They apparently book out fast, so call ahead before coming! I had to leave because they said they were too booked to take walk-ins.

Peter gave me outstanding customer service. A lack of employees Is not good for business. Dont understand how theres one associate up front to run an entire store and no manager, who by the way is on vacation, who should really be working with his employees. Just goes to show neither corporate or the actual store care except for the service technicians themselves who actually care.
I purchased two tires and a six month warranty alignment. When I left the store, the car was still pulling to the right. When I brought it back few days later, Joe, the service manager at Delray location, thought that I did damage to the back tire and he questioned me like I was liar when I told him that there was not damage to tire. I don’t like for someone to question my integrity especially I bought the car used. I felt extremely embarrassed. I have escalated to corporate to make this situation right.
I had an appointment scheduled for 10am to get an alignment, the customer service representative told me it would be finished in 60 to 90 minutes. My car didn’t move for 90 minutes. I was told the delay was because the tech that was supposed to do the alignment was waiting for someone to help him pull the car in to the bay. Another hour and I am ready to hit the road, unfortunately the steering wheel was now off center. I took it back and it came back slightly better but still off center. When I got home I called my dealership and scheduled an alignment to get it fixed. The 5 year free alignment add-on is worthless if you can’t trust the quality of work. My advice would be to avoid this place. You will save time and money by going to the dealership for your specific manufacturer.
Normally this place is pretty good but I made an appointment on a Monday for Thursday at 7 am about a oil change and tire rotation and to get the AC looked at. Well its 12 50 and the oil change and rotation didnt get done. Im having a hard time understanding why that is considering I made the appointment. If you couldnt do the AC then why couldnt the oil change and tire rotation get done anyways?
Dropped my vehicle off w 4 new Nitto NT555 tires to be mounted, balanced and installed. Got a call to pick it up about 3 hours later. Drove home about 1/2 mile away. Everything seemed great. Woke up to go to work the next morning and one of the TPMS sensors was reading 26psi. Tried resetting, letting all air out and refilling & basically anything I could to get the correct reading again. Tire gauge says 36psi, but TPMS is only reporting 26psi. Called and explained the issue and was told to stop in. When I stopped in one of the reps used a handheld scanner on the valve stems/sensors; then went inside for 5 or so min “to do some research.” Came back and told me “I would need to get a new sensor and do some research.” What? When I brought my car in all the sensors worked... they changed the tires and now one doesn’t ... how would that be my issue? Needless to say I am not satisfied and will not use Tire Kingdom or recommend them.The pics of what Tire Kingdom considers an acceptable way to return your vehicle... wights improperly attached over old weights adhesive, grease pen writing all over and improperly sized lugs used somehow...
I purchased 4 new Michelin tires and had my rear brakes replaced. Joe took his time to discuss the various makes of tires and helped me make the best selection for my needs and budget. I was pleased to know they offer other maintenance services as well so I was able to have my rear brakes replaced at the same time. Very good experience and will definitely use again! Highly recommend!
If I could give less than a star I would. Had an appointment for 1 pm yesterday, was not greeted upon entering. Then a staff member came to the front and took a phone call before acknowledging me, then scolded me for trying to interact with another staff member instead of waiting for him. He then told me it would be “two hours at least” before I would hear back... I was looking to get a tire plugged. I said yes, I will wait, I need my tire looked at. I received no response and this guy just walked in the back with some paperwork. He was annoyed with me simply for being in the shop. I walked out. You should be ashamed.
Always excellent service here!Had a 9am appointment for 2 tires and they started right away. Man at the desk was excellent. Whoever did my alignment did an excellent job it was spot on. Good prices, excellent service...I wouldnt go anywhere else. Joshua and Joseph are awesome, thanks!

Made an appointment to plug a tire, check a/c and get an oil change. Received email confirmation immediately and arrived a couple minutes before my appointment time. Walk in the guys says cant take me, computer must have screwed up. Not even fix the tire which would take all of five minutes. Total waste if time....avoid.
Save your time and money. Go across the street to tires 4 you. Customer service is terrible here. The work here is mediocre. I will never go here again. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Im am truly appalled at the customer service and down right lack of knowledge the employees had. To be honest Im surprised they knew what a tire was. The person who assited me at check out had the worst body odor that had me gagging on the verge of puking and had trouble operating the computer and for a period of time stared at the computer screen like a deer in head lights. My experience from start to finish showed me what true hell is like and that I never want to experience this again. Avoid this place at all costs! I had to sage my car as soon as I left to keep the demons at bay.

