This dealer is awesome. I highly recommend you go and talk to Claudia Bermudez. She is highly experienced and has a lot of knowledge related to cars. Thank you Ed Morse and Claudia for taking care of me today. This will always be my go to dealer and I will recommend this place to my family members and friends. Thanks!!!
Best dealership in south Florida hands down. The sales team and finance department are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Finding the right vehicle was a smooth and quick process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and reliable vehicle to come here if you want a good experience. Plus the beach is close by, with lots of excellent restaurants around to go celebrate at after purchasing your brand new car!
1 Star is to many. Dont waste your time at this dealership. They offered me a price to buy my truck (wrote a check), They were calling me everyday to buy my truck & 4 business days later they completely tried to play games with the offer price, when I showed up in person (again) which was thousands less. Do not trust this dealership, Save your time & go somewhere else. They deserve ZERO credit.
Yesterday, I was truck shopping and I stopped by Ed Morse Delray Toyota. We worked with Luke Svanberg and were very impressed. Unfortunately they didnt have the truck that we needed that particular day because of the national shortage that everyone is experiencing. But I can say that working with Luke was a fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to go back to this dealership and I would definitely request to work with this excellent professional! What I loved is that he was helpful and while he wanted to make the sale, he was respectful and always kept our best interests in mind. I could tell by the way he answered our questions that he was selling from a position of personal integrity - which is not the norm at many dealerships (in my experience). I wish they would have had the truck we needed because I would always give a salesperson like this my business!
I’ve been looking for a new truck recently and been having nothing but bad experiences dealing with anyone at local dealerships. I came into ed Morse and just had a few questions and a I spoke with a woman named Taylor She was sweet and helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Usually it’s so awkward going to a dealership but she was fabulous. I hope everyone gets to talk to her when they go in. I’ll definitely refer people here for anything
First off, Catalina at the front desk super kind, observant and caring. Shout out to the calmest sales associate Byron M. He was patient, willing to answer all my questions, had great conversation, he was understanding and worked hard to get me into my new vehicle. Thank you all for making this a seamless and successful process for me and my son. Greatly appreciated
Organization and efficiency. I have been at other Toyota dealers, but yours takes full advantage of the on-line appointment system to expedite the process and collect the necessary vehicle info. No delays getting the car worked on. Waited less than an hour to get the initial maintenance check and tire rotation done.
John K and Big Jim made purchasing a car a breeze… got a good deal, and straight talk. Even though it’s hard to find vehicles now these guys worked their magic and we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Very happy!
Luke gave me great service and got me all set up with my new Corolla Cross. Everyone was very courteous and the dealership had sufficient stock for me to get my car within a week of when I started looking at it.
Terrible! This is a follow up to yesterdays review. The customer satisfaction girl called me today to go over my bad review and she really did not get the jist of the complaint.Again I told her my salesman said the car was only registerd to the dealership and used only by a manager. She tried to convince me that this was accurate but could not explain why there was a prior registration to someone else in the glove compartment (by the way does anyone store gloves int that compartment). As I pressed to get the correct information she said its illegal for me to tell you who the car was registered to but then she tells me it was registered to Ed Morse. Also she could not explain why it was missing the ED Morse emblem on the back either. She asked if I wanted one put on but thats not the point. The point is why is the emblem not there? Was it from a completely different dealer from a different state and they took it off? These people leave a prior registration to an individual in the glove box and expect me to believe no one else owned it. When I brought the registration in and talked to the store sales manager he stated its illegal for me to have that. Well they sold the car to me with that document in it. He made sure he took it from me.So again I ask where did my car come from and who owned it?
The most AMAZING car buying experience of our lives. From start to finish it was easy, all our questions answered, we were taught how to use all the things on our new car and so much more. John and Coleen are absolutely “The Best”. Thank you and I will never go anywhere else for my card again.
Robert is honest and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain everything to me, which I always appreciate.
I had a great experience here with buying my first car. I had the pleasure of working with Paco who made the whole experience efficient and easy. I recently took my car back for its first inspection which was an equally pleasurable experience with the service department. I highly recommend this dealership!
I like that the information was fully informative. You wasn’t forced to get into something. They put great effort to help you get financing. The love and help was also a plus. Thank you guys soo much (Tyler) you were awesome!!
