First time going to this place. I must say that the sales representative was very nice and professional. I was told to go over as I wanted to have 2 of my tires installed. I ended up getting 4 new tires at a great price and service. Highly recommend this place.

My husband found a screw in our tire this morning. It started leaking so we immediately went to the 5 closest places to where we are in Del Ray Beach. All 5 said either they couldn’t take us because they were booked or it would take hours to get fixed. We tried Firestone on Atlantic Ave and they said they would get it fixed immediately. The service was great.. the professionalism was amazing.. the waiting area was great with a TV.. I would def recommend this place over any of the others in the area

NO PARKING. Having said the job could be completed but would take a few hours, I was then told that it couldnt be done...I then had to cancel and apologise to my aunt who left home in haste to pick me up. Just another day in paradise.

Great, i was a walk in an within 2 hours my car had 4 new tires, balancing and alignment Done!! The service was SUPERB!

Horrible customer service. GM ignored me after his shop put my slash guard on improperly then tried to compensate with a single oil change. Crooks. Liars. Take the extra drive if possible to anywhere else.

This is by far the worst fire stone that I have ever been to, usually the fire stone I take my car to they fix it quick and are helpful, but ever since I started going to this fire stone my car has problems every two months and I have to bring it back to the shop for the exact same problems. At this point I feel that they are ripping me off because I spent hundreds of dollars every time I come in and it’s the same problems every single time, I have brought my car into the shop about 10 times within the past year. Their customer service isn’t very helpful either and after running $114 diagnostic they still can’t tell me the problem with my car . Terrible experiences here I don’t recommend the shop to anything

This place is great my mom has been going there for years every time its a good quick easy experience.

This by far, was the worst experience I have had at a firestone, anywhere. They misdiagnosed my car which i was understanding about, what was a 1 hour wait time turned to a 4 hour wait time for them to come back and say the issue wasn’t fixed. I came back the next day at 8:30am and told I would be priority due to the precious day. I ended up waiting in the shop until 2:30pm until i told them to put my car back together and give it back to me, because they still had yet to do any work on it. No urgency, nothing from any of the employees or the manager for that matter. Not to mention I was ignored multiple times when asked about what was going on, and saw atleast 3 people drop their cars off and pick them up before i was ever helped.

Great experience. In and out in the estimated time. Truck is aligned perfectly.

Made appointment to have my cars exhaust leak looked at. I was told that there would be a $10 fee plus tax to have it estimated but it would inclued a free tire rotation. 20 minutes and $10.69 later I was told to take my car to a muffler shop, the tires were not rotated. I felt ripped off and made to feel like a fool. An embarrassing experience!

Better than the Boynton location, depending on which employees are working. Both locations have that cold corporate customer service feeling. Never leaving feeling completely satisfied and sure. The Mission Sign from the Founder isnt very reassuring for some reason either. Maybe its upper Management trinkeling down. I still have credit here, so right now I dont have much choice and am Thankful!

I recently purchased a previously owned MB GLE 350. After two miserable experiences at two separate Mercedes-Benz service centers, I took my GLE 350 to Firestone and had Andy T work on it as he has all of my other vehicles. As usual, Firestone provided excellent, efficient, friendly, no-nonsense care of my car. I went at 9:30(make an appt but not necessary) and my car was serviced and returned shortly thereafter. I went in for a simple oil change and that’s what I got. No upselling me services or products I didn’t need! Thank you for taking such great care of my cars over the years. I should have come to you first.

I needed a tire repaired and went to Firestone. The staff is friendly and very efficient.

A few weeks ago our we blew a large pick up tire on the turnpike South headed to the Keys. We were towing a boat and it was storming. We called Firestone - BRIAN answered and went above and beyond to help us find a special order replacement tire with same day courier service. He gave us a time estimate that was spot on even though the shop seemed very busy. We are very thankful for his help and his commitment to customer service. It certainly saved the day for us.

I had a really nice experience here. Jason took care of me and didnt try to pressure me into buying anything extra. In fact all the technicians I saw that day were chatting with the customers, laughing, having a good time and otherwise made it feel less like a shop and almost like a family get together. I forgot my l security lug nut tool and was told to go get it and they would keep the bay open for my return. Sure enough the bay was open and the car was taken right in. The oil change was cheaper than my last one from Jiffy Lube by a considerable amount. The tire prices were really good at only $136 a tire for Firehawk Indy 500 for my mustang. Really happy I went here.

My son (who is in college 5 hours from home) had a nail in his tire and took his car here to get it fixed. We couldn’t get it patched due to the location of the nail so Michael M helped us find a reasonably-priced, comparable tire to his other 3. We also had some concerns about the transmission fluid and he made some cost effective suggestions which saved us money. Many places will just give you a price, take your money and never think twice about it. Thank you for your honestly and help today! We’ll return for future services.

Go someplace else. Just like every other auto shop. Brought my truck here for new tires. Made an appointment specifically asking for the “first car” at 7:00am. Told me it would take 1 hour. It took them 3 hours. During COVID-19 location required face masks inside but when they got into my vehicle the technician did not wear it over his face. What is the point of a face mask or requiring one if they don’t wear it properly. Got my truck back smelling like BO and dirty with grease all over it.

