We found the automobile on line, called Presidential to insure the vehicle was still available and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Max at Presidential even sent us pictures of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was in pristine condition and the purchase was so smooth we actually enjoyed the process. Uncle Tom in finance had everything prepared (even bought out my lease) and the whole paperwork process was quick and efficient. By far the best car buying experience ever and since I am now 80 I have had a lot of them. Bea, (aka B. Pudge Donato) was a pleasure to work with). The first out the door price including everything was very fair . I had done a lot of research before. Marc was great in setting up the car for me. Since I did not have a car to drive as mine was totaled in a very bad accident, Bea sent an Uber for me at their expense. In addition when I forgot to bring my old plate with me, Bea drove me home to my house and back to their office. There is no question in my mind where I will be buying my next car.

Initially called to purchase a car I saw online, 2014 Audi R8. Due to me being in Michigan and the car in Florida I was very adamant about pictures/videos and asking very specific questions about the vehicles condition. I asked about scratches, dings, and dents all while being told the car is in mint condition. We finally agreed on a price and I sent it to a local Audi dealership to check mechanicals. Everything seemed to come back fine on their end so we began the process of trying to find shipping. This posed very difficult and took about three weeks to make happen. Of course no fault of the dealership.The major issues started when the car arrived. From the second I drove the car I noticed several scuffs, scratches, and chips in the hood. A major crack in the rear bumper below one of the tail pipes which essentially means the rear bumper need a replacement. The inside brake handle is loose and broken at the top, scuffs in the carbon fiber interior that cannot be buffed out, among other many small flaws. The brakes squeak when driving down the road, the ignition often times doesnt turn over, and when turning left the car feels like it wants to completely let loose.Beyond all of the cosmetic and mechanical issues which Ill just have to deal with, my main problem is Ive attempted to contact the dealership (MAX) at least three times and he hasnt reached back out to even address my concerns. At first (right after the car arrived) he said he worked something out (regarding the cracked rear bumper) with the owner of the dealership and then I never heard from him again.I have worked and still work in customer service and this is the largest smack in the face. I spent 90K on this car and for it to not be flawless is enough of a shock, however to have as many problems as I have had and not even get a call back is mind blowing.STAY AWAY if you intend on getting a car from these guys and have it shipped sight unseen. You clearly cannot trust their attention to detail or them even having the honesty to tell you it has issues. Reputation is clearly not as important as the money they saw from my purchase. :(

Despite the extensive photos and documentation provided, the vehicle far exceeded my expectations. At only 150 miles, it is virtually a brand new car. I had the good fortune of working with Max at Presidential. Max made this an absolutely painless process including facilitating pre-purchase vehicle inspection at the Mercedes dealership of my choice. Throughout the process, Max demonstrated integrity and service well beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. When considering purchase of an expensive vehicle “sight unseen”, you always need to be cautious and take due diligence. I spent the better part of three months searching online for the perfect Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara for my 16 year old daughter. Had to be white with black cloth interior, in great condition and of course...with relatively low miles. I looked at a bunch of Jeeps close to me in MA, CT and NH and was unimpressed with the condition of the Jeep or the dealership selling it.I was convinced what I was looking for was not out there locally and started looking around the entire US and that is when I found what seemed to be the perfect Jeep @ Presidential. Ill be honest...I was very concerned at the thought of purchasing a car site unseen so far away in FLA. He took care of various cosmetic issues for me to make sure the care was perfect when it arrived. About 2004 Dodge ram pickup of which I love but has a rusthole over the windshield which is covered by a sticker .Window switches and door switches and both sides of the front cab are got fasting correctly gets to your finger down in the hole to push the lever because its loose.Well I found this out it was raining and was dripping in on the passengers side of the carI didnt notice it I would still have gotten the truck just I dont like to feel tricked also I had a faulty map light four days longer and the mechanic damage to good light and didnt adjust the bad light staff is friendly and cheerful and nice a lot of great cars

This is strictly my opinion but I would avoid this place no matter what they are offering. They make you feel right at home while they are selling you your vehicle but when it comes to delivering on their promises good luck. Case in point at the time of my purchase of not one but 2 cars I was told their maintenance agreement was approximately 1/2 price but they failed to disclose I had to use their office for service. This is just one of just a few 1/2 truths I received during my experience with this business.