Delray Toyota is a fantastic dealership to buy a car. The showroom is so clean and inviting and the staff could not be nicer. John Kirschner was awesome, super knowledgeable, super personable and had me in and out before I knew it! Great buying experience!!
I am very disappointed with the service at the Del Ray Toyota. Brett was our finance guy and told us where to sign to purchase the car. When we were about to leave the dealership he mentioned “oh I threw in the warranty in there for you guys.” He did not mention this when we were signing the papers, told us we were paying for it, and we did not ask for this. A month later I noticed my bill was about $4,000 higher than agreed. We went back to see Brett and he made us sign cancellation papers for the warranty. He then lied to us saying our sales guy made us sign the warranty paper which we know is not true.Still a month later this was not canceled. We had to call several times trying to resolve this issue. I am still waiting for this to be resolved despite going to see Brett in person. This is dishonest sales practice. I expect this to be handled and do not plan to deal with this dealership in the future.
Comfortable customer seating in the waiting area, complimentary coffee, and amenities, clean and spacious restroom facilities. The quality of work performed is high and has not resulted in comebacks. They keep a running list of services previously performed and a checklist of diagnostic suggestions with discussions on which items were critical to safety and longevity and which items were optional for a vehicle that was more than 10 years old and had more than 115K miles on the odometer.
Wanted to give a shout out to this dealership for their professionalism, and care they took with me when I turned in my 2019 Corolla.. Every step was handled with an explanation and knowledge. I was always more than pleased with their service department ( thank you Lou), but I could not have been happier with the ease I had finalizing my lease and buy out. Kudos to Tyler Burnette and Jeff in the finance dept.
1 year ago I brought my 2012 FJ Cruiser in for regular annual service plus a tire rotation. I marked my tires and when I got it back EVERY tire went counterclockwise - LF to LR - LR to RR - RR to RF - RF to LF. Supposed to go front to rear, rear to front. Thursday I brought my 2020 Toyota 4runner Trd pro in for basic service. Told service advisor ABSOLUTELY NO TEST DRIVE - just do services I asked for. I had just fully detailed my vehicle and it was spotless. They take photos from all angles to document the condition of the incoming vehicle. SPOTLESS. When I got my vehicle back 4 miles had logged on the odometer. The service advisor had completed the service invoice indicating only 1 mile had transpired. It did not rain the night before, the roads were dry when I turned my vehicle in to them and it did not rain during my vehicles service. The service advisor said that they had to test drive the vehicle even though I said in the beginning DO NOT and he did not correct me. These pics show what I got back, 4+ miles when he documented only 1 on the invoice. I wonder why (they) drove it when I specifically said not to, and where they found the muddy water to drive it through. Maybe the tech was just having fun driving a TRD Pro. No offer to clean it up. Nah!P.S. I have been coming here since 2012 for all my services and it seems things have changed, possibly due to hard times for car dealerships, but Jeez-O-pete, is it really that bad?P.P.S. They over inflated all 4 tires. Garage kept - consistent temp. Thursday morning of service appointment 06:00 32psi. Tires were warmer when I dropped it off at Ed Morse. The next morning 37psi!! My digital tire gauge matches the readings of the installed Toyota TPS system. Why add air? I told the advisor the pressures were too high, even for very warm tires. Door jamb says cold 32psi. Do they over inflate to make the vehicle feel tighter? Or were they using a tire gauge that is way off calibration? Either way, that is so unprofessional. If I believed in conspiracy theories I might think they want your tires to wear faster. I will gladly pay a professional to perform the factory warranty work just to have peace of mind. I take extremely good care of my vehicles as they would know based on the 2012 FJ Cruiser I traded in last year with all the service records on file in the book I gave them.UPDATE 4/28/21 - Sorry Juan but there was absolutely no brake service of any kind performed on this vehicle since I bought it unless you want to count a visual inspection. The wheels were never removed.
James was absolutely amazing. A pleasure to work with. Was able to not only get us the price we wanted but was able to offer us fast and reliable sales service.
Let me start off that I used to never use dealers because I always thought I was going to be taken advantage of. I’ve been dealing with Ed Morse Toyota Delray for the last four years on my 2016 4runner and I’ve never felt that way in their service department this is the first time in 40 years that I’ve used a car dealer to do my service. My Service Person Gaby is the best she has always taken care of me always give me courtesy calls and I can’t say enough about how well she works and gets me in an out on my schedule. Gaby is your girl definitely request her she’s wonderful everybody is friendly and nice and you’ll be well taken care of by anyone in my opinion
I love it here. Such amazing ppl. Great and friendly staff.. everyone is always willing to help. Thank you for all that y’all do!!