First time at this location. Called first, and got a ball park quote. Came in and was seen quickly. Had a flat and decided to get two tires replaced at once. Wonderful service, I was kept up-to-date on the status by Vito. He went above and beyond. Great guy, knowledgeable and great customer service. He would be my go to person from now on here!

Bait and switch regarding installation price from Tire Rack online. Was quoted $61 when I place the order, and when my tires came in and I dropped the car off they charged me $110. I showed them the quote but they insisted. No problem, a call to TR and the problem was fixed. I suggest you avoid this place and buy on TR so youre protected.

I went in to get a computer diagnosis because I noticed my car has having trouble accelerating. They called me back and told me they couldn’t run the diagnosis because my car sensors were bad and needed to be replaced for 400$. I said no way and They gave me the car back exactly how it came in and said it could be the transmission and it would cost thousands and charged me for the diagnosis anyways. I did my own research and came to the conclusion it must be my spark plugs. I had them replaced at a different company and my self-diagnosis was right! I suggest going to AAMCO to have a free diagnosis. I won’t be giving tire kingdom anymore of my money!
This tire kingdom is by far the worst one I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. Save yourself time and a headache by going to a different location. I wish I could give zero stars.
The service here borderlines criminal activity. By providing faulty tire service, Tire Kingdom has put their clients, and everyone that their clients drive past, in GRAVE danger. I am appalled.
I got my tires replaced in a different state, and immediately began having problems with the TPMS. I continually got the run around from Big O Tires (where I initially bought the tires). After multiple phone calls, Tire Kingdom (a sister store) agreed to fix the problem. There were a couple hiccups getting the problem ultimately fixed, but the service manager stayed in contact until the problem was resolved. Overall, Im very pleased with the service at Tire Kingdom, especially since they were fixing a problem that wasnt their fault.
WOW! I would give 0 stars if I could. They are EXTREMELY overpriced for the awful service they provide. Brought my car in with minor issues, left with MAJOR issues. Take your business somewhere else. This corporation is NOT worth your time OR money!!!!!
I will never go anywhere else! This location is really great. I had one issue one time, which the manager John handled for me in a quick and professional manner. Both John and Eddie are very knowledgeable and very helpful... not to mention they remember their customers- great customer service! I would recommend this location to anyone

Spent 25 minutes on hold to make an appointment to buy a tire and have it put on my spare rim. Finally hung up, called back and was helped immediately. Came to my appointment today and the tire I needed wasnt in stock, even though 2 days prior, the tire was in stock. The guy that helped us (but not really) said the tire I asked for wasnt the right tire for my car anyways, which is untrue. 205/60R16 is the right size for a Kia Soul, not the 205/65R16 he kept recommending. Complete waste of my time,twice, on the phone and in person !! Went to the Tire Kingdom on Spanish Blvd and had no problems, they helped us with no appointment and had my tire. Will not be back! The guy that we dealt with should not be in customer service and is clueless about tires.
First the facility was very clean and inviting. I was greeted and help by John who ever knowledge and helpful. The service was fast and done correctly, I am a very satisfied customer who will be returning.

Terrible experience here, one of the employees changing my tires stole $200 in cash out of my truck, they said they could not see him on camera doing it but I know for a fact that I was robbed, nothing was done in regards to help me out and I will never go here again and I advise anybody reading this never goes here.
This is my #1 go-to location for oil change, tires, and general vehicle upkeep. The staff is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about my vehicle and maintenance/service needs. Making an appointment is a simple process and they have always completed the work in less time than expected.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation at 4pm (three hours before they close). On my way, I called to confirm my appointment but whoever I spoke with told me they weren’t going to have time to get to me today. Any business should honor an appointment, especially one that they allowed me to schedule in advance.Luckily I found a nearby competitor, The Tire Choice & Total Car Care, who helped me out. Not only did they rotate my tires, but they gave me a discount to balance my wheels.
Great service and super professional when my battery exploded and I had to replace it. Went back today because I was having a weird technical issue with my Bluetooth and they fixed it right away. Special thanks to Michael for noticing my washer fluid was out and going to fill it without me even asking! I never write reviews but hey, the little things go a long way in customer service 🙃

Terrible. Called ahead regarding a patch, which means my tire is clearly flat. Asked if they were available, they said yes come on in. I drive over, on my flat tire, to be told its a two hour wait. Zero apologies were given. Now I have to drive somewhere else, on my flat tire to find a more suitable service. If I could give zero stars I would. I do NOT recommend this location.
Would have given 5, but they arent punctual. My appointment was at 11 and they took my car in at around 11:25. So i had to wait longer.
Had a GREAT experience after attempting to take my vehicle to my normal service place (the dealership... that didnt have time for my simple tire fix) the guys at tire kingdom not only were friendly but amazingly helpful and got me in and out. Thanks for the hook up. I will definitely be back!
Make sure they have your oil filter be for you schedule an oil change. Found out they didnt have it when I got to the appointment. The wouldnt let me go buy my own either. Total waste of time.

