Typically I wouldnt have anything positive to say about this service department until now... Glen Castillo has been a welcomed addition to the team.. So glad that this is my new advisor. Actually seems to care and is super helpful.. I would definitely recommend Glen... If you have to go to the Service department, SEE GLEN

Worst experience that I ever had at Mercedes Benz Delray Beach . Master Certified Salesman Benjamin Shatkun was very rude. In a way that you wouldnt even see in the Middle Ages, he disrespectfully threw the sales papers on the table. He did not listen to us, did not look at our faces, did not give the necessary information. We felt so humiliated in a place where we went to experience the excitement of buying a new car. A salesperson with such behaviors does not suit the Mercedes brand. This person should be taught the most basic human rights before selling cars.
Visited this office a week ago to complete a transaction transferred when I relocated from Brooklyn in the summer of 2020. The staff members were prompt and polite. Larry was very professional and friendly. All documentation was completed accurately and efficiently with good explanation and information of what to expect. Larry was very kind and reminded me to call should I have any questions or, concerns. He also ensured that I was assisted in scheduling the upcoming service for my car. Curtesy goes a long way and I appreciated working through my transaction at MB of Delray Beach Fl.

If you have an older car, 1990, 2000 to 2010 range, do not take it to this dealer. They do not have the senior older repairmen to fix it right.They are fine if you have a car where they can remove and replace parts. If you are an astute reader, you will know what I mean.
Can get past the call answering program. Twice connected with operator whom the call would circle back after messages. Waste of time. If the dealership operates this disorganized what must should you expect from their service personnel.
Horrible - I did not meet my advisor not even once . My car had no courtesy wash and it looked like someone used it . My gas tank was emptied when car was given back .

So, been to other Mercedes Service centers and I dont understand why this center doesnt listen when asked to look at a problem I am having. Went in for regular service, asked about something going on with the car and was told I needed to bring it back for another appointment, BEFORE it even went back for service. So I guess the regular service got done, but I am not sure, AND, I am still having problems with the car, BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LISTEN TO ME. NEVER asked me what was wrong, just shut me down as soon as they could! NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE, NEVER! One of the WORST Mercedes service experiences ever.