CAN’T FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!! Brought rental car for wheel alignment and the sales team was very nice, but I asked them to adjust the tire pressure and they didn’t.

I literally went here on a Saturday because I had a screw in my tire. They were busy. I walked in and was greeted right away. The guy who helped me was so nice. He could tell I was not in the best mood. He offered to check it out before we did anything else. He brought a couple tools out with him. He literally took the screw out in 5 seconds. It was the small baby screw I had ever seen.He customer service was great!!!!! Other places I have been to make you sit and wait and wont even look at your car.

I must honestly say this has been the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks to Norm (supervisor) and Mike they helped me out in a terrible situation that BMW West Palm put me in and I cant thank them enough. I will never go to a car dealership for my repairs and will stick with this Firestone. I am going as far as to bringing them lunch when Norm and Mike are working - which is the least I can do. My mother in law needed services done immediately for safety and they took care of her right away even while they were busy. The service was fast and accurate and they were very helpful and professional. The prices are very good. Firestone is much more convenient than having to drive all the way to the Nissan dealership. And with all the convenient locations of Firestone; its great to not have to make an appointment like the dealership.

Blew a tire on our vacation. Put on the spare and drove to where we were meeting family for lunch. I took the car to Firestone without much thinking. Turns out that we got the tires put on at Firestone in Syracuse in 2009. Old tires! The guy there was good. He said I could just repair the one but given that we were driving so far, he recommended getting all four. We went with that and got them for a very reasonable price. They installed everything while I had lunch with the family and the alignment was included because we have that for the lifetime of the vehicle. Everyone there was extremely helpful and no one extorted more money from us. I loved it. Great spot. Go when you need tires. Tell em I sent you.

Reamed for Rims...I had a rim dented. I couldnt find a replacement in a junkyard. I took it here. I was told that it would be $130 for the replacement. I was like FINE, just fine. When I got home I called another salvage yard. They told me they just sold it to this place for $80. I called back and told them about it. They said that was the price they paid for it. FIFTY DOLLAR MARKUP??? Never again. Thats a 62% markup! I walked in with smoke coming out of my ears. The manager did adjust the price but said their computer system does that markup automatically. No more Firestone for me.

I have never ever had my tires changed before. I walked in and was immediately helped. I explained to the mechanic that I wanted the same exact tires that I already had. He came out and checked my tires and was very nice! He then gave me a quote and set me up an appointment since I was unavailable that day but was willing to get me in already. On my appt day, I was greeted so nicely and was walked through every process. Everyone that works here is amazing and I will always refer all my friends and family here! This place is amazing!!!!

I can’t believe anyone has anything bad to say about Firestone on Atlantic Ave in Delray. I have been using these wonderful guys for 16 years on all our cars and have always been satisfied, no, actually the word is HAPPY! The guys at the desk will treat you right, the mechanics are superb and there have been times where my fix took 5 minutes and they wouldn’t take money!Now that’s home town service! They say it’s because i always bring my cars to them and believe me, their prices and service are exceptional.Now if you ask me where I think these bad reviews are coming from, I’ll tell you seriously, i can’t believe it’s customers. It’s got to be their competition.

You must speak with Micheal- be is so welcoming, very personable..He is so funny and he and the Firestone team work very hard to get your car ready for you as quickly as possible while waiting. ..I was there acweek ago for an oil change..since my last visit I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires.I went early Yesterday before they got busy,I was HAPPY to See Michael, I knew he would take good care of me ..They did a courtesy battery check . Which showed low voltage..I planned to drive to the west coast next weekend.I thank Michael and the Firestone team for all their hard work and giving me peace for my roadtrip ..A BIG HUGE THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!!

Assume alignment was absolutely needed (usually a good idea regardless when installing four new expensive tires at same time). Team there has always seemed efficient, honest, and reliable. Might be a little rough on customer care side depending on your service rep. Some personalities are a little gritty, but you can overlook the for good reliable service on your car.

Technician lied to me about the condition of my brakes and recommended unnecessary services totaling $1026.58.Brought in car due to light noise when braking. Had brakes serviced by same garage less than one year prior. Technician told me that brake pads on passenger side were worn down to the metal and had damaged the rotors. Claimed this was likely due to malfunctioning brake caliper.Brought car to another garage and was told there was no such damage. No need for repairs. The technician lied to me.

My go to place for auto services. The staff are well trained and experienced, the facility is well maintained and clean and you can get a free cup of 4 hour old coffee if you arrive in the afternoon. (Joke son)I have oil changes, tune-ups and tire rotations done here as well as wheel alignments.The waiting room is comfortable if a bit chilly at times.Bring a book or something to read/look at with you if you expect a long wait. Like a doctors office, the mags are slightly older. After all, they are Car Doctors.

I had good experiences in the past at this location... Not this time been waiting 2 and half hours for an oil change. My car is up on the rack while mechanic is either tending to other cars or on lunch. Why even take my car in if your just going to put it on the rack and forget it?

