What can I say other than I hated the drive to get here but boy am I happy I made the drive. My salesman Scotty was super awesome in making me happy. I appreciated the fact he didnt try to sale me anything other than what I came for. The process was painless although I left an arm and part of my leg but well worth it. I purchased a GMC Acadia outside of my normal scope of a Toyota Camry it will take some getting used to but I over love the switch. Micheal in financing was also super helpful in getting my payments comfortable with my credit and down payment. The dealership as a whole has super nice staff that doesnt pressure you to buy anything.

I bought a car from Delray Buick preowned cars department all the way in New Jersey. I must’ve emailed the staff 20 times with questions and each one was answered professionally and with great patience. I asked to have the car checked out by an outside dealer and they complied readily and even did not charge me. I had full confidence that I would receive the car Without surprises. I was not disappointed as it was in outstanding condition without a single issue. The car was delivered promptly and every detail was intended to. The sales people were kind, knowledgeable and went over the top to make sure that I was satisfied. Even after I received the car and had further questions, they were all too happy to answer them. I wish that I needed another car just so I could maintain the relationship With the dealership and certainly wish that I lived in the area because I know that they would take care of my car as if it were their own! I started with the online process and proceeded with an in person telephone conversation with my Salesman who I immediately was comfortable with. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and what type of vehicle I wanted to trade. There was no pressure and we were able to get the basics outlined before meeting in person. I took a few pictures of my trade, and when we met, they agreed with my assessment of my vehicle and immediately made me an offer. The management took an interest in my new vehicle and called me personally to congratulate me on my new truck. I recommend them.

I notified the dealer they said bring it in, they diagnosed the issue and got the part ordered and installed in a timely manner at no cost to me. A sales to a customer doesn’t end the day that the customer leave with their cars. When a customer decides to purchase a car from a dealership, this dealership should be grateful for this customer to choose them to make this transaction. I typically write reviews few days after a transaction is made as I would like to see the sales & dealership commitment after I leave the dealership and as many other dealership has failed to ensure my future business will be with GMC Delray. Today, after only a week after my purchased. I had the bad taste of a sales member and dealership that only cares about a one day transaction and doesn’t think that I could be someone that can come with future business. The sales member, after I reported that I was missing a center cap on one of the new truck’s tire and knowing that I was a customer that drove 70 miles in order to purchase a truck from this dealership and that he should have ensure that my part was there after an appointment for a service was made for me, but, obviously, this was not important for him as his deal was already made (on that one day). Also, he failed to keep a simple commitment that himself made to me as a customer “he promised that whenever I was going to be back at the dealer for a service, he will refill my car with gas”. A week later, when I return for a service, he then started to make excuses that he will see what he could do for the gas, that the gas station where he typically gets gas for GMC cars, didn’t have gas (but, he forgot, that I knew that Lindell Blvd Mobile gas station was very close and I went myself and I toke pictures that there was not regular gas, but “yes” there was Diesel (which my truck uses). I don’t need a quarter tank of gas be giving from a dealership, but, I tested the commitment and loyalty this sales person had (which hi is representing this dealership “GMC Delray Beach” and for sure, now, I will make sure will never ever again, will gain my business. Commitment and great service and specially “keep your words on what you promised” is very important to keep future customers business. Sad to see another sales person who doesn’t think about future business.

My advisor FRANK could be a bit less angry and a bit more smiling. I was told by the guy who gave me a lift to work that when Frank would call me to tell me my car was ready that I could have a lift back. Unluckily, I did ask for a pick up at 4:30 PM but he told me the service stopped at 3:00 PM. I have to make my own arrangements to get to my car. NOT NICE. I dont know who stops working at 3.

So, a few weeks having our new Buick Encore GX, I needed a small adjustment on the floor mat. It was handled smoothly and pleasantly.The front desk staff at the service lane were professional, communicated well. There was another person at the entrance who was welcoming and provided directions.The unexpected plus was the appearance of Mr. Kyle Williams who facilitated our getting the Buick, making sure that all was well with the service process.This was in great contrast to my experience at Toyota where upon a glitch Toyota created and refused to solve, I was told by Toyota personnel ‘We are not BMW, go elsewhere.’So we did.Below is our First Encounter with Buick:We walked in just to inquire, no intent to purchase, especially given that we had months to think about our next car. A young man acknowledged our presence in a welcoming yet very easygoing manner. It made us feel respected and visible, without any sense of condescension. There was no pressure, no shallow sales pitch, but simple and direct help. That young man? Mr. Kyle Williams.We walked out with a Buick Encore.This was the smoothest transition from one car to the next we have ever experienced.We have been loyal to Toyota since 1988.Till now.So, that’s our comment.

When I bought my Acadia it was a great experience, however a lot has changed since then. The customer service there is horrible .I brought my Acadia for service today. Left me car there for diognostic at 930 am . I texted for an update at 1130 and nothing had been done. I asked how much longer? “After lunch.”Rude! I asked them to get my car ready I was unwilling to wait until after lunch! Whenever time that is?After 10 min they said my car would be ready at 130. I’m happy my car was repaired but its clear I was an interruption in their day. I’ll never return to Delray Buick . I have never been made to feel so unwelcome. Perhaps I’m not white enough or my money isn’t green enough? So if you like to treated w courtesy avoid this dealership .

Then when you question is response is “ well you signed the paper work”They sell vehicles that should not be sold and should of been taken to the auction or fixed properly before selling.Service never returns calls,

Thursday, late morning, after tests I had okd, Frank explained what needed to be done & the costs involved . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I got sold a lemon from this dealership and them nor GMC the manufacturer can figure out what is wrong with it and refuse to take the car back. I’ve been without my vehicle for over a month. It’s less than a year old. Goto any other dealership.

Kyle Williams is the consummate professional. This deal was done primarily via text, phone and email as I live 130 miles away. Lots of opportunity for things to go wrong. NOTHING went wrong.