Horrible Experience. I purchases a preowned 2021 car. The salesman told me it was only registered to the dealership and it was used only by a manager.A few days later I found a registration to another person for that car in the glove compartment. Along witH copies of a restaurant menu with notes on it.I called and spoke with the online sales manager and he had no answer just excuses. I spoke with my salesman on the phone and it went back and forth maybe it was this maybe it was that. I was getting nowhere. I said you told me it was registered to the dealership only and driven by the manager only. There was no answer.I just noticed as well there is NO ED MORSE emblem on the back of the car. Every car there has that emblem on it but mine.WHERE IS MY CAR FROM?!?!?!?
The guy who signed me in was super nice and efficient. The man who helped me with my car was the same way. I was in and out in under an hour! Time doesnt really bother me because I only care about the job being done correctly, but it was a nice plus to be out quickly. :)
Amazing customer service! Very attentive and so helpful! They made our car buying experience quick and stress free !
The Sales process was fine, no issues with it. Colter Swafford was super friendly and helpful - I would recommend going to him if you want to buy. There were some issues with the car so I had to bring it back to the dealership a few times to get those issues addressed. But the issues got fixed - Taylor Postin and Chacho Lavastida were especially helpful.Im happy with the overall experience.
Fantastic customer service! Taylor was very helpful and very clear with the whole process. Will be recommending everyone here!
Paco is the best seller. I recommend him with no doubt. We got the car of our dreams.
I bought a car from Jordan, very fast and convenient. Highly recommend, even managed to lower the price of the car a bit for me. Thank you
I was once just a service customer bringing my Toyota (purchased elsewhere) in for routine maintenance; however, they earned my new car purchase business through their earnest approach, fair pricing, professionalism, and overall care for the customer. Thanks again to John K., Donnovan C., and Jim R. for a wonderful experience. You have earned a customer for life.
From start to finish, Mr. Berger went above and beyond to make sure I was more than just a customer, but a deeply valued client as though I had been coming here for 40 years. Marc was personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable in a way I hadn’t expected on any level.Given that this pandemic has imposed social isolation on many of us, for Marc to be one of my first real human interactions beyond my immediate social groups leads me to believe that we’re on our way to healing as a society for the better.I really felt like Marc was in it to make sure I left the dealership with a smile on my face. I wish more people were like Mr. Berger at this dealership; if that is, indeed, the case, there won’t be a single unsatisfied client that comes through those doors.I’m thankful for Mr. Berger’s service and I look forward to seeing him again the next time I have need of some car maintenance.
Contact my girl Taylor Postin for a great deal on car! She truly is the best! Love my 4Runner!
Everything was a game. They changed the price on me twice and wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time. I never bought the car because they refused to accept a cashiers check that my dad had written. Owner will try to screw you and they will make you play their game.
Gabby is an excellent service advisor, she knows, her coworkers Nicole was awesome as well, but Taylor P was extraordinary helping me with my situation.
Tyler Brunette is by far one of the best salesmen that I have came across with. Highly recommend asking for him.
Overall amazing customer service from the time we walked in all the way up to the moment we purchased our new Camry!
Worth a visit. Nice mix of classic, refurbished cars that have previously been in accidents. Id recommend Al Hendrickson Toyota over Ed Morse since Ed Morse marks up their automotive services Toyotas 20% more than larger dealerships.
Hubby and I Went here on Saturday June 5th 2021. Tyler sold me a car it has an active recall on it. He said no problem, we will fix that... Then he said he was going to get a clip for the front fender on the driver side since it was lose. I sent him a couple of emails to follow up on this. Have not heard back from him. It was like oh well he made the sale now he is done... He also said they were going to try to Dent/ buff it/ the front bumper out if we bought the car that day. Again have not heard one word from him.... You would think, You would like to fix a car with An active Recall on it. Yes it is just the seat but it is still a RECALL... The only reason for the high star review was Kevin in the Finance Department He was GREAT! Kevin was the BEST! I hope someone follows up, I would like to get the RECALL FIXED! Thank you!
I highly recommend doing business with Ed Morse. I worked with John Kirschner and Colin Goldenberg to purchase my new RAV4 and they made the experience super easy and efficient. John was great at communicating and walking me through all the paperwork, and Colin took the time to show me all the functionality of the new car. Overall a great experience from start to finish!
