I found Apex Automotive via Google search when I experienced car trouble on the Turnpike. I am happy it was them vs another automotive repair shop. Everyone was professional, VERY nice/polite, and provided quality work and service. When I left the shop, I experienced another mechanical issue and had to return within a few minutes. They made the repairs which was a separate issue AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!! If I lived in the area this would be my go to auto repair shop. Been to this location twice now. Marcos in the front office is very kind and helpful. He wanted to make sure all issues with my truck were addressed. I got it back in a very timely manner with all issues fixed. A little on the pricey side, but worth it for the respect you receive and the piece of mind you get knowing they will make right if issue not fixed first time.

A nail in my tire was causing a slow leak. Apex Automotive fit me in immediately and was able to patch my tire within an hour. Great fast service! Also, prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

It was extremely clean and not your typical automotive shop. It was very cozy and I love the amenities. The customer service was above average because the staff (men) were EXTREMELY patient and polite. Since I have visited the shop, I have had no issues with my car. I originally brought my car into the dealership for repairs. The dealer told me that my car needed a repair that didnt make any sense and wanted to charge me $1000 to fix. I took the car to Apex and explained what happened. They also thought it didnt make sense, and actually spent the time to figure out the real problem. It was something else, and much less expensive. The car was fixed perfectly and for only $200. Marcos was very knowledgeable and transparent.

These guys are completely honest and the best car repair place in the area. Its really hard to find auto repair shop where the guys are quoting prices fairly. They are friendly and give prices that are really benefiting the customer probably more than the workers. I mean they almost always quote me about half of what other places quote me. Really really a great place.

My engine stopped working and my car was still under warranty. Apex made sure I didn’t get played by the warranty company and ensured that my car got exactly what was needed. My car needed a new engine and that’s exactly what I got. Now my baby is purring like a kitten, and I have found my new car maintenance place. Marcos was absolutely fantastic! I decided to call Apex Automotive after numerous trips to Honda for an alignment issue in which caused my 2018 Accord Sport to feel very unstable and unpredictable during city and highway driving. I returned numerous times to Honda to tell them that something WASNT RIGHT with my vehicle, and they refused to look at it saying that everything was in spec. Upon arriving at Apex, Marcos and I went on a 20 minute city/highway test drive in which he was able to pinpoint and fix the alignment problem, have me out in a timely manner, and followed up a few days later. I will be returning to Apex for future work, specifically for Marcos as his customer service, attention to detail, and the quality of care he took with my vehicle exudes what anyone would want from a service center. I think Honda should be taking a few notes from Apex Automotive, because you dont turn away a loyal customer who feels unsafe driving because of the work youve completed on their vehicle.

Great place to bring your car to for maintenance or repairs. Techs are very straight forward & polite. They thoroughly check your vehicle before recommending any repairs or maintenance. Issues they may have found are then provided to you via link with photographs so you know they have actually identified issues (and are not just up-selling regular maintenance). The work done on my car was done fast and I have had no issues since. Highly recommended and I will be bring my vehicles back there for any additional issues.

Great Service, Professional and Good People!

I chose Apex Automotive only because it was close to my house. To my surprise, not only was the service great, but the staff is amazing. They always check up with you after a visit to make sure you’re satisfied with the service. I witnessed, last weekend, a staff member telling a young girl, who another company told her she needed more extensive work done to her vehicle, that a lot of the work they recommended, was not necessary at that time. I feel comfortable sending in my two young adult daughters and feeling confident that they are honest and will guide them properly and give them the best prices and options.

The air ride shocks on my car didnt work anymore. I came in and they provided a solution (changing to regular shocks) which not only solved the problem but was far less expensive than I thought it would be. Also, had them do an oil change (fairly priced) and was in/out in about 1/2 day. They not only can fix a problem but price it nicely. You will not be disappointed.

Honest.!! No more you need to know. Far from your typical “car care” “automotive experts”, you know the guys that say your filters bad, or your car needs this or that?? You know them, well thats so far from the truth with Marcos and the guys at the Delray APEX. Other places told me I needed all kinds of work done, these guys did exactly what was asked, and offered suggestions “down the road, 60-90 days” out, not holding my car hostage until I crumbled and said fine just do it. This all happened during time of crisis when this type of business might need extra work. Still, honest as they come.. I will never go anywhere else. Wellington shop has always been where I went but I gave Delray a try and wasn’t disappointed at all, same honesty and quality. Thanks Wes and Marcos.

I usually work on my car myself, but with work, I didnt have time. The estimate they gave me was inline with what I felt was wrong with the car, and the prices were fair for the amount of stuff they had to do. They did alot of work in less than 24hrs.

This is a relatively new shop in Delray Beach that I have taken our vehicle to a few times for routine maintenance and other servicing. I was going to take my vehicle to get it serviced by another shop down the road I usually go to, but they were not available. Im glad they werent because I wouldnt have found this new gem of an automotive service. They go above and beyond. They make you feel comfortable if you have to stay. The shop itself has a modern look and is always clean. The staff, specifically Fatih who I have interacted with the most, is super knowledgeable and honest. I trust them and the work they have done and I highly recommend you give them a shot, they will not disappoint.
