Every time I come in here it’s refreshing. Even having to spend the money to fix something. The team here is sensational friendly and helpful. It makes life easier when you get off a hard days work with car trouble and an auto parts store can alleviate stress and have you leaving with a smile. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been a store manager 13 years with a fortune 500 company. And man I would be honored to work with these guys!!! Kudos to Dexter for always helping and the managers I met today Ray and Paul. Teamwork is everything when it comes to this kind of operation. What a team!!!!!!!

I came in to look for new windshield wipers and some detailing products. I was assisted by Paul and upon talking, realized that I could really benefit from a new air filter. Managerman, the white dude with the brown beard, is a real kind and very knowledgeable fella. He helped out an issue we had with a nearby store by my house with an order, and he was able to clear it up and make it right by finding the piece that was supposedly out of stock but actually found it. As well as Paul, he was real courteous and helpful with the situation before directing us to his manager. This store is very dependable and highly recommendable. I strongly recommend this store

My car needed a new battery, I stopped by Auto Zone and Paul sold me a battery. He was very professional and helpful . I can’t thank him enough for all his help in buying the correct battery. I definitely recommend this Auto Zone and Paul for anything you need for your car.

Went to AutoZone a week ago in Delray Beach (Atlantic/Military Trail area). Paul, a store employee, was great. He tested the battery, determined it needed to be replaced and replaced it very quickly. I will definitely go there again. Paul, and that store, is highly recommended.

Hit and miss would best describe the service. It does not help to have 2 or 3 additional employees milling about in the back with only ONE register person available and open. Not to mention he was on the phone at the time when several customer were waiting. What should have been done in 2 mins to purchase one item took over 10 because apparently the phone took precedence over physical customers. These brick and mortar locations are good in a pinch to get a quart of oil or antifreeze. Everything else can be easily ordered online to avoid the unnecessary trip and annoying delays.

I am very impressed with the fantastic service I was given by Paul over at store 125. I will definitely come back again!

Went to this AutoZone thinking I needed a new battery. Eric the manager performed some diagnostic tests indicating that my battery my alternator and my starter were all in perfectly good operating condition. Turns out my wife had left the lights on the day before. Thanks to Eric all is good and I didn’t have to spend a dime. Left the store a couple of hundred dollars more in my pocket than I thought I would have. Great experience! Would recommend this AutoZone in Delray Beach to anyone.

Went to Autozone to replace the battery on my wifes car. I had our 14 month old baby in tow and was ready to balance trying to keep him intertained and calm while swapping out the battery for my wife. Without hesitation Phil quickly offered and swapped out the battery for me right there in the parking lot. He was quick and did an exceptional job. I cant thank Phil enough for helping me out.

My experience was awful. I was trying to find the right part for my car and they weren’t helpful. I wanted something of a better quality, even if that meant more expensive. But without taking the time to look, I was sent away with that’s all we got when I had previously bought a different brand for my car. Never again!!!! Bad costumer service

Great experience at the Auto Zone on Military Ave in Delray. Erick, the store manager was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to put on a very difficult back windshield wiper on my Chevy Equinox. Chevy did not make it an easy job but Erick took the time to get it done. I walked away a very happy customer and will definitely return to this store. Love it when you get great customer service.

On 4/5/21 I purchased a set of wiper blade for my automobile. A week ago they broke, I went into your store on 5/28/21 to seek help with what to do. A new employee waited on me, and he said he was new and didn’t know the stores policy. He spoke to another employee who said that there wasn’t a warranty on wiper blades and they let me leave. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I wanted to exchange the blades and pay more for a better pair. I hope there is something you can do to help me?Update: on May 15,2021 I spoke with Andrew the regional manager. He spoke with the stores assistant manager Varma. I went back to the store and Varma helped me with my return. The store returned my wiper blades and put brand new ones on my vehicle. The service was excellent and they were more then happy to fix my problem. They have definitely have won my confidence back. Thank you AutoZone.Someone I don’t know
