Been doing with this Tire Choice for Ten years. Always satisfied, that includes going back when something doesnt feel right, like an alignment.Brought the car back explained what didnt feel right. redid the alignment no questions asked got it back totally satisfied problem fixed

Ive brought my cars here several times and have always enjoyed the good customer service from the people working at the front desk (hence not a one star).However, last time I brought my car in for a low speed wobble, there was a new person I hadnt worked with before who was telling me the tread on my two front tires was worn and they needed replacing. I pointed out that Tire Choice had sold me those two tires just 6 months and 10,000 miles prior, at which point he changed his mind and said it was my back tires that needed replacing.At this point, against better judgement, I decided to have Tire Choice inspect my car anyway. Their estimate came back at over $6k and included 4 new tires and many suspension parts they said needed replacing.Some of those suspension parts I recently had replaced at my trusted mechanic and most had been inspected twice in the past year by the dealerships mechanics and given a clean bill of health.I brought the car back to my trusted mechanic and they fixed the problem for under $300 with a new, single matched tire and alignment. The issue was a low speed wobble and the problem was a tire with a bubble. Replacing it fixed the wobble.

I went here asking for a quote, which they offered for free. They told me it would be $1.5K for break pads and rotors all around for a 2017 ford mustang ecoboost. I knew this was excessive. I did my research previously and knew it would be up to $800. They didnt give the option to choose whether or not i want to flush the break fluid (which is recommended but not necessary as they made it seem). They also said that if i need new calipers it will be even more. I thought i made a mistake doing my research and counted the 800 max as one side and not all the way around because the price was so excessively higher than expected but after speaking to my lyft driver, friend, and neighbor, i called firestone and after giving them mi vin number, they priced it at $768.48. No hidden costs. I called to have them stop and luckily, they hadnt started working on it yet, so they didnt fight me much on it, only mentioning some bs about insurance on their parts rising the cost. I didnt want to get into an argument with the gentleman that priced my car even though i was furious so i played dumb when i came in. He asked me who priced it lower (i didnt mention firestones price to him, just that it was lower and that it was from a small shop) to see what his response was. His excuse was that they cant compete with small shop prices. I laughed it off and left even though i knew he was a crook and a liar (i like making idiots out of people that think im an idiot). I had to check if they had stolen anything from my car after i got my keys back. They didnt, but the fact that i had to check speaks volumes of their ethics. The gentlemans name was q. After reading the reviews for this place, he was not mentioned when people commended the place and i dont think its fair to punish others for one persons mistake. So please bare in mind that i havent dealt with the other people mentioned in the positive comments. Maybe its because im a woman and showed up wearing a descent looking raincoat, but if they did it to me, they can probably do it to others so beware this person. Just because people earn a good income doesnt make it okay to rob them. After all, we earned it ethically, unlike them. And like the staff at firestone said after i told them what happened at tire choice, honesty pays off.

Dishonest and false advertising! They had a sign on Atlantic ave. for 2 weeks 19.99 oil change. Bunch of stinking garbage. The actual conventional oil change will cost you $35 almost double from advertised price. And they wont even apologize for it. Will not return nor recommend to anybody. BTW, they still use a lot of Good Year signage and colors, but its deceiving as well. Guys, you need to change ways you do business, otherwise you wont be in it for long.

This Tire Choice was outstanding. I had just had my tires rotated and balanced at another facility and they couldn’t put on one of the lug nuts so they left it with four. I stopped in at this Tire Choice and it was a breath of fresh air. They investigated whether they had the lug but and then installed it. They were very professional, courteous and kind. They didn’t even charge me and I was blown away. The job was done professionally in less than a half hour. I highly recommend them for auto service. They turned a very stressful situation into a pleasure. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

My experience here was amazing! Tom really took the time to educate me on what tires I needed and was honest from beginning to end. Service was quick and my car was done in a couple hours. Glad I chose this place!

Told me that a part of my suspension would cost over $1000 to fix, the sameprice as what the dealership quoted. The part itself was $50.

I used this installer for tires I purchased online. The installer told me I had to pay for four new tire pressure monitor sensors. I told him my vehicle was fairly new and it was unnecessary. He told me it was “mandatory by law” and I could not refuse. That was untrue.Later, I called their corporate headquarters to discuss this. They gave me an incident number and said someone would call me back about my concern. I did not hear back from them.

Great place; easy to make appts online - friendly and honest people. Came in for tire rotation and puncture repair and was surprised when the manager told me that the screw embedded in the tire didn’t penetrate the interior so therefore not requiring repair. He saved me about $40 so kudos to the whole team for respecting the truth!

