Very large variety of trucks. I ended up buying one there. Had a slight issue which they fixed right away put me in a rental car. I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from them. Financing went really quickly. Prices were really good.

After my old car was going to need a whole new engine I went in and Alan made the process so easy. He treated me like I was family and made sure I understood everything and didn’t leave until I was all set and could take the car home. He worked with me and didn’t try and get money out of me like most places do. He also waited until I cleaned out what I needed from my old car before leaving. He was very professional and nice. Unfortunately we are having a very bad experience here, our F150 has been there for 2 weeks and they haven’t even started to work on it yet. Couple months ago, at this same dealership we spent over $5,000 to get the motor fixed (it’s only a 2017) and the rattle came back, so we took it back and for the last 2 weeks we just have been told by the gentleman at the service department that he needs authorization from a higher ranking person; which to this date hasn’t happened.In addition they didn’t provide us with a loaner, they offered to pay for 2 days of a rental, obviously we already passed the 2 days and now we are paying for the rental out of our pocket.

Pretty much non existent customer service. No kind of help or contact from anybody after I submitted a credit application... like literally went ghost on us after we submitted the app. No feedback. No update. No courtesy call or anything. I understand you guys maybe busy but you wasn’t that busy when you wanted to run my credit so you should be able to communicate with your customers.. didn’t even want a crazy deal. Called about availability of a 2020 ranger on Sunday morning. Was told by the nice lady on the phone (Ashley I believe) that the truck was still available. She set me up for a test drive and a my sales associate was going to be Bervens. When I arrived the truck was waiting for me and I was greeted by Bervens. We test drove the truck. I wasn’t 100% on buying anything when I showed up. I told Bervens that as soon as we started. Never was pressured to buy anything. After a little back and forth with the sales manager we got to a price I wanted. Although I don’t think he was happy about it, never saw him once we reached that price. The showroom is very nice and they do offer some water and coffee. The staging area is pretty cool with roll up doors and climate control. At the end of the day my buying experience was enjoyable at Grieco of Delray.

I was interested in purchasing a Ford GT 350 from a non Ford dealer in the area of Grieco Ford. I called Grieco Ford to see if I could have the car brought to them for a pre purchase inspection. I was told to speak to Charlie Tremini in service. Charlie made this job easy and could not have been more accommodating and professional. I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state. Charlie reassured me he would have one of his senior techs look the car over and give me a report on the condition of the car. I immediately knew I could trust Charlie. It’s pretty stressful making a big purchase of a vehicle without being able to inspect personally. Charlie and the entire team at Grieco went above and beyond for someone they would never meet. Very disappointed in my experience with this dealership, and specifically with the salesman Ira Patasnik. I live 7 1/2 hours from this dealership, but they had a specific resale car that I was interested in purchasing. Perfect model, specs, color, everything. I was connected with Ira to set up an appointment, and asked him to first send photos of the vehicle and specifically any cosmetic imperfections, as I was wanting a car in very good condition. I just wanted to know up front if it was worth the drive. He took photos and sent me a message saying the car was clean and in wonderful condition. So I drove down the next day… only to find that the car was very misrepresented. The photos he shared almost intentionally didn’t show the imperfections, the check engine light was on, a front headlight was full of condensation, there were multiple dings and paint touchups, and the interior was stained and scratched. I wasn’t expecting a perfect car as that wouldn’t be fair, but I really felt like he thought getting me to the dealership would equal a quick sale for him vs him being up front and honest. He told me he wasn’t able to see the imperfections before we came because he had a heavy lens prescription and that the check engine light “was probably on for the oil change”. He also tried to talk politics during the test drive, and was quite disrespectful with his opinions. Overall, I left without a car and regretted traveling so far on Ira’s word. Hoping this was just my experience and that others have a better one.

Edited: June 13th after calling and verifying vehicle availability, drove 45 minutes only to be told the vehicle is being serviced and is not available. The manager was very quick to blame a 3rd party for the poor service and misinformation information.If you value your time at all! Avoid this dealership like the plague!I have called and been called back, spoke to 10 people and can’t seem to get a single person to respect or value you my time!All I would love to do is purchase a vehicle but seems like they genuinely don’t want to sell a vehicle!It should not be complicated! It’s not often I feel the need to leave a review on a car dealership, but the experience I just had with Grieco ford was above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.I worked with Allen for several days through phone tag, and txt messages. Working out trade in value, monthly payments, everything. We worked out figures all in advance. Allen then went to work finding me the EXACT TRUCK I wanted. The truck had a factory stripe on it I wasn’t a huge fan of... THEY REMOVED IT FOR ME! (I’ve never had that kind of service from a dealership before) he even offered to deliver the truck me!!I walked into the dealership feeling nervous, because of terrible past car buying experiences, and when we were finalizing the papers my payment was actually a couple Dollars LESS than I was told. I was in the dealership for less than 45 minutes before I was on my home in my new F-150.I felt like they cared about getting me what I wanted. I felt taken care of. I couldn’t be happier. Great cars, horrible service. Once you buy, you will have a hard time trying to reach someone for help. Took 3 weeks just to get delivery of my vehicle after they promised maintenance. Took 3 months just to receive my official license plates. I canceled my 3rd party insurance warranty (dent removal road harzad, etc.), and haven’t received my refund yet. Left voicemails with accounting and no return calls. Will never buy from here again.