The experience was terrible!! I went in with a flat tire and found out there was a puncture in the side wall naturally! So I opted to purchase a new tire! They put the new tire on with the wrong tire pressure in it and did not check or make sure the pressure in the other three tires were the same pressure as the new one!! Then the installer named Jean just threw the donut back in the trunk and didnt put it back properly! I had to put it back! Then when I got back into the car the tire sensor was still on! So I went back in and told the advisor Paul and he checked the pressure and corrected it! This installer named Jean should be fired!! He also argued without Paul while I stood there! Great Customer Service

On my way home from work I found a screw in my tire. It was about 615 at night and I called firestone. Mario told me that if I got down there quickly they could take me and I would be the last customer of the evening. I am so grateful for him because if I hadn’t gotten my tire change that night I would’ve woken up this morning with a flat tire, had to call AAA, get my car towed to get my tire changed and be extremely late for work.They were all so great, they close at seven but took me anyway knowing that they wouldn’t be finished till after seven. I can’t thank them enough.Dunia at the front was very sweet and helpful.

Came in to get my tire patched and dealt with Dana behind the desk. He was awesome and thats why I gave three stars, but unfortunately it took 1 hour to do a 15 minute job. I sat there and observed three different customers who came in after me get their work done and leave. Maybe my $20 tire patch wasnt as important as a $75 oil change. Then I was told that it took a long time because the adhesive for the tire patch had to set, like Im an idiot......Really?! Its not rocket science especially when I watched the mechanic patch my tire in under 15 minutes. So did he not patch it correctly seeing that it was supposed to take more time? Im not saying dont go to this location, Im just saying this might be the place for you if you have time to waste. Once again, thank you for the excellent customer service Dana but to bad we wont meet again. Hope this helps.

Took me in right on time for my scheduled appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. Checked brakes and wanted over $250 for pads only! I had rotors and pads 6 months ago for the same money somewhere else. Thought I was getting synthetic blend but only got regular oil. Used $10 coupon. Guess thats what you get.

Well my experience today was okay. Not great! Because, they tried to sell me on a lot of recommended services. Which is there job but I was told I need a tire, and I expressed I cant afford a tire right now. I asked can he just change my spare tire on there and he said yes but didnt do it. I got the vibe that he didnt want to, he only wanted to get me to buy a tire.

I recently had some bad experiences with my cars starter and got it fixed the cheap way (buying a refurbished part and taking it to a local mechanic) but a month later it started having the same issues. Took it to Firestone and yes I did have to pay a lot more money for another new starter as opposed to a refurbished one, but it was worth it as I havent had the issue since, and now I have peace of mind since the parts and labor have a 2 year warranty on it, so I can always bring it back to them if it happens again.

I had an appointment to get the wheels balanced an alignment and I was done in an hour. Good job.

After patching up my tire, the Delray Firestone threw my spare in the wrong way, didnt screw it back in, and threw my tools back into my trunk scattered everywhere. When I asked for a towing company reccomendation to bring my car over, a guy named Rob gave me the first half of the phone number, forgot the rest of it, then told me he forgot the name of the company. That was just my first experience with them.Before road tripping back to MD from Florida, my dad brought my car here for an oil change and tire allignment. My car was brought back with an engine check light on and I was told to go to Ford because my sensor wasnt working.... even though it worked fine before bringing the car in. After driving over 1000 miles back to MD- my empty oil light went on. Turns out when they changed my oil, they didnt put the cap back on. My cap was laying out in the middle of my engine with oil all over it. When I brought my car to the Firestone in Maryland, I was told that there was nothing wrong with my sensors and that I was lied to in order to make commission. I was also told that there is a process that every Firestone must go through before giving the cars back and that those steps were not taken with my car by the manager here in Maryland.The manager apologised on Delrays behalf and fixed what they broke in my engine that made my light go on, gave me a new filter, changed my oil, cleaned the oil off the engine, and didnt charge me. The Delray location is sloppy, unorganised, doesnt care about the customer or their quality of service- and I will never go back there. Had the manager in Maryland not done what they did, there would be a lawsuit happening in no time.

I called ahead and spoke to someone, and explained that I needed new tires. He told me to come on in! And I told him Id be there in an hour. When I got to the firestone, they told me they only had two guys working, it wouldnt be finished tonight, and to go somewhere else. What terrible customer service. Why would they tell me to come in if they couldnt work on it tonight? I am dissapointed. I hope the other locations arent this bad.

Firestones differ from Shop to Shop (Ive noticed ), one thing Firestone West Delray has however, is an Excellent Front Desk Reception Woman named Melisa ! Her Customer Service Care is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Stranded with a Flat tire I called Firestone because they service my Car. The Doughnut was NOT Fitting on Wheel assembly of the Flat Tire. Melisa offered to me, to send pictures so that she could verify for sure it was a Misfit, or volunteered to talk me through it. I thought that was so Caring, and Rare! The situation got resolved eventually, but Melisa surely was there to ease the Burden of the Challenging Situation I was in . Thank You !