I got a tire rotation and an oil change all for a nice deal! I was surprised at how inexpensive it was compared to the car service closer to my house, but it was definitely worth driving 3 more miles down the road. Ill be coming back when Im in need of an oil change again.
Saw a coupon for Free Brake pads with paid installation. Went in and was informed of the many complaints about the brakes I was getting. Offered me a better set of brakes pads (ceramic pads) and also gave me a discount on top of the discount given to me on the ad. Great service and very knowledgeable.
Dropped my car off at 10:45 am to have a nail removed in the rear tire and a 4 tire rotation. I came back in at 4pm they told me my car was done. I paid $44.00 and they gave me my keys and I left. I drove my family to Disney the following day and at 2am on the highway my tire light comes on. They never patched the tire or did a rotation. So I had to push the nail back in and wait for a highway ranger to pump it back up. If the nail would of came completely out while driving I would if had a blowout going 75 mph! So if you have work done on your car at tire kingdom you better confirm the work is done before you leave....
Watch out and be weary of what Tire Kingdom will quote you for services. They over estimated my oxygen sensor and brake pads by about $300. I went to a private garage and got better service, better products, and had an all around better experience. Tire Kingdom charged me $60 for a diagnostic that Advance Auto Parts does for free. Dont let this place try and hustle you for your hard earned money.

I brought here my 2005 Ford F350 Super Duty Lariat Crew Cab with a 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel, an 8ft bed, and a 6 inch lift kit. I came here for an alignment. They had me out the door in under 1hr. The mechanics and staff were very friendly. They fixed my truck and now it drives a lot better. This is the place to go if you have a large truck or any car of that matter. I will be coming back for future business.

Not sure about some other peoples experience here, but the staff was awesome. Came in with an issue with my tire, thinking I was going to possibly have to replace all 4 tires, and the tech assured me they would take care of it. Turns out my tire was fine, they added air and checked all 4 tires for me, and were honest, and didnt charge me anything. Honest, reliable, and extremely easy to deal with. I appreciate yall being straightforwad.

First, I made an appointment and it could not be located. But my review is directly related to the condition (cleanliness) of the car interior when the vehicle was turned over to me. The steering wheel and column were covered with debris and black marks. There was a lot of grit on the steering wheel. In addition, they spilled something on the center console and did not even clean it up. I just hope that the tire install and wheel alignment were done properly. I will find out soon enough after I drive the car for a while. But I will never return and will take it to the dealership to correct their work.
Helpful staff, clean waiting area. Two new tires installed and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I scheduled an appointment and chose the tires ahead of time. My online total matched what I paid, there was no upselling of additional services or warranties. Recommended.
I got there early and so didn’t have to wait on my most recent visit but I have been using this Tire Kingdom a long time and generally find this location to offer friendly, no pressure service.
Well, I had an appointment for service and I left the car there. When I returned a few hours later, it appeared they didnt service the car. They told me the gear stuck and they had to put the car in neutral and push it back to the parking spot without servicing the car. Ok, I can almost understand that, but these are car guys. The car drives fine. But they never called me to tell me what happened. Furthermore, when I drove the car away on the busy road, the hood flew up as I was driving. They obviously opened the hood. For what purpose I dont know. They deny it. Very strange. I dealt with 3 guys as well. The check in guy. They guy at the counter when I returned to get my car. And the manager John. None of them very pleasant. Id avoid this place. Find another place to do business. These guys appear to not be trustworthy based on my strange experience.
Tony Esparza the manager at the Linton Blvd location was extremely helpful with all my car needs, he was extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to figure out the problem I was having and got it fixed right away. Thx Tony this is the only Tire Kingdom I will use from now, Excellent service thanks to you.

