This place is awesome! I would give it a ten. I had a scratch on both doors on passenger side. Had an estimate for 600 from another place and I felt it was way to much. They said they had to have my car all day, put it on some machine, paint and add top coat. I decided to get a second opinion and went to caliber. A little rubbing compound and the scratches were gone. And they wouldn’t let me pay them or even buy lunch. I won’t go anywhere else. Their honesty made me feel there is hope in this world today.

This was my first experience having to file a claim and receive body work to a vehicle I’ve owned and I could not be happier with the shop that was recommended to me. From the moment I arrived to the end results was such a pleasant experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful, professional, and completed the work on my car earlier than quoted. I needed my window regulator for my passages side window repaired. The gentleman by the man of Michael made my wife and I feel at ease and treated use as though we were friends. My car is 16 years old and parts are hard to find, he found the in a matter of 20 minutes. He had gone so far out of his way, he DID NOT want to send us home without doing the repair in the same day.

Teran is awesome! Easy to talk to / work with. Shop is clean, and obviously has some great techs in the background that know how to repair cars and provide quality paint work. Had a front end collision, and was provided back a nearly flawlessly repaired car - no overspray, no shoddy paint work, etc. Just be realistic with expectations (factory paint and parts are not 100% perfect) and work with Teran before going Super Saiyan Karen - and they should knock whatever work you need done out of the park.

I got a flat tire and was able to get my car over in their parking lot. Without hesitation one of the men there started helping. Luckily I had a spare but it needed air. He helped me put air in it and put it on my car. He was very nice about it and even seemed happy to help. I really appreciate the time and kindness.

Myself, fiancé and mother in law all do business with them. Mike is my guy. Honest, transparent, professional and always reliable. I have had some horrible experiences with businesses in the past but have yet to find something I didn’t like, I’d rather pay for good quality but the prices are competitive.

Took my BMW in for repairs after I experienced a catastrophic (self-inflicted) side view mirror separation after Gate vs Mirror in which the mirror lost. I was offered various options, which I very much appreciated. After going through my options they helped me settle on the purchase of a used mirror of a wrecked BMW of similar specs and vintage. This option was a fraction of what it would have cost to purchase a new assembly through BMW and one that made much more sense given I am driving a five year old vehicle.Despite COVID the part arrived quickly and I was scheduled the following morning and they had my car repaired, washed and disinfected in an hour after a fantastic experience with the friendliest (and funniest) employees ever. The repair looks perfect and they were even able to buff out damage to my door to make it look as good as new.I hope to never have a need for vehicle repair but if I do I will definitely bring it to this Caliber Collision. It didn’t hurt that my insurer USAA recommended them to me.

This review is for the palooka in a insurance claims adjuster costume . The one who downplayed the damage on my car so he can secure the repair job for this bottomfeeder shop. I took my car to a real body shop where the adjuster is not in bed with the insurance and obviously the quoted amount isnt enough to repair the car to its previous condition. The difference was just over 25%.

When I thought my brand new car was totaled they told me otherwise. Everyone said “it’ll never be the same”. But that is false with this company. I feel like I got my car brand new again. They even fixed the mods I had on it, I have off-road ditch lights installs as well custom films on my fog lights and they replaced em all. Thankfully insurance covered it. But they were outstanding. They called me every week. Sometimes twice a week to update me, unfortunately Dorian(hurricane) hindered the completion date but regardless they did amazing. If I ever have any future needs, they will take priority over anyone else. Thanks caliber collision!!!

A confession right up front...I have never actually done business with Caliber. But I WILL say this. I used to deliver parts for a living, and what I CAN tell you is that Caliber does everything right the first time. I am personally acquainted with some of the management of Caliber, and their professionalism and dedication to their business is unrivaled.

Absolutely fantastic body shop! The entire shop was professional and accommodating. An unfortunate accident left a good amount of damage on a 3 month old car. These guys (and gals!) not only got it fixed EXACTLY like new, they even vacuumed the interior and made everything look like we just got it off the lot. The best part is that they managed to beat their already short time estimate by two and a half days! I would highly recommend the Delray shop to anyone needing paint and body work done on their vehicle.

Got an estimate today to replace the complete mirror assembly driver side on 2019 Toyota Tacoma truck. I had the new mirror assembly and just needed to have it installed. I was quoted $218 and it would require the whole door panel to be removed to install the assembly. I got another quote from Morse Caddillac that does work for Toyota. First ofl, only trim piece would need to be removed to install the mirror assembly, not the whole door panel. Also it would only require 45 min. To install the mirror, not half a day. Quote from Morse Cadillac $45 and would only take 45 min! I went back k and told the lady that gave .e the quote and she was very indifferent and didnt care about my business. Ill nevor go there again!

Another act of kindness from Caliber Collison. Stopped by because we had slight damage to our bumper on our rental car. Just asked for some advice as how to correct this issue and while they were servicing another customer..the manager and 2 employees came over right away and surveyed the damage and went in to the shop and brought out a tool and corrected our problem. Would not take any money for fixing our vehicle. Businesses like this are rare and wonderful to find. True gentlemen. Thank you so much.

Geo, Ayle and bannister know their stuff they always go the extra mile to do a great job with a sense of urgency. They are very fair with pricing and the quality of work is amazing. I have never had any issues they do things right the first time around. Their customer service is always above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Change was stolen from my car (approx $5 worth of quarters). I called back to inquire and the lady I spoke with was very protective of her staff. I mean its such an insignificant amount of money but I feel the situation could have been handled differently.Also my car was fixed ahead of time which isnt a bad thing except when youre working a 12 hour shift and didnt make arrangements to pick your car up early. The same rude ass lady begin to argue with me while Im trying to explain to her that I cant pick my car up Im at work.

I was sent here by my insurance company they scheduled an appointment for me exactly at 9:00 I arrived at 8:45 I was told that it would take a while because they were doing payroll I had to Waite for almost 30 mins to get my car seen by them when they had no customer ahead waiting on top of that had to Waite even longer to get my estimate that was not okay with me because an appointment is an appointment I shouldn’t have to Waite that long if that was the case no appointment would be needed .

Caliber Collisionis THE worst body shop Ive been toonot because they made a mistake because everyone makes a mistake but because they REFUSED to fix the mistakeThey overs-prayed my entire car but the worst part they overs-prayed my windshieldI complained for monthsthey said my car had a defect in the windshield ( not true) WHAT KIND OF DEFECT, LOOKS JUST LIKE OVERSPRAY AND happens while my car is getting repainted . NON SENSEI took my car to my dealer - they said it was oversprayI took it to 3 other body shops they ALL said it was oversprayI shouldnt have to make a new insurance claim for a caliber collision mistakethey should replace my windshield

These guys over at Caliver Collision are all class. My car was fixed on time, and they were straight up about everything they had to do. Worst service ever. They are in collusion with the Insurance Adjuster and the mechanical shop and does poor work. I asked for documentation from the mechanical shop as to what was done to my car and to date still havent received any. When I asked the diagnostic report i was told that they just did it by observation.
