I bought a car battery on 3/2021 and 11/2021 it died. They made excuses saying certain things caused it. I never leave my lights on and they try to blame the customer and lie about the voltage level they tell they tell customers in order to replace their batteries under full warranty. Wouldnt recommend them go to a actually car place to get a car battery

I called to get information on a battery The person answering the phone gave me the information I wanted. He was knowledgeable, courtesy and well spoken. He made me aware that if I ordered the product (which he gave me the item no.) online and picked up in the store I can save 10%. I was thrilled. I called back and asked if I ordered at that moment can I pick the alarm security battery up prior to the store closing. I was told yes. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Awful experience. Do NOT ever bring your phone here. Broke my screen while fixing battery and kept it 5 days. No GPS, no way to make a phone call, no way to get back to the store. Tech gave me his phone and then locked it - and it made a fire alarm sound daily during work for 4 days. Then, when I got my phone back, I needed Wifi to reset it - and they dont have Wifi!!!!!!!! Totally Incompetent, poor customer service. Ive had my phone fixed in 4 different countries and never came close to anything this terrible.

I called Batteries Plus in Delray to see if they had a replacement battery for my work cell. Aaron, who answered the phone, was very patient and helpful in walking me through looking for the battery number. We located it and he happened to have one left at the store. He took my name and said he would leave the battery for me at the register. When I arrived, Aaron took care of me right away and even helped me install the new battery in my phone. My experience was completely easy, efficient, professional, and affordable.

These guys are great! Always helpful and professional, no matter how small the issue. They have helped me find the right battery and even installed it for me free of charge. Most recently they helped me find the right bulb for an overhead fixture. I had bought an LED bulb at Home Depot that did not work on a dimmer. Who knew this would be a problem? These guys did!

Shawn was super helpful and knowledgeable about replacing the battery in my vehicle, which is annoyingly under the passenger seat and difficult to do. The price off the battery was equal to what I found online and because of the great customer service I will happily come back!

A great place to shop! If youre looking for a bulb size thats been discontinued, a super bright flashlight or any size batteries, this is definitely the place to go. The store is well organized, well stocked, clean and the prices are more than fair. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I recently needed a replacement battery for my cell phone. But, with so many different types I had no idea which one I needed. I just handed my phone to the salesman and he took care of it. He replaced it, made sure it was working properly and I was on my way. Spending $60 for a new battery was better than spending $300 on a new phone! Highly recommended!

I really like that Batteries Plus Bulbs will have what I purchased (online) ready to go when I pick it up at their store. I can choose the store that’s convenient to me at the time. I was in & out in under 2min. I bought a battery for my motorcycle on their website & received 10% off if I picked it up from one of their many locations. A location of my choosing! They peeped the battery for me, checked it, checked the charge, & then emailed & called me to let me know it was ready for me to pick up at my convenience. The person at their store in Delray Beach, Florida, was super nice! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 ⭐️, which may be premature, is they didn’t have any lithium batteries in stock for motorcycles. They said they’re working on it. They are available online to order but I couldn’t wait a week to get it shipped. Hopefully this will change by the next time. Overall, Batteries Plus Bulbs was accommodative, easy, quick, & a pleasure to do business with. Oh, prices are excellent as well.Thanks!

Ive been buying there for years since theyre so conveniently located, they always have what I need in stock.Ordering online and picking up in-store is usually a good idea to get a discount.If you need to change your car battery, their staff is usually able to help you with that.

Within 10 minutes of placing my online order for store pickup, I got a call from the store telling me that it was ready. When I came to the store, the order was right there, and I was out in 2 minutes. Well done, folks. (oh, and the price of the batteries was half of what the big-box hardware stores were charging)

Let me just preface this by saying Aaron was amazing. Highly suggest going here and working with him. So my girlfriends phone screen cracked. We brought it in got it fixed for the cheapest price in town. We found out later that since her phone was disabled before we fixed it. it could not be restored because of the screen replacement. We were very disheveled and upset because she had been phoneless for a few days at this point. We thought we just threw our money away on a phone that couldn’t be fixed. I had another iPhone that I thought needed a new charging port. Long story short we bring in both phones the next day and Aaron not only puts the original cracked screen back on and refunds us but he nicely let’s us know that the other phone won’t charge just because of built up lint and we don’t need to fix the whole charging port. Safe to say our week went from going pretty bad to very good. Aaron is the man!

Shawn and staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Delray provide the best service around. All of the big auto parts stores refused to install a new battery on my Ford Fusion based on incomplete information only found in their computer. Batteries Plus, however, was willing to evaluate and troubleshoot my batterys location under the hood and then successfully install my new, high quality battery. I was in and out in less than 10-15 minutes and the price was markedly below the cost of a similar battery from Auto Zone and Advance Auto Parts. This is the best battery replacement experience I have ever had. Take all of your battery (and bulbs too) business to these guys!

Reasonably priced.Also, on a second visit, I found that for battery packs, where a number of batteries are permanently connected and then shrink-wrapped, they can reproduce the pack cost-effectively and I suspect for much less than the OEM item.

Walked through the door and was told I couldnt be in there without a mask, which was fine, I had a mask in my back pocket but when I questioned him as to the current rules of a mask not being mandatory just recommended the associate snapped back saying well we can do whatever we want in here, it was his tone, the way he was unapologetic in the least.