I tried to purchase a car from this location from Internet sales manager Joel. They put an inquiry on my credit report and told me I was approved. I then got a call from the finance department and we went over details and they said they would call me back the next day. THREE weeks go by and I’ve heard nothing from them. I tried calling and emailing and I did not get a response until three weeks later when I was told I would get a call next day to set up monthly payments and put a payment down to reserve the car. When they decide to call me back at their convenience I’m told they SOLD the car. Three weeks of no communication and during that time they sold the car! The car they put an inquiry on my credit report for and made my credit score go down. They then proceed to tell me they have no other cars that are like that one. This dealership is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I hope no one else has to deal with this incompetence. The date on the attached photo in the top right is the day everything was set up 6/19/2021. The date on the phone call is when they decided to call me back 7/9/2021.
Peter helped me so, so much throughout the entire repair process. I brought my car in for a regular maintenance check and tune up. Immediately he said Im going to make sure youre treated like I would want my daughters to be treated. I have executed that to a T. I felt in the loop, not at all taken advantage of, and extremely comfortable the entire wait for my service.
Everyone Ive dealt with is friendly and professional. I feel confident bringing my car in when I have any issues and am treated with respect. Jerry V. was enthusiastic and energetic. He made me feel taken care of and addressed my needs.
Miguel Seda was very helpful and kind. Explained us how things would work and reached out to us for follow ups. The place was clean and we didn’t have to wait to be serviced.Miguel provided a timeline so that we had set expectations and he stocked to it. Which was very nice. He was very professional yet welcoming. I appreciate it.
There is absolutely zero after sales service at this place. They will pressure you to take all kinds of additional paid services (e.g., gap insurance, package care, etc.). However, they make it extremely difficult for you to cancel. You will never get a manager on the phone if you are not buying. Extremely rude customer service reps, too. I will never buy again at this place. Btw, I bought 4 cars there n the last 2 years. Big mistake! Their true colors come out once there is an issue that needs to be handled.
***BEWARE***These people are liars especially (Joel (rentamager) and Colture (salesman)) I had originally called Friday as I seen they had a car that I was interested in. Spoke to the manager (Joel) over the phone and was given standard price and the second I got there the msrp magically was 7k higher. Still stayed with my 3 year old and 1 year old kid to entertain where they would be if I purchased the car. My kids were tired so went home and said I would call the next day. Well when I called the following day to make sure we were on the same page, I got told I’m full of s’*it and I’m not serious. Then when I reiterated I was serious the deal completely changed. Don’t waste your time with these people. I ended up paying 2k more (with a smile) at palm beach Toyota and had 100x better experience
It is an absolute joy to work at this store! My coworkers and upper-management are extremely helpful and friendly!
I went to Ed Morse Toyota to purchase my very first car. I was very skeptical to go to a dealership as I knew nothing about buying a car and thought Id be taken advantage of as a first time car-buyer.Javier helped me through the entire process and explained every little detail to me so I could make the best decision. He was patient, thorough, and almost as enthusiastic as I was about buying my first car.Jeff Cirks was phenomenal when it came to the finances of the car. Jeff worked hard to get me the best deal to stay within my strict budget while in college.Javier and Jeff are the dream-team and I greatly appreciate their efforts! I would recommend any first time car-buyers to them! Thanks again!
Will and Tom were honestly amazing. They took a awful experience with their boss whom Is the service manager Chacho into a great one. Both of them should be his boss. Both were very professional and truly wanted to help. EVERYTIME I come I always ask for Will he is great. I honestly don’t know how Chacho is the “service manager “ when he has such poor customer service skills
My husband and I have been getting our cars serviced at Ed Morse Toyota for years and last week I decided to purchase a new vehicle and once again we were satisfied.Frank Rojas was our sales representative and not only he got us a great deal on my dream car - but he was with us through the financing process until the delivery. He also made our time in the dealership as comfortable as it could be: Im pregnant and he made sure I had food and plenty of water while waiting for our new car paperwork. I could not be happier. The entire team was great - John, the financing - Ashley who helped us with the insurance transfer. Everything went smooth and we got what we wanted. We will be coming back and highly recommend this Team!
We came for a graduation gift fir our daughter and the service and price we got was amazing!! James Ruth took care of us in every detail. Excelente personnel and service!!