Took my car for an alignment after replacing my rack and pinion, when I got the car back after 3 hours of waiting, the car was leaning hard to the left, came back the next day they worked on it again for another 2.5 hours and it went straight but there was a large amount of play in the steering wheel, the employee stated it was because of one of my tires, but I didn’t have any play in the steering wheel before having my car worked on, I paid for an alignment and had to make to trips waiting for a total of 5.5 hours, and now I have to take my car somewhere else because they played me, would not recommend, left that location with my car worse than when I came in and now I’m down about $90.00… don’t make the same mistake I did, pick another place

Great experience and very honest man name Thomas at the front desk. I thought I needed front and rear brakes because mine were very squeaky, which would’ve been a $400 job. After they examined them for free and they said they were still good with 50% life left, and were probably just squeaking due to the material they’re made of. I ended up leaving with just an oil change after 30 mins. Thanks Tire Choice!

Hit a puddle that turned out to be way deeper than anticipated. Plastic pieces in the undercarriage snapped loose and were dragging on the road. Called Tires Choice on West Atlantic to slip me in on a busy Saturday. Told me to get here at 11 and they should be able to get it done in about an hour. Got me done in 40 minutes, without even a charge despite it being my first visit here.Ill definitely be moving all my tire needs over to this store. They were awesome, friendly, honest and fast. I never give reviews, but had to for this place. Im a tough critic when it comes to service, yet they exceeded every possible expectation.

Needed a tire patched, was told my tires “can’t be patched” because of special insulation and i would need to replace it. Guy didn’t leave the desk to look at the punctures, just looked at my car. Same day my tire is patched and working great. The other company explained you can just replace insulation when done patching the tire.

Great affordable place for brand new tires. Jerrys customer service is always exceptional. They take great care for me whenever I am in need. I had one occasion where I came in literally 5 minutes before closing and Jerry made sure he did everything he could do to assist and get me the best deal. He personally went and picked up a tire for me after closing and made sure I was on the road the next morning before 8 am

I used to love this place never took my car anywhere else. The customer service, the price, and service were unbeatable however, it seems like things have changed. I took my car to get a repair and while waiting in line the worker at the counter started talking about personal and political issues. Perhaps, it’s just me but I don’t think this is the place for it, plus no one even replied to him and it was a very awkward situation for everyone. Furthermore, when I went to pick up my car the next day I noticed I had a loose part underneath my car that was not loose prior to the repair. I brought it up to their attention and although they fixed it and said one of their guys must have forgotten to clip the part back in. I found this to be unacceptable! if I bring my car in I expect to get it back the way I left it with no additional problems. I can understand sometimes it may get busy and people mess up but the bigger issue I had was with the guy working the front desk that decides to go back and forth with me in front of everyone instead of just apologizing for the situation. Im incredibly disappointed and unfortunately cant see my self going back.

Even though I was late for my appointment, Adam was able to get me in, install the new tire I ordered and got me out in an hour. Adam was professional and helpful through the whole process. Cant say enough about this location, clean environment, friendly service and super efficient. Their technicians leave your vehicle in excellent condition.

I brought my car in for an oil change. It was super quick; I was in and out. Tom is super efficient and honest. Great experience!

Came in with some engine trouble that caused my car to die after accelerating and expected to pay a pretty penny. Fabian and the team realized that my oil was overfilled and was causing the issue. After draining some out I was good to go, no charge.

Guys were great and extremely helpful! I needed a lot of work done and they added as many coupons/promos to help keep my cost as low as they could.They brought me into the garage to show me what was wrong and explained everything prior to doing any additional work. I have been a customer of Good year for at least 10 years. Most of my time was at another location. The Management and staff at the Delray Atlantic ave location have always been thorough,honest,professional and accomidating. Just recently I needed an oil change. I called the boynton location and asked if they had time for an oil change and the manager that answered said yes come on in. When I got there 15 min later. You could tell they were running behind and were understaffed which is fine but let people know. I was greeted 15 min after I arrived. The manager at that location is very rude and acts like he to busy to greet customers. I waited 30 min before being acknowledged for what I was there for. Other customers entered after myself and werent greeted at all! The manager Brian is the very reason i will not return. I called the Delray location, the kindly squeezed me in. I was very happy with Delray and i plan on returning to that location for any future car services that I need.

Jose and Rob, were very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed passion in their job by being extra patient with me. I strongly recommend this company

Brought my 1998 Jeep Wrangler to have them remove a big nail embedded in my front tire. I have extra large tires with specialty black rims. The tire repair store closest to my house in east Delray would not repair the tire citing possible damage to my tire rims while removing the tire to repair it. Since they are Goodyear tires I went to Tire Choice to see if they could repair it. The service personnel I spoke to knew exactly what to do and while they couldnt guarantee there might be a scratch or two due to the nature of the rims they would do their best. Lo and behold they not only repaired my tire but there was absolutely no damage to the rims. On top of that they repaired it for free. They have definitely won my loyalty and are now my go to tire place for all my cars. I highly recommend this location.