RIPOFF, Con artist, scammers and liars.Brought a fleet vehicle in for an oil change, brake pads and tire rotation...the salesman agreed and said no mechanics worked Saturday to do brakes..I call Sunday morning and am TOLD I need new rotors, calipers and the threads on tire are showing..told him dont do anything..I go to the shop 1.5 hours later and am informed that they are waiting for approval to do the brakes and tires???Luckily I called my fleet service provider and informed them Im being ripped off, so they declined all work..I go to pick up vehicle and the tires, brakes, rotors and calipers are already on the bill..even before approval??DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS AND LIARSPLUS THE THREADS ARENT SHOWING AS THE TIRES ONLY HAVE 15,000 MILES..WISH I COULD POST A PHOTO OF THE SO CALLED FAULTY TIRES..
Brought my car in for an oil change. While waiting for my vehicle John brought to my attentiona problem with the oil plug. He phoned several local parts stores until he found one with the needed part.They told him it would be delivered within 20 minutes. Long story short the part arrived about an hour or so later. After the part was installed and the service completed, Eddie brought me the bill. As I looked at it he apologized for the lengthy delay. I was not charged for the service, even though it wasnt their fault the part took so long to arrive. Rare these days to see a business that shows this much care and concern for the customer. They got a screw in my tire while doing work on my car. My tire popped on 95. Brought the car back told them the story. They refused to plug my tire & tried to tell me there was nothing they could do unless I bought 2 new tires like wut. Brought my car else where and they repaired the tire for free.
Watched entire session for oil change. Mechanic was quick and efficient, and the gentleman named chris was friendly at check in. great service and Chris had great customer service at check out. I hate car places but these guys were good!

Brutal customer service. Go to delray tire across the street. This place is a joke. Just needed 1 tire. The guy keeps telling me its more money and more money. Been waiting over an hour. Just for 1 tire exchange. One tire ended up costing $218. They add charges without even asking to to do extra services. Over charged by $80 to $100. Awful service and not upfront on pricing for a tire change. We will never go back or tell anyone else to go there.

Went for a quick tire patch. Waited two hours and they never even looked at the car. When I said we had to leave for a prior engagement they could care less and gave us the guys back and they walked away. The buy 2 get 2 tires free is a scam also. They just charge you twice as much to make up the difference. Ill never go back here again. Went to Tire Choice in Boynton and they took care of everything in 25 minutes.
Terrible. Had a screw in front drivers side tire and took them 1 1/2 hours to fix. They also found a screw in left rear and asked them to price out 2 new tires. They came back with a cost of $325 per tire. I told them just fix the one tire and went back to Greico Chevrolet who priced me the same tire complete for $219. Tire Kingdom guarantee lowest prices around. Forget about them.
DO NOT COME HERE! THE STAFF (JULIO) IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS THE MANAGER. I scheduled an app at 5 pm.. there at 459. At 538 Julio said I needed to take it to the Boynton beach location where it was done previously to remove it. O told him I was concerned because my oil light is on. He shrugged and said there is nothing that they can do. I asked of he could call the store to ask if I can be squeezed in and he got on the phone with the manager and started cursing and arguing. He slammed the phone down and said they refused. I told him that it looks bad when no-one is taking accountability and if my car wont drove because it blows up. He laughed and i asked to see the manager, and he said wait. 5 mins later, Someone pulls up with my car and walks in and hands me the keys. I called the manager Cesar at the Boynton beach location who apologized profusely. Saying that is not the way of tire kingdom and he would waive my oil change fee If i can schedule my oil change for the next day, and he would check to make sure my car can go another day... Ive been sitting in the lobby for 20 mins.. then Im told its not a big deal because my actual oil light is not on. Regardless i scheduled am app and I didnt get serviced. Tire kingdom doesnt care about customer satisfaction. Just reviews.

Was a horrible experience was rude kept my car without calling me to tell me was ready. Went to pick up they closed didnt call me to tell me to pick up car. Went to pick up car was really rude called me a lier and gave me a hard time about my car. Not happy will never be going back. Broke a tire sensor and didnt wanna replace it. Maneger was even worst the the employees
Called to ask a few questions, they seemed preoccupied. Went in and the guy helping me seemed unhappy and not so knowledgable. I brought in the valve stems that came with my new tires and put them on the counter and he said well if they dont have the sensor were going to have to charge you more. Theyre supposed to be the experts... they should tell me if they have the sensor! Thats why i brought them in for them to look at!!! Charged me 40 dollars more than Costco for the same service. Told me it would be done in 1.5 to 2 hours, it took 4. I give them 1 star because at least the job was done correctly as far as i know.

I went to this place with a nail in my tire and the attendant came out side to check it out. After he inspected the tire he found out that the tire was not punchered and was fine. Very honest people concidering my last experience with a tire shop.