I had my SUV serviced for the first time at Presidential Auto in Delray Beach today. They completed a Nitrofill Silver Cap service for all 4 tires. I had scheduled with Gabe Rodriguez; the day before; for a 900 am appointment. They began on time at 900 am and finished as promised at 1015 am. I was given coffee of my choice and relaxed in the showroom. They also washed my car & added tire dressing too!I am impressed with their operation. I sold my corvette to Presidential last year and was very satisfied then also. I highly recommend doing business with Presidential...

Even great with the Aftercare!!!!! I recent brought a SL 55 from these guys and I must say........ They really are a stand up company and do what they say they are going to. One of the hydraulicspistons went out on the retractable hardtop before buying it, they fixed it before I got there. When I saw the car, I was beyond pleased!!!!!!! I pulled the car back to Jacksonville and I could not stay out of it! I let the top down everyday and then the unthinkable happened. The top broke again. They did not hesitate to offer to fix it, but I told them I had someone to take care. They sent genuine Mercedes parts overnight and I got it fixed the next day. My mechanic said they had replaced all the parts except that one. The customer service was excellent as well from the receptionist, salesman, manager, service, and finance manager! I will most definitely recommend.

I recently just purchased a 2012 Shelby GT 500 from Marc at Presidential Auto in Palm Beach Fl. My problem was I live in Pa. I own 4 Mustangs but never bought one, or any other car for that matter, without seeing it,driving, or sitting in it, I was quite reserved. Marc assured me that they do this almost every day and told me this car was a 10 out of 10. It was everything that I wanted at least by looking at it and reading all the specs on it; this was the Shelby I wanted. I decided I would go for it, and BOY am I glad I did. I would recommend these guys for your ultimate driving needs, and dont be afraid to ship it 1200 miles if it is the car you want. I would definitely shop Presidential again. I took my Jeep in for a buff and wax service because I had lots of scratches running down both sides. They did an amazing job! They were able to remove like 98% of the scratches and it looks nearly brand new. The paint is so smooth and feels like glass. They do solid work.

I would recommend buying new/used or leasing a car from Presidential. Marc went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant and obtained the exact vehicle I was looking for. I will be buying all of my vehicles from them in the future.

All my family members and our local business has been leasing and or purchasing vehicles from Randy & Jim for approximately 30 years. I would guess it has been at least 40 plus vehicles. Just traded and picked up a beautiful used Lexus for my wife last week and received a great deal. Same as always, I stopped in one day to look at inventory and fell in love with one. I was driving it home the next day. Presidential staff is one of a kind from getting the finance done to the office staff following up a couple days after. In all the years of New trucks, corvettes, and many others I still rate them at the top. Im sorry to say I didnt have a pleasant experience. They may be great with used car deals but would not recommend for buying a new car. We finally agreed on a price in writing. When coming to office to give a deposit I got an email that said, well never mind on that price the car is gone. the deal was off the table., Can u even believe this? I have never experienced this in all of my car purchases which have been many. . Buyers Beware.

I have not had such a pleasant car purchasing experience, and Presidential left me with the confidence that they are honesrly looking to satisfy. I had one item that needed to be addressed post-sale on a used vehicle, and Presidential did not hesitate for a moment to resolve it. I am extremely pleased with my experience. While Presidential is not local to me, I will make Presidential my first choice of dealership when I am next looking for a vehicle. Wanted to share my amazing experience working with Max (Manager of Performance & Off-Road) at Presidential. Worked with him over the last four months on designing a lift, wheel, and tire package for my 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali. He really made the perfect fitment guide, all the way down to a wheel lock system. He considered my towing needs by keeping the truck CG low and always looked for ways to keep costs down. I had the 3.5 ReadyLIFT installed and finished with a new set of 35 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires to fit my new FUEL D626 Baja wheels. The truck has an amazing conservative but aggressive look/ feel. Will always work with Max and his team for advice/ service.

While very hesitant at buying without first having driven the vehicle, we purchased a 2007 FJ Cruiser from Presidential Auto Sales.
