AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR HELP YOU IF THEY MESS UP YOUR CAR. Not only did they almost damage my motor but they were extremely disrespectful. Took my car in for accessories belt change that was chirping. They had to remove my supercharger belt in order to reach it. Once they installed the new belt they put my supercharger belt back on and looped it wrong. It was hitting the water pump which was clearly visible. See pictures attached. The car broke down 20 minutes after picking it up. When I called and told them this they said to bring it back to the shop but I couldnt because I would have stayed without a car for at least a week due to an aftermarket belt. The next day I found the belt in Miami and advised that I would be towing the car there after picking up the part and they said they would not install any parts that are not from them and were extremely rude. I sent in the pictures to show them their mistake and that did nothing. I also explained to them that a quick google search showed the correct way to loop the belt and when you open your eyes while looking at the belt its clearly visible that its hitting the water pump. There even GREEN belt residue all over the place. They didnt even look at it after installing. Extremely careless and unprofessional. I went back to ask for a refund for the service and they said no because I didnt take the car back. Why would I bring my car back to a shop that cant get a simple belt install correct? Would you go back to a doctor that made a mistake during an operation???? They also damaged the plastic parts under the hood while working on the car. Thanks Delray Autoworks!

I brought my car in. They locked up my ignition cylinder. Then told me I had to have it towed from their premises because theyre not going to work on my car. I highly recommend no one ever take any sort of vehicle to this location.

I went to Autoworks, and it was the BEST experience I could ever have. The whole team is so professional and worked on my 2012 Chevy malibu and diagnosed the issue. The shop is CLEAN, and you can see they work on fleet vehicles. This issue was an AC control head; unfortunately, the car does have some water/moisture damage, so there is a larger electrical issue. They worked for hours on this and charged me 1 hour of shop time. I am from Upper Michigan and had no one to help, and Autoworks stepped up and helped me with everything!5-star rating min, 10-stars if I could! Thank you, Autoworks team, for your help.You owe it to yourself to try this garage, and you will not be disappointed! This is a hidden gem in the Delray area.

Went in at the last minute on Saturday as a first time customer, and I was blown away by the customer service. The staff took care of my car, but when they sat down with me to discuss what was done I was totally impressed. All the work was completed beyond my expectations with a reasonable price. If I need further work on my vehicle, I know where to go.

A few months ago I came here and they were unable to do the custom exhaust work I wanted but gladly gave me a place that I could go to. During this conversation, I left feeling like I wanted to come back if I ever needed anything done. I am an ex mechanic, so I rarely let anyone else work on my car unless its something major.I came back last week and asked if they would install a clutch and engine mount for me. They priced me very well, and I dropped my car off. This was my first time having anyone else work on my vehicle other than myself.The work turned out to be much more difficult than expected. They followed up with me and kept me posted on the status. They also maintained my price point which I was quite happy with. I will be returning here for any work I need done, and will recommend them for any work my colleagues or anyone reading this may need.Very good experience.They are also Audi fans like myself :)John E

AutoWorks is a great family owned auto mechanic shop that is a delight to deal with. I am the General Manager of a Custom Closet Company on the same street and it is a great advantage to have them so close, so they can maintain our fleet of 4 work vans. Our employees, including myself, have also taken our personal vehicles there and have been completely satisfied with the results. They are honest, up front and always explain what is needed, what is optional and what can wait. The work is done in a timely fashion, which is very important for us in keeping our vehicles ready and out in the field. I took my car to AutoWorks based on the reviews I read here. I moved to the area recently and was looking to find a good and honest mechanic. I took my Honda Fit for maintenance (55k miles) and was very impressed by how I was treated. The owner called me back with the estimate, and explained in detail what was needed and what was not needed. I honestly was expecting to pay a lot more than I paid. I used to take my car to the dealership for service but not anymore. I Highly recommend this business.

Worst experience with my car ever. They completely misdiagnosed the problem with my car wanted to charge me 425.00 for an ignition and key and come to find out it was my BATTERY that needed to be replaced. In the midst of trying to figure out the problem with my car the ripped a wire in my steering column and completely left my steering column unassembled. I took my car to another mechanic and its fixed in 2 hrs..they said it would take 4 days. Worst auto shop ever.

Ive been referred to Autoworks by my friend, and im absolutely glad I went, I had a problem with my engine and Andrew told me to come on by get it looked at and it was diagnosed and fixed within an hour and a half. For engine failure that great timing. The Receptionist was amazing and she even gave me a ride back home because it would take a little while before they fixed it. Unbelievably nice of her I would definitely be going back for any of my car troubles 10/10 would recommend.

Worked directly with the Autoworks mechanics on getting my car alignment done. It was done promptly and correctly. Later, they worked to correct a rear suspersion problem and came up with a good fix. At the same visit they disassembled my manual transmission and expertly replaced a leaking seal. The work was done at a fair price. I would use them again for any of my cars.

Before going to AutoWorks - I had been to 3 other mechanics - including Ed MorseCadillac- who prepared an epic process for me which included much expense. The first two had failed at their attempt to get A/C back into my car. I was lucky enought to have found AutoWorks on line and I had A/C the very next day!!! And their prices are as fairas you will find anywhere - if not better! My hats off to AutoWorks.p.s. I love their staff! You will too.

I used AutoWorks to repair my 2002 Sierra Denali. Parts are hard to get for this since it was limited production with Quadrasteer. Acurate information on how to repair is just as hard to find. Autoworks overcame these challenges and repaired both rears to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.