Had a great experience today with Frank Rojas today. He was an awesome salesperson to work with from start to finish. I’m really happy to be leaving today with my new car!
Amazing, James was essential in making sure I close the deal. Answered all my questions and btw, I even made him take extra pictures of the car before I even considered setting up an appointment. When I finally did, everything about the car was perfect and Kevin from finance was awesome as well. You guys deserve a raise for your customer service. Id buy all my future cars from them in a heart bit
Avoid! Very unprofessional. Felt like bait and switch. I called to see a car and asked if it was in stock and If I could test drive it. Anna told me yes on the phone. She even texted me directions. Didn’t say any conditions were needed. . Headed to dealer and it took me about 25 minutes. When I got there they said they needed to pull my credit! Plus they wanted me to sign an agreement before I even saw the car. Plus the car wasn’t even available. Oh and waited 20 minutes to figure this out. Could have written a check or used my own bank. I don’t need them to pull my credit report. Super slimy. Unbelievable waste of my time. Oh went to another dealer. Different brand. I won’t say but it’s 3 letters and starts with a B. They were Super nice. No issues. Drove the car. No hassle. no credit check beforehand. No bait and switch tactics. Oh yea and they only had one of those cars too. So Ed Morse Toyota lost a sale!
Jordan King really great and helpful. Would recommend his services
We came and James Ruth took care us, He was amazing!! We got the jeep we were looking for at a amazing price!!
Great dealership. Runs like a well oiled machine. No hassles. Very customer friendly service department. Highly recommend! If you own a Lexus like I do, ask for Marc Berger. He is the Lexus expert!
Great dealership experience with both parts and services and the sales floor. Luke was very helpful and not pushy at all
I had a great experience at Ed Morse Delray ToyotaMy salesman Jean St Louis was very talented, very patience and knowledgeable.
Everyone was accommodating and friendly right from the start. I didnt feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Our VIP Sales guy, Jason, was awesome.
I wanted to reach out to you and express my deep appreciation for the service I received today by Jerry Vassilatos, Assistant Service Manager. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and came across as being very honest. He is the reason when I go to look for my next car purchase I will be coming back to Delray Toyota. I don’t need a car right now but eventually I will be back. I also feel I can trust Delray Toyota with any of my future Camry repairs because I know I will receive great service and an honest opinion. Jerry was my first introduction to Delray Toyota and he did your business a great service. The brakes work great. Please thank the mechanic for me also. Great job!Thank you.
Great place to have your car serviced. If you make an appointment wait time is minimal.
Collin and Donnovan were the absolute greatest in selling me my car. Collin had answers to every question and ensured that I was getting the best deal for what I was looking for. My experience ended with Donnovan who made the process seamless in purchasing my car. 10/10 recommend!!!!
I inherited the car from my mother who bought it from your dealership not long before she passed away, And then the pandemic came. The car has been started but basically sitting for a year and I was nervous about its condition. However your service department take care of everything And made me feel like the car was in fantastic shape and they were no worries. I want to especially call out Chacho and Rudy, who I believe gave me superior service.
I really enjoy working at Delray Toyota. It’s a wonderful company!
Frank Rojas is the best salesperson you have. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond his job description. I highly recommend you come see him to purchase or lease a car. Thanks for the great exoerience
Frank R. is one of the best sales reps here! Very detailed and answered all my questions. Thanks!
Nice people and great salesman Jordan King I recommend his services
Worse service ever!I’ve had my car serviced by Toyota dealerships exclusively for eleven years, in different parts of the country.Ed Morse Toyota of Delray Beach has been the worse experience! There is no communication, none!!Try to reach a manager and you get routed to a voicemail or another operator. My car is repaired, I be been told, but, as per my conversation with the service writer yesterday, I just needed to call for a lyft.I just want to pay them and pick up my car before I go to work. But no one is empowered to set this up!After three conversations with gabby yesterday about this I find, oh today is her day off and there is no one! No one here to help you!!!No manager! Nothing!Horrible service!
5 stars all the way.Our salesman Tyler was a total professional with no pressure what so ever. The sales manager Anthony, was very nice as well and gave us a sweet deal, he made it happen so easy. The transaction was the easiest ever.Best of all was the finance manager Mike. He explained all the charges very simple and got the best rate possible! All 3 guys give Toyota a good name!I will refer all my family and friends to Ed Morse Toyota in Delray Beach!
