I came in because my tire said low pressure for days even after filling it up with air and I knew there was more to it than just low air pressure, brought my car here to have it checked and JEFF was an absolute doll, he was very communicative, helpful and reassured me it would be taken care of. The entire staff here is kind! They solved my problem and he was honest enough to not take payment from me since it was a miscellanous issue. I went 2 weeks ago to make a alignment for my wife car, i went for test drive, and the cars was pulling to the right and bring the car back at next day and they hold the car from 7 am to 9 pm, i said why you didnt call me to pick it up ? they said they forget about my car and the guys who work in the back told me, i get order to no touch your car for unknown reason .i bring the car yesterday september 8 for alignment ( i have membership 4 unlimited alignment ) and guess what AGAIN my car was pulling to the right, i left it this morning again at 11am and now its 5:30 pm and a have no news about it..!NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..MANAGER try to fix everything just making a discounts.i dont need any discount i need to get my car fixed the was it should be thats all.!!!THEY ARE SCAM PEOPLE, FROM ADRIAN, DARREL AND THE MANAGER( I DONT KNOW HIS NAME )DONT RELY ON THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE A LIAR ..!!I HOPE MANAGEMENT OF TIRE PLUS READ THIS and CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT .i was reading the past reviews and pure coincidence with all of the low feedback . Cant recommend going here. Beware. I have been hesitate to write this review as I do like a few of the staff at this location. But everyone other than Jeff and Andrew are the absolute worst I have seen in the industry.I have spent well over $4,000.00 with this location alone and literally always have problems with them. In short they dont do the work you pay for and they damage your rims and wont reimburse you for it. Now for the details for those interested.I have two cars a truck on 35 tires and a sports car, more on the sports car in the next paragraph. I bought tires for the truck from TirePlus along with the lifetime rotation and alignment. On multiple occasions I dropped the truck off for a rotation and alignment and they would say they did the work and never actually do anything. I marked my tires so I would know if they moved and they never did. This was not a one time issue, it happened multiple times. Then when I had a front tire rod replaced I brought the truck in for another alignment, it came out worse then when it went in. Oh an the manager, not Jeff but the other manager tired to tell me moving forward I would have to pay for rotations cause my tires they sold me with the lifetime plan are tooo heavy for his guys. I brought the truck back the next day again for a proper alignment as Jeff said he would take care of it. This time the truck came back finally driving straight, I asked for my report and my alignment from the previous day was so off, I cant believe they let my truck leave the shop like that in the first place.Now for the sports car. If you have a nicer car or just one you care about in general do not bring it here. Now to be fair they have replaced my tires multiple times and I have not had issues in the past, but when they do mess up and they will, dont expect to be compensated. Most recently I brought my car for 4 new tires and they must have had their worst employee on. The same four rims and tires i have replaced 3 times with them was not such a routine thing I guess. I specially asked the manager to make a note on my car to be careful with the rim. Three of my four rims came back in relatively good shape, a very minor chip on the lip of one, which is still worse then the other three times when the tires came back perfect. But that wasnt the part that really got me. It was the front driver tire that has a literal gouge in the lip of the rim, and when I brought it in they said that is normal to happen when replacing tires. Um it didnt happen the first three times and it didnt happen to the other three rims this time.Moral is dont use this shop.

Young man was frantic and disorganized when we stopped in. He provided terrible customer service. We left our car there for 2 hours. He called us back saying there was a razor blade in the tire and the tread was below where it should be to be repaired. He advised we would need a brand new tire.Not trusting his opinion, we took it to another shop.There was a small nail / tread was fine, so they patched it for $20.Jeff needs to run the desk. Wont be coming back!

Very positive experience today with this Tires Plus location at 1801 W Atlantic Ave. Had a freak accident causing a flat tire and potential damage to my car’s undercarriage.Manager Jeff Gordon was attentive, honest and treated the the car like it was his own and me as the customer like family. His friendly and capable team were able to fix the tire and inspect for damage in no time!Highly recommend. It’s nice to know that there are ethical and honest people doing right by customers. Ive been coming to this location for years. Very reliable work and trustworthy mechanics. Their customer service is far better than most mechanics Ive been to. They never up-sell you, but do make recommendations based on what your car needs without pressuring you. The manager, Jeff, is excellent. I recently had a minor issue that he followed up on personally to make sure it was resolved and that I was happy.