Had a great experience here! First off- my oil change was 30 dollars cheaper than it usually is at the jiffy lube a few blocks down the street (I have to get high mileage oil since my car is a bit older). This also included a tire rotation, which is an extra charge at most places. On top of that, they patched my tire that had a nail in it- I had no clue I had a nail or a leak, and they fixed it totally free of charge. Really thankful I decided to switch it up today. I will definitely return from now on!

I took my car in because I had a small leak in one of my tires. MJ took care of me and was so polite and helpful. My car was done when he said it would be and for a great price. I’ll definitely take my car there again when I need to.

What a relief! I moved to Delray a year ago and didn’t have a mechanic- I hadn’t had great experiences with the drive through oil change places either. My check engine light came on and was fearful of $$$ I was going to have to spend to fix it. But I finally found a place I feel safe! Manager Mark took the time to explain each step of the diagnostic and after a new air filter and a quick cleaning of a sensor my car of 120k miles is running better than it has in years!

This location is top notch! Great customer service. VERY FAST. And I was not even charged for a patch (I am a big time customer there). The guys who work there are all great especially the dude who works the front, the manager- I forget his name.A++

This Tire Choice location is the only one I go to. The entire staff are very polite, nice and all go above and beyond, especially MJ. The wait time is minimal every time I come in for service. Staff is very knowledgeable and explains any issues with your vehicle without that uncomfortable pressure other repair shops give you. The mechanics are fantastic so you always know these are honest issues that require attention. You can’t beat the pricing they offer for the quality of service you receive.

Thank goodness for these guys! I picked up a screw in my tire and needed a patch in hurry. I called one place before them that told me I’d need to leave my car overnight or come back the next day at 1pm. I then called this Goodyear/Tire Choice & Total Car Care location and MJ answered the phone in a very friendly manner. He told me to come right in and they’d take care of it. Each gentleman I interacted with was nicer than the next during my short visit. I’m so grateful for their kindness and quickness. They had me out the door and back to work in no time! Thank you!!!

I want to acknowledge the positive, helpful, and superlative service provided by employee Yuri L. at the Delray Beach, FL store. I drove in with a flat tire. Mr. Yuri L. greeted me at the counter. After explaining my situation, Mr. Yuri L could not have been more helpful. I was stuck with a tire that couldnt hold air because of a metal puncture on the side. Because of the sidewall puncture the tire could not be repaired. Although the store was busy, Yuri treated me like I was the only person in the store and personally removed the punctured tire and put on the spare. Despite the fact that all the Techs in the shop were busy, Yuri stopped what he was doing, replaced the tire with the spare and had me back on the road within minutes. I couldnt have been more impressed or grateful for the thoughtfulness of his actions. He won me over. I am so happy to give him these accolades and hope a management team member will read this note. The most important part of any business growth is Customer Service, and Yuri did the company proud. Because of Yuris actions, I pledge to become a new and loyal customer. I just had an oil change and tire rotation done here and had an excellent experience ! I was able to make a last minute appointment online and use a coupon as well, which saved me money on a full synthetic oil change, (and the tire rotation was included in the package, which saved me even more) . Great customer service, the manager who helped me was courteous, friendly and professional. My car was serviced quick and efficiently. The Tire Choice & Total Car Care is an awesome place to go to have your car serviced. It has everything, great service, prices, location.

I purchased 4 new tires at this store, and received great service from Mark and the team. Fair price and quick service. One of our tires had a blow out so the spare was on and the bad tire and jack were laying in the back of the SUV. After putting on the new tires they winched the spare back under the rear of the SUV and put the jack and lug nut wrench back into the storage compartment. Excellent work, guys!

Wow! Changing my initial review...Im not that naive to think that every garage doesnt mark up the equipment they install, but charging me $550 for an A/C condenser that listed at $198 -- too much of a mark up for me... They get their parts from an Advanced Auto Parts right next store (no doubt they already receive a better discount that I could ever get on everything they order). Ill be using them for their oil changes only. And when they tell me I need this or that taken care of -- Ill do some proper research before I trust them again.Long time customer as well...A shame...

Have been going here for tire and repair needs for a few years now, and have not been disappointed. They have great hours that work around my 9-5 work schedule, and very helpful staff that has always gone out of their way to make sure my car was taken care of and all my questions were answered. Spent over $500 dollars on brakes and within 3 months they have gone bad and they will not change them even though they are covered under warranty. They refuse to acknowledge that the brakes are bad even though the car was taken to two different shops and they said the same exact thing, the brakes need to be replaced. Both shops also stated it looks like they used cheap/used parts

I always come here for any issues I have with my car. Every single time I walk in I am greeted by smiling faces and amazing service. In an industry full of obnoxious and stressful experiences, it is refreshing to have such amazing service in Delray Beach.MJ and Robert just fixed my tire. They were crazy busy when I walked in but somehow were able to help me immediately along with every other person there.
