I am a new car owner and when I first started my car I received an Inspection Due! alert on my console. Im sooo glad I came to AAMCO to have my car inspected because Moti is incredible. He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took care of me and my car right away and I was in and out on both of my visits in under 10 minutes. I so appreciated the care and concern he took with my vehicle, and I would highly recommend anyone to come see him!

After another mechanic told us we need new struts to the tune of $800, Moti looked at our car and said the struts were fine and that we only needed to change them due to mileage. But it wasnt necessary. We will continue to go to Moti because he is friendly and honest.

Nothing but a good honest business man!He literally saved us thousands of dollars.Our 2014 Cadillac wasn’t shifting properly, she had taken the car to have it looked at at another local repair shop and they informed her that she needed a whole new transmission, thankfully she took it here for a second opinion.Moti looked at the fluid level and noticed it was low and had a small leak and was in need of a flush and new filter, he replaced the hose that had been leaking and flushed the system.Good as new!!Thank you MotiFrank and Lori

If you request a service that is not necessary, he would tell you that you do not need it, unlike many other Service stations that will gladly charge you for unnecessary parts or services. Worst service l have ever encountered. Owner was not honest with me . Had car for 4 months gave it back to me 3 times and telling me that it was fixed .Each time I was back to the garage in a day . Not fixed ! .I could go on for hours . Never have l ever been treated like this. Recommend to use another garage, highly advise . The owner moti had the nerve to ask me why the bad reviews this after he gave me the car back and went to sell it and got $300.00 for it

I am so late writing this review, but, this place is amazing. Moti took care of us. My husbands engine literally cracked while driving, we got the car towed there after hours. I left a voicemail not expecting a response until the next day, yet, I got a response not even 10 mins later! Awesome start. Next morning, Moti called me and said The engine is completely useless, we have an extended warranty & because he was completely honest, we were covered in full (tow included) and Moti did not charge us for ANYTHING! He made this awful experience a pleasure and if anyone wants a real, HONEST mechanic, this is the place to go! Thank you!!

I dont ever write reviews but I couldnt let this one go. I called up and made an appointment to have them check out my transmission problem. They told me there would be absolutely NO charge to do so. 4 hours after dropping the vehicle off, they called me stating that they would have to hook it up to a computer to help diagnose the problem and its going to cost $400. I feel like it was 100% a bait and switch and i dont like dishonesty.... buyer beware

Dealing with issues after the fact is always difficult, especially if youre slightly out of warranty (time) and under warranty mileage. Moti could have charged me, however, he took care of my issue (faulty valve body - no fault of theirs), owned it and made it right . . . quickly. Certainly wasnt expecting that, but after speaking to another long-term, repeat customer in the parking lot, seems like thats just the way he does business . . . which is a really good thing!

Moti is very professional and accommodating, and I mean above and beyond. Very trustworthy, great work, and fair prices. I highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs or problems. This is now my go-to place, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience.

On the morning of May 18, 2020 I brought my car in to AAMCO Delray Beach after arriving from New York a few days before, and my car was making some unusual noises with the transmission. I brought my car in without an appointment and Moti the owner welcomed me who was professional, prompt and courteous. He spent time asking questions and sanitized my car due to COVID, and then took it in to be checked. He contacted me the next day and advised I had a wheel bearing issue, and suggested they fix that first before moving onto the Transmission issue. Later that day they diagnosed Transmission issue with his specialist Steve and advised me of the needed repairs to rebuild my Transmission. Moti knew I needed the car back by Friday morning June 22, 2020 and they made it happen. I highly recommend this shop especially if you need someone Honorable that you can trust with all types of Mechanical Auto Repairs . . . . . Thank you again to Moti and his team of professional mechanics.

Super positive experience working with this location. I had a small warranty issue with my rotors. Customer service was great. However, got my car back with more problems then when I brought it in. I told them about it and they did not fix it and told me I would be charged.

I appreciate the service reminders and also the businesss updating my service record with Carfax. Safety procedures in place during the COVID19 pandemic shows care for customer and employee safety. Mottis Aamco is the one business that I exclusively utilize.

Took a week and final bill was $1K more than estimate but my car is back & working great. All in all, good service & recommended.

