This place is great! I recommend them 100% I wish I had a picture of the door of my car before to show how the job was perfectly done, you cannot even tell my door had a about a round inch smashed outside, the paint came off and it was rusty already too because I took too long to fix it. On top of doing a great job, their prices are very reasonable! I quoted the same job with other 4 places and they were the cheapest. They fixed my car about 6 months ago, I meant to post this review a while ago, but I wanted to see how the job would look after a while and it is still perfect. They also did the job in a very reasonable time and delivered my car at the time they promised.

Replaced shattered cargo bay window, wiper, and repaired deck lid on my BMW X3. Worked with my insurance company, I just paid my deductible. Entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed. The place is totally Covid compliant and ultra clean. My car was detailed throughout prior to pick up. Best service ever!

Seriously the best and fastest collision repair place I’ve ever been to. Not only did my car come back clean & waxed, but as good as new as well. I’ve come here previously with my old car, and when I got hit again, I knew the place to go. Dropped it off on Wednesday and was finished by Friday. My service provider Carl went over and beyond to help me with my busy schedule to come drop off my car to me and bring my rental back. I 110% recommend this collision center and if I ever need to, I’ll definitely be back!Thank you!

I had a great experience at Auto Nation. The work done on my BMW was great. I had the dealership where I purchased car look at the car after it was fixed and they said they did a good job. You couldnt even see that someone backed into me. I had only had my car one month! Overall, great experience. It will be even better once they get their new location.

My 2000 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer was hit into on the front driver side. It definitely needed an alignment and fender and headlight as well as paint. AutoNation told me that the car was Totaled Status They said certain parts like the V8 on the side fender as well as the flare could not be located. The V8 was intact but they couldnt get it off without breaking it. The flare was in the back hatch but they didnt want to spray paint it. They insisted that it had to be new parts. This was my favorite car. Really comfortable Leather seats, 6 CD changer, etc. I did all my own work including the whole front end several years ago. It had 259,000 miles on it but it was old fateful. I think Auto-Nation took the easy way out at my expense. I got a settlement check from Allstate for $2,540.00 dollars. Ford Explorer was (is?) the biggest selling SUV back in 2000 and I dont believe that it couldnt be fixed. Also the settlement meant that the car went to a salvage yard. I thought I would get a check and be able to keep my old faithful Explorer. It had new Michelin tires and a brand new battery also. I miss my car and regret bringing it to Auto-nation. They (Auto-Nation) were on the approved list provided by Allstate. I always hated bringing my car to a dealer and this only backs up my previous reluctance on using dealers. AutoNation did not make me happy at all. I cried after leaving my Explorer for Salvage. I bet I see some other happy person driving it around soon? Bob.

Carl and Judi are AWESOME. Not only are they incredibly nice, but they will take really good care of you. Carl was always on top of things, calling me every couple of days with updates on my car’s status in the repair process. He was clear and confident, and it gave me ease of mind to know my car was in the best of hands. It’s really nice when you can call someone’s work phone and they always answer - a rare thing these days. They work hard to price match for new parts, so my repairs were done with all new parts! My Jeep looks perfect, thanks to their stellar work and wonderful polish. They’re a bit hidden due to some construction in front of their shop, but they are a diamond in the rough and worth sniffing out! This place came highly recommended to me, and I’m so glad I took the advice!

They did quick work and it was done professionally. The people were great, friendly and knowledgeable. Just a little slow in getting the billing to my insurance company so I can get reimbursed.. Besides that, they are a 5 start shop and will use them again if the need arises.

I have worked with AutoNation Collision Center Delray a few times, and each time they are extremely courteous and the work is completed as promised. The prices are fair the paint on the repaired areas match exactly. Finding a good collision center makes life easier when something happens and Im glad I found this shop.

Worst Auto Nation, took my car there for a damage and it took them more than 2 weeks to fix it and they didnt do it right still make a noise in the front and the guy Tom who helped me he thinks he knows everything without checking on the car and wants to charge a check out charge for the same problem I told him from the beginning and he doesnt help at all

I brought my flat-black BMW in to fix a scrape on the front bumper. Although the paint looked great, it was the wrong color (metallic black). I didnt get an apology until I called and asked for the manager (AutoNation HQ never called me back). Ultimately, they did repaint it and it looks good.

This was the first time I needed a body shop. Everything was smooth and very professional. Tomorrow was very forth coming with up to date info. Delivered a day sooner than promised . Good as new!!

The service I received at Autonation was over the top excellent. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment and explained the process was very warm and made you feel like you were in good hands. Scott Baker, the collision specialist who handled my repairs, was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He returned my car in tip top shape with meticulous repairs and looking like it was detailed and brand new. Autonation also coordinated services with State Farm and the car rental company so all went smoothly.
