I highly recommend Scratch Car. I scraped the side of my truck on a wooden carport and took it to a paint shop in the same plaza who wanted to charge me $2,000 to fix it. I left and was in traffic behind a van for Scratch Car so I called the number on the back and flagged down the driver who sent me over to see Fernando. This guy comes out with a bottle of acetone and rubbed off the paint from the carport that was on my car and left it damn near like new. I cant believe the other guys wanted to charge me 2k for something that was taken off with some liquid and a rag. One thing I can confidently say about these guys is they wont screw you over, he was honest and didnt even charge me for the 5 min it took him to fix it. Theyve earned all my future business for life.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! These guys repaired the convertible top of my corvette and made it like new again! I went to three different shops (including the Chevy dealer in DelRay Beach) and everyone told me the top needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me over $1500 for the job. Fernando inspected it carefully for a few minutes and said he could get it done in a day! See pictures for the results. These guys are super professional, reasonable and on time. My right rear bumper was hit in a parking lot, taking the paint off without any actual damage to the bumper. Fernando gave me an estimate and a few days later I dropped the car off at night so they could work on it the next morning. I had both my cars repaired this week. My CRV had a hole in the rear quarter panel/bumper area that they filled and painted.The paint on my older BMW convertible was cracked and fading so I had the hood, trunk and bumpers painted.Both cars look great and the cost was very fair. Hit-and-run impact in parking lot caused minor damage to the texture-painted rear bumper of my brand new vehicle. Other shops proposed expensive replacement of entire bumper. Instead Scratch Car repaired bumper to like-new condition for a fraction of the cost.

I took my silver minivan into them to repair a dent and scratch on my front fender and also a continuation of the scratch ( about a 1/4 inch wide) on my hood. I told Fernando that I was returning the car as the lease is expiring. I needed a good repair as the car was to be inspected before turning the car back. While we were satisfied in the past with work that this body shop did on several of our cars, I was not totally happy with the work this time. The dent in the fender was repaired properly but I was very unhappy with what they did with the continuation of the scratch on the hood. Rather than take the time of sanding the scratch to level it, compound it, and polish it, they took a short cut and it looked terrible. It looked like an amateur took a paintbrush and just painted over the wide scratch which was never properly sanded down and has bumps in it. The color of the paint is lighter than the surrounding paint and no attempt was made to blend it in. Even I could have done a better job with some 2000 grit detailing sandpaper. Fernando then told me it would cost an additional $300 to paint the entire hood. Before I went to Scratch Car I got other estimates of what work they were going to do, and no one said they were going to just paint over the scratch. In fact, their estimates for the fender and the hood were very close to Fernandos price. I will now be charged for this scratch at the end of my lease. When you take your car to a body shop, you take it to them because they are supposed to be experts in what they do--not amateurs who short cut their work.UPDATE and my response to owner: He stated that he explained before the job that the scratch would be painted with a paint brush and wouldnt match. He never told me that at all and just said he would fix the scratch. After leaving their shop, I watched some videos on repairing car scratches. I purchased some 3M 2000 grit sandpaper and used a narrow edge of the sandpaper to sand the scratch smooth and level with the surrounding paint. I then used polishing compound on the scratch. It was almost imperceptible when I was done and looked so much better than what they did. This is a procedure you would think a place named Scratch Car would know how to do and would have the materials to repair the scratch. But they were just being lazy and didnt want to spend the time to fix it right.

Front bumper dent removed and secured perfectly to the car. Paint matched perfectly, and best of all Scratch Car gave her the lowest bid by far of three other body shops. Easy to make an appointment, they stuck to the schedule for the repair.A friend used them to smooth dents in his roof from a security arm coming down on top of his car, he was very satisfied.

I have utilized Scratch Car on Several Occasions. I detail all of my Family Cars and often they have issues you cannot resolve with Buffing Out. In addition Paint Failure due to Sun, etc.... has been also addressed. They have worked on my Sisters Toyota Cambry which was keyed and was scratched on the other rear quarter panel. Scratch Car did an excellent job. They worked on my moms 2007 Jeep Compass and the final product was perfect. When my 2015 Ford F250 Ruby Red Platinum Truck needed work they did such a great job you cannot even tell the difference from the Factory Paint they did the Hood, two Driver Side Doors, Front and Rear Panels. Truck has 100K miles and looks like Brand New.I trust them with my Truck, my moms Car and my Sisters Car. Cannot speak for other similar companies but these guys are really great at what they do.

Over the years I have used this company for accident or minor repairs and have always been more than happy with the attitude of the workers, the speed at which they work, promising a time to bring in your car and completing the work on time and even allowing me to come in slightly later as Im not an early morning person. Its hard to find honest, helpful companies these days and they definitely are one I would use and have used over and over. They are very fair priced and for that reason too I know they are busy. So dont think twice about coming here as you wont be disappointed. By the way this is Drors wife as he does get up rather early.

Hit and run accident with deep dents and scratches on the passenger side door. I had 3 dentless removal places tell me that I needed a body shop as the damage was substantial. I decided to get 4 body shop estimates--2 estimates said I needed replacement of the door with sanding, painting etc. with a much higher price; 2 other estimates said I needed repairs with a much lower price. I decided on Scratch Car because of the awesome reviews (thanks everyone), the mobile tech, Chris, came to my home to give me an estimate, the estimated repair time was 1 1/2 days (versus 4-5 days other estimates) and the price was reasonable. Plus Chris offered to have someone bring me home from Delray Beach to Lake Worth--I did not do that opting for a rental ecause I needed to have an auto available. Scratch Car was AWESOME, everything Fernando and Chris told me was the truth and they did an amazing job--you would not know that I had an accident on that passenger door!!! :-) I highly recommend these guys and I would definitely go back if I need them in the future.

I brought my 2016 Acura MDX to repair the rear bumper and replace a tail light. I chose this shop because they did a great job last year on my Lexus. Their work is perfection! You cannot tell that it was ever damaged. Not only that, but the pricing is fair and they dont try to oversell like many other body shops do. I highly recommend them.

So when I got hit on my lift gate and side, I decided to see if they could fix it.I came in at the end of the day, but they still gave me a quote in only a few minutes. Way lower than a traditional body shop!Then I called and scheduled an appointment for when I wanted. I brought the car in at 9AM and they said I could pick it up at 4:30 or 5 same day. I picked it up at 9AM the next morning, and it was waiting for me, freshly washed. And you cant tell where they did their work.So I am very pleased again, and recommend them to anyone with scratches and small dents.
