of Saturday, February 29, 2020, a lady with a medium-sized (approx 25-30 lbs) black dog, which clearly was not a service dog, walked in. The customer stood in line with the dog, waited and walked around the busy cafe with the dog. There was plenty of staff working and nobody cared to approach the customer or address the public health issue, since dogs, unless they are service dogs trained to perform a specific function for the disabled handler, are prohibited in restaurants; and even service dogs must be kept under the table while eating in the venue, per both the Florida and Palm Beach County health codes (Fla. Stat. 509.233). I will not return to this location since health is of paramount importance to me when eating out. I hope management addresses this issue.

Online it says the store opens up at 5 o’clock I got there like 520 I waited till 528 up to the window the ladies didn’t even have the courtesy to come to the window to tell me that they don’t open up till 530 they waive their hands and that was it very rude very inconsiderate and I won’t come here no more

Friendly staff and good quick service even when its busy. Knocked a star off because the interior is too small for the volume, its unlikely to get a table here.

Think about your drink choice. The ads for beverages sound appealing but I forget about what they contain. I ordered a frappachino with mint and fun sounding adjectives. I took a sip and it was aggressively sweet. It was so sweet that it seemed as though the liquid could not dissolve the sugar. It was my fault to not consider the ingredients but the pictures and names sound so appealing.On days that it is not too hot I enjoy sitting at the tables outside and watching the people walking by.

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Always good coffee. Always great service. Always a line. The morning breakfast crowd know each other - well. These are smart, clever people. Their repartee, is cutting, but never hurtful; just a joy to overhear. The inside seating is air conditioned and the outside is Florida humified. Free parking. Wheelchair accessible including gender neutral bathrooms.

Great employees and coffee was ok just never enough staff. Wish I could give them a higher rating but it always seems like there is so much to do and not enough staff!
