When I arrived the car I originally desired was sold, however my representative Lorenzo went over and beyond to find me another car immediately! The experience was great, the wait time was minimal and all the representatives were friendly. Whenever you purchase a vehicle a portion of the sale goes to charitable causes!Rainer handled the finally closing of my deal and was excellent! I took my Volt in to get serviced on a Monday. I started calling on Thursday for an update and was told to expect a call back that day. Friday still no call so I called again, was told she would check with the shop and would call me back in 10 Min. Nothing, Next Monday I called but can’t get anyone on the line, only voicemail. I called the reception desk and asled to be connected to a human but all I got was voicemail. So I press 0 to go back to the reception desk every time I ended up with voicemail. I finally end up speaking with the service department. Problem is it is at the Mazda dealership. I hangup to cool off. When I call Chevy back I ask to be connected to the service manager. I left a voicemail pleading to be called back even if there is nothing to report. Of course 24 hours later still no call. Today I called and asked to be connected to the dealership manager. This time the phone just rang on and on, not even going to voicemail.I need the car back. Our second car is a Leaf so it is only for local driving. I had wanted a loaner since the Volt was less than a year old when the problem started and now there is a recall notice on the car too. For weeks I had been calling for an appointment and loaner but was always told no loaners available. Then I asked to take my name and be called as soon as a loaner came in, I would drop off my Volt right away. Never had a phone call. Tried this several times before giving up on the loaner.There appears to be a serious communication issue with Grieco. I bet a new car buyer would not have to plead to get someone to call so they could buy a car. I guess that’s when the service ends.
Mitch is such a great help when it comes to figuring out what my options are, the possibilities, the limitations. I always feel that I can trust what hes saying and I definitely trust that he will look for the best option to fit my needs. I appreciate him being more like a consultant and never like a pushy salesman.
Nice friendly people. Pretty busy when I was there. They must have pretty good deals going on to be this busy in the showroom managers office for deal approvals. I will definitely be back their.
The sales people are super nice. Russell sold me my car and my sons cars. He is very helpful and answered all my questions. The whole experience was pleasant thanks to Russel and all the sales team.
My sales rep was Rohan and my financial agent was Alex. These guys were super helpful. I basically ordered my car over the phone, got approved and was in and out of the office in 40mins. Rohan delivered my car to my house (50 mins away) and then found me a second key simply because I needed one and delivered it to my house too. These guys did not treat me like a quota they had to fill. They were diligent and available when ever I called. Plus I got my first oil change for free. I would definitely recommend and will be doing more business with them in the future.Purchase: 2010 Prius (low milage and crazy low price)
Call center shared complaint with upper management and they are returning the $1600 that was charged in taxes and fees on my Aunts refinanced car. I look forward to next Wednesday when check will be issued. Thank you Jane with call center online that helped phone call get returned quickly and effectively.

I was a loyal mazda owner for over six years until I sold my Miata MX5 in 2012. I decided to return to the brand and purchase an SUV. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Grieco Mazda was an extremely negative customer experience. My salesman was great but I was unhappy with the exchange with the management staff.
Love this location. I bought my car from here and I get it serviced here. They are all very friendly and get it done in a reasonable time frame.

A total scam company. They advertise a vehicle and then you drive 2 hours out of your way AFTER confirming the vehicle you are interested in only to find that when you get their that they made a mistake. Oh, the price we advertised and the 20 photos that we sent you isnt really at the price we said. It has $20,000 of upgrades but we will only charge you $12,000 more or we can show you another vehicle. The old bait and switch .If it was an honest dealership I might have looked for another vehicle but you knew the whole thing was in fact a scam to get you in and hope that you loved the vehicle so much that you would pay the higher price. Buyers Beware. These are not honest people.ZERO STARS

I literally hate this place. I asked for a ride home after dropping of my car for the day. I waited 1 hour for the driver to take me home. The sales keep are on their phones when you pull up. They wash the car horribly, what the point. The cappuccino machine is great but I always have to wait for employees to get their coffee before me.

I dont like the company but really like the service representative Al Dopman (not sure if last name is completely accurate). My 2012 Kia Optima is like new with only about 33,000 miles. The reason for my visits to Greico Kia in Delray, FL is the motor company has had 4 recalls in the last 2 years. I think Mr. Greico whos voice is at the other end of the phone sounds arrogant, rude, brassy, and has an inflated self-importance. YES, I can hear all that in his voice. But, if you are stuck with a Kia dealership, I would recommend that you see Al at Greico Kia, Delray. He cares about you as his customer. He gives all of his attention to your needs and your issues.

Had a navigation unit in my Mazda that wasnt working well. They said it was 1000 dollars for a new screen. My screen was working ok so I went to my friends mechanic who adjusted the gyroscope in the rear of the car and charged me 60 bucks. Also Mazda corporation and the manager at the dealer never called back on this issue after repeated phone calls from me. STAY AWAY. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. Bbb is looking into this as well as they have had other complaints. They even put a greico lettering plate on my car without asking
Not all locations have a body shop. Needed estimate for my Mazda and was sent from their Delray location to their Chevy Dealer in Ft Lauderdale!