I am very happy with my sales associate Frank Rojas and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car at Delray Toyota. He was very knowledgeable. Also, Darius was great and helped get my deal done. My experience was top notch and it was a pleasure doing business with Ed Morse Delray Toyota
I went there to trade my Toyota Corolla 19 for a 21. Everything was smooth, straight to the point. No BS. I want to thank Frank Rojas my sales associate for excellent service. I am 100% satisfied with my experience at Delray Toyota.
John Kirschner is always great to work with (second time)
My service advisor Marc does a great job letting me know what needs to be done and keeping me informed. The mechanics do quality work. I never have to return the car because something wasn’t repaired correctly.
No charge for the diagnosis was too good to be true. I was presented with a bill to fix my leaks of sixteen thousand dollars, and the comment that my car was going to blow up. I guess they figured that the shock value would motivate me to buy a new car on the spot. They were wrong. My mother reminded me when I got home that Ed Morse Cadillac used to do those kinds of things when my step father was alive, which is why he used to take his Caddy to another dealer. Now Im off to yet another Toyota dealership, where there is a fee for the diagnosis, which is applied to the repairs if I use them. But hopefully they wont try to play the same kinds of tricks on me. Stay away from these folks. Theyve had a bad reputation for too many years.
Quick and easy service. Fair prices.
Years ago this service department was the best in my opinion. Not the case anymore.I was there last week for a recall fix. The service advisor, Joe, was good. The Service Manager, Rick, on the other hand was not. While I was there I wanted to also get defective drivers seat material replaced. Rick initially told me it’s my fault because I’m not getting in and out of it properly. I’m a pretty big guy. When I told him it’s my wife’s suv, 5’5” 115 lbs. I was told Yey people that are to big or to small will cause it to wear out.WHAT!!!I couldn’t believe I was being told this garbage.Nothing was resolved.
I had a great experience purchasing a certified preowned 2020 Toyota Highlander from Ed Morse Toyota. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. We found the SUV I wanted in very good condition with low mileage. I was in and out in just a couple hours and the process was stress free and pleasant. We felt very comfortable with the process of purchasing my vehicle and even when it came to signing all of the paper work the finance guy who helped us explained everything very thoroughly and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Our sales person Tyler made the whole process of our vehicle purchase go smoothly. He provides outstanding customer service and is very honest and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely talk to Tyler if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile! Tyler is great and will exceed your expectations with his professionalism and knowledge. He goes above and beyond for his customers.Thank you everyone who helped us at Ed Morse Toyota for a pleasant experience!
I had an appointment 8.23.21 at 1:30 pm for a pre collision system malfunction warning as well as a removal of locking lug nuts(previous owner lost the key) and a tire rotation. The service representative I was assigned to was nowhere to be found at the time of my appointment and nobody else was able to help me, so I left my business card on his desk and informed another service representative to have him call me back. He call 10 minutes later and we discussed the work to be done on my car and he would call me with a quote and update. I was told I would receive my car back today. I received a call back at 5:22pm and was told I could fix the PCS for $675. I initially wanted to hold off to see if there was another provider for a better price. I also asked about the other service I requested and the service representative provided a price and I agreed. He said I could come and pick up the car before 8(even though the service department closes at 7, he would leave the keys with sales). After I got off the phone, I decided to just have the system fixed today and tried calling back at 5:32(FYI the initial call was 7 minutes long, so only a few minutes later) and he was not available and I left a message for a call back saying I wanted to discuss the potential work. I never received a call back. I called back at 7:33 wondering if my car is complete, and was then told that I would have to come back tomorrow to get my car and that the service department is closed. When I asked why I didn’t receive a call back from my service representative, I was told the service department’s internet was down. To me, this seems unlikely that a dealership would have internet down in only one part of the building, but I’m not an expert. Why would the internet being down prevent someone from making even a courtesy call? I’m extremely frustrated with the situation this dealership has put me in and the lack of communication via any means. This has diminished any faith I have in this company. I do not recommend anyone visit this dealership or service department. The woman I spoke with last was nice and understanding of my frustration, even though she could not do anything to help. 2 stars.
Brought in my 2019 4Runner for regular service and oil change. Service rep was very friendly, but when I got back in my vehicle to go home there were oil stains on my drivers side door panel interior, drivers seat, center console, steering wheel and drivers side floor mat. Obviously whoever got in my vehicle during service had a substantial amount of oil/grease on them and took no care to protect my vehicles interior from staining. AVOID this dealership for any kind of service.