Joe Lewis and his crew diagnosed and resolved dozens of error codes produced during computer analysis, and got me back on the road for a lot less money that I expected to pay and with a feeling of confidence that Id gotten the best service possible. On top of that, Joe has a special rate with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that ease my financial burden. Every time I go to Aamco I always get great service. They are always friendly and professional, all while keeping me informed on the progress of my car. So hurricane Irma, passes through south Florida two days ago. I being a lack of planner know that I need and oil change and to recharge the ac on my car. Everything is still closed yesterday even though the storm has passed. This morning I started calling around to various service places to have my car taken care of. Most of the places said they wouldnt be opening today as they had to inspect the damage and file claims. I called over to AAMCO. The person who answered was kind enough to tell me they would be opening a little late today. But would indeed be open. He said come down around 10:00am. I went down. I met the person I spoke with as well as Mike. They said no problem to recharging my ac and doing an oil change. They also topped off my power steering fluid. This was the best experience for service ever. Most places I go try to upsell me on services that I dont want instead of just providing the service(s) I requested. Mike and his co-worker were awesome! Friendly and professional beyond a doubt. I would recommend this service center to anyone looking. This is my new go to place! Thanks for making my day!

Cant say enough good things about this shop. What impresses me the most is that they take the time to find the source of the problem and fix it. Theyre honest and fair and the store is clean and well organized. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I have used AAMCO/ Mottis services now for over 2 years & he provides EXCELLENT services, is very professional, friendly & accommodating beyond the scope of service. I recently had an early morning emergency across the street from AAMCO, and Motti provided, believe it or not, concierge services. That is unheard of and usually non-existent. I recommend him w/out any hesitations.

Happy with the price of repairing my window motors and work performed. A free estimate was given and after inspection a price. I was very pleased that I had the job finished while i waited, in a very reasonable amount of time.

I came in and spoke w Mike today in regards to the issues I was having w my car and I asked him what did he suggest I do because I called him at 12 & he advised me it would be a process to diagnose my car and then actually fix it depending on what the issue was . He said he could not guarantee me it would get resolved today but that he would also try his best . Which he did ! I’ve had the crappiest day ever and knowing that he put all his effort was awesome even if the car didn’t get fixed BUT it did so now I’m even happier ! I really appreciated the professional service and this was my first time here .

First time I brought in the vehicle could not isolate the problem...was discouraged when I left. Jonathan the GM called me to check up on me and asked me to bring my truck back and gave it his full attention and staff efforts to make sure I was a happy customer.It is not very often you find someone as caring as Jonathan to please his customers and make sure the work is done right and he is a straight up/stand up guy.I have confidence that if I have a problem in the future...Jonathan will make it right.VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Top notch service. I had a very weird repair that needed a lot of uncovering to find what the issue was. Moti and his repair crew ultimately figured it out and went above and beyond to get my car back in running condition. I highly recommend this place for your transmission repairs.

The shop owner went out of his way after we broke down on the road about 20 miles from the shop. He stayed open past the shop hours to ensure that we were safely on the road headed back to Atlanta. Seldom do businesses operate like this nowadays. I would happily come back to this Aamco for business at any time.

Predatory service, the owner is negligent and dishonest in his practice. Beware if you take your car in for a leak and they tell you that you require a $2800 transmission rebuild and to even look at it they want over $1000. Good luck people and keep your head in a swivel. These guys just hook up to a code reader and tell you to sign your hard earned money away.AFTER TELLING YOU WHAT YOU REALLY NEED IS A WASTE OF THEIR TIME AND MONEY! Took my car in with noticeable transmission issues and little knowledge about transmissions. Described my problems to Moti and he brought the SUV into the shop and put it on the monitor. Im assuming the worst and at the mercy of a mechanic previously unknown to me. Okay let me have the bad news! But to my surprise he says it looks like it is just the pressure switch and replacing that the filter and new fluid I should be good to go for about $300. Wait a minute, is guy being honest or is it the once we opened it up we found come on. Well it turns out this may be one of the few honest businessmen still around. He did what he said at the quoted price and never once did he try to up-sell me anything. The work was done on time and the car runs great. There are closer facilities to my home, but when I moved here I was determined to start with Aamco as I had been a client of the same in Portland Maine. Aamco never disappoints. Moti and his team provide excellent caring service to their clients. It is worth the extra drive for me to know that I am driving a safe, well cared-for automobile.

I have a two quite old car.bmw x5 and mb C300, either of them 2008 model. It has a problem here and there but Moti fixed like a brand new transmission & air conditioning ++Thank you MOTi & Michelle!!!

2 hour wait (though I was not a walk-in) to be told the tech had to take lunch... This review is about running a business and customer service as I ultimately did not have my car serviced there.Called at 9am, told to come in at 1130am, I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes waiting, to be told the tech to take lunch. I repeat, this was AFTER already already waiting 2 hours.If he told me at 1130 to come back in 3-4 hours, that would have been sufficient.While Jason was tactful and polite, he would not give a single clear cut answer. Every response was politicking. When asked after a 110 minute wait, when the tech would come back from break, i was given a nonsense response about digestion, rather than just simply stating the tech gets a 30 minute lunch. I asked 3 times for a direct answer, and was not given one.