We took our car to the Delray Beach location (Atlantic and Congress) to mount one tire and it took over 4 hours. Employees were standing around doing nothing and when the guy at the front desk (the only one doing their job) kept redirecting them and the staff kept ignoring him. When they did start working on the car none of them knew what they were doing or how to use the machines. They actually mounted the tire backwards!! When we asked to speak to a manager we were told ignored. Most unprofessional and lazy group of people we have ever come across! Never again!! Stay away unless you want to spend all day waiting for a simple thing!

I was traveling and visiting family, before you know, boom! a tire pops. I was fortunate the car was equipped with run flats, but you need a tire asap to continue your travels. I call many tire shops, it was late afternoon on Sunday, everyone else wanted to push to Monday to replace a tire. I talked to Jeff and understanding the dynamics of what is to travel, took it upon himself to help me in this predicament. He told me to bring in the car and it 15 minutes, I was on the road again. They are very friendly staff and have the Caribbean upbeat in their step that is very refreshing and bring comedy in your life. Bravo Zulu to the team at this store and very grateful you help me in my predicament with my family onboard.

Tires were dry rotted and this location didn’t have the tires we needed but the manager Jeff really took care of us. He made sure he was able to get the tires from another location even though they were closing soon. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate him so much.

First off all I have to thank Jeff for the great job is doing. Very humble, very knowledgeable,wiling to help. Ive got a much better deal then I found searching on the internet and he found a way to help me to change my tires even though I didnt have an appointment.

Traveling in to work this week I heard an odd sound coming from my car and felt it acting weird. I have always trusted Tires Plus but never been to the store off of Atlantic and 95. After spending time at the shop so they can assess the situation they found a few items that needed to be corrected. Jeff Gordon, Service Manager, followed his gut and asked Anthony, one of the technicians, to check out the engine. As it happens there was a recall. Jeff coached me on what to do and how to handle this with the dealership. He also showed me how much the price would be reduced by once the other work took place. Jeff could have easily taken my money and not told me about the recall but rather he did the right thing for my family and I. In this day and age, with everything that is going on, he showed his true character and sincere desire to provide excellent service. He made a difference!!!! Special thanks to Jeff, Anthony, and the entire Tires Plus team off of Atlantic Ave. Keep doing it the right way!!!!

Tires plus, specifically this location, is THE spot to go to for all your car needs. Jeff was so kind and attentive. He helped me from start to finish without hesitation! This is one of those if I could give it ZERO stars I would but since I cant I have to give it a one star review! Made an appointment for 11am, dropped my car off ten minutes before the appointment just to have a leaky tire looked at. Heard nothing back so called around 230 and was told my car was next to be seen.... called back at 5p and was told the same thing, my car is next to be seen! So it sat there from an 11am appointment until 5p and wasnt touched ! Ended up just picking up my car and will take it someplace else with Better customer service!

Both times we have been to this location in the past 8 months we have had excellent service. Make an appointment and don’t be concerned about social distancing. Masks and the 6 feet rule were in place.Our most recent visit was a warranty repair and that went without a hitch!

Update: After 5 days the high performance tire is leaking. This is unacceptable. Had to take the vehicle to dealership this morning wasting more time. Reducing 2 star to 1 star.Original post: I had a very unpleasant experience here fixing a tire. The only reason why not 1 star because they did complete the work, but how this was done was a living nightmare. Never go back here again. Also, some customers wore no mask inside (still coronavirus pandemic) and they were not asked to put mask on.

All staff there were so friendly and kind. Omar helped me out getting a new tire and rotation. He was knowledgeable, informative, and just very pleasant in general. Car service takes time, no matter where you go. My service was done in a timely manner, and everything was explained thoroughly. This is definitely a well rounded business!

Terrible serive. I called last night to make an appointment, I was confirmed but when I showed up for my scheduled time the employee kept telling me to reschedule an appointment. He was working alone and said he could only work as fast as he could work. I told him, I had already scheduled an appointment and that I was a little in a rush because of work. He did not want to work with me at all and was blatantly rude, no customer service at all. Would never recommend this place

We have been customers at the store for many years. Never any undue sales pressure. Always accurate estimates. They always keep in contact to update you with progress on the vehicle. Always glad to see you and happy to help.

