I came into Delray Honda needing to purchase/trade in a car that day, and Travis (along with the finance and insurance department) made that process fun and easy! This was my first time buying a car on my own and everything I could’ve needed to know was explained to my mom and I. I was able to drive off the same day in my gorgeous new Ford ranger. These guys are awesome, and had me leaving feeling great about my new purchase.

I had a bad experience at this Honda. My car is 3 years old and the seatbelt connector broke. I took it in and worked with Kathleen. She told me that they had to order a new part for me and combined with labor it would be a total of $350. I expressed concern about the safety feature being broken and questioned why it wouldn’t be covered by Honda. She told me my car did not qualify for warranty, ordered the part, and sent me on my way. After leaving I did some research and found in my owners manual that Honda will replace the seatbelt completely free of charge as long as the car is under 15 years old or has less than 150,000 miles. I called back and told Kathleen what I had found and she still told me I was incorrect and that my car did not qualify. I decided to take my car to a different Honda dealership, and once they looked at my car they confirmed that the replacement of the seat belt connector would be provided for me free of charge. I am disappointed in my experience at Delray Honda and feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I’ve never owned a Honda before, and I was very interested in the Accord. . My experience at Delray Honda, could not have been any better. Franky Lena helped us and went to step by step with every detail in the car. We had a very nice test drive and just loved the way the car drives and all of the features in the Accord Touring model. We wanted to trade in our Avalon and they were very fair and gave us a great price for it. The entire purchase, went very smoothly. I came in for 4 new tires and an overall check up. I had purchased my 2018 Honda Fit sport as a pre-owned vehicle on 2-16-20 and Ive had been having all my maintenance work done here at Delray Honda. People try to say that dealerships rip you off. At Delray Honda that has never been the case. I fully trust my Honda team. For example, my advisor Sia not only told me my tires were going bad, she physically took me to my car and showed me using a gauge that checks the tire tread. Other places try to sell you on maintenance that needs to be done etc but from my experience at Delray Honda, the focus has always been about my safety and not $$. I had also hit a curb and the mechanic saw no damage and put me at ease. They also check your cars battery and do a full point inspection and give you a printout whereas other places may just say its a bad battery to make money. I love my little Honda Fit and I am able to say I feel safer driving knowing Im a valued customer and Im dealing with genuine people who value my cars safety vs a profit. We didnt realize that car batteries only last 2 to 3 years in Florida. When we returned from a two week trip we found the car dead in the driveway. I learned a few things: You pay for Roadside assistance (thank you Geico for being awesome) and you can depend on the knowledge, speed and caring that you get from bringing your car to the Honda dealership. Cheap? No. High quality? 100%. A big Thank You !

I have many issue about my services before, they left opened the top of the Coolant liquid, I had vibration on my engine between 35 and 55 mph amd you said it’s normal ( it’s not, are you waiting to I lose the warranty???, fix that Immediately, I requested to put a sprinkler to fix my Center rear seat 💺 and you didn’t, by the way you charged me 90$$$ for labor, only for installing a simple sprinkler and you didn’t fix it really, this is disappointing and frustrating !!!

Went there for my 2020 Civic Si coupe. Jeffrey informed me that at 8800, yes 8800 miles my disc was fried and I needed a new flywheel and bearings. Of course this is a non warrantied item because it’s wear and tear.Long story short, Jeffrey and the Delray team offered a good will and fought on my behalf and got American Honda to cover the whole thing.These guys were awesome in guiding me through the process and helping me out.

I am writing this review for my 83yo Father.. He came in a few days ago looking at a vehicle, made offer on the vehicle and than he was told someone was coming in to look at the vehicle that evening and if person did not buy the vehicle they would call him back on his offer. Well, 3 days later he received a call from the sales department telling him the car had sold but than the deal fell through and to come in to make the deal on his offer. Well, this 83yo old man is there for 4 hours inspecting the vehicle and trying to make the deal, amazingly, the price changed 3 times on him, going up every time like the stock market. Well, he walked.. Losing 4 hours of his life and no deal. Would have given one star if mechanic was not as helpful with my elderly dad. Shame on you Delray Honda...

Definitely our go to guy now for our Hondas. And their service department is top notch. Recently had to make a tire claim. We purchased the tire package on the Pilot. Got a screw in the tire. My service representative, Glen Denker, handled the claim quickly and efficiently. And most importantly for an auto dealer, did not try some bait and switch with my coverage. He immediately said I was 100% covered, called MPP to file the claim, and quickly had my tire replaced. After purchasing multiple vehicles and having multiple vehicles serviced at a number of South Florida dealers, our family can say, without question, Delray Honda is the most pleasant dealership to purchase a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced.

I own an Accord and have had a positive experience with the service dept. I bought the car from this dealership before it changed ownership and it also was a positive.Yesterday I went to look at the new CRV. The salesman was terrible. I asked if he knew the cubic space of the trunk on the Accord for comparison. He said he had no idea. No offer to find out (easily found on Google). He never attempted to ask any questions about our needs or share any features, offer any assistance. He just said he would leave us to look around and disappeared. Our feeling was we werent worth his time. We left.

Gives me the runaround about everything said from oil changes to batteries to warranties. No one gives a flying fu&% about you unless youre willing to pay a buck or two. Michael Young is the best Service Advisor. I have had many Service Advisors through the years and he is the best.I do have a complaint though.. I bought a new rear view mirror Aug. 14th 2019 and it was put on by a service worker there. It fell off the day of my last service Sept. 29th on my way home. I went to a body shop and it cost $20.00 to put back on . Should not have come off in two years. Disappointed! I would have gone back to Delray Honda, but did not want to drive that far without a rear view mirror.

Steer clear of this place. I bought a car here after Devon promised to handle the return of my previous car. This wasn’t handled as promised and now I’m stuck with a several thousand dollar bill. I have called several times and sent a number of emails. After initial promises were made to look into it, these promises were broken by Devon and his manager Jim and I have received absolutely no response and no resolution. Absolutely awful experience and I can’t stress enough that you avoid this shady dealership. I definitely regret doing business with such an unprofessional establishment.