Great place to get your car worked on. Mike was a perfect host and explained all the costs for the work to be done. All around a good experience.

My daughters Honda CRV needed a transmission. Even though she couldnt afford the repair at the time, they gave us a free evaluation of the issues with the vehicle. They struck me as being extremely honest and willing to work with you to resolve whatever issues you had to get the car back on the road. Very low pressure, I was quite surprised. Transmission started acting up. Popping out of OD and trans temp light on. Im always cautious and concerned when I have to visit a mechanic for anything. After doing a Google search for transmission repair, I found AAMCO very conveniently located on Atlantic Ave, just W of I-95 (next to Saltwater Brewery).In short, I found the service great. The place was under new ownership. Paul (Mgr) quoted me a price and time needed for repair. They stuck to their price and completed the repair on time. I dont have to mention the stress and anxiety most of us go through when we have transmission problems specifically. Its easy to get taken by unethical shops. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when they stated that I didnt need a rebuild/remaned tranny.So far my truck is running well with no trans temp light on and OD is working as expected. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the Delray area or to anyone, such as myself, you was just passing through town.

Had a right front CV axle and strut mounts done in my 08 Ridgeline less than 60k ago. Already have to replace them. The reason why. The technician left the bolts on top loose. This could have been a catastrophic accident due to the gross negligence of this shop. Stay far away.

Please before you take your car to these people, please verify that they are certified in fixing your car. I took my car to get an ac check. They told me that they did everything and my ac should be fine. The very next day I was still having problems. After taking my car two more times they told me I needed a new air compressor. Well I went and got a second opinion and all I needed was a fuse replaced. These people at this establishment did not do a full check on my car, if so Im sure they would have checked the fuse box. The only reason Im giving two stars is because they were very kind however they made me waste my time and money.

I spoke with Paul and he was a huge help and made me feel very comfortable in a situation that can be overwhelming. He was kind and took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I could make the best decision for me and not just for him to profit which was extremely reassuring and made me glad I chose Aamco and especially Paul to have my car repaired!

I drove to Boca Raton, Florida from PA and on the way down my car was acting a little weird. It would randomly slow down and would not allow me to accelerate. I had to pull over and turn my car off about three times during the trip to give it a rest. I would restart it and it would drive fine. I went to a repair shop in Boca Raton and explained what was happening to my car and asked for a diagnostic to make sure it was okay to drive home. The whole experience was a little weird and the guy told me that when he drove my car and said he saw what I was talking about and it wasnt able to shift into fourth or fifth gear (although I had driven it for three days in Florida without any problems and it wasn’t having the trouble I had explained during my trip down). So basically my transmission needed to be rebuilt and it would cost me $3000. I called my Dad and he told me to have them check the fluids to make sure it wasn’t low. They took forever and it took three guys to check it. So I called Moti at Ammco to see if I could get a second opinion. He brought me out to my car with his computer and did a diagnostic right there in front of me which the previous guy didn’t. He said it looked as if it could possibly be an internal problem, and maybe the connectors and wires were the issue. (I didn’t quite understand but that was what I got from it). Then he took my car for a drive and was gone way longer than the first guy. Came back and said my car was driving beautifully and to bring it in on Monday so he could look at it more and check all the connections and sensors. On Monday I called him and he told me all the wiring and sensors were fine and that it was possibly the computer system causing the problem. They reset it and made sure that my car was safe to drive home. On my home I had absolutely NO issues with my car. I was amazed at Moti and his kindness and how knowledgeable he was! He helped me get home safely without having to spend thousands on my car! I am so grateful for him and his team!

Had my transmission totally rebuilt about two months ago and my SUV is running like new. The manager, Moti was very patient and got the job done.

This shop of Aamco Transmissions did a great job with my car. I am very happy that I took my car to them to solve the problem (it could barely run after driving over a rock). They did an excelent job at a fair price. From now on, we will go to them every time we need a mechanic or any service for the car. It is rare to find an auto repair shop who says: your car does not need any repairs! I brought my Mercedes SUV to Aamco because I thought I was having a transmission problem when shifting. After two days of free computer diagnostics and several test drives, I was told my car did not need any repairs. Thank you Helena and Moti for your honesty, I will make sure to bring my car back for any maintenance or repair.