Good guys and prices are much better than Firestone or any dealer. They do good work and usually pretty quick. Firestone wanted 89 dollars just to align some new tires. It was 50 bucks at Tires Plus and they balanced and aligned them. Firestone would have been a hundred bucks.

Had a 10 AM appointment to plug a tire. Waited 45 min for them to get started. I got tired of waiting so I left. They were going to charge $30 which was ok if they had been on time. I went somewhere else. Waited 2 minutes and paid $10.

Went for a headlight blub replacement and was informed that the blub would be $123 and labor would be $88.. the bulb at the auto part store was only $22. needless to say it was obvious no business was transacted there. Prior to this another customer walked out of the store because he was quoted $600 plus in the store for the same $460 tire estimate he received online. There is something terribly wrong with your pricing structure.

DO NOT LET THIS PLACE TOUCH YOUR CAR!! I paid them put my brand new tires on and do an alignment. 4 months later my front tires are ruined from them not doing an alignment correctly. They would not refund me and of course they said the supervisor wasn’t available. They also lied about the inspection they did. Now I’m out another $500 for brand new tires.

Great experience, I went in for an alignment; the sales staff were polite, got right to the point, and didnt pressure me into anything I didnt need. Anthony was the technician who worked on my vehicle and he got it right the first time.

I always skeptical with South Florida mechanics, thats why it didnt take long to see the great customer service representative Eswin had provided. he took the time to get me tires that were in my budget. My car was stranded at a chevron for 3 days because no one could change my flat tire as it required a special key custom made to my car. Jeff literally went home to look through his own personal set and was able get me back on the road in almost no time :) 15/10 experience

Wonderful service. I went to Mike who went out of his way to help me and a few other people that were there when I was. He actually showed me what was wrong with my car so I could understand. Which is amazing compared to the typical places who charge up the ass for things you dont even need. My wait time was not bad at all, they had the tv on and coffee out. I went to this location with a low TPMS light. I had a nail I was told. A few days later, I noticed my tire pressure going down again. So I went back to find out that I had another nail but in my left side tire. I explained the TPMS read the right side. I was told whoever fixed my tire they did not reprogram the system. I explained that it was at this location 4 days prior. I got the deer in headlights look. So they fixed my tire, so I thought. Now I get in the car and my tire is reading 19lbs instead of the over full 42lbs that tech #2 filled it at. #2 also assured me that my tires were fine after I explained that I drive 72 miles a day to and from work. If you want good service stay away from this place. This is why I go to the Tires Plus in Coral Springs for service. The Delray Beach location is unreliable, unknowledgeable and have zero interest in their customers or their safety. If it was possible to give less than a one star I would because this is generous for the amount of my time that has been wasted over this issue. Disgraceful!

Jeff Gordon is the manager here, and he literally saved my day and my rim. My tire blew on I-95, and I got off on Atlantic Boulevard and just barely pulled into to Tires Plus. They were technically closed, but Jeff saw that was tire was blown, and he took my car and replaced the tire. He didnt have to do it. He could have gone home to his family, but he took the time to change my tire. See Jeff there, and hell treat you right!

My frustration is having paid almost $1000 for 4 tires to my infiniti fx35, and had to go back to the store 3 times.with defective tires. I almost had an accident on the i95. I do not recommend this type of ((firestone firehawk indy 500)) rubber to anyone. Today 4 time going back to the store with the same problem. Jesus christ

Prices are great! Service is Poor. Takes me 4 hrs. for an oil change & tire rotation. Be sure to bring your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

They sold me a 4 tires rated at 65000 mi and when I returned because of a slow leak on one of the tires they informed me the that I was in need of all 4 new tires even though I only had 29,000 and told me I was lucky that they lasted that long because i lived in Florida . I rotated every 3000 miles when I did my oil change . They didnt even put air in the tire I went there to have checked. This was the 3rd time using this location over the last 5 years and I have really never been satisfied with the experience. I took my business to Tire Kingdom today.