Arrived to test drive and possibly drive away with new Highlander. Unfortunately neither me nor the salesman (who was nice) could connect my newish high end Android phone to the car via blue tooth..no music, no maps. He had special USB-C cords, but that didnt work either. We went inside and the sales manager joined us. We explained the issue. He said if I buy the car right now, for MSRP plus, then he would have a technician show me how to connect. I said that I wanted to make sure it connects before I buy. He then said well, you have to pay MSRP plus plus. I repeated the issue, and now the prices was MSRP plus plus plus. The salesman looked embarrassed. I said this is ridiculous, I got up to leave and the sales manager, in a totally snarky obnoxious tone of voice said thanks for stopping in, have a nice day.I understand that inventory is low and was prepared to pay above MSRP but the attitude of the sales manager was unacceptable.
Things and service are looking up at Ed Morse Toyota. Last few visits have been top notch!
Very pleasant process. We didnt have to haggle over the price of the vehicle and the entire process didnt take as long as at other dealerships.
Frank Rojas did an exception job selling me a car. I would recommend him to anyone buying a car at Ed Morse Delray Toyota. The whole staff Frank, Justin, and Donovan were great. My experience was a pleasant one
Gabby was wonderful during both visits. I’m glad she was assigned to me and is the best customer service care agent!
Ive tried several times to give this location a chance and in each attempt I have been disappointed. Today I went in to have my car serviced for the last time before my lease ended so I decided that I should look at the new line up to see which vehicle I would ultimately swap out for once my lease was done. I walked the lot and couldnt find the new inventory so I asked a salesman who was standing at the front door. He starts telling me I need to pay off my last months and writes numbers on a piece of paper, when all I asked was to see the 2021 line up which was in the garage. He would not get off the numbers and would not take me upstairs to even see the cars. I even asked the woman upfront for someone else and still couldnt be helped. Ultimately, I decided that this place was not for me. I almost gave up on Toyota COMPLETELY after being treated this way but I remembered that I was treated MUCH better at Lipton Toyota where I initially leased my car. If you are looking to spend good money on a car, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I only spend the time to write this to save the next customer the headache.
Need a quick oil change. 1:30 hour was the best they can do with a appointment at 7 am. Take 15 minutes usually. Not recommended. Waist of time
Luke got me a great deal on a new car!
I recently had a windshield replacement calibrated at the dealership for the safety features. the appointment was for 10 am. at 1:50 pm i asked for the service manager because i couldn’t believe it takes 4 hours for that job. finally the car magically appeared. what took them so long and when they actually started and why they never relayed to me any information is troubling to say the least.
I came inI came in theI came in the dayI came in the day after II came in the day after I bought my car. Jason Rubin didnt even sell me my car but still took the time to answer all my question. That was much appreciated.
Frank Rojas is so amazing!! Fought for the deal I wanted and made it happen. Highly recommend asking for him!
Excellent customer service. Courteous and professional all the way!
John Kitschner was awesome from start to finish. Gave me a great deal and made the process very easy and painless. Would highly recommend any of my friends and family to go see him!
Good quality of service. Mind possible longer than expected time of completion, which for me was not a factor.
My dad & I had a had a positive experience. Frank Rojas was our sales rep. and he created a clear understanding of every aspect of the purchase of the new vehicle, as well as patiently answering our questions.
Frank Rojas helped my Rosalind Rabinowitz and he was awesome. He helped us find a great car and got us below the payment we were currently paying. My experience with Frank and Delray Toyota was excellent
Do not go here under any circumstances. They tried to rip me off real bad. Very shady people working here. Half look like they just got out of high school.
Horrible experience at Ed Morse toyota in Delray! I felt pressured to buy a car and also only got to drive it down one street not even text on highway or anything. The salesman didn’t really know much about the car I got. I tried to tell them multiple times I didn’t want it but then i ended up making my great trade in for this lemon. When i asked for my trade back they said it’s too late to get it back because it will cost them money on their end but that i can bring it back and lose money on my end to get a different car even though I know that they still have my trade there. It hasn’t even been driven for a week and It stopped on the highway and I had to get it towed home. All i wanted was my car back but they can’t even give me that because they are going to lose money on their end. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to and worked with. Don’t go here