We bought a Ford Expedition. I was looking with bench seat but there was no stock and the seller Liberman told me that we could add a seat in the middle. We were traveling next day to Chicago and he recommend me to go to a dealer when I arrived to Chicago . I went to a Ford dealer and they told me that was completely wrong and you can’t add a seat. I have to change the hole row and I’m Ford dealers the don’t even sell seats .After this I call the Griego Ford manager with tears in my yeas and he didn’t have me a solution.I spend lot of money in a car where my 6 kids can’t fit.

Most dishonest false advertisement I have ever dealt with. What an absolute waste of my time. Called on one vehicle and confirmed it was available, made appointment and get to dealership vehicle is gone. I then start looking at other vehicles and start making a deal on one. Window sticker was $52,000when salesman comes over the price on paper work was $64000 and that was with dealer giving us a supposed $3500 discount. I was a serious buyer with cash in hand originally went down to look at a used car not new. I would have purchased the used vehicle that I found once on the lot. I will do everything I can to make sure everyone know what a terrible dealership this is. I have an appointment with the news channel to discuss with them. Very disheartening.

I recently purchased a new to me Ford XLT FX4 F150. I specifically mention the model because this truck was exactly what I needed and my salesman, David Lyons, who possess exceptional knowledge of not only this vehicle, but all models guided me right to it. The customer service was easily a five-star experience and a they were a first class operation from start to finish. They negotiated fairly, and when I asked about adding on a protective undercoat spray David Explain that the dealership did not offer that service, but offered to get it done from one of his sources for cost and stated it would probably cost me $200-$300. John, a manager that a friend of mine connected me with was exceptional. The guy who took care of me in finance was also named David. He was equally as pleasant to deal with as both David Lyons and John were. If you go in to the dealership with reasonable expectations I believe youll be driving away with the car or truck of your choice or maybe even your dreams, I did!

I have purchased two cars in the last three years from Greico. The cars have been serviced well. But when I needed a key cut for my key fob it has been a nightmare. I asked for a callback when their key cutting machine is fixed. The response was “oh we don’t do that”. Really. There is a recall on our Edge and it requires two parts. We had an appointment and when I arrived I was told one of the parts wasn’t in. “We were going to call you”. Nice.

I came in with no clue on what vehicle to get and no idea of where to start, thankfully I was assisted by one of the workers, Cristian Fiorello, he was very helpful and respectful. He helped me get home the same day with the perfect vehicle for me!

Bought a new 2020 Expeditions and since the 2nd day Ive been going there on a weekly basis to try and fix whatever is wrong with the car. The Check engine light keeps showing and they have been taking the car every week and still cant fix it. You literally have to be rude in order to get a loaner. They then tell me they can trade me for a more expensive one...$20,000 more expensive. This people are a joke and wont care about helping you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Im grateful for the lemon law.

We bought a CPO 2018 Ford Escape SEL for $25,000.00 on September 20, 2020. My registration will expire in 1 week from now. I’ve been trying to get ahold of even a single manager but I keep getting transferred around and having to reexplain the situation to people that have no ability to fix it.They say one second than transfer me to someone else who can’t do a thing. Now I have sent Mr. Trontz the GM several emails and a few voicemails and he has yet to do a thing or even give me a response.The only reason we found out about this issue is when I went to refinance the vehicle and the bank told me the lender didn’t have the title and was missing other paperwork claiming ownership. I’ve had the car for 10 months now and the paperwork is still yet to be complete, is that a bad joke?This dealership is showing complete negligence & disregard, BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.Mr. Trontz please do something about this issue, I will also be reporting the dealership to the BBB & the local news. If you fail to do anything civil litigation will be the next step

I was there to trade in my 19 f350 limited and get into a 2021 king ranch. Ian informed methat the truck was under contract so i jumped into a 2020 f350 platinum. The dealer did everything to get me on it. I took it home and i was not happy with it. Since they offer the 3 day money back, i went back next day to return it. They were not to happy about it at first and told me i could not return it. I asked if the 3 day money back was a lie and manager jeff went on to make a call. When he returned he informed me that it was ok and took it back. I was able to get my money back and truck. I recommend coming here. I came into this dealership because of the 3 day money back. Not all dealers do that.
